Nadelen: "i had asked for an aisle seat and ended up on seat 7C which is the one that is next to the seat where the stewardess sits down. I wouldn't have minded at all but my seat and the one next to it didnt recline anywhere near as much as every other seat in the whole airplane. It was really uncomfortable for me and the person who was seating next to me. Hopefully this will be the last time i get stuck in that kind of seat."

I had the very front aisle seat and the flight attendances kept bumping into me and my fold out tv screen. And the other passengers on board were not so nice either.. there was a grown man that was maybe in his 50's and i am a 22 year old 5 feet tall and this man shoved me back into my aisle and one of the flight attendances saw and said nothing to him."

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Since it is usually too expensive for me to travel with THY, one still can get a great deal if looked for deals in advance. Some of the best things about traveling with THY are being able to check 2 bags, unlimited drinks and food at all times and more leg room. Max"

It’s like ANA run by native New Yorkers - newish planes, really good food (including chefs running around in white uniforms with the tall hats!), solid in-flight entertainment, and no nickel-and-diming on drinks, but the staff can be cold. I would definitely fly again, especially if the alternatives are United or American."
Nadelen: "Turkish Airlines' hub airport, Ataturk International in Istanbul, is a chaotic, surly mess. Part of this relates to the fact that it is simply too small for the volume of traffic it handles, but I also believe airport management deserves some blame. Problems include: * Most arriving Turkish Airlines flights empty out on the tarmac, and then you are bussed to the terminal, adding at least 20 minutes to the process. Some departing flights to North America also require bussing from a distant gate. * Rescreening is inconsistent - once it was some guy standing by a door giving a cursory glance to passports of transfer passengers. Another time, hundreds of people going through a full laptops-out-of-bags-take-off-your-belts xray procedure. * Signage is terrible. Arrows pointing where to go are insufficient (such as exiting the international terminal from the transfer area) and most gates do not automatically show the next flight scheduled to depart. * Gates are shown on the main displays only 2 hours in advance max, and even then seem to change — I saw several people miss their flights for this reason. * Not enough toilets in the terminal and lounges. * Airport staff and concessions workers are surly. I would like to stress that Turkish Airlines (the dominant carrier at Ataturk) is actually pretty good when it comes to the flights themselves. But the airport experience really brings down the brand, in my opinion. My advice to those who have a long layover: Spend $25-$40 dollars to hang out in one of the paid lounges, which have more space, free food, Wi-Fi, etc. You need an oasis in a place like Ataturk."

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Nadelen: "Nous avons été très désagréablement surprises d'apprendre que trop de billets avaient été vendus et que nos places n'étaient plus disponibles à notre arrivée à Francfort. Il me semble totalement illogique de me faire dire qu'il n'y a plus de place pour moi dans l'avion alors que j'ai le billet en main et qu'il a été payé. Comment une compagnie peut-elle accepter mon paiement alors qu'elle n'est pas en mesure de garantir le service pour lequel elle a été payée? Selon cette philosophie, il faudrait peut-être payer nos billets d'avion une fois RENDUS à destination? Beaucoup de stress inutile et une mauvaise opinion de la compagnie aérienne..."

J'avais l'impression que l'on cherchait notre avion. Un avion Star Alliance n'est pas Lufthansa. Le siège du passager devant moi était défectueux et reculait sans cesse vers moi. DEux interventions des agents de bord n'ont pas suffi. Le semblant de repas était avant l'arrivée ã Montréal était infecte : une pochette de pain avec simili sauce que l'on présentait comme une "pizza". Ce vol n'avait vraiment pas la qualité Lufthansa!!!"

Nadelen: "Have never seen this happen elsewhere, but shortly after boarding, the crew announced they had to do a safety check, which required all the passengers to collect their personal items (i.e. everything from the overhead bins) to hold with them in their seats, as the crew 'checked' the bins and aisles. The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

Voordelen: "The lounge"
Nadelen: "Cancelled flight followed by delayed flight followed by the slowest priority baggage service I have ever seen."

Voordelen: "Fast amd easy flight"

Nadelen: "The fiod I requested from the menue was not available"

Nadelen: "Very bad transfer arriving from Istanbul at Antalya."

