Nadelen: "Small single aisle plane No wifi, no power ports, no individual screens Qatar is great about serving water but not other drinks -- I bought drinks inside security but there was another round of security at the gate -- they confiscated all of the drinks I bought"

Nadelen: "-carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways, which then takes up space for other passengers. Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes. Basically, carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on purpose or by engineering error, and this makes me not want to fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class."

Voordelen: "I was surprised with the quality of gluten free meals served for me, it was well organised and taken care of where I never had to wait. My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."

We got to the gate too early (by maybe 10 mins before boarding time) so we were told to sit outside of the designated seating area and that they would make an announcement when we should go back up there. There was never an announcement, but we felt it was getting late so we went to check at the desk and they then said we were late and they were waiting on us. They were very nice about everything, but just thought that was really strange."

Also 3 out of my 4 flights with Qatar were delayed 20-45 minutes after everyone was boarded on the flight. Person in front of me 2 of 4 flights had their seat reclined which gave me no room what so ever. It made eating and watching tv uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "Pesticide?! What kind of super bugs are in Qatar that Sri Lanka is not wanting? Going through Security again was a bit of a surprise especially with the 1 hour layover.. Don't get me wrong we were thankful that countries are doing their due diligence to stop bad people with ill intentions, but it did stress us out that we weren't going to make out flight. Our return flight back to the states: This is more of a suggestion for the Sri Lankan airport - They were unorganized, we were asked for boarding passes before we even entered the airport, which we did not have, security seemed to be all over the place and half assed. Our bags went through the security machines and were supposed to be marked security checked, however they were not.. Once we got up to ticketing they made us go back through security to get those stickers on our bag. Not a reflection of Qatar airways, but any airline flying to Sri Lanka should put pressure on the airport to organize their security efforts better."

Nadelen: "- The crew was very slow- during food services we waited almost 1,5 hours to get our breakfast and lunch, because the stewardess was just extremly slow. Two times I even didn't get desired food. - On the plain which last for 9.45minutes they served drinks only three times. - The entertainment accessories are full of old movies and even older music and in 2/4 flights of which i have flown the headphones didn't work."

This flight to Geneva (change of airports) was late and the flight to Vienna took off with no passengers from our flight, after we were told it would wait. ' I paid for premium seats and did not get rebooked for the same. I am sitting in the Geneva airport for 7 and 1/2 hours, losing my meetings in Vienna. I never expected such poor service from Swissair."

Ils nous font attendre debout pendant qu'ils sont au téléphone pour plus d'une demi heure à Dusseldorf et à Zurich, et encore dans l'avion, retardé pour décoller."

I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

Plus arriving in Athens I discovered that my bag was nowhere to be found. I am still waiting to hear from Swiss about my lost valise..."

Nadelen: "In order to board we were requested to line up at gate according to seating group. And then had to wait there in line standing for almost 45 minutes before we were finally told we could proceed to board. No reason for lining up so far ahead of time....and had to stand....."

Voordelen: "The flight was very good what I didnt like in that when i booked the flight it never said that my ticket wouldnt be able to add lifemiles for star alliance. That was only the reason i chose this airline. When i ask about my lifemiles the answer was that my class of ticket didnt get any lifemile. I felt cheated. You should put it somewhere visibly so the person knows before booking. If i knew it before i never chose this airline."

Voordelen: "The larding was terrible. I came in a wheelchair but am able to walk short distances. I spoke to man at the gate about boarding early and he said he would come and get me. But he did not and I had to push and shove with everyone else as their is no plan. Awful! Service was good. Lots of water and juice brought round in the night of"

Nadelen: "There was no climate control. Our rows were freezing cold. People were wearing coats and blankets. Four or five rows up it was warm. My husband asked for more heat and the stewardess said she would turn it up, but nothing happened. Cold air blew out of the ceiling vents for the entire flight. When we reached our gate, we then waited in a long line to have our passports and boarding passes checked again. There were several Swissair crew members, but only one person to check all of the paperwork for economy. Then another long line to show our boarding passes again, while the business class entrance remained unused. Swissair needs someone to manage this better."

Nadelen: "- At Istanbul no long chairs for taking a nap during long connections when arriving on a red-eye flight (like they have at CDG or Dubai or many other airports). Overall, very crowded airport. - The plane had older entertainment system with no USB port to charge-up the cell phone nor a power outlet."

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Nadelen: "I wanted to upgrade called Kayak that out me through to VAYAMA that then called Turkish airlines. Took hours in the phone (international call) they then told me I can't upgrade (payed upgrade) because the business is FULL, guess what??? Business was EMPTY"

Voordelen: "The Transit from TLV suppose to take 50 min. In the boarding passes that we received in TLV ut was written gate 201. The security at the Sabiha Airport was very slowly so we needed to rush to the gate. When we arrived the gate nothing was written about the flight to Amsterdam. So an airport worker checked for us and they changed the gate twice. So in the end 24 Israelis missed the flight to Amsterdam and we had to be transfer to Attaturk Airport and arrived in Amsrterdam in 5 hrs delay."

Nadelen: "Overall good service, but I kept getting passed over for certain things (e.g., coffee) by the flight attendant--and then I often couldn't get her attention until it was too late."

Voordelen: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Nadelen: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Voordelen: "Boarding was as expected, crew & food were ok. Nothing else positive to extract out of this flight."
Nadelen: "Delayed flight, horrible baggae policy when the flight is actually operated by a partner of the company you bought the ticket from and not the actual company. Dirty seats, no in-flight entertainment whatsoever (not even a magazine)."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Lights in economy were not switched off or even dimmed during the flight making it difficult to sleep especially if you had a window seat."
