Nadelen: "We were told to board, but then kept in another area close on 1 hour before we could get on the plane and this area had no bathroom facilities. The spread of seating on the plane made no sense with many open seats but also many squashed rows of people. The crew was visibly tired and irritated, they also ran out of a few catering items. It seemed as if last minute, a few different flights were combined into this one which lowered the quality."

The airplane chairs were small and no leg room, on a 7 hour flight to Barcelona that was exhausting! Couldn't manage to get some sleep at all. Overall, at least I arrived to my destination safe and sound. Thank you!"

Nadelen: "I had cancelled my flight with qatar airways due to the current political problems. My ticket was booked through the agent airfare.com. They have handled the issue terribly. To start with. They said that they have to charge me a $615 penalty on top of the $750 i had payed for the ticket for cancellation. They mentioned that ill be refunded my $750 from qatar as they got a waiver for me. I received $250 from qatar airways and nothing yet. Airfare's customer service staff is highly uncooperative and v rude"

We missed our connection in Atlanta, even though we arrived at the gate in time to see the gate agent shut the door while we were running and waving. We arrived at the gate 8 minutes before the flight departure time also. The flight attendant on the flight from Fayetteville just handed out water and cookies without asking what you wanted. She had coffee and snack mix but didn’t ask anyone, just handed them what they got. Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."

Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Crew outside was helpful, i suggest AC have some men to lift suitcases from scale to belt and not have these women who r checking ppl in have to struggle to life suitcases frim scale ti belt-why aren’t men there to assist? AC need to provide some assistance in this regard. in-fight crew was plain and ordinary, nothing to write home about. Not friendly, just do what “we are here to do” period!"
Nadelen: "I have given reviews on so many occasions to improve the airline but nothing got better"

Nadelen: "Free wifi for business class customers. $6,000 ticket then asked to pay 10/hr for wifi is insulting!"

Voordelen: "I learned not to fly with air Canada again"
Nadelen: "Stop lying to passengers Give little care to travelers with infants Telling us that there are so many infants traveling and no bassinet seats are available then find out that air Canada had sold themSellig for $100... Is a decisive act and careless"

Voordelen: "The food was excellent, jet airways was Rocking. Airfrance had excellent service."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "I fly 5+ times a year and I always have to take Air Canada. It isn't by choice. There is ALWAYS a delay or something is broken or the inbound plan had an issue etc. It could be a lot worse but it could be a hell of a lot better."

Nadelen: "We arrived in Munich 40 minutes late and so we missed our connecting flight."

Voordelen: "The crew was excellent despite the fact that we were delayed 3 hours due to a broken fuel pump. They were also nice enough to give us a free dinner due to the inconvenience, and let us come off the plane to stretch our legs while we waited. Overall, excellent job handling something that was out of their control."
Nadelen: "Was not very pleased with the fuel pump being broken. Not sure how far ahead they knew it was broken, but if they were able to tell me my flight would be delayed 3 hours earlier, I could have extended my vacation. Additionally, the selections on the Air Canada entertainment app are far worse than the Westjet ones."

Voordelen: "That we survived and finally got our luggage the day after we arrived."
Nadelen: "1) That we went to Toronto, but our luggage went to Montreal. 2) That my wife had to stay up the whole night calling everyone in their call center to find out what happened to our luggage. 3) We were charged for selecting our seats in the flight reservation process. 4) We were misdirected by an Air Canada rep for our return flight and this caused us to miss our connecting flight as well. 5) We ended up spending more than 12 hours at the airport for flying from Toronto to Washington DC."

Voordelen: "The crew at the airport and on the plane were excellent. We were on a family holiday with young ones and the crew really took care of our needs. They were extremely courteous and attentive."
Nadelen: "The inflight entertainment options could be more current. We found the options limited... it was a good thing that the flight was short."

Voordelen: "I had this awesome trip to Oz planned via Air Canada, but it crashed and burned ( not literally) due to a legal matter. Liam was very helpful with cancelling the flight and assured me that I have no worries booking another with a bothersome penalty."
Nadelen: "Liam was down to earth and helpful"

Voordelen: "Crew gets excellent makes for friendliness."
Nadelen: "Coffee not served with meals. Coffee came after meal was eaten."

Voordelen: "Flight crew attitude was excellent, comfort in premium class was very good."
Nadelen: "Entertainment, choice very limited, bring your own. Space for carry on luggage limited. They should not allow passengers to have more than 1 carry on."

Voordelen: "Basically the same budget airline, BUT unlike a previous Germanwings experience, on time, no boarding issues, great crew. This was connecting flight with Air Canada. This time around seating was in the roomier front section which was infinitely better than the "cheap seats" near the back."
Nadelen: "Food is rubbish. Why bother. Just give us water and have done with it!"

