Nadelen: "Boarding was awful. The staff definitely need better training at adapting with the Covid 19 situation. Especially, when it comes to unexpected occurrences regarding test certificates and sudden new regulations. Not everything is always black and white and not everyone has the same capacity to afford rebooking flights or re-testing. Treatment of foreigners in general at the LAX airport, on my flight at least, were unprofessional and inconsiderate. I generally like flying with Japan Airlines but after what I have seen and experienced personally I’m not so sure it is still one of my number one airlines to fly with anymore."

Seats are unexpectedly big and very comfortable together with functional well designed pockets beside the screen, where I could put my personal items. New and clean cabin."

Broker in between introduce by website made it impossible to rebook flight in practice. Those website are very practical to look for flights but unless they give you the company direct you are better off switching to company site and book it there. Broker not equipped to be of any help."

Free WiFi worked surprisingly well - I was able to make a video call to my family. The plane was clean and tidy . Not really much more to say as it was a very short flight."

Nadelen: "The seat's recline button was broken which meant having to sit for 12+ hours upright. Upon hearing that the seat was broken, the airline crew offered my mother a check for 100 SGD (14% of the ticket value) to be used on Singapore airlines (for the discomfort caused for over 50% of the flight time). They changed her seat from Seoul to Singapore. When I wrote to them about it, they came back saying they had offered her a seat change from LA to Singapore, and she had declined, which is absolutely false. When I called that out, they said, maybe they did not offer aisle seats (note that the broken seat was not aisle). So it just shows that they don't want to accept that they messed up. They even told me that despite their best efforts in pre-flight checks, certain defects only surface when the flight is in progress. Will never ever travel on this airline again."
Voordelen: "The ability to pre-order food helped bud to intolerance of good types. Crew were helpful in getting us off the place first because they knew were were short on time for our connection."

I had to pay thousands for new flight Austrian Air. Swiss thieved my money and I dont mind saying so. Unfair and unfair conduct. I am saving this letter for twitter to tell my friends of my disgust. I will be happy if this is sorted refunded immediately. A copy of these details and medical letter already provided to Jithendra from flight network (online travel agent)."

Overall a great experience, but would have liked it to be a 12hr experience instead of 5."

I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

I had just come off another Emirates flight but this was old tatty plane, the seating squashed. The plane was delayed on the runway for around 40 mins but no announcement made, the stewards were unresponsive when people pressed the buzzer."

Seating was awfully I am 6'3" did not fit in middle seat requested several times for isle seat my legs were sticking out each time I have to get up to let pass the passengers and staff safety hazard. Have to pay additional 70 pounds sterling for under 3kg."

Nadelen: "Food was tasty enough, but not hot when served (a common problem with many airlines) and only two options for Premium Economy. Entertainment options also limited."
Nadelen: "Boarding - No announcement regarding boarding, people were unsure when boarding would commence and reason for the delay. Comfort- it was very hot, as temperature control is activated by staff; I asked staff to turn on air conditioning in my area as it was very hot and stuffy, but it was still hot and fairly uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "I’m not fussy about food, but the menu today was about as uninspiring as they come. Along with polite but perfunctory service and a seat that is nothing better than premium economy, I don’t know how they can get away with calling their business class product, Business Class!"

Nadelen: "We arrived plenty early at terminal 2 like the confirmation said. Only to find that over night they changed departures to terminal 3. No signs. No one there to give instructions. Just a security guy saying “take sky train “. We had plenty of time so it was more annoying than anything. So we arrive at the gate and the are having a party to inaugurate the new gate and terminal. I’m glad they celebrated. Haha. Got to laugh. The big crowd at the celebration were passengers who were delayed bordering so they could have a celebration. Part of the adventure."

Voordelen: "De l'enregistrement à l'arrivée à destination tout a été facile et efficace. Le personnel au sol au moment du drop-off était accueillant et poli. Le personnel naviguant est juste exceptionnel on peut demander ce que l'on veut et ce même en économie class. Les compagnies européennes devraient s'en inspirer. La nourriture excellente et vraiment j'insiste sur la qualité du service."

Nadelen: "Late departing, no gate, waiting, immigration jammed. Overall very bad."
Voordelen: "They had good movie choices"
Nadelen: "The stewardesses, for the most part were rude, almost because they were lazy. I had one get pissed because I asked for oolong tea when she was offering coffee or hot tea. Well the cabin was so hot during the whole flight, I didn't want anything hot. She made it seem like she had to go out her way to get it for me. It was on her cart!!! They rarely walked around the cabin to make sure they couldn't get something for you or even take your trash. I held an empty cup during almost an entire movie. When I finally got up to toss it, I gave it to a stewardess who was standing right there by the closes curtain who acted like that it was beneath him to do so. They would rush up and down the isle and pretty much shove your meal on you. Ugh they were just rude. None of want to be there either, especially when it's so hot in the cabin and the seats were so narrow!!"
Nadelen: "Our itinerary did not show that we had to transit in Chiangmai. It came as a surprise when we checked in at the airport. That was very misleading. We had to remove our hand luggage at each stop."
Nadelen: "Waited for at the domestic check in for 40 minutes only to be told to check in at int terminal!! Absolutely ridiculous set up!!"
Voordelen: "Nice crew. Good food. Arrived safely."
Nadelen: "I waited in line for 90 minutes to check my bag. Pace of that line moved extremely slowly. I fly frequently. Other airlines are more efficient. Delay 45 Min. in taking off. Delay upon arrival as we waited for what must have been 30-45 min for a people transporter to take us to our gate. I was at the back of the plane and I swear it seemed like they only had one bus making the (long) journey back and forth. All told I arrived over two hours late to my destination for reasons that are likely poor business design. Not a great experience."

Nadelen: "Our connection flight from Germany was changed and we were not informed meaning we land in Germany after the flight has departed. We're forced to buy a last minute flight with a different airline to ensure we do not miss our honeymoon plans"

Nadelen: "Boarding in Brussels is always a hassle. The plane is never ready for boarding and one has to wait long time to access the plane. They start boarding but do not open the doors of the plane so everybody has to wait long in the tunnel to access the plane. It would be better not to start boarding."
Voordelen: "The crew are very friendly and helpful. There was a variety of entertainment options, with recent films, tv shows and music options to keep you busy. I also thought the food options were good, too. You didn't go too long without being asked about a new beverage or meal, pretty satisfying."
Nadelen: "The comfort could have been better. I find myself a little fidgety on flights anyway but I also had a sore back and couldn't seem to find a way to get completely comfortable, but I have had worse!"
