Staff was very friendly and helpful at the counter, airport, and plane. Inconsistent rules: I was allowed to take my water to drink from Cajamarca to Lima but the water I bought for Lima to LAX was confiscated and thrown away… a minor irritation. Masking rule was positively enforced👍. It was a comforting feeling that the passengers were well behaved. Overall, I would definitely fly LATAM again.

Parce que AA a mal fait son planning , pas de pilote . Il a fallu attendre un pilote puis un co pilote. On a décollé avec 1h40 de retard
Rough on the edges staff both at the JFK terminal 8 in NYC and then on board - they all seemed uninterested and quite passive aggressive in their demeanor. I fly Delta and JetBlue often - several tiers above AA in every aspect. The plane was in good shape with nice leather seats - but they couldn't make up for the "unpleasant crew" on board.
Everything was great except for before I boarded I was being told I was supposed to pay extra for a ticket that I already paid for so I was a little confused about that but when I showed them my fare and that my inbound was first class so should be my outbound they said OK sorry about that so I found that to be a little strange

There was Ninna or Ninra at the gate; and we apparently had our Covid vaccines older than they allow to enter Portugal, which is preposterous. She walked us over to pay over $450.00 to fly. When we got back we just made it in time and put the other person with me, who was flying in a different seat, next to each other and her and her associates are a great example of stellar customer service. They need to be commended, especially with the stress of so many travels with so many personalities. This was the JFK to Lisbon flight.

Nadelen: "Les repas sont pas top, pas de divertissements si on ne telecharge en avancent ceux de l’application."
Voordelen: "Rien. Nous n'avons pas eu accès à notre vol."
Nadelen: "Nous sommes arrivé 15min avant le décollage et nous nous somme vu refuser l'embarquement. La prise en charge par la suite était catastrophique. Et cela decale toutes nos vacances et engendre des frais supplémentaires."
Voordelen: "La place pour les jambes"
Nadelen: "Nous avions une correspondance à Lisbonne. Le personnel. Le départ sur Paris étant en retard le personnel aurai pu faire sortir en priorité les personnes ayant une correspondance et nous affréteur une navette pour que nous puissions prendre notre vol. Nous n'avons pas pu monter dans l'autre avion."
Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était sympathique."
Nadelen: "Mon repas et celui de certains passagers venait d’une enseigne du lounge de l’aeroport Exki: un but de baguette dur comme pas possible donc je l’ai touché avec de la confiture, du beurre et un muffin pas du tout frais..."
Voordelen: "On this prop plane, the takeoff and landing was exceptionally smooth. Again, the crew gave outstanding service."

Nadelen: "J ai du paye 120 euros au guichet d enregistrement pour 1 bagage en soute alors que sur lors de l'achat il m a semble avoir droit a 1 bagage. Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."
Nadelen: "Les agents tap de l’aeroport de Dakar m’ont fait manquer mon vol par non assistance et désinformation totale. Ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et limite ils t’insultent. Je suis sénégalaise mais je suis très déçue du comportement des agents à l’aéroport de Dakar. La plus grosse déception de ma vie"

Nadelen: "Website was not intuitive with regard to baggage fees. Paid $100++ for ONE bag ans then they failed to transfer my bags to the connecting flight. Still waiting on the status of my belongings."
Voordelen: "Decent boarding and un-boarding, a small sandwich during the flight"
Nadelen: "Impossible to use a laptop for a 1m80 big guyin the middle seat: seats are soooo narrow"
Nadelen: "It was nice to get a snack but the quality was mediocre."
