Nadelen: "The flight was cancelled few hours before departure. I called the customer service and they a flight to Tel Aviv a day after with 3 stops. It was imposible to accept, so I've cancelled and bouhgt another ticket from other airline and ask for refund. Three months later I still waiting for the money. Not recommend at all TAP."

Nadelen: "I paid to select my seats which were 2 window and two aisle seats. I was assigned 2 aisle and 2 middle seats. I paid extra to acoid middle seats and I would like a refund."

Nadelen: "This flight never indicated that there would be an additional charge for baggage. It cost me $400 extra dollars. The service for the airline was terrible and the layovers were horrible."

Nadelen: "Gates were switched with no notification. Sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes before takeoff apparently waiting foR the little truck to tow us to the runway. The seats are incredibly short in length, zero room for a 6’3” person. I was terribly scrunched up and uncomfortable. Knees are raw from rubbing the back of the seat in front of me. I’ll be watching flights to be sure I never take this model of plane again or chooses another airline."

Nadelen: "Both flights delayed by hours which took my short one day of traveling into two very long days."

Nadelen: "Though the weather was fine - no excuse - the flight was delayed over an hour and I lost the connecting flight to Newark."

Nadelen: "We left 45 minutes late for a 3 am flight. In the middle of the night the priority is sleeping but we were awakened for food service at 5 am. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had too."

Voordelen: "The plan was clean, newer, and comfortable. If you sit towards the front of the plane you end up sitting in economy plus for the economy price."
Nadelen: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."

Voordelen: "First class accommodation was great! We had about a 3-hour flight and would have appreciated a blanket, pillow and a headset."
Nadelen: "I didn't like that first class was checked in first at the counter. But everyone rode on the same bus and disembarked at the same time so first class didn't really board the plane first. Some of the TAP counter employees were very unhelpful & actually dismissive. We had gate 19 and there was no sign of activity when it was time to board. When asked some counter employees, they couldn't care less. You should post something at the gate assigned about a gate change or delay. A lot of passengers were confused and uninformed."

Nadelen: "I did not like although my ticket had luggage allowance, TAP made my wife and I pay twice. Of course to pay needed endless and senseless wait and paying booth."

Nadelen: "THE PROBLEM IS THE SAME: WE PAID AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR LUGGAGES, HOWEVER WE HAD A NORMAL TICKET THAT INCLUDED THE PRICE. TRY TO PROVIDE THE MONEY BACK!"

Nadelen: "I needed to cancel my trip and no one could help me. Even with a fee!"

Nadelen: "The airline wanted to double charge me for baggage after have had a layover during my trip, so when I was checking my luggage by second time in order to go to my destination, they insisted on make me pay, even thought I had paid my luggage online before to take the flight from the beginning."

Nadelen: "Agent at the gate wouldn't let me do a medical pre-board. When I checked it, the ticket agent said it wouldn't be a problem, I should just ask at the gate. The agent there said there would be no reason to board early even though I have a doctor's note. She said I could board with everyone else and was extremely rude and dismissive. Thank goodness the ticket agent helped me out (by putting me in a seat where I'd be first to board), but if he hadn't, it would have been a terrible experience."

Nadelen: "They didn't hold the flight for a minor delay of our flight into Lisbon."

Nadelen: "Boarding awful. Freezed in the cabin as "It's better for the crew." Flight overbooked - nothing was done to accommodate the people without tickets. They just put you in their next flight. They do not try to seat you with the other airlines! The board crew is hit or mis. Once on the continental flight I called for service from about the beginning of the flight- no one came to check why did I call for help. Bad service! Just before landing one of the crew members turn off my request sign without even asking me. So, no more TAP for me..."

