Nadelen: "TV screens were old. Its response to the touch was iffy. It used to detect the touch point correctly sometimes but not other times. Often it took quiet some time to read and start something of my choice, which was quiet frustrating."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Voordelen: "It was my daughter's 16th birthday and one of the spunky crew members helped us to create a little celebration. That was very memorable! Otherwise the flight was late (which was OK, the captain kindly kept us informed), but the plane was clean and quiet. The bathrooms on the lower level provided a space to stretch, but as always, they get pretty dirty on a long-haul flight. Price was quite good. I always feel the flights originating from Europe are nicer than those originating in the US."
Nadelen: "The food was stuck in the past, roll, white cheese, white cake with sugary fruit, somewhat wilted small salad and a pretty greasy chicken dish with polenta and by that point, stewed veggies. I am not accustomed to eating like that and was disappointed (though hungry!). Not a whole lot of room in my seat, I'm 5'6" and slim, but at least the seats recline and glide forward a bit and the head rest bends to catch your head IF you can nod off. I appreciate the civility that still exists under stressful circumstances."

Nadelen: "Your Economy seats are TOO SMALL! I'm 6-foot-4. It was physically PAINFUL to sit in the seats. My legs kept falling asleep and cramping up because I literally can't fit in your seats. Stop trying to squeeze every bloody dime you can out of a plane and add some more space in the seats. Passengers paying over a $1500 for 12-hour flights deserve to be treated better! That was horrible and bordering abusive!"

Nadelen: "The airplane was extremely cold and the flight staff was rude"

Nadelen: "The quality of food was pitiful, not to say gross, in the economy class. I'm comparing Lufthansa to other European airlines and to what Lufthansa used to be. Alcohol was of the most basic quality. Yes, I know, it was economy class, but it's gone down. Entertainment was hardly better. No new movies and the variety of what was available was poor. Lastly, the choice of seats in the tail (of 747-8) was poor judgment on my part. We were being wagged like fleas on the dog's tail. The only good part was that due to the narrowing of the plane we had two seats and no neighbor to jump over, plus extra room between the window seat and the window. The end of highlights. Can't help but compare every airline to Turkish airlines, where even in the economy class they make you feel like royalty. These people know how to do hospitality and make you want to come to their country."

Nadelen: "My wifes luggage was lost, no followup at all from Lufthansa (main) or in Seville which was our destination. We had to call to find out any information. Once the bag was found and delivered to Seville, Lufthansa personnel again did not tell us nor would they deliver the bag to our hotel as the driver had already left. We then had to wait another day to have the bag delivered to Granada. Terrible customer service, the bag was missing for four days causing us to spend time shopping for clothes rather than experiencing the city."

Voordelen: "In terms of things I liked flying with UA998 from Brussels to EWR: The boarding staff at Brussels airport was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Boarding procedure was smooth even with the extra security screening at the gate."
Nadelen: "It was quickly clear to me that the passengers where simply an inconvenience to some of the crew on UA998. As an example I fell asleep during take off and woke up in the middle of the meal service. The cart was only a couple of rows behind me in the half-ful Economy Plus section so I got up and tried to get the attention of the staff. The lady turned around and confirmed that "I had woken up" with a sigh, as is not only was it inconvenient to her that I was a sleep, now I had the nerves to actually ask for a meal. She presented me with the options of pasta and chicken and I politely asked what they where served with. She straight out said that "she really did not know that" and asked me to make a choice. I wont get into any other examples, the machine was half full at best and there was no stress, so frustrating to be treated like you are an inconvenience to the USA based staff who clearly just wanted to be left alone. The entertainment system barely worked, the touch monitor was very hard to operate - the pressure sensitive functionality was not working properly but I managed to get to my movie and avoid the Chinese subtitles in the third try. I fly United because it's part of Star Alliance, but otherwise I would try and avoid at all cost."

