No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

The second desk for important passengers did become available when there was no one in line there, but still. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. Captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. The Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays just well run and well organized."

So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Voordelen: "Since we lost our second plane due to an emergeny on the first flight, the airline put us on a nice hotel to spend the night and got us new tickets to our final destination."

Nadelen: "Old outdated planes. Very little in flight entertainment- tiny selection of movies and tv shows. No ability to charge mobile devices."

Voordelen: "We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Nadelen: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

Nadelen: "Flight was late and caused loss of connection flight to Amsterdam"

Nadelen: "Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

Voordelen: "I requested a special meal. It wasn't delivered. I had called Air Serbia days before my travel to confirm that, and the lady said it was. Unfortunatley, there is no way for me to lookbthat information online. Even the gate agent wasn't able to look that informationmout, and told me it will be there. I simply had to go with 'belief' that my special meal would be there. They did not have any other options . The food they served was so unpalatable that I threw up. I threw up in a plastic bag, as opposed to a barf bag. I didnt have time to get it out from the seat pocket. When I called the flight attendant for assistsnce, she was so rude in pointing that I should have used the barf bag and not a plastic bag. Very unempathetic. They did not check on me after that. The flight was so hot, and too crammed. Old plane. The entertainment was unentertaining. I would never fly this airline again."

Nadelen: "Vol au départ de Beyrouth pour destination finale Paris avec escale à Belgrade. Premier avion au départ de beyrouth prévu pour 4:05 qui décolle avec 1 heure de retard. Arrivé à Belgrade vers 7:00 on nous fait attendre jusqu'à 8:00 pour nous dire que le prochain avion décollera a 10h alors que l'heure d'arrivé à Paris cdg était prévu pour 9h. Arrivé à Paris à 12h45 : Valise introuvable"

Voordelen: "Great. ON TIME!"

Voordelen: "Flight was on time, nice plane with lots of leg room, flight was nice apart from near landing. Food was good with a free drink too."
Nadelen: "We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more."

Voordelen: "The tiny plane was smooth in the air. Crew was nice."
Nadelen: "Only water and bread for the way back while we had full dinner service on the way there. chairs we older but fine."

Voordelen: "On time."
Nadelen: "Small and uncomfortable prop plane. Boarded from rear only."

Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "I am almost 2 meter tall (6'4) and I asked more than 30 days before the flight to receive a seat with extra room for the legs, I was told that the flight was fully booked and there are no seat that are available. I then asked for the same in the check-in and received a similar answer. When I arrived to the plain I saw that I can't seat because there is no space so I asked the flight crew to try and find a solution but they said they can't do nothing. Only after I insisted and spoke with the cabin manager they checked and found a place - in fact there were 2 seats with extra room for the legs that were available!! and the flight had many other open seats (they just lied about it). A lot of the personal television did not work and the crew did not assist and did not solve the problem, but just said that this happens and that they can't do anything. This is just ridicolus for a more than 8 hours flight! The airconditioning did not work properly and it was exteremly hot. In general it was an horrible experience, the crew was very unpleasent and did not want to help and the food was just disgusting. I do not recommend to anyone to fly with Air Serbia, you better pay the extra money and fly with a real company."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were courteous and advised passengers they can move around once boarding completed."
Nadelen: "The flight was operated by a avery small plane, so we were advised to leave the carryons outside to be put in the hold. Once on the plane, I thought my bag would fit in the overhead bin. Also, was annoyed that flight attendants would approach you speaking Serbian, which I don't."

Nadelen: "This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

Voordelen: "Love the cabin crew and their professionalism. Excellent presentation and delivery. Captain and first officer were excellent. Professional, friendly and great skills. Great take-off and landing in the ATR 72."

Nadelen: "Flat bed is not comfortabl, no mattras.."

Nadelen: "Very long walk to the farthest end of terminal for gate and have to walk up the stairs to board plane on the tarmac. Not a single human being to help check in or tag luggage for drop off. Everything’s self service. The check in/luggage drop off counter difficult to find."

Voordelen: "nearly on time ( 5 mins)"
Nadelen: "too many "stops" in the boarding process, even when you have "speedy boarding" - check in at gate - waiting till door opens to go outside in lane - waiting at the end of the lane till boarding commences..."

Voordelen: "I couldn't tell you. They were basically non existent."
Nadelen: "Easy jet lost my bag. For four days. I had to go back to Naples airport and find it myself"

Nadelen: "Boarding was haphazard, food had to be paid for, even water and the flight was delayed"

Nadelen: "the crew member at the gate got very RUDE with my sister, my sister she explained to her that since my mom is 77 years old she needs to take a bit more time to board so she asked if she could be one of the first people to board the plane. She told my sister that my mom could born after priority"

Voordelen: "Crew good, kind and helpful."
Nadelen: "Did not realize that we could only bring 1 carry one. Had to pay for water."

Voordelen: "Mijn 7 jarige zoon zat in zijn eentje. Bizar dat Easyjet niet automatisch gezinnen bij elkaar zet. Vrouw en dochter op rij 1, zoon en vader op 21 en 22. Echt not nooit zo’n slechte ervaring gehad op een vlucht"

Nadelen: "The delay in this flight was made far worse by the poor communication about he new timeframe for departure. It was poorly handled and we ended up getting to our final destination at 3 am as a result. Disappointed."

Voordelen: "Arrived on time!!!"

Nadelen: "We left with 2 hours of delay to land at midnight on a Sunday night.... to other ways to go home than taxi which is expansive and long."

Voordelen: "Boarding was very fast compared to most other flights. Crew was friendly. Flight was smooth and on time."
Nadelen: "Honestly - a bunch of drunk Scandinavians all around me. Very noisy and smelling so much from the alcohol, I almost got sick. Luckily, a very short flight. The guy behind me was very rude to the crew. Crew member handled him well. Was worried about him throwing up on me. Rest of flight was good."

