Nadelen: "I was randomly selected for a second security check at the boarding gate in Zurich airport, the security staff were unfriendly, said it was a TSA requirement even though I stated I am a United States Citizen and That I have already passed through a complete security check Point, still they placed a metal & scanning detector on my feet, hands & belt. This was a complete violation of my rights. Never have I faced a humiliating situation at any other airport. If this was a TSA requirement then everyone should be subject to a second security check."

Nadelen: "Everything was very good except the TV screen on my wife's seat malfunctioned after the first movie watched. The crew "tried" to fix it but nothing happened, not blaming them specifically but I don't think they were to concerned about one customer with no entertainment. After a long while it started working again. It was a long flight to not have entertainment the whole duration of the flight. Besides this little problem it was a very good flight. Crew very professional and nice."

I buy the internet service from the plane it cost more Then $40 but it was bad service connection and work Only for 10 min!!i contact with Swiss about this almost 3/4 Times..but no one contact me back..!not happy at all!"

Nadelen: "SWISS always turns on the air conditioning too high on intercontinental flights. It is HOT inside the cabins. The entertainment system is very outdated, small screen and old and used hand set. Claiming to be a premium airline is unfortunately very overstated if you are unlucky to catch the old business class planes. Only few have changed to the new versions (777s) - Make sure to catch those."

Nadelen: "They charge you an extra $ 100 DOLLARS FOR THE OPTION TO PICK YOUR SEAT AND WHEN YOU CHECK IN THEY SAY THAT IT WAS JUST TO SIT IN THAT SECTION OF THE PLANE. WE PICKED OUR SEATS BY THE FRONT BULKHEAD AND WHEN WE CHECKED IN THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THOSE SEATS BECAUSE THEY SAID OTHER PEOPLE PAID MORE THAN US TO HAVE THEM. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR THIS KIND OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY."

Voordelen: "We were worried based on negative reviews on SWISS we had read prior to our trip, but they were WONDERFUL!! We flew coach from MIA to CRETE, two stops and 13+ hours of flying. The seats were as roomy as coach gets, but comfortable, reclining further than Delta or AA in my opinion. The food, drinks and snacks never stopped and were tasty!! Including a delicious Swiss chocolate a the end of your flight! They were so attentive! The attendants were all kind and polite. In fact, we had someone sit in front of us on our flight home who culturally didn't bath/wear deodorant and VERY malodorous and we asked the flight attendant if we could move. As soon as everyone boarded and she found two open seats for us, she moved us right before take off and we had a wonderful, great-smelling 10.5 hour flight!! LOL"
Nadelen: "There seems to only be 4 (plenty) bathrooms right in the center of the coach area of the plane, but with the flight attendants constantly serving drinks and food, you really had to time it so you could get to the bathrooms when they weren't in the aisles. Trust me though, this is hardly a negative and I will happily fly SWISS over and over!!!"

Voordelen: "The flight was very good what I didnt like in that when i booked the flight it never said that my ticket wouldnt be able to add lifemiles for star alliance. That was only the reason i chose this airline. When i ask about my lifemiles the answer was that my class of ticket didnt get any lifemile. I felt cheated. You should put it somewhere visibly so the person knows before booking. If i knew it before i never chose this airline."

The screen with the flight inf. stopped working mid-flight and we never got it back. No announcements either, and we did not know where we were or how much longer the flight would be until they announced our approach to Miami."

Voordelen: "The staff was very courteous. They offer drinks very often. The food was good. The chocolates; fabulous touch. The tv en each seat with new movies releases was a home run. The flight was very long but we were not bored, we saw 3 new movies, eat, drink and relax in a 11 hours flight. Oh, by the way, the hot towels to refresh us was perfect. Excellent experience."

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Il me semble totalement illogique de me faire dire qu'il n'y a plus de place pour moi dans l'avion alors que j'ai le billet en main et qu'il a été payé. Comment une compagnie peut-elle accepter mon paiement alors qu'elle n'est pas en mesure de garantir le service pour lequel elle a été payée? Selon cette philosophie, il faudrait peut-être payer nos billets d'avion une fois RENDUS à destination? Beaucoup de stress inutile et une mauvaise opinion de la compagnie aérienne..."

J'avais l'impression que l'on cherchait notre avion. Un avion Star Alliance n'est pas Lufthansa. Le siège du passager devant moi était défectueux et reculait sans cesse vers moi. DEux interventions des agents de bord n'ont pas suffi. Le semblant de repas était avant l'arrivée ã Montréal était infecte : une pochette de pain avec simili sauce que l'on présentait comme une "pizza". Ce vol n'avait vraiment pas la qualité Lufthansa!!!"

