Always allow at least 2+ hours for a transfer. When boarding this flight usually does not have a gate. It is necessary to take a. Once we were checked in we had to shove our way onto an overcrowded bus for transport from the gate to the plane. More buses are needed when ferrying people by bus from the gate to the plane, in general (not just on this flight)."

Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Je suis sénégalaise mais je suis très déçue du comportement des agents à l’aéroport de Dakar. La plus grosse déception de ma vie"

Nadelen: "We had to pay $200 each way to check in a luggage and just pick regular seats. That was not clear when we bought tickets. Additionally, they don't announce the gate until 30min before boarding. If you're going through passport control that can be a 45min process. On top of that even though I paid $100 to reserve seats, when we arrived at the gate the seats we reserved weren't reserved. Why did I just pay $100?! Luckily I had receipts. Our connecting flight was delayed 4 hours, making our layover 7 hours! For an hour flight. This is the worst airline."

Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

Arrivé aux portes d'embarquement, je m'assoie pour attendre l'annonce de l'ouverture des portes. HEUREUSEMENT, un policier me demande ce que j'attends, me dit que l'embarquement vient de fermer, que je dois courir. Arrivé devant la porte, plus de passerel, le commandant à était bien gentil de me laisser monter dans l'avion qui décollait 2 min après. Je ne vous remercie pas !"

Voordelen: "Je suis une personne handicapée à mobilité réduite et on m'a refuse l'assistance au motif qu'il était trop tard alors que les personnespresschargées de l'enregistrement n'ont pas été rapides il n'y avait une longue file d'attente"

Bref vraiment dégoûtée"

A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Nadelen: "L'enregistrement a été un véritable calvaire Je n'ai jamais réussi à m'enregistrer via Kiwi mon prestataire Je suis donc venue tôt à l'aéroport pour m'entendre dire que l'enregistrement sur place est facturé plus de 50 euros par passager ! En fait je n'avais pas reçu l'adresse mail kiwi pour effectuer cette démarche, adresse incroyablement longue, introuvable sur le net ( je prends pourtant l'avion depuis quelques années ! ) Bref, gros gros stress et la sensation d'être prise pour une andouille, ce qui est plutôt déplaisant Je ne voyagerai plus par Ryanair si le prestataire kiwi est proposé, d'autant que mes tentatives pour les joindre avant le départ ont toutes échoué. Nadelen: "Le moindre supplément se paie au prix fort, même l'enregistrement sur le site si vous voulez être placé à côté de votre compagnon de voyage. L'embarquement fait un peu penser à la transhumance du bétail... Il ne faut surtout pas perdre de temps ! Si on voyage avec un bagage cabine et que l'on fait son propre check in sur Internet, cela facilite beaucoup les choses."
