Nadelen: "I didn't like the fact that nobody told me that Ataturk Airport in Istanbul is so big that you can not make to connect flight on time for an hour.Especially if you flight has been late to depart like mine from Belgrade due to the rain. I thought I will make it to the connect flight to LA but the gate was already closed. I was instructed to do multiple errands, to get Turkish visa, etc all on my expense to be able to exit the transit as an American citizen and be able to take Turkish airlines bus to the hotel.The hotel was fine and the meals. The problem was that they calculate bus traveling time wrong in the hotel and put people on the bus next day too late, so due to the traffic jam, we barely made it to the airport, and then we had to stress the officials to put us on the fast passport control lane due to boarding time."

Nadelen: "On both meals they ran out of one meal option so no choice was available. The bathrooms got pretty got pretty gross towards the end of the flight."

Nadelen: "Departure from Istanbul was delayed, then there was a backup for takeoff, so we sat on the tarmac an extra half hour. Still don't understand why the Istanbul-to-IAD flight is scheduled to be an hour and a half longer than the IAD-to-Istanbul leg was. Apparently there was no effort to make up lost time, so our scheduled 7:10pm arrival was after 8pm. Pasta dish was clearly supposed to be a hot meal, but it was cold when served."

Voordelen: "Very helpful crew. Entertainment choices of movies, tv, music was excellent. Got on and off the plane quickly which was very appreciated."
Nadelen: "Seats were stiff-too upright to get comfortable for a long flight."

Nadelen: "Staff at the gate and on the plane were rude. At the gate, I asked if there was an isle seat or an emergency row seat available (because I have long legs and long feet) and he said he would check and see. Well, he failed to inform me if any of the seats were available, so I sat in a window seat to Istanbul and a middle seat to Venice. I had to pay $160 for an extra bag to Venice. I asked if the airline allowed military members to check a third bag for free, I was laughed at, and told that US military members get charged more because we're not in the Turkish military. So as you can see, this trip started off horribly. My flight attendant seemed like she was having a horrible day because her attitude and customer service was bad."

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Nadelen: "Hot in the plane during and after boarding - no cool air. I have come to expect more from Turkish Airlines, and I hope they make sure they improve this aspect."

Nadelen: "Omg...the crew...the crew, as was in the past, and with the exception of 1 poor guy who was really trying his best, was RUDE and lacked finess. They would literally kick u in the hallway (while passing this hostess gave me a good knock on my foot and didn't turn around to apologize. ..she kept going). They will serve you food and throw the trays down on your table, talk over you to the other hostess in the other isle while serving you. Speak in the most condescending tone, especially, unfortunately to older folks or foreigners who had a hard time understanding. I mean....total chaos and, for someone who flies often both dom & intl, this has got to be the worst service received, and thought the price point is as juicy as pie, I still expect some level of class and great customer service. It's not worth it."

Voordelen: "I had not had the possibility through the third party website to precise I woud like a vegetarian dish, but the staff could arrange it on the plane. The food was delicious."
Nadelen: "The contrast of the screen was bad, it was hard to see if the scene on the screen was a bit dark."

Nadelen: "Ik zat bij de nooduitgang. Normaal wordt je voor het vliegen geïnstrueerd voor wat je moet doen in een noodsituatie. Minimaal wordt je gevraagd om de instructies door te nemen. Zowel op de heen als de terugvlucht is dat door geen van het cabine personeel gedaan."

Schandalige manier van zaken doen, niks klant is koning..Ryan air is koning van het uitknijpen van passagiers"

Nadelen: "lorsque pour 1 raison personnelle nous ne pouvons prendre le vol réservé il est IMPOSSIBLE d' ANNULER même sans demander le remboursement ds billets. LAMENTABLE Dans mon cas 2 places sont restées vacantes sur ce vol 6773 & qui auraient pu rendre service à 2 autres passagers."