Voordelen: "Wonderful flight. Everything was Handled well by flight staff"
Nadelen: "Luggage took a very very long time to arrive. Some prop got their luggage but half the plane was left waiting for about 30 minutes"

Voordelen: "We got where we were going safely"
Nadelen: "My knees were actually pressed up against my he seat in front of me even though I had my butt all the way back. So, thankfully I had an aisle seat so I just stuck my knee out to the side...this was a partial solution only as the crew came by at least 5 times on a 2 hour flight with the service cart, smacking my knee each time. No complementary snacks or beverages... not even water. Somewhat surprised that they didn't charge to use the lavatory."

Nadelen: "1 hour queue to check in due to mixed international flights and not enough desks open. No room in overhead lockers, people seemed to have much more than their allowance. Didn't get to buy duty free items on-board as they ran out of time."

Voordelen: "Staff was nice"
Nadelen: "Fight was delayed by about an hour. Information screens at DUS airport did not work. Seat backrests were WAY too short, so I couldn't lean back. My back and neck still hurt because of that!"

Voordelen: "Cost was reasonable."
Nadelen: "Often it has delays."

Nadelen: "Delayed 35 minutes"

Voordelen: "Good flight overall and crew good"
Nadelen: "Left half hour late otherwise satisfied"

Voordelen: "customer service in general.."

Voordelen: "Plane was veryClean. On time. Staff were very frindly"

Voordelen: "The price was low, the plane was clean and well kept. Unlike other value airlines, they did not harass me to buy things the whole flight long... One pass through with the food cart if you wanted to buy something to eat, and then peace to enjoy the flight. Both the trip out and the return were on time."

Nadelen: "seat a bit worn out. luckily it was a short flight"

Nadelen: "Pegusus auto kiosk checkin got errors so I had to wait in counter line. Fix this! Tea costs money. But cheap travel is awesome!!!"

Nadelen: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

Voordelen: "The flight was ok"
Nadelen: "My husband and son both ordered a wheel chair because I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and when I arrived in turkey they said there was no order for one. I walked through the airport at a snails PA e and since I arrived I have been very sick."

Voordelen: "I arrived alive!"
Nadelen: "Service was poor, plane was hot, not my best flight experience by far"

Voordelen: "Cheap price"
Nadelen: "Uncomfortable seats. Race car type no recline, no food included, overnight flight yet lights on board remained fully illuminated."

Voordelen: "timing of arrival"
Nadelen: "seating not comfartable amount paid for ticikts were expensive for services offered / meals should be free airplane air condetioning was bas for etire flight / it was hot ( speaclly for someone with bood pressure)"

Nadelen: "Very slow check in. Unhelpful and unfriendly crew"

Voordelen: "Быстрое прохождениех оформления и проверок. Всегда выход прямо в/из самолета"

Voordelen: "Unfortunately, it's impossible to find a single positive thing to mention. I'd gladly pay more if needed and never fly with them"
Nadelen: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Voordelen: "The price"
Nadelen: "No one smiles or tries to help, the Baggage weighing is farcical as people get on in Turkey with three hand luggage’s. Flight was late, no explanation and no apology. Pre flight safety and general announcements are made as fast as possible. Unintelligible"

Voordelen: "The fares are cheap and they charge for luggage. Check-in was smooth, boarding was as well, and the crew was smiling just a bit. But then that's the Turkish attitude I have noticed all these years. Not bad over all. My luggage made it all the way to my destination with no problems, even though there was a connection flight."
Nadelen: "The seats did not recline which makes it a little difficult to relax if the flight is longer than two hours. No entertainment and no food served (not even water) unless you pre-order or purchase it in flight."

Nadelen: "They lost several passengers’ luggage including mine."

Voordelen: "nothing"
Nadelen: "delay, onboard service"

Nadelen: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Voordelen: "good crew."
Nadelen: "very not comfortable chairs"

Nadelen: "Crew members are very rude"

Nadelen: "Checkin takes à long time"

Nadelen: "Late boarding for unknown reason."

Nadelen: "No AC in both aircrafts!"

Nadelen: "It's low cost, it arrived in time. It's ok :)"

Voordelen: "The seats are comfortable and there was enough place in the overhead bins"
Nadelen: "The airport in Istanbul does not offer WiFi - which is unbelievable for 2017...."