Voordelen: "This is the third time I fly with TAP and they are always late. Plane seats have zero legroom. TAP staff are not friendly and seem uncaring for the most part. If possible, I will not fly that airline again."
Nadelen: "My TAP flight from Lisbon to Madeira island was 2 hours late arriving so I lost all of my flight connections back to Boston and San Francisco. I was stuck in Lisbon Portugal for one extra day - was told to get out of the airport, then asked a bunch of people what to do, finally got in a very long line of people within a very hectic and loud airport full of travelers. 60+ people in a line being helped by only 2 rude counter staff. I waited in TAP member services line for 2 hrs and 30 minutes. They gave me a voucher to a motel and a taxi cab where I would have to spend the night. On my way back, I was diverted form Boston to Miami and the whole ordeal was unpleasant. It seems like TAP staff doesn't care about inconveniencing passengers. I overhead a conversation between a young 30+ year old TAP male staff wearing a dark blue sweater and dark blue pants belittling a British woman passenger. While waiting in line I was surprised to see how rude the counter TAP staff were to passengers who were frustrated that they lost their flight connections because of the TAP plane's late arrival. IF possible, I would never fly TAP again."

Voordelen: "Much cleaner/larger and better flight out of Milan to Boston. Weird boarding procedure. Took over 1/14 hours to board the plane. Slow!!! they do ask you to be there an hour prior to boarding beginning. The entertainment was fabulous and the food was much better. Had a hot meal and later a snack."

Nadelen: "Due to a strike in security at the Lisbon airport our fight was delayed 3+ hours. We were boarded on the plane and sat there for over three hours without any information from pilots or crew on why we were so delayed or when we would be taking off."

Nadelen: "Layover was terrible. Two hours was barely enough to make the connection, because of the passport control line which took forever. In Lisbon airport you need to get out and in through security again when connecting."

Nadelen: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

Nadelen: "Rows are very close together. We were packed in like sardines. Stewardesses prevent people from going to the toilets in the back when they are serving, and do not allow access to the toilet in the front. Not "user-friendly"."

Nadelen: "Could not get my boarding pass before reaching my last terminal because it was not ready from Montreal or Toronto, and no staff were available elsewhere in the airport. this prevented me from making necessary purchases to bring with me to Kinshasa, my final destination."

Dozens stood for over a half hour waiting to move forward. They wouldn't let us back into the gate area to sit. Poor planning"

Our departure was late and we were half hour later in Warsaw."

Nadelen: "Op heenvlucht waren we al aan het taxiën toen ze erachter kwamen dat er 2 passagiers meer dan stoelen in het vliegtuig waren. Prutsers dus. Terug naar de gate, mensen uitladen, wat een gedoe. Beenruimte is echt het kleinste dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Dan wordt er ook niet goed opgelet op handbagage en word je rugzak bijzonder onvriendelijk onder je stoel gepropt vanwege te weinig ruimte. Dat was wel m'n enige handbagage, dus waarom mag iemand die teveel mee heeft wel z'n spullen bovenin en ik niet? En waarom moet dat met bruut geweld onder mijn stoel gepropt? Bah, erg onvriendelijk."

Nadelen: "Bonjour Je n'ai pas du tout aimé les 5 heures de retard au départ de Marseille. J'ai perdu une demi-journée sur mon séjour et aucun dédommagement ne m'a été proposé."

Voordelen: "10 mn de retard contrôle passager moins stressant si a l aller... un petit couteau multiusage lame de moins de 6cm est passe au controle.."

Nadelen: "Depart prévu à 19h30, décollage à 22h : 1 verre d eau offert pour 2h30 d attente sur le tarmac, peu d informations sur l heure de départ ni sur l aéroport d arrivée, mauvaise organisation de la proposition des repas et boissons servis 30 min avant l atterrissage, assis à l arrière de l avion nous n avons pu ni boire ni manger."

Nadelen: "Avec Vueling on n'est jamais surpris. Le vol est en retard, c'est quasi systématique de mon expérience de 4 ou 5 vols récents avec eux. Cabine ultra étroite. Horaires peu pratiques. C'est du low cost quoi"

Nadelen: "aucun contrôle à l'aéroport, mon passeport n'a servi littéralement à rien puisqu'il n'a jamais été vérifié. Dans le contexte actuel moi et mes amis avons trouvé cela très surprenant. Mes genoux touchaient le siège de devant alors que je ne fais qu'1m67... mon voisin plus grand était encore plus embêté."

