(BTW, most people travel on weekends so ya may want to consider providing customer service then...duh). When I finally was able to reach someone in order to upgrage to Premium Economy, they could not help me but said they would send an email with an answer to how much that would cost. The email never came. I will never book with Kayak again."

And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled at the time we were suppose to board. We had to find another flight via Istanbul and got to our destination 6 hours late. Won't use Kayak again."

Nadelen: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Voordelen: "The personnel AFTER passport control was wonderful, both airport and United. Passport control workers failed to recognize or help move us through to be able to board in time while they allowed other passengers to go ahead who had same departure. Plane waited 30 mins past take off for us."
Nadelen: "Brussels airport staff at pass control needed to acknowledge departure concerns to prevent plane delay of takeoff. Many passengers missed their connection in Chicago because of our delay boarding due to pass control wait and lack of help."

Nadelen: "To be given a blanket. And better choice in music"

Nadelen: "It was very cold they need to lower the temperature."

Voordelen: "Nothing really"
Nadelen: "Late boarding, had to check the bag, had to wait forever when landed in the plane"

Voordelen: "The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped."
Nadelen: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."

Nadelen: "The a la carte approach that includes charging 3 euros for water. I mean, seriously?"

Nadelen: "Service for my mom was great!"

Nadelen: "Very poor service at brussels airport. It took 15 minutes to connect the bridge and evenually we had to go down the stairs to take a bus that also took 15 min to start. We also left late frm malpensa due to late check-in but i thin rhe plane actually camw in late too."

Nadelen: "Boarding late. Good for sale-not even a cup of water free, staff rude, there is no entertainment"

Voordelen: "I was happy to see that I had a huge amount of leg room on both of the flight legs! - Very comfortable"

Nadelen: "Delayed and JFK wasn't ready for us. So more delay"

Nadelen: "Crammed seats, not very clean, took pictures, very dirty."

Voordelen: "They had a funny safety video"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by an hour. Not only did this mean that I didn't have a chance to rest in Hamburg, it also meant that I had to sprint to get my connecting flight which was on the other side of a huge U shaped airport."

Nadelen: "Over 2 hour delay"

Voordelen: "Problem was, my luggage didn't arrive. I am now in front of lost and found desk, expecting it will come one of next days. My additional problem is, I am traveling on Wednesday in remote area by car and need desperately my luggage!"

Nadelen: "Boarding was in crammed area in between easyjet flights. In brussels they parked at the international gates and then an overfull bus took us to the arrivals. Is brussels airlines training fast to become part of euro wings?"

Nadelen: "Staff did not allow access to lavatories when they were serving drinks and the long waits after were ridiculous"

Voordelen: "Liked flight home arrived early luggage on belt quickly fragile parcel looked after and loads of leg room on airbus"

Nadelen: "Unexpected baggage charges despite only taking carryons"

Voordelen: "There was a 2hr delay and communication from the pilot was misleading at often times"

Voordelen: "Nothing much every other plane is more comfortable."
Nadelen: "We were five people with five carry-on lugages and five small individual bags. The people in boarding tried to charge us €76 for each one of the bags for a total of €380 extra. We managed to put three of those bags inside our suitcases but we were still charged for two very small bags €152."

Voordelen: "Crew were lovely and happy and kept us abreast of the problems that caused a delay in departure."

Nadelen: "Vertraging"

Nadelen: "I don’t understand why I still had to pay for my luggage !! I ended up paying around 300 euros for a short flight !"

Voordelen: "Mijn 7 jarige zoon zat in zijn eentje. Bizar dat Easyjet niet automatisch gezinnen bij elkaar zet. Vrouw en dochter op rij 1, zoon en vader op 21 en 22. Echt not nooit zo’n slechte ervaring gehad op een vlucht"

Nadelen: "Very slow baggage reclaim at Bristol Airport"

Nadelen: "The plane was late and we were all crammed into a tiny area whilst we waited to board. We got on straight after the previous passengers disembarked so the plane had not been cleaned well and the whole flight was uncomfortable as it was so hot. The staff were rude in the check in at the Basel airport"

Voordelen: "Norhing"
Nadelen: "Air Stewardesses disappeared for a 20 min break mid flight!! We were told not to press call bell!! Also they boarded us from both ends of the plane. We were bussed to the front with seats at the back. Traffic jam!!"