Voordelen: "Great and frequent meals, pleasant staff. The airplane is in a good condition. I really like how they give you a small paper menu before serving food which shows you what the food is going to be served and the choices you're gonna have."
Nadelen: "Awful tablets which are supposed to show movies and other stuff. The touch screen is awful, but there is a mechanical control without which it would be impossible to use. The feedback of this mechanical control is so slow that it makes you feel like being punished for something. I don't know why it's so hard to make a responsive tablet but it's a problem on many-many airplanes. These tablets are so bad that sometimes I think it would be better without one at all."

Nadelen: "Out of the four flights I took, all but one were extremely late with no explanation as to why. I missed one connection and had to stay in airport hotel in Moscow. They gave me food and took care of the hotel, but when I kept asking about my connecting flight out of Moscow, no one would give me a straight answer. There's a definite language barrier and culture barrier. Customer service is curt and bash at best. When I asked about getting my delta skymiles number place on the reservation, the lady at the counter says she didn't speak English and couldn't help. Not a great feeling. I will only fly Aeroflot of i have time to waste next time. Which means never. There was no entertainment."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed 15 minutes. Then we boarded the aircraft and spent two hours inside, just sweating. Someone came and said it would take another 15 minutes to check the aircraft again. We were sent back to the airport with no information and nobody knew what was happening. We finally boarded the flight 5 hours late, and we lost our connection to Hong Kong. Nobody cares to explain or give you a solution. When we arrived to Moscow they said that we had to spent the night at the airport because their hotel was full. We verified at the hotel and they offered us rooms if we wanted to pay for them. The airline employees offered no help and we spent at least 5 hours looking for a solution. We decided to enter Russia and found out that the airline had another hotel in which we spent the night after finding the answer ourselves, because nobody explained anything to us. We wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone. They had passengers sleeping in the floor of the airport with little kids because they didnt offer them a room. They simply dont care about their customers."

Nadelen: "The sound port was broken on my seat (50A), so for 9.5 hours I couldn't watch movies. There was no wine served with dinner (or even given as a purchase option) We were delayed boarding and leaving the plane. Food was terrible. Not healthy and tasty. Too much bread and cakes."

Compared to Norwegian who wouldn't even give us sodas if we hadn't paid for the meal service! It reminded me of what it used to be like to fly. Well done, Aeroflot!"
Nadelen: "They have a very odd size for their carry-on luggage--though the bins are regular size--and will charge you $50 to check an additional bag when the carry on you have that fits every other plane doesn't go in the bin. Check the sizes well and plan accordingly."

Thought there would be a problem because they did not at first seem to have a vegan option upon making a special request ahead of time, but it turned out that if you're vegan you can specify you wish to have a vegetarian meal that does not have dairy (no cheese, etc.) and has no eggs in it, either! Thanks for having this type of meal instead of the meat option!"
Nadelen: "Flight was too short, was sad when it ended, ha, ha, ha!!! It was like being on vacation even before the trip started, and before getting there!!!!!!!!!"

ENfin, le culot de mettre devant les portes dembarquement des panneaux de communications appelant à la discipline horaire des passages: foutage de gueule."

Nadelen: "De retour d’un déplacement professionnel en Corse, qui m’y conduisait pour la réalisation d’un film-documentaire. J’ai eu le regret de constater à l’ouverture de mes sacs, que l’un de mes objectifs de caméra était brisé en deux ! Ce dernier était pourtant très bien protégé et se trouvait soigneusement emballé à l’intérieur d’un autre sac … Après avoir parcouru 87 pays pour mon travail, et malgré avoir subi par le passé plusieurs dégâts, un incident d’une telle ampleur ne s’était encore jamais produit … Je peux donc à nouveau dire que mon sac a été mal traité par le service bagage d’Air France. Et je ne serai pas surpris qu’il ait été balancé sauvagement comme j’ai déjà pu le voir à plusieurs reprises sur le tarmac, ou écrasé par un poids anormal sous le volume d’autres bagages … Et vu comment j’ai retrouvé mon sac comprimé, ainsi que tout le matériel qu’il y avait à l’intérieur, malgré pourtant le fait qu’il y ait des auto-collants FRAGILE collés dessus ! Je constate que j’ai eu beaucoup de chances de n’avoir « que » cet objectif de cassé en deux !!! … Mais le service de réclamation d’Air France n’a rien voulu savoir, me disant que mon sac de transport, lui n’était pas endommagé … La prochaine fois, je devrai donc mettre un coup de surin sur mon bagage, afin que cette entreprise prenne en charge ses déboires et ses responsabilités ! D’autant plus, que lorsqu’il y a une grève quelconque, que je rate ma correspondance et que j’arrive sur mon lieu de tournage avec 24h de retard, voir plus … En perdant ainsi une journée de travail, et en plantant toute l’organisation qui a été mise en place, Air France ne me dédommage non plus jamais de rien !!! … Au travers de mon métier de journaliste, je n’oublierai donc pas de signaler ces nombreux et désagréables incidents à mes comparses, ni de les écrire à l’occasion d’un article de presse … Car après avoir vécu autant de désagréments sur plus de 25 années de voyages, sans nul doute dû au manque de compétence du personnel d’Air France, car il faut préciser que ces déconvenues eurent lieu à 90% lors de trajets effectués avec cette compagnie nationale … Je peux affirmer qu’à l’instar de ce pays en déroute, la compagnie Air France ne fait plus rêver grand monde à travers la planète …"

