The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by over two HOURS. When we got to Istanbul, our connecting flight to NY could not wait 15 MINUTES and instead left. We ended up spending 18 hours in Istanbul for the next flight. 1. The personnel at the transfer desk were rude and unhelpful when we asked questions. They seemed like they could not be bothered with our problems. 2. Turkish airlines did not even bother to help with accommodations, instead giving my wife and I a small bed to sleep in vs a hotel room. The only way to get a hotel room was to leave the airport, and we could not get Visas because we were American citizens. Turkish airlines was a very bad experience. Overall this was a poor experience, and I will not fly Turkish Airlines again. I will make sure my friends and family know that this is a poor airline with poor customer service."

Voordelen: "Walking past the Turkish Airlines desk in Dulles and knowing I would NEVER have to interact with these monsters again."
Nadelen: "I am an experienced traveler. I've been to 17 countries and have flown over a million miles in both business and coach. My wife encountered a problem in Istanbul that involved an airport transit visa through Canada. I am certain that any other airline we’ve ever flown would’ve assisted us, since it was easily resolved. To Turkish Airlines, this is simply a part of their business model and a chance to make more money. It took about 8 hours of our time at 5 different airport locations to eventually buy new tickets to get back the next day. Our original tickets say: “REISSUE With 200.00 USD penalty. What I didn’t see was the fine print at the bottom: “Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change rules regarding ticket changes and refunds.”. They mean it. As bad as our personal experience was, the real reason we are so appalled is that we were there long enough to see this is the norm for them. In our single day there, we saw at least 100 other travelers going through similar things. The ONLY solution ever offered is to purchase another ticket. We witnessed several people weeping. Many losing control and shouting. Their own personnel were screaming at customers (in a separate office area though, it was all yucks and laughing). These were people of all nationalities. Africans, Asians, Europeans. We were lucky because we had the means to purchase new tickets. Others clearly didn’t. I really don’t know what happened to some of them. One moment was very symbolic of the entire experience. Another vanquished traveler was paying $843 for a new ticket with cash. He handed her $845 but she, of course, had no change. Instead of the $5, he gave her two $1 bills. I had one in my pocket so gave it to her as well. She held my $1 bill up and pointed to the corner which had a very small piece torn off…no ink was missing…and sneered “I can’t accept this. She did this simply because she could. We were powerless. She knew it and reveled in it."

Nadelen: "The service on the flight from Houston to Turkey was much better than it was from Turkey to Houston. For one thing, the flight attendant never made up our beds on the way back to Houston. For another, the sound did not work at my seat, so I was unable to use any of the entertainment. The flight attendant kept trying to give me different headphones...it wasn't the headphones that were the problem!! He never really addressed the issue or coordinated a possible seat change (even though there were empty seats in business class)."

Nadelen: "The Sabiha Gökçen airport in Istanbul is discrageful, and changing flights there is always a horrible experience. But this is not, of course, the fault of THY. The airport is simply too small for the current number of flights."

Nadelen: "There were enormous crowds at Sabiha Gökçen airport. The flight connections were late due to bad weather, and I nearly missed my connection to Brussels. There was no information and no help, and the gate was already closed. The people at the ground terminal knew no foreign languages. All they could say was 'I do not know. This is not my responsibility'. Completely disorganised."

Voordelen: "Super friendly crew! Great amount of entertainment on board. Good food."

Nadelen: "The flight from DXB was delayed, causing us to miss the connection to LIS in IST. 2 hours after standing at the transfer desk they put us on a flight to LIS via CDG. Luggage was kept in IST. Now we are in LIS with no luggage and no confirmation on its whereabouts. Lost and found staff at LIS (Portway) showed total confusion in claiming luggage was in CDG. Today two planes arrived in LIS from IST, none of them with our luggage. Screen shows my name with mention "Not loaded" regarding the luggage. This incompetence is unacceptable from "Europe's best airline". This title is misleading advertising and should not be allowed."

Voordelen: "Boarding was on time and departure as well."
Nadelen: "Entertainment in the whole plain did not work. At arrival we waited about 30 min before exiting the plain."

Voordelen: "Movie choices plentiful"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed for almost an hour while passengers were on board the airplane."

Voordelen: "Crew was so nice and food was pretty decent"

Voordelen: "The pilot is the best one I’ve ever flown with. There was not even a slightest bump when we landed!"

Voordelen: "the crew was good, seats - on the ok side of the regular economy class"
Nadelen: "there was no online check in available in Riga, which means i could not preselect a seat"

Nadelen: "We missed our connection because they did not have a jetway to a gate. By the time they bussed us from the tarmac to the terminal, many missed the plane, though it was still at the gate"

Nadelen: "Our 3 luggages are lost. Three days in Italy, me and my 2 boys have no clothes and no toiletries. We’ve called Aeroflot everyday and still haven’t been found. This is the first time in my life I’ve lost my luggages."