Voordelen: "Les choses que j'ai marqué non-disponibles ne l'étaient pas vraiment, mais je ne m'ai pas en profité, donc je n'ai pas d'opinion - option non disponible ;-)"

Nadelen: "Pas d'annonce claire pour l'embarquement prioritaire : c'est la cohue pour embarquer : payer 15€ de supplément pour ça c'est du vol. Vol avec 1 heure de retard au décollage : AUCUNE information de la part du personnel navigant ni des pilotes ! Silence radio ! alors que nous recevions des alertes sur nos téléphones : bravo la communication !"

Pour 5 minute je suis obligé à acheté 2eme billet alors que 1h retard même pas de exuse. La honte vueling. Plus jamais."

Nadelen: "Nous n'étions pas à côté avec femme. Heureusement on a pu s'arranger avec d'autres passgers."

Voordelen: "Site web lent mais relativement bien fait."

Regardez ce que font easyjet sur ce point ! beaucoup mieux et bien plus efficace !"

Voordelen: "No hitches. I recently bought proper cabin baggage with Ryanair approved dimensions and had checked in online so no hassles. If you follow Ryanair guidelines and have requested paperwork and baggage allowance your experience should be incident free."

Voordelen: "La gentillesse du personnel de bord , la ponctualité de l’horaire, le service a bord est succinct mais correct"

Voordelen: "I like that I got to my destination on time."
Nadelen: "I didn't like boarding without zones, you have to stand for so long waiting because every gets in line at the same time."

Voordelen: "The boarding was efficient flight"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. Seats are not comfortable. I was in a bus at the back and when it arrived at the demarcation door, the driver didn't open all the 3 doors! He only opened the front door beside himself so everyone had to exit by that door."

Nadelen: "Mon vol aller Montpellier Leeds ayant été annulé le jour même (jeudi 14 septembre), je n'ai pu prendre le vol retour, évidemmment ! j'espère que je serai remboursée de mes 2 vols comme me l'a certifié un employé Ryanair lors d'un entretien téléphonique verbal. Merci de faire passer l'info !"

Nadelen: "je n'ai paspris le vol & impossible d'annuler avec ryanair c'est NUL"

Voordelen: "Everything was acceptable apart from their petty ploy to split couples up"
Nadelen: "Because we don't want to pay extra for seating we don't check in until 4 days before the flight. Usually this is not a problem but on this flight they split us up, one at the front & one at the rear, then they ask if we want to pay extra to sit together. This is a very petty ploy to get extra money. It doesn't work !! The passengers just swop when on the plane"

Nadelen: "Vol allez en retard embarquement long et mal organisé Personnel absolument pas aimable Nombreux surcoûts cachés ( valise choix du siège si vous voyagez pas seul bus...) Quasi aucun personnel au sol pour orienter ou obtenir des infos... Rapport qualité prix au final très mauvais 150€ de coût caché pour voyager dans des conditions très low Cost Je ne renouvellerai pas mon expérience avec cette compagnie douteuse"

Voordelen: "Prix attractif , hôtesse agréable"
Nadelen: "Très gros retard au décollage, trop de ventes à bord."

Voordelen: "Everything was very good"

Nadelen: "The fact that I couldn't go"

Voordelen: "De façon objective malheureusement rien."
Nadelen: "Nous avons l'habitude de voyager (plus d'une 100aine de vols à notre actif) en court et long courrier et c'est la première fois qu'on assiste à une telle scène de chaos. Un accident a rendu la piste impraticable pendant 2h. L'accident est imprévisible mais sa gestion une honte. Malgré cela on nous a fait embarquer après 15minutes passées au pic du soleil à 38•C, afin que nous soyons au frais et assis dans l'avion. Après 30min le commandant de bord nous a indiqué quon serait mieux dans le hall de l'aéroport. Nous sommes donc descendu pour se retrouver parquer, et j'insiste sur le terme, dans un hall où les passagers des 6 vols suivants prenaient déjà toute la place. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés englouti sous une masse de passagers sans savoir si nous devions attendre ou se réorganiser. Nous avons passé 1h30 à attendre debout dans un hall où la climatisation ne pouvait plus refroidir au vue du nombre de passagers. Passagers collés les uns aux autres tellement il n'y avait plus de place. Dans ces passagers : des enfants en bas âge, des personnes âgées, des femmes enceintes. 1h30 à 38•C sans Air puisque toutes les portes fermées. Le calvaire a continué dans l'avion où le personnel de la compagnie Ryanair ne s'est pas excusé et ne nous a jamais proposé un seul verre d'eau durant ces deux heures de retard. Ils ont préféré proposer des bouteilles de 50cl à 5euros. Aucune facilité pour personne, aucune aide, aucun service. Une prise en charge médiocre malgré des passagers on ne peut plus patients. PS : et pour couronner le tout, un décollage et un atterrissage des moins qualitatifs que nous avons pu vivre."

