Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "Je n'ai jamais reçu un service de ce genre avec aucune compagnie dans le passé. Avec plus de 50 vols à mon actif dans les 5 dernières année, jamais je n'ai vécu cela. Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Cela m'a valu presque 2 heures de téléphone avec Air Canada (0.15 euro la minute). Et puis au comptoir d'enregistrement, nouveau gros problème, celui-là très grave à mon sens. L'agent de comptoir m'a dit que je n'avais pas d'ESTA, donc que je ne pouvais pas partir, alors que j'en avais un. En pleine panique, j'ai appelé ma mère qui heureusement a retrouvé en 5 minutes dans son ordinateur mon numéro d'ESTA. Cela m'a causé une très grosse frayeur, car c'était presque le moment de la fermeture de l'enregistrement, et m'a vraiment gâché le voyage. Je me plains donc franchement du manque de gentillesse et de la qualité du service de l'agent de comptoir. Je précise que j'étais en billet retour, donc il aurait été facile à l'egent de penser que j'avais un ESTA puisque j'avais fait escale à Chicago aussi à l'aller."

Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled. The level crew was completely unprepared for this. They boarded us on the plane , made us sit for hours , then marched us around the terminal trying to figure out what to do. This is airline the WORST. I want my money back !"

I was stranded once in London and the company never did a thing to help. Sadly, it's not worth it considering how one gets stranded with no real recourses. Try to get a refund from the company and you know what I'm talking about. Now Norwegian Express, that's another good story."

Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Nadelen: "We had to cancel the trip because my father has recently passed away. We have spent $200+ in phone calls waiting to speak to an agent and to call back for follow up. The agent service is terrible and it’s not fair that we have to call long distance to cancel due to bereavement. I did not think it would be so hard. It’s been very frustrating. We have travel insurance through you and all the paperwork is in French that was emailed to me. The issue is still unresolved and I’m very disappointed."

Voordelen: "I loved being stuck on the plane for 1 hour with no AC whatsoever and being told that there was drama he to the front hold of the plane. Oh! That’s sounds great!"
Nadelen: "Rude. HOT . It did smell good. they gave me a hard issue with my luggage and I plan to complain and also request compsensation for such a HORRIBLE experience. Honestly it was not good at all!"

However, this was never the intention, I had planned to take my small bag with me but last minute Vueling offered to check it in for free, since the flight was full. I should have never agreed."

Nadelen: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

Voordelen: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."
Nadelen: "Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Nadelen: "Awful. Didn’t make it. Vueling was terrible at fixing the problem. Stranding is in Barcelona airport"

Nadelen: "On board the plane I was told you have to pay for all the food drinks quite abruptly maybe because I had shorts on and a tee shirt the lady in question thought I did not have much money.....Never go by how somebody is dressed that's my advice to your airline staff...."

Nadelen: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Nadelen: "Cancel connecting flight without offering alternatives on the same day. Confirmed another flight a week later of the intent flight without my consent. Had to rebook connecting flight a day earlier of the intent departure date, losing a day stay in B&B, and expense on transport due to different airports."

Nadelen: "No space between rows, tiny seats. Even on a short flight the very limited space was exceedingly uncomfortable"

Nadelen: "1. After 4 hours in line in front of the boarding desk (I was between the first 10 people in line) due to a flight delay, when they began boarding they decide to start from the 15-31 rows. As I was on the 6th row, for which I payed an overprice when buying tickets, I eventuallypassed frome the first 10 people to be boarded to the last one. 2. As a consequence of point 1. As I arrived in front of the airplane door, the crew said the remaining luggages couldn’t be boarded with us because there wasn’t anymore space in the lockers. 3. The crew was very unprofessional. So, in the end, after paying more for first rows tickets and after being one of the first people in line to be boarded, because of poor organizarion I ended as one of the last to be boarded and without the right to bring with me the personal luggage. A nightmare"

Nadelen: "They overbooked the flight. We were a party of eight and half of us got to go on the 12pm flight and myself my husband and 2 children had to wait! We were told we could get on a 4pm flight and were rebooked for a 9pm flight!! Then they lost all my luggage and when I did get it we only got 2bags! My kids while suitcase went missing for two days! Totally unacceptable! Worse thing is the lack of direction to handle the situation. Their answer was by law were allowed to overbook! Seriously! I know this is true but these airlines should. It be allowed to do that it’s disruptive to people’s lives that have paid money to be on these flights. So our 4day vacation is now down to 3 and of those 3days we spent one day waiting on partial delivery of our luggage!"

