Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed for boarding, then delayed for take-off, then circled LaGuardia for an hour, diverted to JFK. They indicated weather, but JFK is 9.6 miles away... so weather really??!!"

Voordelen: "I had ordered a dairy - free vegetarian meal for the international flight. Initially the attendant brought me a vegetarian meal with cheese, part of the regular meal options, then she found the one with my seat number that was dairy - free. It was quite tasty! And I was grateful, since I would not have been able to eat the meal with dairy. It is not a preference, dairy makes me ill. The delay departing from Brussels caused us to miss our connecting flight to Denver, but our provided hotel accommodations in NY were quite comfortable. One item of note: The LaGuardia staff person, who made our arrangements for the overnight stay, said there was a shuttle from the hotel to JFK ( where our flight was in the morning), so she did not give us a travel voucher for the morning. The Hotel only has a shuttle to LaGuardia; it never has a shuttle to JFK. It seems the staff person should have known that. When we called Delta to ask how we should handle that, Delta kindly offered us reimbursement; it was just a phone call and a mailing for us and for Delta that was extraneous. Our interaction with the staff person was entirely pleasant, we were just surprised that there was misinformation."

Voordelen: "Outstanding service. Complicated flight schedule Malaga-Munich-Frankfurt-Buenos Aires with extremely short lay-over times in Munich and Frankfurt should have been prone to all sorts of problems with other airlines, but not with Lufthansa. Kudos for this! On top of this, extremely comfortable flights with good food, drinks and services topping it off for a most enjoyable Business Class flight experience, if such a thing exists."
Nadelen: "Nothing to report, everything was perfect. A score of ten out of ten!"

Voordelen: "Outstanding service. Complicated flight schedule Malaga-Munich-Frankfurt-Buenos Aires with extremely short lay-over times in Munich and Frankfurt should have been prone to all sorts of problems with other airlines, but not with Lufthansa. Kudos for this! On top of this, extremely comfortable flights with good food, drinks and services topping it off for a most enjoyable Business Class flight experience, if such a thing exists."
Nadelen: "Nothing to report, everything was perfect. A score of ten out of ten!"

Nadelen: "Due to the reason that the flight was overbookef LH asked us to drop off our hand luggages as well, however both were approved for the cabine. For this reason I had to buy padlocks. The problem was, that even if we were asked for favor we had to wait for baggage drop off at boarding for one hour."

Nadelen: "My luggage was covered in a liquid similar to honey. The wheels for my baggage was broken and i had to carry the bag instead of drag it."

Voordelen: "The flight was fine. However, because of a potential snow storm in Boston for 3/21, the flight with Lufthansa was cancelled. We were switched to TAP Portugal for the 22nd. When we arrived at Logan airport, we were told by TAP the flight is overbooked, but there is a chance we will get seats. We did get seats at the last moment, always kept abreast by TAP representatives. The flight was a non-stop flight, leaving at 6 PM arriving by 6 AM, far better than the connections with changes the day before."

Voordelen: "The crew helped my mom very much with her ansiery and were with her at all times."
Nadelen: "I bought the flight for my mom and she is handicap, the flight got delayed and they wanted to leave her in Frankfurt for 2 days because there was no more flights to the States, in the end they found a flight to Washington DC, she was coming to Miami. She is an old woman who gets lost and I had to order assistance for her, in Washington DC they opened her bags after that they lost the bags, she had medication on them and it was a nightmare to get them back. Im really upset and I don’t think That I’m going to book with this aero line again."

Voordelen: "service was very good,"

Voordelen: "It could be better, the flight attendance one of them was overwhelmed and I could feel her attitude, although she made an accidental movement on my foot she never apologized. And her eye contact was very aggressive as if she would use words. I tried to save the moment, and avoided all further interactions. Not even to look at her, or accept even a single glass of water. She did past through my area and again she was stocked with her cart, and she thought is was my foot again. When she realized that this time was not my foot, (which in the first time it was and she kicked my knee with the speed of her movement and I was not aware to save the moment) nevertheless, the second time and for the rest of my trip I was so careful that it did not happen again. But it happened one more time, but not with my foot. although she thought it was me. She looked at me again with a very bitter-eye but when she realized that the problem was not me she looked at another way acting as if she didnot understand what was going through her mind or my mind."
Nadelen: "The attidute is what I try not to get involved. I am on the air, traveling, and I don't like to experience any negative feelings from no one. I am consciously aware not to give any reasons for any form of unacceptable behaviors either with or without evidence. I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN, travel with LUFTHANSA just because of the way they treated me in my case which I travel always with my emotional pet, and this time they gave me a hardship and I had to travel without Logan. and additionally to this, I had to accept that flight attendance wordless aggressive behavior. Which in my opinion, I believe she could say I am sorry, and not looking at me as her worse enemy. Madness. She honestly needs a psychological evaluation."

Voordelen: "Courteous and friendly staff - did enjoy my gluten free meal"
Nadelen: "Economy seats leave no room for relaxed arms - i had mine in front of me for 9 hours as the seat was SO small! As am I!!"

Nadelen: "The food"

Nadelen: "Hickups in entertainment screens. Seats seem te be smaller again Rows without windows"

Voordelen: "The crew was nice Checking was quick and painless Entertainment had a limited options but good"
Nadelen: "Very limited food options. I get it is not first class but not everyone likes only chicken or fish"

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Voordelen: "I like that they doesn't take so much time for boarding"
Nadelen: "A cookie would be better than a Corny in short flight"

Nadelen: "The flight was about 45 minutes delayed but it was okay with me since I had connection flight and I had a long connecting time."