Voordelen: "Melanie/ticketing was superior in securing seats on a different departure. She endured many nervous travelers. The new itinerary matched our original time of arrival at ORD within 2 hours. :)"

Nadelen: "Generally, I'm a happy camper and easy to understand some "discomfort" that comes with traveling. Return trip operated by United. Terrible experience. No legroom[I'm 6'-2"]. The seat confinement was so stressing that it was impossible for me but just to extract myself and find a place where i just could stand. Meaning I was standing most of the trip. My wife and myself are globetrotters and this was one of the worse flight experience ever."

Nadelen: "The plane was very uncomfortable. The seats were small, you felt on top of the person next to you, and there was no leg room. I am a pretty small person- I can't image how uncomfortable all of the taller passengers must have been."

Nadelen: "I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Nadelen: "Tv/movie options were not as good compared to our previous flight to Lisbon. We used the economy option which required us to pay for a seat upgrade in order to be able to hear each other. I will use this airline again if I have to but it isn’t my first choice."

Voordelen: "The plan was clean, newer, and comfortable. If you sit towards the front of the plane you end up sitting in economy plus for the economy price."
Nadelen: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."

Nadelen: "Flight crew prohibited us from using FAA approved child seat on board despite airline regulations explicitly accepting FAA approval. Flight crew also refused to give any reason. Their communication was not curteous."

Nadelen: "5 hrs delay and missed all connecting flights. Airline initially rescheduled flight 2 days later. Called Kayak and got no support. Kayak agent told us to keep pushing the airline. After 2 hrs of "working" with the airline, we were able to fly into Madrid the following day. Had to spend extra money for hotel room and car rental in Madrid because our final destination was Sevilla. Will never work with Azores or Kayak again. BTW, did we mention that while "working" with Azores to reschedule flight, we were booked to fly into an island off of Africa. Luckily, we followed up online with the changed itinerary."

Sièges inconfortable et, en faisant 1m85, tête entière dépassant du siège..."

Nadelen: "It's always fun to go into the bathroom and find a sink ful of puke in there. It had been there for some time by the stench and they way it had slopped all over. I told the flight attendant and they were like oh well. It was gross. Add that on top of I am a DISABLED person and I could not carry my case up the steps and was told someone would bring it up. They did not. It went under the plane with no tag and then when I arrived in Lisbon it was somehow my fault. The flight crew there trying to "assist" were horrendous. I was actually told I should not be flying internationally if I can't carry my bag. Isn't there rules about bags flying unattended? Even internationally. How was my LAPTOP case supposed to get to EWR without a tag? Shouldn't it have been checked? Shouldn't the crew have noticed this and said something to flight attendants? The club and plane both were filthy. The first seat I sat in in the club smelled so strongly of pee I had to go stand (as it was so crowded) I am a million mile flyer and I will never fly TAP again."

Voordelen: "The seats were very comfortable and there was a n extensive selection of great movies to choose from."
Nadelen: "There were 2 screaming children in the row next to me. The parents did not handle themselves well. On the brightside, the crew did everything they could to help better the situation."

Nadelen: "My first flight from Madrid to Portugal was cancelled (at midnight) so I had to sleep in the terminal because the bus they provided to the hotel couldn't take all of us. Then my flight to New Jersey was delayed several hours making me miss my next flight to Denver (home) and I had to spend a 2nd night in the terminal. I never received and hotel/food/taxi vouchers. I will do everything to avoid flying with TAP Portugal ever again."

Voordelen: "TAP is a pleasure to fly. Nice aircraft, dedicated freindly crew. Food was good, and plenty of it. Free wine! Great value."

Nadelen: "FLight was late into Lisbon. There were several other people connecting from Lisbon to Boston on our flight from Rome and flight attendants kept lying to us telling us that the flight to Boston will wait for us to arrive. As soon as we landed in Lisbon we were informed that we could not get on the flight to Boston and had to stay an extra day in Lisbon to fly to BOS the next day. TAP gave us a voucher to stay at the Marriott, with lunch and dinner vouchers. The hotel would not let us use the lunch voucher so we had to pay our own lunch. Our dinner voucher was only for a buffett style dinner. The only meat on the buffet was pork which i cannot eat. TAP representative were unfriendly and unhelpful. They ignore you and dont look at you when you talk. We tried to complain to TAP and they had us running in circle to different counters no one would help us, then we were told that we could sit and complain and miss our flight or just go to our gate. TAP rebooked us on a SATA flight ot Boston without even telling us."

