Nadelen: "No one weighted my cabin bag while checking in. Before the security control, Emirates ground staff stopped me and weighted my cabin bag that was 8.4, around a kg extra. They didn't allow me boarding until I threw 4 shirts to the garbage and I reduced the weight. Staff was just unbelievably rude."

Nadelen: "I attempted to cancel this flight and arrange to use the same route within a year, but when Oct 3 came, nothing had been done. I called as I had before to Justfly and was then told that I had to use the ticket by the date I purchased it (3/26) . I should have just done nothing as when I cancelled the ticket, it cost me another $100l. I will not use Justfly again. I am out more than $1000."

We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

My grandmother needed a wheel chair and the lady who took her did not allow any of us to stay with her , mind you my grandmother can't speak English. The lady also told us that she didn't need the passport or her boarding pass ??? Because of that my grandmother almost got lost , we had to wait for her for an eternity. She got very scared and very upset for what you guys did . She is an old lady and it was one of her worst experiences of her life"

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Nadelen: "We boarded on time but the flight didn't leave for another 45 minutes or so. This made me miss my next flight when I landed in Instanbul. I think they might have been doing extra checks on the plane so it's fine. Even though I missed my flight and it was out of my control, I was able get another flight within 5 hours and free of charge!"

Voordelen: "Crew were exceptionally warm and pleasant, and made me feel more than welcome onboard."
Nadelen: "This was one of the worst days of my life, health-wise, so it could be that my observation of the passage of time was somewhat distorted, but Turkish did everything either slowly, or more slowly on this day. First, name two things on a flight line that are wheeled, movable objects. Did you answer bus and plane? Well done. So if both bus AND plane are theoretically mobile, why then must I endure a long walk AND a long bus ride? Boarding was an hour-long event, probably due again to inefficient ground services. I fell asleep and woke up twice before it was over."

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Не достаточное количество завтраков предлагаемых в меню. Блинчики совершенно не возможно было разрезать. Возможно подогретые вместе блины и сладкий сироп или варенье не самая удачная комбинация."

Voordelen: "Nothing extra ordinary"
Nadelen: "That was my first flight and the entertainment video did not work I also will like to see a situation where I can drop my luggage and be checked in on the day of flight no matter the flight time I drove all night to Heathrow from Manchester and arrived at check in countrer at 8am and was refused check in until 11.30 for a 1:45pm flight so I was not able to go and sleep somewhere as I planner . After all that the flight we delayed one hour"

Nadelen: "The temperature in the plane before take off was very cold. I was dressed in a warm sport suit and got cold. My daughter was shievering in 2 sweaters. Blankets were sold not given to us only after take off. We had to wait 40 mins to take off which is fine in a busy airport, but couldn't get blankets when needed."

Nadelen: "No vegetarian food options Boarding was delayed but no announcement was made"

Voordelen: "Great air company, excellent crew, nice meal, comfortable seats with normal space"
Nadelen: "Nothing. May be tickets might be cheaper."

Nadelen: "Did not switch the lights for a long time after ate."

Voordelen: "Love the idea of slippers"
Nadelen: "I prefer one meal but quality than 2 and not good quality"

Nadelen: "The flight attendant seemed to have been bothered by the fact that she had to tend to my boyfriend and I. Any simple question we had may it had been what was on the menu for lunch or a simple request for ice in our drink; we received with a rude tone. When our plane was about to land I had my eyes closed because I had been traveling for 24 hours and was still very tired and she (Olga, I believe her name was) yelled saying "MIS, WAKE UP AND OPEN YOUR WINDOW!" this was by far the WORST flight experience I have ever had. I suggest this particular flight attendant reconsiders her career choice because customer service does not fit her. It is safe to say that I will NEVER fly Aeroflot again. And will be spreading the word to my colleagues and friends as I too am in the travel business and know how important it is to feel comfortable and safe when traveling abroad."

Voordelen: "Flight was delayed 6 hours. Had to wait for 40 minutes ubtil they figured out whether to take a drhnk guy off ths flight or not. Then another 40 mins to do the deicing procedure. Then another 20 minutes to park the plain after landing. Instead of getting home at 13.15 I got out if the plane at 8 PM. Nit the friendliest crew and poor quality food. Overall I am very unhappy with the trip."

