Nadelen: "The flight attendants weren't personable on any of the flights. I'm 6 months pregnant and randomly get hungry. There are snacks like muffin available "anytime" On our long flight from Atlanta to Paris I pressed the button 3 times to see if I could get a muffin, but the attendant alert was turned off remotely and no one came to check on me. Thank God it wasn't some sort of emergency."
Voordelen: "My overall experience with Turkish Air was a pleasant one from the time we boarded until we landed. The crew was nice and very accommodating. The food was very good and warm."
Nadelen: "On the way over, it was perfect, but on the way back, the plane experienced an issue with the air conditioning system. It was very hot for 10 straight hours!"

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"
Voordelen: "Entertainment System was great, many choices and easy to navigate. This was important because the flight was delayed on both ends so we were sitting for even longer than our already long flight."
Nadelen: "Boarding was unorganized although we'd been divided into four groups, people were jumbled together not really knowing when their group had been called. Check-in bag drop was extremely slow, another couple of desks were needed to keep the process moving more quickly. We were there more than 2 hours early and were standing in line nearly all of that time."

Nadelen: "The flight was cramped with no room to get comfortable. The crew was concerened with it being an overnight flight and rushed through service so that the lights could be turned off on the cabin. They ran out of a food option and forced a selection on everyone in the back of the plane. The person sitting next to me even had a dietary restriction and her meal had been given to another passenger. The boarding process was a mess without clear directions from the staff, it was a giant mob trying to force its way onto a plane."

Nadelen: "I understand that an airline can’t control the weather, but they can be prepared for it. We arrived hours late and found chaos. Conflicting information from staff. Lines lasting HOURS, verging on mob behavior, some passengers shouting and crying. One very good agent got us into civilized lines, but it was still awful. Later that night, we found our second flight HAD taken off, despite every single airline and airport staffer insisting that all flights were cancelled. We could have been home for New Year’s Eve instead of stuck in an airport. The next day, we still got mixed signals about how to check in. Then we found we had been given seats rows apart, despite being one booking. To be honest, we haven’t even taken this flight yet. Our rebooked flight on the following day is hours late and we’re waiting for it now. But I already know enough to post that I will never fly Turkish Airlines again."

Staff then came from the back to the front of the queue telling people they had to put their carry-on luggage in the hold. When questioned why, the response was "you either do it or we won't let you fly. You don't like it? What do you want? It's Ryanair, deal with it." Very disappointing, flown many times with Ryanair but never been treated like that. Also disgusted with the new policy of having to pay to sit next to your partner of the same booking. Disgusting."
Nadelen: "They canceled our flight and we have not received a refund plus the 250 euros per person owed to us."

Voordelen: "This was our first Ryann air experience and we are very satisfied with the service. The airplane leaved at time and arrived ten minutes earlier. The ratio between what you paid and what you get is much better than the one from American airlines."
Nadelen: "No food, the seats were old, but it was ok,"
Nadelen: "Our flight ended up almost 3 hours late which caused us to miss our flight home. When we asked for assistance and explained our situation they simply said there was nothing they could do. She even jokingly shared advice on a place to eat since we were probably not going to make it home that day. This delay cost us another night in a hotel and a couple thousand for tickets on another flight the following day. When we complained to the service desk at the airport they offered no help, we actually had to go to airport information to find out how to file a complaint. I highly recommend you choose another airline."

L'embarquement fait un peu penser à la transhumance du bétail... Il ne faut surtout pas perdre de temps ! Si on voyage avec un bagage cabine et que l'on fait son propre check in sur Internet, cela facilite beaucoup les choses."

Nadelen: "Ryan Air makes you pay a "Priorty" boarding fee so that you can take your carry-on on board. Then if there's room they'll let non-priority passengers bring their carry-on's. We were at the front of the line for non-priority. They said we had to check our carry-on's because there was no more space. However, they never filled up their overhead bins and they remained empty on the flight! What a scam."