Nadelen: "The organisation of the flight"

Nadelen: "Les foutus Boeing, les compagnies en profitent trop souvent pour diminuer le volume des sièges. Dans ce cas ci les quatre sièges centraux avaient au moins 10% de moins large que les deux rangées de sièges latéraux.. Fini Boeing dans mon cas..."

Voordelen: "Airbus À 320, on était capable de s' as soir au moins..."
Nadelen: "Je ne suis pas difficile, mais la cuisine Russe en avion..."

Nadelen: "Personnel antiphatique. Repas affreux et fonctionnement des écrans aléatoires."

Nadelen: "The departure was slightly delayed. But the on-board experience was great."

Nadelen: "Vulgar rude cabin attendants. Careless ground crew baggage arrived broken dirty and scratched Bus to plane stuck behind a plane in the snow. Not safe and led to over an hour delay. Cheap airline."

Voordelen: "Love the hospitable warm stewardesses, the plane, just about everything. Boarding much much better in Moscow than at JFK NY."
Nadelen: "Very fat man next too me, who took up too much room."

Nadelen: "It take some time to board as there is a need for a better birding procedure"

Nadelen: "Went to SVO at 6 AM on June 11th for flight at 8:10 AM to Brussels. Waited in line to check-in untl 7:23 AM Because of long lines at check-in (Russia Day, apparently) and inadequate staffing for the large numbers, I succeeded in getting through passport control and security ten minutes before flight time, only to be told "no Flight" I had to buy another ticket for the next day at a second fare, all because of Aeroflot' s inadequate staffing. Aeroflot service desk only told me to " go back into the city" where I found an Aeroflot office. After meeting three staff members in succession there, they made no effort to make good on their error. I will avoid AEROFLOT on all future travel. Brussels and Amsterdam airports were so much better set up to handle the crowds"

Voordelen: "Rien."

Voordelen: "I liked my long flight because I had an isle seat with no one in the middle. I liked the up to date movies"

Nadelen: "Les sièges trop petits"

Nadelen: "The staff is rude and the food is not fresh"

Voordelen: "Everything!"

Voordelen: "Great FA and very friendly. They'll strike up a conversation, move you about the cabin if need be to help get you more comfortable and provide EXCELLENT care for those weary travelers who find themselves in a different country every other week. Thank you Delta!"
Nadelen: "My butt gets sore in the delta EC / EC+ seats!"

Voordelen: "N.A."
Nadelen: "Rude air hostesses. 3 hours on taxi which I’m willing to forgive because of the weather. They took an extra three hours to send our baggage through to baggage claim because their crew “refused to work in that weather”. Get a hold on your recruiting. And then my baggage doesn’t show up. All my woolens were in there and I have nothing to wear and it’s freezing outside. They do not give me ANY compensation of any sort. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and all just save a couple hundred dollars. Not worth the hassle! I’m still trying to get in touch with them to ask about my baggage but they’re unreachable."

Voordelen: "smooth ride comfortable seats decent leg space and amenities in the economy unbelievable price"
Nadelen: "food was tasteless and food service slow"

Voordelen: "Great service for families and gifts for kids. Excellent seating and leg room. Great 2 course food service with beer and wine included. Fast boarding and baggage. Great selection of programs/ entertainment. Best airline there is period!"

Nadelen: "they lost my bad trying to find someone that speeks English was a tourcher also the servis was bad"

Voordelen: "Nothing!"
Nadelen: "1 hour late, sitting in the plane in tel aviv, with no explanation whatsoever. Then when arrived to Moscow after plane taxiing, STILL 1 hour INSIDE THE PLANE without letting the people out!!! I Missed my train and I will have to stay a night in moscow for nothing!! Horrible experience. I will never in my life fly aeroflot again."

Nadelen: "I paid Kayak and it's intermediary justfly.com extra money to sit in a window seat. I wound up sitting in the last row, middle seat, with a broken TV that was "rebooting" the whole flight. I couldn't recline my chair because I was up against the back wall. When I politely said that I paid more for a window seat, and asked to look for an empty seat, the flight attendant brought over a security guard, and warned me that if I continued to "complain", that I would be asked to leave the plane. I kept my mouth shut, and demanded my upgrade fee back from Just Fly after the flight returned. Very rude crew."

Nadelen: "Crew member named Alexander was very very rude with us and other family. When we asked for his full name to file the complaint he refused to give his last name I believe crewmembers should be trained well and know how to communicate with the customers .very very disappointed"

Voordelen: "Great airline, ticket found for a great price by a great service"

Voordelen: "Full service company. Better than an average European airline"

Nadelen: "Thanks"

Voordelen: "Flight attendants was great! I would give them A+ customer service and big props for their patience."