Voordelen: "That the plane brought me safely to San Diego"
Nadelen: "Paid entertainment on a 12 hour flight"

Nadelen: "Lost my luggage ., not happy"

Voordelen: "Decent flight. Nice crew. Clean cabin."
Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "The announcements from cockpit were very hard to understand, even in English........they were speaking very fast. Also the announcements made at the gate were difficult to understand."

Nadelen: "I did not like the bathroom downstairs."

Nadelen: "The airplane was extremely cold and the flight staff was rude"

Nadelen: "Did not care if I made my connecting flight or help me to understand if I could make it, seats are terribly overbooked and crammed. Many people visibly aggravated and mobility compromised due to seats,"

Voordelen: "Everything except food"
Nadelen: "My family took a flight earlier and my daughter complained about giving chicken to her although she was registered asian vegeterian. Same think happened to me as well. I was offered chicken even when i asked for asian vegeterian. When i asked to replace with vege option, the crew member replace with sea food, If this happens again, on my return flight, i am not going to let it go."

Nadelen: "Boarding three planes to three different destinations from the same gate is very confusing."

Voordelen: "I like that everything is done fairly quickly and efficiently."
Nadelen: "It may be a cultural thing for some, but two of the flight attendants did not smile at all. Not even really an acknowledgement when I said hello to them. And I tried throughout the flight to see if it was just because they were too busy or simply did not hear or notice me. It's not a big deal now, but it can be if the whole staff were to become silent and non-interactive."

Nadelen: "Too much sugary bread as nourishment."

Voordelen: "The chairs were the comfiest I've ever flown in!! Amazing"

Voordelen: "I was especially please with the service from the crew. The cognac was wonderful and "reasonably" poured. The food was fantastic"
Nadelen: "There was nothing to dislike..."

Voordelen: "Plane, amenities, crew, flight...all 5 *s"
Nadelen: "Travelers should be aware getting around that terminal is counterintuitive and not efficient at all....Gate was crowded and confused....I don't understand the point if it's design....also not the place to exchange money...use ATM's"

Voordelen: "I like it , it was good"
Nadelen: "All was nice.Thanks. The Flight was good, only Some Turbulances , But is ok."

Voordelen: "In terms of things I liked flying with UA998 from Brussels to EWR: The boarding staff at Brussels airport was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Boarding procedure was smooth even with the extra security screening at the gate."
Nadelen: "It was quickly clear to me that the passengers where simply an inconvenience to some of the crew on UA998. As an example I fell asleep during take off and woke up in the middle of the meal service. The cart was only a couple of rows behind me in the half-ful Economy Plus section so I got up and tried to get the attention of the staff. The lady turned around and confirmed that "I had woken up" with a sigh, as is not only was it inconvenient to her that I was a sleep, now I had the nerves to actually ask for a meal. She presented me with the options of pasta and chicken and I politely asked what they where served with. She straight out said that "she really did not know that" and asked me to make a choice. I wont get into any other examples, the machine was half full at best and there was no stress, so frustrating to be treated like you are an inconvenience to the USA based staff who clearly just wanted to be left alone. The entertainment system barely worked, the touch monitor was very hard to operate - the pressure sensitive functionality was not working properly but I managed to get to my movie and avoid the Chinese subtitles in the third try. I fly United because it's part of Star Alliance, but otherwise I would try and avoid at all cost."

Voordelen: "Our connecting flight to Munich was late, but Lufthansa had a van waiting to collect us, usher us through passport control and get us to our flight to New York in time. That was a tremendous help and took a lot of stress off of the trip."

Voordelen: "Lufthansa really knows how to run an airline, there was a one day strike the day before our departure for SFO, we thought for sure the airport would be a disaster, all through the strike we were updated on our flight status via email, when we arrived to the airport from Florence, we were in a brand new airport terminal, the flow was flawless the plane was on time and you would never know there was any disruption, unlike the US the airport is a mess for days, we would fly Lufthansa anytime."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Melanie/ticketing was superior in securing seats on a different departure. She endured many nervous travelers. The new itinerary matched our original time of arrival at ORD within 2 hours. :)"
Nadelen: "The free check-in of our carry on bags only dissapointed us when not arriving at ORD. We expect them to be delivered soon."

Nadelen: "Entertainment system did not work part of the flight"

Voordelen: "excellent. free drinks, food was delicious. attendants were wonderful."

Voordelen: "Entertainment is great, although I did not use it much this flight"
Nadelen: "Seats were uncomfortable, tighter than I remember last time I flew Luft."

Voordelen: "Crew was good providing, boarding was well handled."
Nadelen: "Food average; seats crowded and uncomfortable"

Voordelen: "The crew was attentive and effective. The vegetarian food was excellent. Plane was clean. Bathrooms were checked regularly."
Nadelen: "Generally, I'm a happy camper and easy to understand some "discomfort" that comes with traveling. Return trip operated by United. Terrible experience. No legroom[I'm 6'-2"]. The seat confinement was so stressing that it was impossible for me but just to extract myself and find a place where i just could stand. Meaning I was standing most of the trip. My wife and myself are globetrotters and this was one of the worse flight experience ever."