Voordelen: "There was a bottle that leaked in the overhead compartments. I was dripped on during take off. They cleaned up the mess, but I still had to smell like alcohol for the rest of the flight. It was unfortunate, but everyone was pleasant."

Nadelen: "Half of entarteinment screens were turned off"

Voordelen: "Aeroflot magazine is the best informative iszue among all airlines."

Nadelen: "I checked in early among the first ten and they still left my luggage behind. I still don't have my bag. It arrives from Russia at 145 am tonight and I fly out to Orlando at 250 am. why wasn't my bag on my page?. I hope I get it. Out of the four flights I took, all but one were extremely late with no explanation as to why. I missed one connection and had to stay in airport hotel in Moscow. They gave me food and took care of the hotel, but when I kept asking about my connecting flight out of Moscow, no one would give me a straight answer. There's a definite language barrier and culture barrier. Customer service is curt and brash at best. When I asked about getting my delta skymiles Again in Moscow, the guy at the counter was annoyed with me, but eventually looked it up."

Nadelen: "The plane we flew from Tbilisi to Minsk was old, noisy while landing, not very clean, the crew was not very attentive during this flight."

Voordelen: "This plane was very old. Bad seats. Only cold drinks served"

Voordelen: "I loved the tea with lemon that was offered. Very tasty!"
Nadelen: "The flight was late but there was no communication about this when boarding. No announcements of any sort. The plane was old (clearly a refurbished old Italian plane), poorly pressurised (painful on the ear popping), and pretty bumpy on the takeoff and landing"

Nadelen: "Complete ignorance by staff/personnel of Ataturk airport what is/where is Belavia and WHERE would be the registration. Actually, I have a picture confirming this my statenent, but you quite wisely did mot provide any way to submit this picture. Bravo! :)"

Nadelen: "No entertainment for a 3-hour flight, looks like Belavia stuck in 20th century, disappointed. Sandwiches are not good and not enough for a long flight."

Voordelen: "Nothing!"
Nadelen: "Bad weather in Minsk delayed flight more than 7 Hours and Belavia staff did not communicate the reasons for delays to passengers for more than 3 hours into delay. In the end, the purpose of my trip was lost due to the incredible delay and I did not travel in the end. Poor Communication and Poor Handling of Passengers and our Concerns. Czech Air (booking owner) should hold Belavia (operating aircraft) accountable for this poor performance ... not the weather delay, but how they handled (or didn’t handle) passengers and communications."

Nadelen: "I didn't like the fact that the seating is extremely short (no legspace) forcing me to sit sideways. Really not comfortable. There is of course absolutely no entertainment in the plane."

Nadelen: "I think everything is good, not bad things mentioned now."

Nadelen: "Airport personnel at CDG did not know which gate would be used even after the boarding should have already started."

Nadelen: "Unfriendly crew. No smile. Spoke only in their native language."

Voordelen: "The staff at Belavia Airline are great. Although it’s only a couple of hours flight we were served a pasta lunch which was tasty"

Voordelen: "Our first time to fly Belavia Airlines and the service is outstanding. It’s the shortest time possible to fly out of St Petersburg to Kraków although there are two layovers in Minsk and Warsaw. The flight cost us reasonable $250 each. The Airport lounge at St Pete and in Minsk are both excellent"

Nadelen: "Nothing. Manchester ground staff contacted to support my invalid wife went missing and we had to walk over 30 minutes from the plane to the baggage hall."

Voordelen: "What is not to like? Flight from Almaty-Minsk was delayed (no explanation) , so we could no longer fly from Minsk to Paris, and the end we waited 9 hours for a completely different airline to fly us. So instead of landing in Paris at 10:25 in a morning, we landed at 18:00 so we lost practically whole day in Paris, for what we are very grateful! (Will never choose this airline again)."

Voordelen: "The aircraft took off just in time, flight was smooth, crew helpful and polite. Landed in exact time, according the time table."