Voordelen: "Great beer selection on the flight. After spending 4 days in Paris with all wine it was great to have an IPA on the flight. More importantly, the service was incredible, airport was beautiful, and transport was seamless."

Nadelen: "No vegan food just crisps or alcohol"

Voordelen: "We zijn op tijd vertrokken, het was een vlotte vlucht (3u45)"
Nadelen: "Er zijn geen dingen die ik vervelend vond, al zou ik het als EasyJet Plus lid wel fijn vinden om ook tijdens de vlucht iets van mijn lidmaatschap te merken, zoals bijvoorbeeld een gratis blikje fris, nootjes o.i.d."

Voordelen: "Aardige man die hielp bij aanschaffen van een horloge. Top dat jullie dit zo doen, zo snel en makkelijk feedback vragen. Heeft indruk gemaakt."

Voordelen: "Good fly"

Nadelen: "An hour late without excuses and a 50 min wait for the luggage. Ridiculous!"

Voordelen: "Niks. Kost weinig, je krijgt nog veel minder. Toch?"
Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Voordelen: "If I could zi would fly from Southend every time"

Voordelen: "On time, friendly, polished,"
Nadelen: "No offer of any refreshment"

Voordelen: "Clean plane and professional people. Handled lateness of flight well. And we were able to change the time of our flight (for a 20% fee increase of course) after a stolen passport detained us in Prague)."
Nadelen: "Seats were very uncomfortable. Flight was late."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time. Boarding was super smooth. Staff was lovely. Nothing to complain about!! I was worried because I had three kids and I had heard horror stories about the airline being super strict about the size of carry-on luggage but everything was fine! They didn’t ask us to check in our bags or to pay any additional Fees. I was so happy! It was easy peasy!"
Nadelen: "Everything was perfect. There was a dad who kept yelling at his kid in Serbia’s-Croatian but that had nothing to do with the airline."

Voordelen: "Flight was quick and comfortable. Crew were excellent and friendly."
Nadelen: "Longest queue to check in I have ever seen in my life. Even though we arrived with hours to spare we ended up being rushed forward to check in, rushed through security having no time for breakfast as we had planned, onto a plane that then sat on the tarmac for two hours and when it got away no time for a warm meal on board."

Nadelen: "had to wait nearly an hour from departure lounge then on the plane before takeoff. Felt we were being herded like cattle and then left to stew in a holding room before allowed access to plane."

Voordelen: "Friendly staff, offered me to move to improve my convenience. "Hands free" option was very good for us- our suitcases were slightly(!) oversized (can we book this in advance?)"
Nadelen: "No water(?) Some entertainment options would be nice..."

Nadelen: "Easy jet late yet again, no food on board. This is becomming a typical occurance out if Luton and its just not good enough."

Voordelen: "Efficacite, simplicite"
Nadelen: "Retard de depart et arrive, d'a peu pres 1 heure"

Voordelen: "Comfortable new plane. Pleasant staff. Captain willing to stand in front of passengers and explain why the flight was delayed and offer the opportunity to visit the flight deck - a very human face."
Nadelen: "Fight was delayed for over an hour but hey, it happens."

Voordelen: "Overall was fine."
Nadelen: "When boarding the lady handling my boarding pass had a Bad attitude!"

Nadelen: "Veel turbulentie, en vreemd dat ze voetbalsupporters toelaten met blikken bier in de gate"

Voordelen: "Daniel the long stay car park bus driver a real gem. he told us where he would drop us off, to ask anything we did not know ( that is if we knew we did not know) and best of all he told us were to find the pick up point when we returned."
Nadelen: "I did not like going to the long stay carpark north terminal it adds quite a few additional minutes on my journey, I usually use the LtP in south terminal . Also very few spaces left in zone Z even at 6 am!!! I only had hand luggage and I could not see any escalators so I had to wait for lift which was daft. Then as I had already checked in had to ask where to go next...."

Voordelen: "Boarding was quick, flight was smooth, captain kept us updated throughout the flight, cabin crew was friendly and polite."

Voordelen: "Efficient check in and bag drop. Flight attendants were professional and accommodating."
Nadelen: "I sat in seat 1A, near the door, and froze. Changed seats with a lady so she could be with her children. I originally had seat 1D. I am surprised you charge extra for that seat. If one of the children would have sat in seat 1A I am sure they would be sick with a cold in a few days."

Nadelen: "Ik moest rennen naar de gate omdat de schermen te laat waren. Er waren meer reizigers die onvriendelijk gewezen werden op het feit dat ze “te laat” waren."

Voordelen: "Seats were comfy, airport was clean."
Nadelen: "EasyJet's website wouldn't let me purchase checked bag vouchers online and the people at the gate refused to believe me. Even though I had a screen shot and had called the airline. So, had to waste 100 euros in bag fees and get yelled at by two separate gate agents and the British IT person that was there working on their system. Then, we all checked in but had to wait in a tiny waiting space for an hour with no seating. One older woman was on the verge of passing out, two other passengers helped her. EasyJet personnel could care less."

Nadelen: "Schiphol is eigenlijk te groot. Alles kost veel tijd. Vlucht was half uur te laat"

Nadelen: "Crew very rude to advise we could only travel with one piece of luggage, they consider a simple purse as a second luggage."

Voordelen: "The crew smiled."
Nadelen: "Cramped seats, delayed takeoff, ticket price."

Voordelen: "easy boarding"
Nadelen: "seats don't recline no entertainment very noisy fussy babies on board need ear jacks to drown out passenger noise (kids)"

Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."
