Reason: There are two queues 1 For people who did a web checkin 2 people who didn’t do a web checkin The Qatar staff at Hyderabad experienced a technical glitch because their only system failed and there was no backup option. There was no apology from any of the staff. No one values the time of the people who chose Qatar making it a very bad experience overall"

They treated some senior citizens passengers who wouldn’t understand english with some disrespect. In addition, we had some problem with meal that was pre-ordered. It was probably system glitch but our meal selection wasn’t registered and Crew didn’t have idea about our meal."

Again on this flight the TVs were an old model that was difficult to use, you had to push really hard and finagle your finger to get it to read what you were pressing."

This makes the life of the crew so hard as it is not their fault and clearly many people were affected!! Lastly stop using small planes for your Brisbane flights!!!!!!! We pay good money and deserve better. This is not the first time"

No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Voordelen: "It was such a long flight with almost 15 hours of travel. So, I was bit worried. But the flight crew was all set to make us comfortable. Their patience, attention to all requirements and efficiency really impressed me."

Nadelen: "I had a lot of issues with Etihad this trip. First, they changed our return date no less than 3 different times, one of them by more than 2 days. Then, they wouldn't allow us to pick up our checked luggage for our layover in Abu Dhabi because it was under 24 hours long. Unfortunately, while we made our connecting flight the next day, our luggage did not. We ended up spending 3 days without luggage, and ultimately went to the airport ourselves in order to make our tour."
Voordelen: "Overall flight experience was good, but the ground staff need to be more real time responsive and should own responsibility."
Nadelen: "My baggage is still missing and no one is responding to number presented on the sheet in Chicago, very bad. Please get my baggage to me and be kind to the customers in aftermath of the services."

Voordelen: "We boarded etihad for the first time and the experience was not good at all. Have two major complaints. The boarding area was very strict with the carry on laggage items size. My wife and I have the carry on bags, with which we boarded multiple domestic and international flights and never got a complaint from any carrier, but to my surprise, etihad staff mentioned that my bang is over sized in length and width and I need to check in. And second complaint is on Food. We selected Hindu meal, and the food was not good in taste and the options as well. We felt Air India, Qatar, emirates, Cathe Pacefic etc were better comparatively than Etihad. Staff were all good and supportive all the time."

Nadelen: "The seat in the exit aisle was too upright and very uncomfortable. After paying for the exit row seat I expected a more comfortable chair. We were stuck in Abu Dhabi for nearly 2 hours on the runway waiting for take off even though all passengers boarded early."
Nadelen: "One of my luggage pieces was lost, and not found for 3 days. Filling out forms for the lost luggage took several hours."
Voordelen: "The crew were friendly and helpful. The airplane was spacious."
Nadelen: "My luggage is lost. I have to wait for 3 days for it to get to my final destination. That is very upsetting."
Nadelen: "Terrible food. Couldn't care less crew."
Nadelen: "We missed the flight to porto alegre because we went to bali and the flight from asia air delayed 8am. We tried to change the flight in every way, but we could not. We had to buy a new ticket for another company. We are sad and disappointed"

Voordelen: "Aircraft was good. Food was good. Crew was nice."
Nadelen: "Entertainment system could be better. Ground staff wasn't cooperative. They had arguments with pretty much everyone on weight/size of cabin baggage."
Voordelen: "Great cabin crew."
Nadelen: "Severely banged piece of large luggage to the point the handle doesn't even close. Noisy children, and such a filled flight that staff was having a hard time attending to needs of all passengers. Food areas were smelly as were toilets towards end of flight."
Nadelen: "The seat did not reclined. My wife was pregnant 6 months with twins and needed to recline the seat. I think I would reconsider booking with Etihad in the future."
Nadelen: "Cabin luggage with sensitive/delicate items were forced to be checked in for 2nd leg of the journey. Cabin luggage upon retrieval at destination was scratched/dirty and one glass item inside was broken. Recommend Etihad provides complimentary luggage wrapping to prevent such issues. Additionally, crew was unable to manage noisy kids, and a request for ear plugs was ignored. Recommend Etihad provide affected travelers with ear plugs to manage the noise, and that the crew undergo training to better manage problematic parents w/kids."

Nadelen: "Overbooking Confirmed flight and seats gets cancelled when you reach airport to board Airports and call center staff is rude, no response when my luggage was missing I will never fly with etihad again."