Voordelen: "Un bon vol pas cher, personnel jeune et accueillant, seul bémol mais indépendant de la volonté du pilote: nous sommes arrivés 15 minutes trop tôt et nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes pour sortir car personne n'était présent pour nous accueillir. Le seul gros défaut que je pourrais citer et celui pour réserver des siège, il faut payer, ce que je ne trouve pas normal même à ce prix. Sinon vol pas cher, rapide et efficace."
Nadelen: "When I got to the airport they made my family pay 200 Euros for not checking in online! This is basically robbery, since I had no choice but paying it without ruining the trip of a lifetime. I've never encountered such a fee from any other airline. It's true that they sent an email warning a couple days before, but I was already traveling, so didn't check my email very carefully. I chose Ryanair in order to save money, despite their planes being less comfortable (seats don't lean back at all) and I don't mind too much having to walk onto the runway in order to board the plane. I very careful to to exceed their very strict carry-on weight limits. But in the end it still wound up being the most expensive and frustrating option."

Nadelen: "Entassés comme du bétail pendant l'embarquement, puis assis dans des sièges étroits avec un pitch inhumain (espace entre les sièges). Le prix de base semblait correct, puis vinrent les surprises... 25€ pour 1 bagage, mais le pire.... si vous n'imprimez pas votre carte d'embarquement au préalable ou ne téléchargez pas l'application de la compagnie, il vous sera demandé 45€ supplémentaires au checkin!! Un scandale!! Ryanair, been there, done that, never again!"

Nadelen: "Pegasus first changed my 2hr layover to 24hrs then cancelled my second flight entirely without informing me. I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

Nadelen: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

I was on a work trip followed by a vacation, the vacation got cut short and I had to cancel the flight, unfortunately there was no way to cancel online and due to the nature of my job I cannot make phone calls to the states. I was not expecting a refund just an easy way to cancel the ticket online."

Nadelen: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Nadelen: "I've never seen so many young children on a plane. There must have been one child for every one adult. Worst of all, their parents didn't even attempt to make them behave themselves. And the crew just let the kids run up and down the aisles and climb on seats. What ever happened to "please remain seated with your seat belts fastened"? Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."

Nadelen: "Plane was hot, ground staff were rude, airport outside of Istanbul is one of the worst I've ever seen."
Voordelen: "It has good crew members and fine alternatives for eating."
Nadelen: "No entertainment option is available."

Voordelen: "Desk personnel who checked us in spoke Not One Single Word to us in any language. We were kept standing in line to board even though the plane was late."
Nadelen: "The plane wasn't cleaned and empty bottle, used tissues and remainders of the meal served on previous flight were on our seats. People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."
Voordelen: "This is a budget airlines, compare to Ryanair seats Pegasus Airlines seats has more leg room, especially I have long legs I need more leg room."
Nadelen: "I know this is a Turkish airline, but the cabin crew could do with a bit more understanding of English"
Voordelen: "Roomy, comfortable seating. Clean and modern."
Nadelen: "I was stopped at both airports for not having my ticket in the system although I checked-in in advance and paid extra for seating; it was very stressful and uncomfortable"
Voordelen: "I never made this trip due to Pegasus delays - see above"
Voordelen: "Was first to check-in and received exit-row seat with its extra leg-room."
Nadelen: "Exit row seats do not recline .. so could not lie-back on this overnight flight."
Voordelen: "It didn't crash."
Nadelen: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."