Deux rangs devant nous, des employés AirFrance voyageaient : ils ont été servis 15min avant tout le monde, ont reçu des repas différents ainsi que des kits de classe affaire et les hôtesses ne se sont intéressées qu'à eux (pas de mot de bienvenue pour nous, ni de sourire, ni rien). Nourriture immangeable. Des turbulences tout le long. Pas de film potable dans l'écran individuel. A choisir, dans le même groupe, prendre KLM : même prix et prestations bien meilleures en éco."

Nadelen: "Flight from Chicago was delayed for two hours. Missed my connection flight to Odessa and still in Warsaw waiting for my flight to Odessa."

Voordelen: "Friendly crew."
Nadelen: "Plane was a little late,which was OK. The bigger problem is the lost luggage."

Voordelen: "Everything was well organized and orderly, though the staff were not too cheerful or friendly. Even though it was a short 1 hour flight I saw flight attendants giving crayons and papers to the kids and everyone was offered a small chocolate cookie, a tiny packet of sour gummies, and a cup of water for free which I didn't expect. The plane was very small but clean and I was fairly comfortable in my seat for the short flight. There was a magazine in the seat pocket in English and Polish. Mostly I liked the cheap ticket price and that it was an on time flight."
Nadelen: "When we landed we went down 5 steps to the ground outside and got in a bus to go in the terminal. The plane was so small that there is very little space for carry on bags so that was a problem for some people, and as we entered the plane I noticed that the ceiling of the aisle is so low that my husband could touch his head on it if he went on his toes a bit (he's 6'4") It was odd to me that they had my husband and I assigned to seats an aisle apart, but a kind stranger agreed to change places. Lastly, the carry on baggage weight allowance is very low and they weighed our bags and we had to pay 24 dollars each for our overweight carry on roller bags which were then checked."

Nadelen: "Extremely cramped seats, late and almost didn't make connection, buses back and forth the whole way, jerky drivers."

Voordelen: "Flight was delayed by 50 min. so that 4 people from connection flights could get on board."

Nadelen: "Flight attendance kept waking me up to lift my seat so the passenger behind me can "enjoy their vegetarian meal". After I requested not to be disturbed ever again with that kind of requests, they woke me up for breakfast again. I was the only passenger around that they requested to pull my seat."

Voordelen: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

May have been more/less, but standing there in that stuffy bus made it feel worse than it was. Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. No efforts to ensure transit passengers are given priority. Spent hours waiting for the connecting flight."

Voordelen: "everything was so smoothly coordinated from the moment I checked in at the self-check computers through security right on to the boarding gate. LOT staff at destination domestic airport (early morning), displayed outstanding professionality assistance. Boarding was so swiftly executed - I was pleasantly, surprised. What a great experience flying LOT Polish Airlines, domestically. Keep it up, Exceptional!"
Nadelen: "There actually wasn't​ anything in particular that stuck out as a negative during this trip, whatsoever."

Nadelen: "There was a delay at Warsaw Airport for almost 3 Hours I arrived home 2.00 Am I missed a family wedding that night"

Voordelen: "Service, food, entertainment were of good quality"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 40 min; after landing the plane was sitting on the field forever; during descent, my ears started aching, and I think I got some kind of vestibular system damage, possibly from an overly fast descent. Not good."

Voordelen: "It is the first time I flew with Lot airline. I am flying a lot and have 2 million miles with United I never flew LOT before.Now Lot is on the top of my list for my future flights.Everything was superior to many other airlines from the Plane,the crew,the food,the service,etc."

Voordelen: "Very attentive staff. Comfortable seats. I fell asleep somewhere in Canada and woke up in Brussels. Amazing."

Voordelen: "This is my first business class flight. The trip from Kbp to wake was delayed but no fault of lot. Bus class was nice even though this was just a standard seat. Small plane on this leg. Staff was attentive and friendly. It was truly a pleasure and I will hope to repeat"
Nadelen: "Checking in is two hours before flight. Need more time. Security customs is always stressful more time would make things less stressful"

Voordelen: "Crew and food were great! All of my flights departed and arrived on time w/ no issues. Overall a great and pleasant experience!"
