Nadelen: "The airline demaged both of my completely new suitcases. They both had TSA approved locks. One of the suitcses has a missing wheel, another one ripped zipper and missing lock and it was wraped in plastic. A few items were missing from that bag."

Nadelen: "We couldn't lower the seats backwards. It was horror for eight hours. And one little tv didn't work but they gave my wife a diferent, better seat because of that. We had a long layover, 12 hours, and they said we didn't have rights for anything. So we went to the city on our one because we didn't want to go on organized tour that we need to pay extra money"

Boarding in Doha was extremely slow, some passengers had issues with their travel documents and instead of handling those issues on the side, they kept everyone waiting for over 15 minutes"

Voordelen: "I was surprised with the quality of gluten free meals served for me, it was well organised and taken care of where I never had to wait. My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."
Nadelen: "The change of my flight schedule for the entire journey was done without giving me any options (departure flights from origin and return). It would have caused me inconvenience if the change of time does not allow me to adjust my plans."

Nadelen: "Le manque d'espace , mais il me semble que s'est pire avec d'autres transporteurs. Dormir ou essayer de dormir dans un avion, un vraie aventure, de toute façon."
Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"

Nadelen: "Trip from ZAG to IAH Business Class. At ZAG they told me it was fine to take my skateboard onboard. At the Istanbul layover they forced me to pay $160 or else my items wouldn't make it on board. With a business class I still had to pay extra for a carry-on they said it was okay but then they changed their tune. I get it's in a different location but the same company is telling me two different things that ended up costing $160. On top of that, when I finally arrived at IAH they didn't have my skateboards... so I paid $160 for them to lose my boards."

Voordelen: "The flight crew was amazing- very pleasant and hospitable. There was great entertainment available which made the flight go quickly. The food was good. We did not realize we had to select vegetarian ahead of time, but having cheese sandwiches available made that easier. The small bag of toiletries that we were given was a very nice surprise."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Turkish reps weren't helpful at all and wouldn't try to find a solution for us!! We had to book new tickets with Egyptair. I don't believe we'll be flying Turkish again."

Nadelen: "There was a "skip" or interruption in the movies. I could follow them, but the system needs to be adjusted a bit. Overall very good. Oddly, the foot rest, in the upright position, bumped into my shins and made stretching my legs a bit uncomfortable. And I'm average height (5' 10")."

Nadelen: "Our flight was an hour late causing us to miss our connecting flight to Corfu. Had to spend the night in an Athens hotel 45 minutes from airport. Had 4 hours sleep before returning to Athens airport for morning flight. My luggage did not make it onto the morning flight and did not get delivered to Corfu for over 48 hours. I spent 3 days in the same clothes. Not a pleasant experience."

Nadelen: "On my return flight to Athens from London, I was told that my hand luggage was too large and needed to be checked. I had to pay an extra 55 pounds (75 USD) to check the bag. On my Aegean flight to London a few days before, I was able to check the bag for free. I do not understand why I was charged for the bag on the way back but not on the way over. $75 is half what I paid for the flight itself - seems way too much just to check a small bag. I will keep this in mind when considering flying with Aegean in the future."

Nadelen: "No entertainment options. Late departure & when we arrived early the local ground services company did not expect us & we were delayed at the gate for 30 minutes before disembarking!"
Voordelen: "The crew were very good and attentive. Fight in both directions was smooth and very comfortable."
Nadelen: "In both directions, check in took forever and I was unable to check in online beforehand. The first flight, I waited 1.5 hr (perhaps that is the general experience from JFK) and in the other direction, at least 1 hr."

Nadelen: "We have cancelled the trip on some personal problems online on kiwi.com, called twice also but till date no action is taken. Neither we got refund nor tickets got cancelled, eventhough we have cancelled tickets 3 days prior to start of our trip"
Nadelen: "Crew was not as attentive as Emirates Airlines."
Nadelen: "Three of is were travelling and they offered food only l to two of us..i think they thought my three year old doesn't need food..and on my flight to Kochi the crew was so mean.."
Voordelen: "The planes are comfortable and the crew are all very nice and helpful! I had not read the carry-on baggage restrictions well and my bag ended up being just a little too big so it had to be checked. Although it wasn't a good situation for me, it was my fault and I appreciate that you hold to your policy!"

Nadelen: "Old aircraft, the bath room needed to be updated."
Voordelen: "Unfortunately our flight from London to Abu Dhabi was delayed and we missed our connection through to Melbourne. However because of the way they hsndled this the delay turned out to be a blessing! Etihad put us up for the 12hour daytime delay in the magnificent Marriot Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The communication and transfer were handled very well. It was a painless process and we got to enjoy a lovely rest before being transferred back to the airport and flying home. Pretty much a faultless experience and one that would see me fly Etihad again without hesitation."
Nadelen: "Whilst the food at the hotel was amazing, the same cannot be said for the plane! The food was very ordinary. The chicken pie was barely edible. In terms of seating, the seats are pretty standard long-haul fare. There is limited room but the issue is cushioning. They feel pretty hard and it was difficult to be comfortable."
Voordelen: "Entertainment was good"
Nadelen: "Staff is rude and food was horrible"
Voordelen: "The Crew was responsive and attentive."
Nadelen: "The On Boarding process, a bit too many checks on the weight of Carry ons (7Kg)and Laptop Bag (5Kg), which was a big inconvenience and I never experienced with any other airlines and believe me I have flown on virtually every airline. The food options were limited and the crew ran out of food choices (Veg) fast."
Voordelen: "Timings good."
Nadelen: "Wheel chair assistance very poor, I suffered a lot."
Voordelen: "Not like trans Atlantic flights"

Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"
Nadelen: "Le personnel de cabine souriant et avenant"
Voordelen: "A little better than the phuket flight but still pretty bad service. Airplane was filthy because crew werent pick up the garbage after breakfast and lunch."
Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Voordelen: "The flight attendants made hand-made Easter cards for all the children on the plane! It was a really nice touch and I've never seen anything like it on another airline."
Nadelen: "The airline changed our return date for 2 days later! When that date wouldn't work for us, we were re-routed through Chicago with a connection back to SF. The flight times were then changed two more times, and our seats were moved from aisle to middle seats. I do not recommend flying Etihad if you have a schedule to keep to."

Voordelen: "I bought a one way from Los Angeles to Kathmandu. I had a 16 hour layover in Dubai. I went to the Ethiad help desk upon arrival to inquire about my gate. I was given the info I asked for, and to my surprise a voucher to a five star hotel and two meal vouchers at the airport----Complementary!"
Nadelen: "The chicken meal was the only time I refused to eat on any flight... ever."
Nadelen: "So tight and noise , and i think this kind of chairs not comfortable for long distances, mean while other airline's can provide me the same price maybe little bit more but comfortable and better amenities"
Voordelen: "I was upgraded to business class, so the flight was smooth and amazing. This gesture was really a class act, I'm staying with Etihad for life!"
