When asked some counter employees, they couldn't care less. You should post something at the gate assigned about a gate change or delay. A lot of passengers were confused and uninformed."
Nadelen: "I did not like although my ticket had luggage allowance, TAP made my wife and I pay twice. Of course to pay needed endless and senseless wait and paying booth."

They do not try to seat you with the other airlines! The board crew is hit or mis. Once on the continental flight I called for service from about the beginning of the flight- no one came to check why did I call for help. Bad service! Just before landing one of the crew members turn off my request sign without even asking me. So, no more TAP for me..."

Nadelen: "My TAP flight from Lisbon to Madeira island was 2 hours late arriving so I lost all of my flight connections back to Boston and San Francisco. I was stuck in Lisbon Portugal for one extra day - was told to get out of the airport, then asked a bunch of people what to do, finally got in a very long line of people within a very hectic and loud airport full of travelers. 60+ people in a line being helped by only 2 rude counter staff. I waited in TAP member services line for 2 hrs and 30 minutes. They gave me a voucher to a motel and a taxi cab where I would have to spend the night. On my way back, I was diverted form Boston to Miami and the whole ordeal was unpleasant. It seems like TAP staff doesn't care about inconveniencing passengers. I overhead a conversation between a young 30+ year old TAP male staff wearing a dark blue sweater and dark blue pants belittling a British woman passenger. While waiting in line I was surprised to see how rude the counter TAP staff were to passengers who were frustrated that they lost their flight connections because of the TAP plane's late arrival. IF possible, I would never fly TAP again."

Nadelen: "Due to a strike in security at the Lisbon airport our fight was delayed 3+ hours. We were boarded on the plane and sat there for over three hours without any information from pilots or crew on why we were so delayed or when we would be taking off."

A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Nadelen: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Nadelen: "Bad check-in by Vueling staff. They kept changing the time to check-in. At first the sign said "All Destinations" with no restriction on check-in. Nest, while we were in the line, they changed the sign to say you could only check-in 2 hours before the flight and then, when we got to the front of the line, they said it was 2 1/2 hours. Very rude in response to our questions."

Terug naar de gate, mensen uitladen, wat een gedoe. Beenruimte is echt het kleinste dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Dan wordt er ook niet goed opgelet op handbagage en word je rugzak bijzonder onvriendelijk onder je stoel gepropt vanwege te weinig ruimte. Dat was wel m'n enige handbagage, dus waarom mag iemand die teveel mee heeft wel z'n spullen bovenin en ik niet? En waarom moet dat met bruut geweld onder mijn stoel gepropt? Bah, erg onvriendelijk."

Nadelen: "Our flight was booked from Sevilla to Barcelona with a connecting flight to London. We were given only an hour to catch our connecting flight in Barcelona. it was physically impossible to get to our connecting flight in the time given even though we ran between gates as soon as we got off the plane. Not only did we miss our flight,mbut we spent the next six hours standing in lost luggage lines, waiting at the luggage carousel, and then waiting in line to rebook our flight. We had to wait 24 hours before we could fly to London and we missed several things we had planned for that day. When I spoke to the attendant at the Iberia counter she said that there was no way I could have made that connecting flight in Barcelona, that I needed two hours because of the size of the airport, the need to get boarding passes, go through security and passport control. I am upset that Iberia booked our flights the way they did."
Nadelen: "Flight got canceled after they had us at airport for almost 5 hours. It wasn't just this flight, it is the airline. They are cancelling a lot of flights lately."
Nadelen: "No online check in at Barcelona- check in queue took over an hour! Same flight via BA offered online check in."
Nadelen: "We were late leaving split and they couldn't print our boarding pass for connecting flight Barcelona to Munich. Then missed connecting flight in Barcelona had to wait to get boarding pass 30 min then we were told unsure where are luggage was. 1 hr trying to find out if it made it to Munich or not. Finally we waited to get our lunch voucher 30 min. This seems to be a system wide failure that people can only help you find out one piece of info each. And 0% information shared between different parts of the process. Thankfully we finally arrived and our bags were in Munich. One should expect more from an airline who's headquarters were in Barcelona. 1/2 the people were working hard and 1/2 were disinterested in helping at all."
Voordelen: "Nothing. Total disregard for the customer"
Nadelen: "The 5 hour delay and acceptance by the airline that this is business as usual"
Nadelen: "They canceled my return flight without even giving me the possibility of full reimbursement of my ticket. They first flight was more than 2 hours delayed and they didn't even communicate it till the really last minute and obviously they offer nothing. Definitely worst experience with an airline company and I flew more than 100 times!!! Definitely not recommended to fly with"

Nadelen: "I was trying to check in in the past 24 hours. The system wouldn’t allow me and I ended up paying 50 Euros extra only to check in what I had already paid for in full in the first plCe. Then, just to top off the wonderful morning - I got an agent whose attitude was extremely rude and poor to inform me correctly what was the next steps and procedure. Finally, both my hand bags carry on get checked in and now I am stuck at the airport waiting for two little bags that could’ve easily got on top of my compartment where I was."

Nadelen: "Ik zat bij de nooduitgang. Normaal wordt je voor het vliegen geïnstrueerd voor wat je moet doen in een noodsituatie. Minimaal wordt je gevraagd om de instructies door te nemen. Zowel op de heen als de terugvlucht is dat door geen van het cabine personeel gedaan."