Nadelen: "Le voyage aller au départ de Dinard, c’est parfaitement passé. Mais le retour n’a pas eu lieu !!! … En effet, je me suis retrouvé bloqué dans un énorme bouchon, causé par l’accident d’un poids lourd qui s’est retrouvé en travers de l’autoroute, et qui m’a fait perdre près de deux heures … Et malgré avoir téléphoné à RyanAir à l’aéroport de East Midlands, pour les prévenir de cet imprévu. J’ai eu beau tout faire pour essayé de rattraper ce retard, mais le traitement de la part du personnel de la perfide Albion, a été plus que lamentable ! Car lorsque je me suis présenté au comptoir d’enregistrement, on m’a renvoyé à la fin de la file d’attente, pour finalement me refuser l’enregistrement car le vol venait d’être clôturé deux minutes auparavant … Une véritable honte ! Qui m’a obligé à relouer une voiture, pour me rendre à l’aéroport de Londres Stansted, y passer la nuit et bien sûr racheter un billet d’avion pour le lendemain, car le prochain vol pour Dinard depuis East Midlands n’avait lieu que deux jours après … En revanche, le lendemain, le vol depuis Londres a décollé avec plus d’une heure de retard, mais là bien sûr, personne n’est venu s’excuser et ce retard n’était pas non plus de leur responsabilité ! Et je vous passe les détails … Un vrai cauchemar !"

Voordelen: "Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding,goede koffie (dus dan is betalen geen probleem..) Eindhoven is zoveel handiger dan Schiphol. Parkeren is ook ideaal geregeld."
Nadelen: "Op het laatste moment terminal aangeven. Gedring van mensen om aan boord te komen, snap dat het snel moet maar zou toch meer orde moeten zijn."

Voordelen: "La ponctualité heureusement, sinon cela aurait été une totale déception ! À l'ère du low cost, on sent vraiment qu'avec Ryanair on a définitivement quitté le glamour de l'aviation."
Nadelen: "Entassés comme du bétail pendant l'embarquement, puis assis dans des sièges étroits avec un pitch inhumain (espace entre les sièges). Le prix de base semblait correct, puis vinrent les surprises... 25€ pour 1 bagage, mais le pire.... si vous n'imprimez pas votre carte d'embarquement au préalable ou ne téléchargez pas l'application de la compagnie, il vous sera demandé 45€ supplémentaires au checkin!! Un scandale!! Ryanair, been there, done that, never again!"

Nadelen: "Se présenter à l'embarquement et devoir payer 45€ supplémentaires par personne, sans aucune raison particulière ; à mon sens et jusque là "low cost" n'était pas synonyme d'arnaque au consommateur .. visiblement j'avais tort. Il n'est jamais précisé que l'enregistrement est obligatoire, facultatif, peut-être, mais obligatoire ? Du vol et de l'abus purement et simplement. J'ose éspérer que vous saurez profiter de tout l'argent que vous m'avez extorqué par des pratiques moyennement commerciale, car c'était bel et bien la dernière fois que je venais vous solliciter !"

Voordelen: "Korte vlucht zonder vertraging. Wel behoorlijk strenge controle op vloeistoffen. Verder geen bijzonderheden."

Voordelen: "Vous faites des locations de voiture et vous n êtes même pas capable de gérer l après vente... à cause de vous je ne sais pas si je rêverais mes 115€. Mais je vais monter un collectif avec toutes les personnes dans le même cas. À la prochaine. :)"

Voordelen: "Le sandwich qui m'a été vendu était périmé et je ne l'ai vue qu'après consommation."

Voordelen: "Basic vlucht maar oké. Vlucht vertrok op tijd en was veilig. Niets meer en niets minder maar dat weet je van te voren als je RyanAir boekt."