Voordelen: "This was a domestic flight, only hour and 30 min. Same aircraft as from London to Istanbul, nice and comfortable seats with plenty of leg room."
Nadelen: "The flight was only hour and 30 min, so I have no criticism for this flight"

Nadelen: "This experience was absolutely horrible for my wife and myself both. We understood that being among the more "budget friendly" airlines, we would have to sacrifice some comfort. But this airline is beyond atrocious to say the least. There is no terminal exit, but rather we had to walk down steps from the plane, walk in the rain to a stand-up bus, and ride it to the airport. How on earth are you supposed to make close connecting flights with those conditions? We barely made it only because they let us skip the line for security. Save yourself the misery; dig deeper in your pocket for a better airline."

Nadelen: "You have to pay for water. So, basically, you are on a 4 hour flight, and you get one free cup of water After that, you're out of luck, because you have to buy water. Nice. Obviously, a very cheap stripped down plane. So no entertainment. But that is okay with low cost carriers."

Voordelen: "generally the boarding and crew were acceptable."
Nadelen: "A week before my flight, the flight changed and I was emailed. It had me arriving in Istanbul 2 hours later. They essentially changed my flight to another flight. And then Pegasus Plus frequent flyer never recognizes my PNR number when I try to get credit for my flights. I have flown 6 segments with them and none of the flights are recognized. When I try to do live chat, it only accept Turkish language. I am very disappointed in this airline's pre and post flight services."

Voordelen: "Boarding was OK. Price is good"

Nadelen: "the staff at the disk was so bad they charge me for extra weight more than what it should be they try to change the currency from turkish lira to euro then to my country currency just to collect more charge???. also when I paid by my visa card they didn't give me my recipt which mean they did something dicey."

Nadelen: "The landing was so unstable I was scared to death. The flight was over 1 hour late. The staff's English was not understandable at all even for a native speaker."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed and that's normal for them I guess .. worst cabin crew ever."

Voordelen: "The crew was nice."
Nadelen: "That we didnt get even a glass of water"

Voordelen: "The crew from the Paris to Istanbul flight rushed us to the Beirut flight so that we made it on time."
Nadelen: "All food is for purchase. No in-flight entertainment."

Voordelen: "The crew rushed us to the next Pegasus flight (Istanbul to Beirut) so that we made it on time."
Nadelen: "The flight departed nearly an hour late after idling on the tarmac. All food is for purchase. There is no in-flight entertainment."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Everything"

Voordelen: "It was a smooth ontime flight, helpful customer service."

Nadelen: "2 hours delay"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed over an hour sitting on plane. Flight attendants were rude."

Voordelen: "That it got me and my luggage there when scheduled"
Nadelen: "The seats are cramped on Pegasus flights and you have to pay for everything, including something to drink."

Nadelen: "When the flight landed in Istanbul, plenty of people had tight connections, and no one would help us. With any other airline and in any other airport in the world, every staff member would do everything they could to get all the passengers to their connections. When several of us asked for help and no one would help us. I missed my flight and Pegasus booked me on another flight that had already boarded, so I almost missed that one as well. I couldn't believe that the staff of the airline refused to take us to the front of passport control lines to get us through more quickly, and I can't believe that even when I showed staff that my flight was already boarding, they told me I just had to wait. I will not fly with Pegasus again if there are any other options. Absolutely unbelievable."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time."
Nadelen: "There was a group of 16 or 17 year olds on the same flight that were so loud and standing up in the plane the whole time making it impossible to relax or try to sleep."

Voordelen: "Terrible service"

Voordelen: "Flight and landing on time. Everything went well."
Nadelen: "Seat was before an exit row so couldn't decline the seat."

Voordelen: "Econimic flight provide complementary water.. This one not.. Even the water you have to buy it for 1.5€ .and you have to do it fast otherwise they would ran out of it!! And yeah they price thier products in € but they do not have € change..how great!!"

Voordelen: "Hi, While reserving the flights, there was not any sign that there is nothing served on board. I think that at least you can serve water."

Voordelen: "Until now, absolutely nothing. I expect a free ticket after waiting for more than 10hrs of waiting"
Nadelen: "Very poor communication. We are not informed of the details so that we know what steps to take. We are just seating ducks."

Nadelen: "I think Pegausus was not fair at all with us. How can the expect from someone to take the flight to Paris when the declare about curfew in the city??? As far as i hear other companies refund the money back to the customers. Why they don't do the same???"
