The lady seated neit to us in the aisle seat was in a wheel chair so was a problem if having to get in and out. I didn’t think it was fair that a person who depends on a wheel chair sits so far back on a plane. She also had to deal with our crying baby"

Nadelen: "In Business Class, the seats did not recline all the way to become flat. Other airlines (including Qatar and Etihad) have seats which become flatbeds even in 3 hour long flights. Very disappointed that Turkish does not have that options from IST to ISB. The boarding experience from IAD-IST was excellent...but it was the opposite from IST-ISB."

Voordelen: "Good service once on the plain,on the way back they were feeding us with pasta,no meat-horrible.. How ever poor communication before the flight with my service dog."

Nadelen: "The customer service in Istanbul airport (for Turkish Airlines) did not speak or understand English at all. She could not give us any helpful information of our flight"

Nadelen: "Food served was poor in quality. Bread seemed to be stale and hard. Seems from the previous flight. Crew had poor service. Some food has fallen on the floor and she kept pushing to serve the same food and was reluctant to discard that tray."

Nadelen: "An hour late with no apologies. And seats are so small, the people sitting next to me were so large that I didn’t have enough room."

Nadelen: "My family and I bought our tickets months in advance. We had selected the seats right next to one another. When we go to airport and check in we noticed they placed 2 of us on the same seat! So we ask them to correct it. They instead break us up into random locations on the flight. That's not even the worst of it. When we get in the aircraft our seats were taken up by other people. we had to wait for everything to pass us inside the tight rows to find other seats even further apart. We payed for seats together."

Voordelen: "What I liked about my flight was the service was the plane was up and running."
Nadelen: "What I didn't understand or appreciate was that this flight was supposed to take off at 8pm, as it was already delayed, but the plane just sat on the tar mat until 11pm without any explanations from the crew, no announcements, and most disturbing: not even the offer of a drink of water for the passengers as we waited blindly."

Nadelen: "No complaints except boarding was a little hectic. It would have been better if there was more organization on who boards when and more control by staff."

Nadelen: "Headphones did not work for first half of flight. flight attendant was unconcerned. Very little legroom"

Voordelen: "Delicious food, fantastic entertainment system, power plugs and USB plugs at every seat. The amenities kit everyone gets is fantastic and sure makes the flying experience feel more special."

Nadelen: "No miles. No notification either. Seems very arbitrary"

Nadelen: "The flight was cancelled due to weather conditions, that's fine! I never found out till I had to contact the airlines and verify of this piece of information after I heard it from news. Kayak never notified me, nor offered any alternatives!! Poor service!"

Voordelen: "Everything was good except the airplane.. i was on row 13 and the cabinet was warm and air-condition was not working fine.. i reported this ti the flight attendant. She confirmed the temp was set to 23 C however it was definitely not less that 26C .. also it took long time to serve the hot meal although we were on rhe plane and the flight depart8 got delayed for 90 minutes due to technical problem. On the other hand, seat were comfortable and flight attendants were so nice and friendly.. also Turkish lounge and airport were good"

Voordelen: "They should inform layover passengers about getting their visa for free hotel accommodations."

Nadelen: "they lost my luggage by my first stop"

Voordelen: "I liked the friendly staff and regular drink, hot wash cloth, and food."
Nadelen: "Bringing a hot wash cloth around just before landing after flying all night would be refreshing. I think it would give people the next best thing to a hot shower. I should have picked an isle seat. I was on a 10 plus hour flight and felt trapped and my isle guy had his headphones in or slept all but one small break in that 11 hours. I felt abit claustrophobic."

Nadelen: "Some of my electronics, clothing, and personal belongings were stolen from my luggage"

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Voordelen: "Entertainment (movies) always helpful to pass the time."
Nadelen: "Hot in the plane during and after boarding - no cool air. I have come to expect more from Turkish Airlines, and I hope they make sure they improve this aspect."

Nadelen: "AC only on for takeoff and landing. Not much water so became very dehydrated and overly warm."

Voordelen: "I like the fact that for almost 11 hours I was fed, entertained, and was able to rest. The flight crew was very hospitable and I would very much recommend it to others. The price was also very reasonable, unlike United or some other major carriers. It says something about your airline when I decide to fly through Istanbul, coming from Rome, to go back to the US. It's a longer flight but it's a worthwhile one. Thank you and keep up the good work."

Nadelen: "The chairs didn,t go well for sleeping And we had 12 hrs to do ."