Voordelen: "A un vol low-cost on ne demande pas de confort de divertissement etc , on demande un prix. Et nous en avons eu pour notre argent . Dans le sens ROME Bordeaux, le FAST track et l'embarquement prioritaire ont bien fonctionné."
Nadelen: "Sur ce vol en particulier. L'atterrissage a été très dur , mais c'est juste pour l'anecdote sinon rien a signaler ."

Nadelen: "Chez Ryanair tout se paie : les bagages, la nourriture, les sièges, l'impression de ses billets... Personnel pas hyper professionnel, retard à l'embarquement, poussette pas récupérée à la sortie de l'avion alors que nous étions quasiment les derniers à sortir de l'avion. Bref, si nous pouvons éviter Ryanair, nous le ferons"

Nadelen: "One hour 15 min late, gate officers did not update, screen kept saying 40 min delay even after sitting at the gate for one hour. It was hot, humid, every one was sweating. Least they could have done was to offer free water after making us wait for one hour 15 min in hot weather."

Nadelen: "Gate was in a new addition to the SAW AIRPORT. Far from cafes and shops. After deboarding from the plane, it was a bit unclear whether to board a bus or walk into the International Terminal. Perhaps more frequent flyers are familiar with this routine, but signage would assist new passengers."

Nadelen: "Never in time and the POS machine on board never works with debit cards or cards without PIN code .... it didn’t work with more than half of the passengers on board!!! Oh they also charged me 47 euros for just 4 kgs of extra weight!!! Unacceptable !"

Nadelen: "Typical Pegasus. One of the worst airlines of the world. I typicall try to avoid Pegasus, but sometimes I dont have other choice."

Voordelen: "The first leg of my trip was good."
Nadelen: "Pegasus first changed my 2hr layover to 24hrs then cancelled my second flight entirely without informing me. I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

Nadelen: "Pegasus cannot fly without a dalay of at least 1 hour !!!"

Nadelen: "Huge delay from my flight to Turkey and again a delay returning to Germany."

Voordelen: "Not much"
Nadelen: "Oh wow there’s a long list: -flight was late -no food or drinks were offered -seats were dirty -plane was dirty -staff spoke very limited English -every single food we ordered was “sold out” -credit. At cpayments we’re not accepted -toilets were not clean I could continue but the above suffices."

Nadelen: "Discomfort, very small airplane for a 4 hours trip. Crew is angry and rude. Food is expensive and not tatsy."

Voordelen: "From clealininess of the planes to the professional and sincere approach of the cabin crew, Pegasus is by far the best budget airline I have ever flown in the world. Their in flight menu prices are much affordable compared to most European airports (water is cheaper on the flight, compared to Berlin airport for example) For these prices, and this quality, they are uncompeted. I really hope they can maintain these cheap prices all the time."

Nadelen: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Voordelen: "The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The plane was clean, and the flight on time. Was my first time to fly Pegasus, but will definitely do so again."
Nadelen: "The boarding process was unorganized and a bit frustrating."

Voordelen: "The flight was delayed, presumably due to weather conditions"

Voordelen: "nothing."
Nadelen: "everything"

Voordelen: "Way and take two taxi Please write in the mail In big laters the terminal"

Voordelen: "The seats were not too tight and the food is not extensively expensive"
Nadelen: "No Internet access at Istanbul airport which isahugh issue nowadays!"

Nadelen: "The seats were very tight. The crew at the airport was terrible. The security staff didnt know english. The bis to the plane was crammed which was quite dangerous"

Voordelen: "This is a budget airlines, compare to Ryanair seats Pegasus Airlines seats has more leg room, especially I have long legs I need more leg room."
Nadelen: "I know this is a Turkish airline, but the cabin crew could do with a bit more understanding of English"

Nadelen: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."

