Nadelen: "This was one of the worst Lufthansa crews. You could not pay them to care. Many years of flying LH this is the first time I encounter such poor service."

Nadelen: "Service desk personnel at the gate were very helpful and attentive. The plane was only 1/2-2/3 full, which made boarding quicker. The food was tasty and coffee was great! We were also offered juice twice during the flight. Bathrooms were clean. Since the plane wasn't full, they weren't dirty even at the end of the flight. I brought my own headphones, but the stewards provided them if you need them. My one big complaint was that our seats did not recline, thus making any kind of shut-eye near impossible. Our plane left and hour late, but the pilots stepped on the gas and we got in on time!"

Nadelen: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

They did provide free drinks and a well used towel. When you ask to be paid for an upgrade you should be clear what that really is."

Furthermore the business practice to charge you for any luggage $ 90 at airport without prior notice during the booking process is quite unpleasant and uncommon for transatlantic flights. Would be good that airline as well as internet travel agent would advice about this additional costs in a more transparent way before you purchase the ticket"

Nadelen: "2.5 hours in line to check in with the one agent working if you were not a gold whatever member. The same agent was at the gate taking tickets loading a single bus up at a time while everybody waited for the same bus to return to be reloaded. Ended up leaving an hour late due to being unable to load people on the plane, then a ground crew issue with loading bags extended the delay. No food service and voucher was given to cafeteria on exact opposite side and floor of airport. only reason we were able to use was because of the huge delays and problems trying to load the airplane. After the safety demonstration the flight attendants went to rear of plane and sat down in their jump seats for rest of flight. People were approaching them asking for water otherwise they ignored us. After landing stairs were used at rear of plane and door was opened. As we were two rows from the rear my girlfriend asked the male attendant 4 times if we were allowed to use the rear stairs as we were bus loading anyways, he never answered, looked at or acknowledged her speaking to him, he just stood at rear of the aisle ( 3.5 feet away) adjusting his tie and flattening his jacket sleeves. Was very awkward."

Voordelen: "I was lucky enough to be awarded an upgrade to Business Class on this flight... Relieving the tension of overbooking in economy..I guess my lucky day.."

Nadelen: "They kept us all day in the airport t to then tell us at 7pm that the flight wouldnt actually leave that day."

Nadelen: "Crew was rude, unhelpful, and the business class seats were essentially coach with the middle seat unoccupied. It was extremely uncomfortable and made worse by the crew being very impatient and not helpful when we had people in our seats, a 3-year-old we were trying to seat, and all of the overhead compartments closed so unclear where to place bags. Boarding began 20 min late and then we had to stand on the boarding ramp for another 20 min while the crew finished "cleaning" the aircraft."

Nadelen: "Boarding was a mess this time. The lady directing the boarding did not make clear where each group should stand. So The lady had to send most of us back which upset many. TAP should copy Southwest Airlines except self checkin kiosk are horrid no matter which airline uses it."

Nadelen: "The Dutch/KLM gate agents were horrible. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally."

Voordelen: "The plane was clean. The blanket was unusually large, for a plane blanket, so u could be nice and warm. The food was good and varied. The staff was friendly and every time they spoke to you had a smile on their face, as if happy to see you:)"

Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "Je n'ai jamais reçu un service de ce genre avec aucune compagnie dans le passé. Avec plus de 50 vols à mon actif dans les 5 dernières année, jamais je n'ai vécu cela. Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Nadelen: "Problème à l'enregistrement en ligne car mon billet Air Canada n'existait pas dans la base de données Brussels Airlines. Cela m'a valu presque 2 heures de téléphone avec Air Canada (0.15 euro la minute). Et puis au comptoir d'enregistrement, nouveau gros problème, celui-là très grave à mon sens. L'agent de comptoir m'a dit que je n'avais pas d'ESTA, donc que je ne pouvais pas partir, alors que j'en avais un. En pleine panique, j'ai appelé ma mère qui heureusement a retrouvé en 5 minutes dans son ordinateur mon numéro d'ESTA. Cela m'a causé une très grosse frayeur, car c'était presque le moment de la fermeture de l'enregistrement, et m'a vraiment gâché le voyage. Je me plains donc franchement du manque de gentillesse et de la qualité du service de l'agent de comptoir. Je précise que j'étais en billet retour, donc il aurait été facile à l'egent de penser que j'avais un ESTA puisque j'avais fait escale à Chicago aussi à l'aller."

Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Nadelen: "The seats not comfortable for such a long flight, especially compared to bue air on the outbound trip"

Nadelen: "Late again!! This flight has a 100% record of being over 30 mins late!"