Nadelen: "I realized I made a mistake it’s my date five minutes after my booking . There was no options all to do any changes"
Voordelen: "No hitches. I recently bought proper cabin baggage with Ryanair approved dimensions and had checked in online so no hassles. If you follow Ryanair guidelines and have requested paperwork and baggage allowance your experience should be incident free."
Nadelen: "Nothing to declare."

Nadelen: "I don't like to sell foods in the airplanes."
Nadelen: "The Ryan Air staff were ignorant and complained when asked any questions."
Voordelen: "I like that I got to my destination on time."
Nadelen: "I didn't like boarding without zones, you have to stand for so long waiting because every gets in line at the same time."
Voordelen: "The boarding was efficient flight"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. Seats are not comfortable. I was in a bus at the back and when it arrived at the demarcation door, the driver didn't open all the 3 doors! He only opened the front door beside himself so everyone had to exit by that door."
Voordelen: "Personeel vriendelijk, over het eten kan ik geen oordeel geven omdat ik niets gekocht heb. Vandaar de lage beoordeling"
Nadelen: "Er was niets wat ik niet leuk vond"
Voordelen: "Dat we toch nog aan kwamen"
Nadelen: "Het feit dat ik handbagage heb en dat dat perse in het luchtruim moet omdat Ryanair structureel te weinig ruimte heeft in het vliegtuig. Maar als ik 1kilo teveel inpak moet ik extra betalen. Maar als ze zelf iets verkeerd doen geen vergoeding of wat dan ook. Zelfs geen excuus. Schandalige manier van zaken doen, niks klant is koning..Ryan air is koning van het uitknijpen van passagiers"
Voordelen: "Everything was acceptable apart from their petty ploy to split couples up"
Nadelen: "Because we don't want to pay extra for seating we don't check in until 4 days before the flight. Usually this is not a problem but on this flight they split us up, one at the front & one at the rear, then they ask if we want to pay extra to sit together. This is a very petty ploy to get extra money. It doesn't work !! The passengers just swop when on the plane"

Nadelen: "Interminable lines to simply drop bags with pre-paid bags and boarding passes printed at home -- It took an hour! Check-in staff seemingly oblivious to what is happening around them. About the most cramped seats on any airline I've taken (and I've flown in virtually all parts of the world, and I'm small). Constant harangue over the PA from in-flight staff trying to sell things, even lottery tickets."

Nadelen: "Had to check on line to avoid a check in fee !!! Seats are crammed, thank God it was a short flight. Long line to check bags & to board"
Voordelen: "The air crew were excellent"
Nadelen: "Communications around boarding and gates was chaotic and our take off was delayed for over an hour. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They seemed confused themselves and found it difficult to communicate anything helpful to passengers"
Nadelen: "They took my cabin luggage to the cargo even though it is the right size due to no more space in over head compartment and I believe if they where strict about the size with the All Pax and only allowed one price each in the hand the compartments would have been sufficient. You need to make sure to ask pax to be at check in desk 2 hrs before dept during peak periods due to security takes longer time make the story short I was happy with the above all standards Abdullah Benafif."
Voordelen: "Boarding was ridiculous from both ends of plane with people from back end squeezing past people from front end to find their seats. They list my checked backpack on a flight from Amsterdam to Spain. It took 5 days to get it back. Crazy!"
Nadelen: "Everyone had backpacks that got checked for free. Why did I pay to check my luggage? Stupid."
Voordelen: "I liked the staff, the plane..."
Nadelen: "It would be nice to know in advance if the airport accepts mobile boarding ticket."
Voordelen: "The staff was super friendly, this includes the pilots. You could see that they worked as a team! The seats were crammed just like every other airline company so i can't complain about that.. the boarding was super efficient and we departed on time, (we had priority boarding)."
Voordelen: "I liked the new interior of the plane - lot more room, easier to move between seats, easier to place luggage"
Nadelen: "The crew did everything necessary, but they did not smile, their communication was not spontaneous and a bit "robot" like. This was in in contrast to the crew on our first flight to Brussels - the crew there was cheerful and fun to travel with."
Nadelen: "De snacks die in de folder stonden waren bijna allemaal niet voorradig. Uiteindelijk niets genomen."
Nadelen: "The crew is not welcoming, cramped seat, long line and force to check in my bag and paid 50euros."

Voordelen: "Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding,goede koffie (dus dan is betalen geen probleem..) Eindhoven is zoveel handiger dan Schiphol. Parkeren is ook ideaal geregeld."
Nadelen: "Op het laatste moment terminal aangeven. Gedring van mensen om aan boord te komen, snap dat het snel moet maar zou toch meer orde moeten zijn."

Nadelen: "Impossible to get a hold of I tried email Webb and telephone in each case I had to wait long time and most the time it would disconnect I was never able to talk to a human being I had other business that I had to attend to where I am and had to cancel my trip to Brussels I will try never to fly Ryanair again there reputation precedes them. Zelf bij uit uitstappen heb al met andere maatschappijen gevlogen en daar was het wel te merk dat ze kindvriendelijk zijn. zelf bij het inchecken moest ik mee aanschuiven terwijl bij andere maatschappijen je voor mag gaan met kinderen.