Nadelen: "Flight was late. Lost my luggage"

Nadelen: "It was late and no one told us anything... until we were close to landing that's when the pilot told us why they were late one hour at the gate! unacceptable!"

Voordelen: "Geweldig! Het was een rustige vlucht. Zowiezo heel krap. Maar het was rustig"
Nadelen: "Niks!"

Nadelen: "Het is heel krap om te zitten. Maar de prijs was goed. I guess you get for what you paid. Het was niet slecht."

Voordelen: "Everything"
Nadelen: "Xx"

Voordelen: "Absolutely nothing"
Nadelen: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

Voordelen: "Spacious, punctual, friendly"

Nadelen: "it took over 55 minutes to check in, instead of having just a luggage drop off point. not sure why you would have people check in at home to have them stand in line for 55 minutes"

Voordelen: "Flight attendants were nice, and the aircraft was clean."
Nadelen: "Flat out the worst flying experience I've ever had. The bag checkin processes was a nightmare; I showed up super early to the airport, with more than enough time to check my bag and board without issue. The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

Voordelen: "I liked the price."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by about 30 minutes, the boarding process is a cattle call worst than Southwest Airlines and upon requesting a food item and a drink, I was told the sandwich wasn't available only to see two of them on the other cart, and they had the nerve to offer me a warm €10 mini bottle of prosecco. And lastly, the crew was either aloof or extremely new. I've flown Vueling three times in my life. This was the worst. I guess you get what you pay for."

Nadelen: "Delayed 2.5 hours"

Voordelen: "Once the flight took off, everything was ok."
Nadelen: "3 door changes. Delay of flight was greater than flight duration. Information from crew was seriously inexact."

Voordelen: "On time, no charge for checked bag, easy & pleasant."

Nadelen: "Very cramped. No leg room. No seat pockets."

Voordelen: "Budget flight, cheap ticket so not much to expect. No entertainment nor free snacks. But the overall experience was good for its price."
Nadelen: "Baggage claim takes a long time."

Nadelen: "Lots of things should be better on Ryanair flights"

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed because of meteorological issues, and the time we had to wait on the plane could be minimized with some food and water"

Voordelen: "Le prix, les dates de vols, l'aéroport est desservi par les transports."
Nadelen: "L’embarquement avec des personnes incompétentes qui ne font pas leur travail correctement contrairement à l’aller qui était parfait. Les sièges sont inconfortables."

Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."

À savoir pour la prochaine fois avec ryanair"

Voordelen: "Arrivée correct et immigration et récupération des bagages à temps."
Nadelen: "Le vol aurait pu partir à l’heure et ils auraient pu annoncer le retard. L’avion est un peu sale."

Voordelen: "Le personnel était geniale ."
Nadelen: "Les sièges sont trop vétuste. Plus de consignes et de communication en français. Sachant que le pays de destination est la France. Une meilleur prise en charge des bagages."

Voordelen: "L'équipage est toujours au top et cette fois-ci nous sommes mêmes arrivés avant l'heure prévue."

Voordelen: "Le vol s'est très bien passé. Le commandant de bord a donné des informations durant la vol concernant le survol de la région et l'heure d'arrivée plus tôt dans la soirée."
Nadelen: "Le confort reste sommaire mais correct"

Voordelen: "Inadmissible"
Nadelen: "Bonjour La nouvelle loi concernant le bagage cabine est inadmissible étant donné que le gabarit du sac n’est pas le même au départ de Marseille qu’au départ de Marrakech... le gabarit est beaucoup plus petit à Marrakech donc nous sommes obligés de payer le bagage en soute . C’est inacceptable et honteux de votre part!"

Voordelen: "Le vol s'est bien passé"
Nadelen: "Nous trouvons injuste de prendre 20€ par personne (nous sommes 2 personnes = 40€) de ne pas avoir imprimé nos "boarding cards". Nous sommes 2 retraités qui n'avons pas de smart phone et ce n'était pas possible pour nous d'avoir accès à notre messagerie. On n'avait pas un ordinateur avec nous. Pour prendre 40€ simplement pour ça, ce n'est pas bien juste. Au moins, il faut prévenir en GRANDES LETTRES que si on n'imprime pas les boarding cards, on doit payer lourd pour cela."