Voordelen: "We zijn op tijd vertrokken, het was een vlotte vlucht (3u45)"
Nadelen: "Er zijn geen dingen die ik vervelend vond, al zou ik het als EasyJet Plus lid wel fijn vinden om ook tijdens de vlucht iets van mijn lidmaatschap te merken, zoals bijvoorbeeld een gratis blikje fris, nootjes o.i.d."

Voordelen: "Aardige man die hielp bij aanschaffen van een horloge. Top dat jullie dit zo doen, zo snel en makkelijk feedback vragen. Heeft indruk gemaakt."

Nadelen: "An hour late without excuses and a 50 min wait for the luggage. Ridiculous!"

Voordelen: "Niks. Kost weinig, je krijgt nog veel minder. Toch?"
Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Nadelen: "Being delayed 4 hours"

Nadelen: "Cattle car boarding. But expected. Luton airport is confusing for transport to London"

Nadelen: "Easy jet exists today because we, customers have little choice. It’s a typical example of a company that has a good market positioning but is extremely poorly managed. The day a customer centric airline will enter the market, easy jet will gently disappear. The exact thing happened with frech taxis the day uber entered the french market"

Nadelen: "It was 2 hours late leaving. There were no complimentary refreshments provided, not even a glass of water"

Voordelen: "The crew were great. The waiting rooms in Basel euroairport were good"
Nadelen: "A 7am flight with a two hour delay so we got up at 4am for nothing. The email woke us at 4am and said we must still check in at the same time. Once boarded we had a further delay of half an hour. The queues were quick at Basel but dreadful at passport control at Gatwick. Presumably because were were so late. Meant we had to run and stress ourselves to get next transport. We are too old for all that. If not for all that I would have been saying what a great flight"

Nadelen: "Veel turbulentie, en vreemd dat ze voetbalsupporters toelaten met blikken bier in de gate"

Nadelen: "The flight hour since we spent time in the small unconvinient airport. If the flight was one hour later i would be able to sleep in zh and come with the train"

Voordelen: "Empty seat next to me. Arrived a few minutes early. Looked like a new plane: was Austrian registered which is new for EZY (thank you Brexit)"
Nadelen: "Boarding process always feels more irritating than it should."

Voordelen: "Was inexpensive. Very friendly staff. Easy trip"

Nadelen: "Nothing in particular to dislike but i wish there was more organization when it came to the flight delay and the boarding process."

Nadelen: "Ik moest rennen naar de gate omdat de schermen te laat waren. Er waren meer reizigers die onvriendelijk gewezen werden op het feit dat ze “te laat” waren."

Nadelen: "Schiphol is eigenlijk te groot. Alles kost veel tijd. Vlucht was half uur te laat"

Nadelen: "I was extremely annoyed that despite carrrying a luggage that fit the specs I was forced to check it because the overhead space was full. When I boarded I realized that there was plenty of space. In fact on the space over our heads (row14) there was space throughout the flight"

Nadelen: "Chairs are broken"

Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."

Voordelen: "At least they are consistent"
Nadelen: "I take this flight every week. 1/5 are on time"

Nadelen: "You should check and wait for people who are delayed on other flights! Especially when they have checked in! How can you leave 10 minutes before the departure time! when you are always late. You are so not having me as a customer any more. Bye."

Voordelen: "The cabin staff were awesome, and a credit to the company"
Nadelen: "Nothing, all good"

Nadelen: "My flight was delayed over an hour so I missed another flight on another airline now I am stuck at the airport for 24 hours until the next flight"

Voordelen: "The allocated seating system avoids having to rush onboard to claim your seat. In the past it became quite chaotic when boarding the plane."
Nadelen: "The long wait to board our plane especially when it was so hot and clammy."

Voordelen: "Bag drop very quick. Service friendly and efficient ."
Nadelen: "A lot of speedy boarders so almost defeated the object of prebooking but still better than not having speedy boarding."

Nadelen: "I wanted to delay my flight back to the UK as my mother is gravely ill with final throes of cancer and when my wife called was told that a voucher could be given as the return date could not be decided. When I called I was told flatly that I needed a doctor's note to get a voucher which I think is awful customer service and shows no compassion or business judgement. This has made me think twice before using easyJet again."

Voordelen: "Price, staff, safety.."
Nadelen: "1h late"

Nadelen: "Had to pay to store my bag and wasntnclear when I bought my ticket. I did not pay in first flight to Prague"

Voordelen: "The flight being over."
Nadelen: "All of it was terrible. The staff didn't help much, the food was terrible, it was so uncomfortable, luggage was more than a hassle it was a disaster, and boarding was terrible. I never want to fly with easyJet ever again."