Voordelen: "Food was good. Flight staff was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Nadelen: "The entertainment system did not work - it cut in an out, I had to restart a movie 3 times. As well, the seat felt damaged - it leaned to one side. Made for a very uncomfortable 8 hours. The leg room is getting worse"

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly and empathetic. Was not their fault for the delay."
Nadelen: "First plane that was after a 4 hour layover broke down. Took over an additional 9 hours to get a new plane. And all we were given was a voucher for a discount on a Canada Air trip and headphones."

Voordelen: "Overall I enjoyed the movies provided. In the three week span I had a lot of the movie choices overlapped. However, I found that there were many options provided that allowed me to find movies I had not seen yet even though they were not released within the past 3-5 years."
Nadelen: "I felt like I was constantly being bumped sitting in the aisle seat. I also was not a fan of the breakfast options."

Voordelen: "The flight went well and the crew on the plane were very pleasant."
Nadelen: "The manager named Jennifer at Palm beach airport was extremely rude. When her attitude was pointed out, she threatened to remove us (including a toddler) from the flight. She basically said "I'm the manager I can do what I want". Extremely unprofessional and a very unpleasant situation."

Voordelen: "I thought the crew was awesome. Very friendly, but the bathrooms definitely needed to be taken care of. SO dirty."
Nadelen: "TV wasn't working at all which made for a very long flight! Food selection ran out. I felt like the plane was old and outdated."

Voordelen: "On time. Comfortable plane"
Nadelen: "Extra security and customs checks changing planes in Canada"

Voordelen: "We arrived safely and on time."
Nadelen: "I did not get airline miles credit on my United account as requested. I would like to be contacted about this."

Nadelen: "Delayed by two hours"

Voordelen: "The flight was exactly as scheduled."
Nadelen: "Poor room service, no TV for 10 h long flight, meals were small and not tasty, wine or beer has to be bought. Parents with little babies were sitting in all passengers area. I was hungry and tired after this flight."

Voordelen: "Not much other than smiling faces of air hostesses"
Nadelen: "Had to pay for baggage on an international flight. Besides making advance booking, was unable to secure an Aisle or a Window seat."

Voordelen: "Plane left on time, smooth flight, arrived on schedule."
Nadelen: "1. Food very substandard. Hot food not very well prepared and rather tasteless, and snack was like a cardboard wrap with some salsa sauce in it. A disgrace to a major airline like Air Canada. Selection of drinks very limited. 2, Staff persisted in speaking mostly French, on an international flight. Some announcements were made only in French. As a Canadian, I can follow French, but let us remember that English is the international language. To use French is not fair to other nationalities, who expect English. 3. Seats far too close together for a long flight. There was more legroom on the Jazz flight from Montreal to Ottawa! 4. Entertainment kept breaking down. Headphones for my wife did not work, and eventually both of our screens went dead. Her's quit right in the middle of a movie. Bad!! 5. Boarding passes had zones on them, but these were totally disregarded in boarding. This resulted on overcrowding, long waits, etc. Hard on older people!"

Nadelen: "Not noisy kids control It can not rest during the flight"

Voordelen: "This plane had entertainment on each seat and seats were more comfortable than other airlines."
Nadelen: "The plane was full and was running out of over head storage for people sitting toward the back and people already seated were being very rude about us slightly moving their bags to try to fit in ours. Some angry Spaniards were litterslly shouting at us for us moving their luggage a few inches at best! No help from the plane crew on this matter. They should really arrange boarding from both ends."

Voordelen: "Preflight very convenient."
Nadelen: "Not able to see my booking on Air Canada, agent was less than helpful. Food okay, except breakfast was a small cold muffin."

Nadelen: "For the price, the length and the fact that it was an international flight. I would have expected not to be required to paid for luggage and to have some food been provided to us. In particular, after the return flight was delayed considerably due to airplane issues."

Voordelen: "The flight got me there safe and sound"
Nadelen: "I don't understand why I had to pay extra for seat selection when I booked the flight. I don't think this was explained at all. I think Air Canada can give a little bit more than a small cup of soda."

Nadelen: "I never received an e-mail to check in, and by the time I remembered (morning of), this resulted in me not having a seat assigned on my ticket. This caused a lot of needless stress, though to Air Canada's credit, they got all those waiting for a seat assignment on board. On my return trip, I did receive an e-mail - luckily, as the flight was overbooked again."

Voordelen: "We got to our destination safely and on time."
Nadelen: "No entertainment system. Seriously? No TVs for an international flight?? They should at least tell you that in advance so you can download movies and bring your chargers. We didn't get drink service until about 2 hours into the flight. Terrible. Food was boring and bad. Finally- we had to pay for wine and beer. On a $1000 flight? I have traveled internationally at least 15 times and this was by far the worst flight yet."