Nadelen: "Luggage was not put on plane, it arrived 8 hours later."
Voordelen: "Flight delay was for 50 minutes..."
Nadelen: "Respect you flights timing.."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed over an hour sitting on plane. Flight attendants were rude."
Nadelen: "not direct fligth"
Voordelen: "After my entire nightmare the flight attendant gave me a free coffee."
Nadelen: "I came four hours before my flight, about 4 a.m.. two and a half was spent sending me back and forth because they couldn't agree on what was an appropriate price to charge me for extra baggage. The girl at the baggage counter called Pegasus and they told her the amount. When I got back to the baggage counter, the man there started checking my bags then the supervisor started yelling at me and him, because of a "miscommunication" between the other girl and Pegasus. I heard the other girl explain, and it was no communication. The supervisor as she called herself was extremely rude and short tempered with EVERYONE. Plus, they wanted to charge me 215 dollars for one extra bag. Really? I finally took a few things out and got away with under 90 dollars from the 20 dollars they were going to charge me before. I would have been happy to book with another airline that would have easily come under that price, and I barely got to my gate on time. I booked with Turkish air prior and it was 200 dollars round trip and I was very happy. My bags and food were free. When I got to Turkey to change flights, we had to get off the plane we were on and get on another, and my flight was over two hours delayed. We had to stay at the gate, and so I couldn't buy food at the airport. I would have gotten to Frankfurt at two so the small breakfast I had would have been ok, and now I had to buy food on the plane because I had planned also to meet a friend for dinner outside of Frankfurt before another flight (actually the entire reason I was flying with Pegasus in the first place) and now I wouldn't make it. Can you imagine spending all that money plus a hotel and the entire reason you went is just gone and you have to deal with all of this? So I go to buy food on the plane and I'm told my credit card doesn't work. The funny thing is, previously I checked my bags with the same credit card, and afterwards I rented a car and hotel with the same card. I knew my credit card worked. I made her try it again and nothing. So I just had to live on the small amount of yogurt I had had that morning. There was no apologies or anything for everything we went through except when my credit card wouldn't work the flight attendant gave me some coffee for free. I'm not a complainer and actually travel quite a bit (I've been traveling for 3.5 months straight all over europe and the middle east). This has been the only negative experience I've had. I truly believe that Pegasus does not care about keeping customers. I really feel like I've been treated like dirt, and that I was tricked into booking with them. I've always booked with Kayak and will continue to, but I would reconsider working with Pegasus if I were you. The other discounters like Ryanair are just fine. But this experience made me extremely angry and I will never book with Pegasus again."
Nadelen: "The long hours of waiting caged in the plane with an announcement every 5 mins that we will takeoff soon it was a round trip had 2 hours delay while going and 2 hours while coming back. The plane wasn't clean. Im not using that airline anymore"
Voordelen: "This time the boarding was done by bridge and not by bus like the previous flight."
Nadelen: "With the previous experience I can talk nice about the bad service"
Nadelen: "I had a connecting flight to Oslo (Same reservation number) Dubai-Istanbul-Oslo The first section was 2 hour late and I lost connection. almost arriving to Istanbul the crew told the it was 40 min delay (First lie). The land personal also lied. They offered to pay for the visa to turkey (As i originally do not need) they did not. They say They will provide a 5 star hotel it was a Holiday Inn. The transport next day almost do not make it on time.... It was a terrible experience. I had another flight connection to Iceland but as it was not their company they did not care. The next day here is no iceland flight so I need to loose another day and pay the second company penalties for the change. Pegasus is routinely late!! Y can relate several problems of other passengers I witness. They also lied saying the problem was air traffic (the maximum time a plane can order to circling in the air for a chance to land is 45 min but we did not). TERRIBLE."
Voordelen: "There was no food or beverages handed out for free on the flight, nor was there entertainment - but no complaints here. The flight was safe, efficient, and exactly what i paid for. I only wish I could have gotten miles and smiles points!"
Nadelen: "Flight delayed three hours. Over an hour waiting for luggage to arrive at baggage claim."
Nadelen: "I ve lost my suitcase All people got their luggage in fiumicino ,i was waiting for my luggage and after i went in information for lost things and they promissed me but until i am without it. Help me if you can Please"
Voordelen: "Until now, absolutely nothing. I expect a free ticket after waiting for more than 10hrs of waiting"
Nadelen: "Very poor communication. We are not informed of the details so that we know what steps to take. We are just seating ducks."