Voordelen: "Entertainment options and quality were good."
Nadelen: "Terrible customer service at every turn - outrageous change fees and penalties (make sure you read the fine print!), horribly rude and cruel gate agents in Portugal, insensitive and completely indifferent flight attendants. The food was inedible, and when I asked for a snack (I hadn't eaten for hours upon hours and was starting to feel a little ill) I was told it wasn't snack time and I would have to wait! Disgusting bathrooms were not checked on or cleaned even once during the flight and had streams of urine on the floor. Incredibly tiny overhead space could barely hold a weekend duffel bag. Will never fly with them again."

Voordelen: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."
Nadelen: "Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Nadelen: "The second time in one month that the planes takes off with almost an hour of delay without anyone giving any explanation"

Nadelen: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Your best option is to skip the giant line with Priority Boarding. Even in the short Priority Boarding line, it was pretty messy, and a businessman pretending ignorance tried to cut in line in front of me."

Nadelen: "Op heenvlucht waren we al aan het taxiën toen ze erachter kwamen dat er 2 passagiers meer dan stoelen in het vliegtuig waren. Prutsers dus. Terug naar de gate, mensen uitladen, wat een gedoe. Beenruimte is echt het kleinste dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Dan wordt er ook niet goed opgelet op handbagage en word je rugzak bijzonder onvriendelijk onder je stoel gepropt vanwege te weinig ruimte. Dat was wel m'n enige handbagage, dus waarom mag iemand die teveel mee heeft wel z'n spullen bovenin en ik niet? En waarom moet dat met bruut geweld onder mijn stoel gepropt? Bah, erg onvriendelijk."

Tous cela sans le savoir car le personnel ne fait même pas l'effort de vous expliquer. Sans compter les 2h30 de retard mais pas remboursable car cela ne dépasse pas les 3h. Un scandale cette compagnie qui ne devrait même plus exercer sa fonction."

Nadelen: "Ik zat bij de nooduitgang. Normaal wordt je voor het vliegen geïnstrueerd voor wat je moet doen in een noodsituatie. Minimaal wordt je gevraagd om de instructies door te nemen. Zowel op de heen als de terugvlucht is dat door geen van het cabine personeel gedaan."

Maar als ik 1kilo teveel inpak moet ik extra betalen. Maar als ze zelf iets verkeerd doen geen vergoeding of wat dan ook. Zelfs geen excuus. Schandalige manier van zaken doen, niks klant is koning..Ryan air is koning van het uitknijpen van passagiers"

Rapport qualité prix au final très mauvais 150€ de coût caché pour voyager dans des conditions très low Cost Je ne renouvellerai pas mon expérience avec cette compagnie douteuse"

Bon, c'est Ryanair donc les billets vraiment pas chers mais tout se paye après (enregistrement, réservation des places, bagages, etc...). Mais quand même aller-retour à Porto pour 2 personnes pour 180 euros, çe n'est quand même pas trop cher."

Voordelen: "Qu'il essayait pas de volé argent dès personne en mesurent. Les valise .comme par exemple une fois où j'ai du payer 50€ pour 1cm de trop chez un concurrent."
Nadelen: "Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il ne parle pas français au temps à aéroport que dans avion alors que ces un vol pour Paris du coup j'ai pas compris les consignes de sécurité."

Voordelen: "Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding,goede koffie (dus dan is betalen geen probleem..) Eindhoven is zoveel handiger dan Schiphol. Parkeren is ook ideaal geregeld."
Nadelen: "Op het laatste moment terminal aangeven. Gedring van mensen om aan boord te komen, snap dat het snel moet maar zou toch meer orde moeten zijn."

Ik moest alles zelf doen buggy plat plooien,zelf mijn dochter op de trap helpen. Zelf bij uit uitstappen heb al met andere maatschappijen gevlogen en daar was het wel te merk dat ze kindvriendelijk zijn. zelf bij het inchecken moest ik mee aanschuiven terwijl bij andere maatschappijen je voor mag gaan met kinderen.