Voordelen: "Didn't have much good with air canada. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Flight was fine."
Nadelen: "Boarded an hour late, made us miss our layover even though they said they were holding our following flight to Tokyo. The both of us along with 10 others on our flight got to the gate 10 minutes after the flight was supposed to leave and they wouldn't let anyone on. Missed the first day of our honeymoon trip along with unrefundable hotel fees. I travel a lot and never had an experience like this before."

Voordelen: "Great selection of movies. Quiet plane noise."
Nadelen: "The light and entertainment system controls are in the arm rest and is very easy to accidentally turn lights on/off or turn the screen off for yourself or your neighbor. This is very annoying . The chicken/pasta dish was the worst I had in many years as an experienced traveler - my kids and I didn't bother after the first bite"

Voordelen: "The flight is packed, but overall is not bad. The crew is kinda keep everything casual."

Voordelen: "One Time. A very polite staff!"
Nadelen: "Finding an overhead luggage compartment was difficult. Some peoples luggage is over sized, and some stow two items."

Nadelen: "Left unattended in wheelchair at two stages"

Voordelen: "People were nice wHen airline made them available to us. But business lounge, special services, and other services were not available in Toronto when we wanted them."
Nadelen: "Connecting flight was repeatedly delayed. Then finally cancelled because no crew was provided by the airline. Since this was only announced so late - after midnight - hotel rooms were no longer available we had to try to sleep on the floor in the departure hall. Maybe ok for 20 year old travelers. Not for 75 year olds like me who paid business class fare so as to hopefully avoid some of the rigors of travel. I managed to catch up on some sleep the next day in the business lounge while eating for my rescheduled connection. Still it has taken an additional period to physically recover from this experience."

Voordelen: "Larger seats than Alaska Airlines, which is what I typically fly."
Nadelen: "They would have gotten a better rating if my luggage would have shown up. Instead, I was told to wait in a "holding pen" for my luggage to show up so I could clear customs. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to the Air Canada desk and was immediately told my luggage was not in Toronto. They were easily able to verify it but didn't figure it was important enough to tell me although for most of the time, I was the only one waiting in the room. My luggage did arrive two days after I did."

Voordelen: "The food"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "I didn’t like a thing! I cancel that flight a month ago, you said your were going to pay me back but I haven’t receive my fund. I have been back in America for month. Everyday I call nobody pick the phone or I’ll be on hold for hours until I hangup"
Nadelen: "What you can do better answer the phone and give me my money back."

Voordelen: "l’atterissage parfais"

Nadelen: "Il faisait chaud dans l’avion"

Nadelen: "The flight was not with Lufthansa, that was deception. UA the worst airline as far as I experienced it, delays, poor customer relationships and so on. I have to pay for luggage."

Voordelen: "Crew did a good job. In flight entertainment was great. Need a way to use my wireless headphones with the direct tv (maybe through the United app?)"
Nadelen: "Seats in First Class were not as comfortable as I would expect. Hardly any padding in the back or in the armrests. Didn’t care for the food on either flight. Can’t you just serve some good ol’ Meat and potatoes with gravy, a plain vegetable and a roll?"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The food! And 21 yo to drink let 18yo drinks"

Nadelen: "Late crew. Slow to depart added to delay. Arrival blocked by equipment in the gate, so we waited to get access to the terminal. 20 min after gate arrival, still no bags. Then one truck of luggage on the announced carousel and then...nothing. Secretly, the remaining bags were appearing on a differen"

Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "This is one of several times I have flown United, and been delayed at the last minute and then excessively delayed with no communication. Once we finally boarded we sat on the tarmac another 30 minutes before we started take-off process and only THEN did anyone tell us what was going on. We got the feeling the flight was delayed all day - would have preferred a heads up so we could have enjoyed more time NOT in the airport!!!"

Nadelen: "Trop de délai itnutile. L'embarquement a été décalé de 5h! Le WIFI est payant à Chicago et la bouffe coûte chère pour de la mauvaise qualité. Le retard est du parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'avion, personne nous dit pourquoi. Finalement, on embarque et apres avoir attendu 30 min, on nous désembarque parce que l'Avion n'était pas prêt, l'équipe d'entretien n'était pas disponible! finalement, on rembarque pour de bon mais on a attendu un autre 30 min sans nous dire pourquoi. L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."

L'information dites par l'employé cest avéré fausse, car une fois au Nicaragua on ne ma pas demande un billet de sortie. Une chance que j'Ai pu le canceller à l'intérieur de 24h. Sinon jai été satisfait du service."

Voordelen: "Good food, entertainment options, communication from pilot"
Nadelen: "none of the flight attendants seemed to be friendly- literally all of them were neutral or slightly rude at best. Not impressed."