Voordelen: "The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints."
Nadelen: "The boarding in Istanbul was via bus, which is not only uncomfortable but impossible to socially distance on. In Prague we deplaned via a jetway. In Istanbul the gate control person was overly vigilant in checking documents. It was very disturbing :("

Nadelen: "Airport team ask me to pay for 1kg and I have Already pay in Dubai as I was have 30 kg + 8 hand bag and 3 personal still she don’t like to talk and ask me to go and pay it’s will be my last fly with guys"

Nadelen: "i tried to cancel. as you can see i booked other tickets from IST to DXB but could not get a refund for these tickets"

Nadelen: "I paid £275 for my TICKET ,after 2 min I rang them for cancel my ticket they said refund only £177 Then I said ok change the ticket they said still need to pay penalty charge as well, i wasnt happy then they call me back he said we cancel your ticket and refunds £240 , I lost £35 in 10 min ."

Nadelen: "Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it."

Nadelen: "Pegusus auto kiosk checkin got errors so I had to wait in counter line. Fix this! Tea costs money. But cheap travel is awesome!!!"

Nadelen: "Never in time and the POS machine on board never works with debit cards or cards without PIN code .... it didn’t work with more than half of the passengers on board!!! Oh they also charged me 47 euros for just 4 kgs of extra weight!!! Unacceptable !"

Nadelen: "The flight times and layovers, especially the 10 hours in Istanbul airport. Buying your food on the plane was way over priced for what you get, and the quality. There was not enough change in the variety posted currency of the menu."

Nadelen: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Nadelen: "Extremely cramped, non-reclining seats, no pocket in seats, not even a glass of water, no entertainment options of any kind, checked-in suitcase arrived damaged."

Voordelen: "You get what you pay for, nothing more and nothing less."
Nadelen: "Almost on every other airline you can check using the self-check-in computers at the airport; on Pegasus you can't, which caused unnecessary queues at the check-in desks (both there and back)."

Voordelen: "Checked in online with a carry on luggage, no waitşng in lines. Flight was on time and landed on time. Crew was nice."
Nadelen: "The space between the seats could have been a bit roomier."

Nadelen: "The boarding staff not helpful at all for bags and for the seats. The crew was very bad talking she was very bad. The meals were not as expected.. Very poor trip. It is different at all of the going trip!"

Nadelen: "A failed flight canceled the flight without compensation and we lost hotel reservations in Sarajevo"

Voordelen: "Liked their flexibility and welcome agent was serving us."

Nadelen: "Miserable experience. This was flight was diverted to Kuwait due to weather. We were told we would be taking off a few hours later. Then we were told that we would be given a hotel room for the night in Kuwait. In the end, we all just waited around in the Kuwait airport for hours without any assistance from any airline representatives. I wound up having to book another flight, as the Pegasus delay was 13 hours (even though other flights were departing to Bahrain much earlier)."

Nadelen: "Poor everything is poor, they are very bad specially the crew when u check in they will let u pay even for the hand baggage extras kg even if u did shopping from the duty free they will let you pay for the weight. The worst crew ever."

Voordelen: "Very nice crew, smooth flight, on time."

Nadelen: "My tent poles, which were attached to my bag were lost. I am hiking in Switzerland and have no tent now!!!"

Nadelen: "It's the worst airline ever, delays (NO EXCUSES), non-comfortable seats, very bad customer experience..."

Nadelen: "The plane was stuck on the ground 1.5 hours approximatly in Istanbul, and nobody had told me why?!"

Voordelen: "I am glad that the Pegasus team changed my flight to Bishkek (after I missed the flight to Almaty because of Pegasus delays from Lviv) but I wish Pegasus had given me the difference in price of flights back on my card."
Nadelen: "The first leg of my trip (Lviv to Istanbul) was delayed without warning. It made me miss my flight to Almaty and the next flight wasn't for two days. None of the Pegasus crew (on the flight from Lviv) seemed to care that I had a flight very soon after landing, even though I was a female passenger alone. They wouldn't call the gate or look up if my flight to Almaty was delayed once we arrived."

Nadelen: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The transfer, at Instanbul, was crowded, inefficient and noisy; it took too long. The bathrooms were filthy and stinky."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed and that's normal for them I guess .. worst cabin crew ever."

Voordelen: "It was a fast flight, flights have a low bar for comfort and food. The seats were fine and I slept through the flight so I cannot comment on the food but everything was clean and the staff was polite. The style of the aircraft is what shocked me. It seemed modern and almost like they hired an interior design person for style not function."