Voordelen: "Priority boarding that I paid for. Security Fast Track that I paid for."
Nadelen: "Interminable lines to simply drop bags with pre-paid bags and boarding passes printed at home -- It took an hour! Check-in staff seemingly oblivious to what is happening around them. About the most cramped seats on any airline I've taken (and I've flown in virtually all parts of the world, and I'm small). Constant harangue over the PA from in-flight staff trying to sell things, even lottery tickets."

Voordelen: "Price was ok if you don't have to check in luggage."
Nadelen: "Had to check on line to avoid a check in fee !!! Seats are crammed, thank God it was a short flight. Long line to check bags & to board"

Voordelen: "The air crew were excellent"
Nadelen: "Communications around boarding and gates was chaotic and our take off was delayed for over an hour. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They seemed confused themselves and found it difficult to communicate anything helpful to passengers"

Nadelen: "They took my cabin luggage to the cargo even though it is the right size due to no more space in over head compartment and I believe if they where strict about the size with the All Pax and only allowed one price each in the hand the compartments would have been sufficient. You need to make sure to ask pax to be at check in desk 2 hrs before dept during peak periods due to security takes longer time make the story short I was happy with the above all standards Abdullah Benafif."

Voordelen: "L'équipage et la propreté / nouveauté de la cabine"
Nadelen: "3 heures de retard non annoncés (alors que l'excuse du retard reposait sur un souci qui remontait à 8h plus tôt)"

Voordelen: "Boarding was ridiculous from both ends of plane with people from back end squeezing past people from front end to find their seats. They list my checked backpack on a flight from Amsterdam to Spain. It took 5 days to get it back. Crazy!"
Nadelen: "Everyone had backpacks that got checked for free. Why did I pay to check my luggage? Stupid."

Voordelen: "I liked the staff, the plane..."
Nadelen: "It would be nice to know in advance if the airport accepts mobile boarding ticket."

Voordelen: "Cela fait deux fois coup sur coup qu'il y a un retard de 30 minutes, sans explication. Je n'avais jamais eu cela avec cette compagnie."
Nadelen: "10 € pour un menu sandwich + boisson + snacking, je trouve cela très cher. Le retard. Et pas de divertissement. Mais c'est normal et ce n'est pas dans nos attentes sur ce genre de vol."

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "Retard 1h plus 1h dans l avion à marignane Et 1h pour débarquer à Malaga Mme Cortes FR7782"

Voordelen: "I liked the new interior of the plane - lot more room, easier to move between seats, easier to place luggage"
Nadelen: "The crew did everything necessary, but they did not smile, their communication was not spontaneous and a bit "robot" like. This was in in contrast to the crew on our first flight to Brussels - the crew there was cheerful and fun to travel with."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The crew is not welcoming, cramped seat, long line and force to check in my bag and paid 50euros."

Nadelen: "ce n'est pas clair dans le processus d'enregistrement j'ai du prendre des bagages a main alors que ceux ci auraient du etre gratuit. On m'a dit de me faire remboursé mais c'est aussi compliqué sur leurs site. J'ai pris une location de voiture au depart de milan, 2h30 d'attente pour avoir le vehicule, c'est un veritable scandale."

Nadelen: "Impossible to get a hold of I tried email Webb and telephone in each case I had to wait long time and most the time it would disconnect I was never able to talk to a human being I had other business that I had to attend to where I am and had to cancel my trip to Brussels I will try never to fly Ryanair again there reputation precedes them.