Voordelen: "All was good but I thing thy need to give food with no pay 3.30 h fly thy need something free"

Nadelen: "We didn't get a glass of water. Shame on you"

Voordelen: "generally the boarding and crew were acceptable."
Nadelen: "A week before my flight, the flight changed and I was emailed. It had me arriving in Istanbul 2 hours later. They essentially changed my flight to another flight. And then Pegasus Plus frequent flyer never recognizes my PNR number when I try to get credit for my flights. I have flown 6 segments with them and none of the flights are recognized. When I try to do live chat, it only accept Turkish language. I am very disappointed in this airline's pre and post flight services."

Nadelen: "Terrible landing for last 15-20 min, pilot never spoke to reassure passengers whether or not it was okay."

Nadelen: "It's the worst airline ever, delays (NO EXCUSES), non-comfortable seats, very bad customer experience..."

Nadelen: "I was stopped at both airports for not having my ticket in the system although I checked-in in advance and paid extra for seating; it was very stressful and uncomfortable"

Voordelen: "plane was clean and staff was good"
Nadelen: "the plane was late due to changing of a tire on the plane while we were on board, then having to wait for another departure slot"

Voordelen: "Flight crew"
Nadelen: "How could you ask about entertainment when there is nothing to intertain in these planes! No screens, expensive and bad food, even the menue and magazines were not available on half of the seats, not to mention the worst and smallest seat i have ever been in, although i travel on many other economic airlines! There is nothing but poor, bad and boring flights. The sad thing is that i payed too much for this flight. Oh i forgot, it's also delayed and we wait for half an hour and then, they came with only one bus to take all the people to plane whwn there are many people who can't hold themselves in that crowded bus!"

Voordelen: "nice flight"

Voordelen: "Same as above"
Nadelen: "Same as above"

Voordelen: "They got me to my destination... eventually"
Nadelen: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."

Voordelen: "Plane is ok, clean, good condition"
Nadelen: "Almost no service. Cheak in took 2 hours!"

Voordelen: "anything"
Nadelen: "everything"

Nadelen: "Not even refreshments or a glass of water, almost all flights were delayed, no entertainment, lousy experience..."

Voordelen: "Crew was attentive"
Nadelen: "Luggage was not put on plane, it arrived 8 hours later."

Nadelen: "Air traffic control delays at Istanbal SAW on departure was about 40 mins. Airline blamed it on ATC rather than themselves but weatehr was good, no obvious reason for delays except heavy traffic which surely must occur every day. Airlines should build ATC delays into schedule. Sabiha Gokcen airport shops are masively overpriced which means I will avoid transiting through there."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed over an hour sitting on plane. Flight attendants were rude."

Nadelen: "We arrived late and had to run over the airport to not missing our next flight. Arrived from Paris and had to take flight Istambul to Antalya."

Nadelen: "When the flight landed in Istanbul, plenty of people had tight connections, and no one would help us. With any other airline and in any other airport in the world, every staff member would do everything they could to get all the passengers to their connections. When several of us asked for help and no one would help us. I missed my flight and Pegasus booked me on another flight that had already boarded, so I almost missed that one as well. I couldn't believe that the staff of the airline refused to take us to the front of passport control lines to get us through more quickly, and I can't believe that even when I showed staff that my flight was already boarding, they told me I just had to wait. I will not fly with Pegasus again if there are any other options. Absolutely unbelievable."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The long hours of waiting caged in the plane with an announcement every 5 mins that we will takeoff soon it was a round trip had 2 hours delay while going and 2 hours while coming back. The plane wasn't clean. Im not using that airline anymore"

Nadelen: "Pegasus Airlines have decided not to sent the lugage of 7 of the pessangers that had to fly to bucharest (otp). we needed to wait 36 hours to get the luggage back (10th of march at 23:30) ."

Nadelen: "No entertainment provided."

Voordelen: "Hi, While reserving the flights, there was not any sign that there is nothing served on board. I think that at least you can serve water."

Voordelen: "Until now, absolutely nothing. I expect a free ticket after waiting for more than 10hrs of waiting"
Nadelen: "Very poor communication. We are not informed of the details so that we know what steps to take. We are just seating ducks."