Voordelen: "The flight arrived without crashing. 100% survival rate."
Nadelen: "Cattle call. Couldn’t check in early. No gate announcement until 15 minutes before boarding closed, so had to wait in central area then rush to gate. No policing of unruly gate area. Seated in middle seat that didn’t recline. Had to check in via app prearrival at airport to avoid £55 fee per person. Basically the UK version of Spirit Airlines, but worse."

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Nadelen: "Huge delay as usual"

Voordelen: "There wasn't anything I enjoyed about this particular flight"
Nadelen: "It was too hot, 2 hours on tarmac before we finally took off. Saw passengers luggage sitting in the pouring rain with no cover over them. Water was 4 euro!"

Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"

Voordelen: "STAFF ATTITUDE/SUPPORT, PLANE CLEANLINESS. PUNTUALITY."
Nadelen: "NOTHING SPECIAL TO REPORT."

Voordelen: "The price of the flight was fair. I had booked 4 days in advance and overall the seat was comfy, leg room was good and flight crew okay and apologetic about the delays."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by nearly an hour. The boarding staff member was rather rude and loved talking about how much Ryanair always delayed at the moment, which I felt was odd to be bragging about how the company you're working for isn't performing well and my suitcase was damaged and now has a rather large hole in its side"

Voordelen: "Flight on-time, friendly to baby. Did not have food and no entertainment."
Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "Ryanair ... Quelle déception ... Voilà 5 jours que je tente en vain de faire le check in de mon vol retour (celui du vol aller ayant été fait en ligne) et que je ne peux pas accéder a la moindre carte d’embarquement. J’arrive donc en avance à El Prat, pour m’entendre dire que je dois régler 55€ en CB afin de pouvoir procéder à l’enregistrement. Une honte. (Sans parler de la charmante dame au check in qui s’est permise de voler mes lunettes de soleil, cadeau d’une famille balinaise auquel je tenais énormément, sur le comptoir, après m’avoir « dérobé » lesdits 55€) Quelle honte, mais quelle honte ..."

Nadelen: "45 minutes pour recuperer des bagages a l'aller 1 heure de retard au retour"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The agent. They charged me extra for not check-in online. Very bad company"

Voordelen: "Ponctualité"
Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"

Voordelen: "L’équipage était agréable, possibilité de changer de siège, arrivée rapide à Madrid."
Nadelen: "Embarquement « prioritaire » catastrophique dans un aéroport qui frise le hangar de bétail ! Dernier vol du soir = vol retardé. Les nouveaux sièges sont bien moins confortables que les précédents, totalement pensé pour être extrement fins et légers afin de dépenser le moins de kérosène possible"

Nadelen: "Le confort le manque de place entre deux sièges Les repas ou boissons payantes L'atterrissage plutôt rude Embarquement long en plein froid"

Voordelen: "Respect des horaires"
Nadelen: "Très mal informés lors de l'enregistrement de notre bagage avec de fausses indications du personnel au sol aimable comme un gardien de prison. Séparés lors du vol nous avons voyager au milieu emplacement E alors que nous aurions pu voyager 2/2 car des emplacements étaient disponibles. Aucune traduction en français alors qu'il s'agit d'un vol pour Paris. Nous ne prendrons plus cette compagnie surtout que nous avons très bien été traités par Transavia lors de notre aller."

Voordelen: "Low price"

Voordelen: "Nice staff easy flight going to Venice, Italy"
Nadelen: "Coming from Venice, Italy to Frankfurt Hahn was very rough. Pilot took very sharp turn in the air and felt g forces through my body along with the wife. Landing was very rough and went too fast and had very hard breaking last minute on the runway and when turning into the terminal for drop off."

Voordelen: "This was our first Ryann air experience and we are very satisfied with the service. The airplane leaved at time and arrived ten minutes earlier. The ratio between what you paid and what you get is much better than the one from American airlines."
Nadelen: "No food, the seats were old, but it was ok,"

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed about an hour and half than scheduled. The airplane was ridiculously controlled"