Nadelen: "Landing didn't succeed in the first time, we had to fly around for 20 minutes and try again, pilot didn't say anything about it, it was a bit frightening. 40 minutes delay. The flight was operated by smartlynx Estonia."

Voordelen: "Self Baggage Check was great, really worked and streamlined. Excellent System"
Nadelen: "Boarding from Front and Rear doors was great concept but seats were not allocated to Front or Rear so passengers were trying to pass in the aisle when those in the back boarded from front and those in front boarded from back. We were sent to Front for Row 24 next to last row in place. Simple allocated Front and Rear based on seat assignment."

Nadelen: "baby behind us would not stop playing with the trays, was very irritating the entire flight. crew did nothing about it and all parent kept doing with apologizing. maybe make available locks for trays to help parents with babies to help control there fussiness or move them to front so no one is in front of them to experience banging on their seats."

Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"

Nadelen: "The flight attendants were very short and not helpful. I pumped breast milk and asked for a bit of ice and they gave me four cubes. When I asked for a bit more after first service they again gave me four cubes. Not very kind and treated me like I was bothering them."

Nadelen: "My problem was not flight itself, but boarding from T2 in Charleroi (arrived too early and nearly no facility to eat and wait in a decenta way)."

Customers should be told about their new 'rules' and all the extra costs at the point of purchasing the the ticket as when you add the extra costs on the flight is no longer a bargain and flying with BA is a much better option."

Voordelen: "De prijs, maar zelfs die was nog hoog voor wat ik er voor terug kreeg."
Nadelen: "Chagerijnig personeel, heel kortaf en onduidelijk! In de vlucht had ik weinig ruimte en alles was helemaal volgepropt met tassen."

Nadelen: "Heenvlucht zat er bagage bij terugvlucht niet...vast en zeker hele kleine lettertjes niet gelezen..Dus ergens mijn fout, maar wist niet dat je voor beide reizen moest boeken als je tegelijk een retour boekt. Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"

Nadelen: "When booking we paided an extra fee to reserve our seats. However when I tried to activate this option, it was not possible. There was an extra charge.... Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"

Voordelen: "Friendly staff"
Nadelen: "Very noisy people, very drunk people and like in all Ryanair flights, the staff has to keep giving people alcohol, so they were getting even more drunk. Not a good experience when all of them starts standing like in a bar on top of your head and raise the volume of the voice for no reason. Also from the time we landed until the time we were allowed to leave the aircraft, 15 minutes passed. Without anyone telling us for what reason. Very annoying..."

Nadelen: "No vegan food."

Voordelen: "App is helpful. Email messages are helpful"
Nadelen: "Unclear that >100 ml not allowed in cabin size luggage that gets put in the hold. This caused unnecessary delay and extra work for staff at security"

Nadelen: "I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child."

Nadelen: "2 x geboekt met ryanair en 2 maal met veel vertraging"

Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."

Nadelen: "Cost of the food and drinks but I’ll still fly with Ryanair again."

Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"

Voordelen: "V efficient airport. Got through quickly and no rushing due to size. V pleasant staff despite full plane. Nice flight path over by Ireland’s highest mountain range on the departure. Also nice sunset on right of plane. All on time"
Nadelen: "Maybe enough seats for everyone after security but obv right for space"

Voordelen: "It is a cheap flight. I don’t espect first class. The ride was smooth, the flight was cheap, the cabin crew were friendly and it wasn’t horrendously dirty."
Nadelen: "I had to print the boarding pass on my own, cannot get it at the airport. Also the fact that they delay in telling you where the gate is and then it is a 10 minutes stride to get there."

Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"

Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"

Voordelen: "niets"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"

Nadelen: "Een uur vertraging en tergend kang wachten in een rij"

Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"

Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."

Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."

Elk vliegtuig 15 minuten korten aan de grond, reken uit de winst voor Ryan en dan toegenomen vlieg plezier voor hun reizigers."

Nadelen: "Gate area bit narrow and clumsy. Walk to plane. Deposit your own bag on large trolley outside plane due to opportunistic charging policy of RyanAir. Seat basic no recline. No seat pockets. No wifi. Still paying £200 return.."

Voordelen: "Mooi helder weer, snelle afhandeling van de bagage."
Nadelen: "Boarden duurde lang. Onduidelijk waarom 30 minuten vertraging optrad. Veel mensen boeken priority, waardoor dit alleen kostenverhogend werkt en niets meer toevoegd als iedereen het heeft."
