Voordelen: "Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company"
Nadelen: "Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink."

Voordelen: "Wel veel keuze in films etc.. eten redelijk. Vriendelijk personeel."
Nadelen: "De ruimte van de toch grote airbus 350-900 vond ik tegenvallen. Niet veel groter dan een europese vlucht."

Voordelen: "I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now."

Nadelen: "Finnair used to be a good airline but it has deteriorated significantly. The flights are expensive but uncomfortable. The airline uses every opportunity to save money and charges through the nose for everything. The morale of the crew is low."

Voordelen: "I really enjoyed the whole flight - Finnair is definitely one of the best airlines."
Nadelen: "I wish there was a bigger choice of classical music in the entertainment program."

Voordelen: "Brand new A350 business class was excellent - far better than tired old BA planes. Great IFE and food and beverage service. Excellent cabin crew aervice. Overall, thoroughly good from start to finish (Finnish?)."

Voordelen: "Crew was pleasant and accommodating, Food was decent (for airline food). Delay in take off not fault of Finnair"

Voordelen: "Check-in process very efficient. Boarding uneventful. Flight attendants are engaged and present as humans (does it have to do with being well rested?). Blueberry drink was a nice "ethnic" touch."
Nadelen: "Check-in counters opened only 2 hours before departure. These days most European airlines counters are open 6-24 hours in advance. Was not really an issue for this small aircraft and lines moving fast once opened."

Voordelen: "Excelente timing and organized to take us to the plane"
Nadelen: "No crew speak very good English it was really difficult to understand them"

Voordelen: "They gave us a warm cloth to wash our hands and face at the beginning of the flight. There was a bottle of water there too. We were constantly offered various drinks, especially water. The staff was extremely friendly and each of the flight attendants spoke about 4 languages."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't the best I've seen as of late. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice if they updated it!"

Nadelen: "Wasn't given vegetarian option for food and don't eat meat."

Nadelen: "There is no wi-fi There is no possibility to charge your mobile"

Voordelen: "I was a bit surprised by cabin crew 's welcoming words that were my native language ,which ware very familiar and joyful . I didn't feel well at that time with a severe cold and I endured during the entire fly . I know it's kind of bad but I made it to my country safely. The food was Korean food and I really enjoyed and loved it so much .The Helsinki airport is great with smoking booth and warm ."
Nadelen: "Nothing but I wonder if they could change my seat to upper one despite my additional fare because I felt bad the day and they had cold pills like medicine."

Voordelen: "Good movie selection, frequent water refills, boarding was quick and easy with ample overhead stowage"
Nadelen: "Seat recline was broken, non-adjustable headrest, older flight crew less tolerant of passenger disrespect, not quite enough bathrooms, food had my stomach in knots"

Voordelen: "I LOVED my stewardist. This man was so incredibly kind to me and the service he gave me had me questioning if it's usually appropriate to tip them. I wish I knew this mans name so I could rave about him but I unfortunately didn't catch it."
Nadelen: "Let me start out by saying this was my first transcontinental, longer than 2hour flight...I am extremely upset that I paid the extra money to choose my seat and when booking I chose that I wanted a window seat, well I ended up smack in the middle of the plane with a person on each side of me so I wasn't even able to sleep the entire 7 hour 9p-9am flight. Also when I attempted to check in 24hours prior in order to make sure I got a seat id be happy with it said that it wasn't available for my flight so I couldn't check in and I couldn't chose a seat but regardless I still should've gotten the seat I wanted bc of my preferences at booking. Don't pay the extra to ensure your seat it's a total rip off"

Nadelen: "Older plane. Entertainment system very dated poor screen quality."

Voordelen: "Boarded, departed on time arrived early. Food was good snd served timely. Attendents were very friendly"

Voordelen: "It was great to have some empty seats and a choice of seats."
Nadelen: "I have asked repeatedly for the airline to give out the boarding passes and check bags at least three hours before the flight. Between long lines, security checks and a limited amount of time from when we get our boarding passes, one can not enjoy Budapest Airport!"

Voordelen: "I loved the service. The flight attendants were attentive and courteous. They walked through the cabin periodically to offer water in the 6 hours or so between meal services, and also had self-service drinks and snacks in the galley during that time. Flight attendants asked passengers to put their seats forward during meal times, which very few airlines do. It was the same level of service I have come to expect from the Asian carriers that I usually fly (ANA, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore). The meals were fine, and so was the entertainment. There was a decent choice of movies."
Nadelen: "The economy seats were narrow and cramped on the A340. I was in the first row of economy that wasn't premium economy. Even though the person in front of me had loads more legroom than me, he had his seat all the way back for almost the entire flight and hit me in the head while I was reaching for my bag under the seat in front of me. In order to get to anything in my bag, I had to put my head into the aisle because there wasn't enough room to bend down. Because of the angle of the seats, it was nearly impossible to get into and out of the row (and I was on the aisle)."

Voordelen: "I was glad that it was a direct flight, and the crew was nice."
Nadelen: "The seats are too small, and there were two empty rows behind us, but the crew seemed to be using them to sleep and did not allow anyone back there. The monitors were in the aisle, and I could not see it well, and I was never offered any headphones, so I could not watch the in flight entertainment. Overall, the flight was pretty disappointing."

Voordelen: "Pretty quick to get on board, entertainment was great, seat comfort was good., wifi and prices were stupidly over priced and slow.,"
Nadelen: "American Airlines as usual has overly priced non-working wifi on a 10.5 hour trip.. He food was ok at best.."

Voordelen: "crew was friendly and courteous"
Nadelen: "had to be bussed to different part of airport to board plane no sound on the entertainment console"

Voordelen: "It was a quick, smooth flight."
Nadelen: "The chicken for dinner was horrible. The call buttons for assistance sounded constantly the entire flight.. Not sure if it was a malfunction."

Nadelen: "Had to rush to my next flight and the gates were far apart."

Voordelen: "Finnair is always a pleasure and Helsinki is an attractive and well-run airport."

Voordelen: "Flight was operated by American and they really absolutely need to update their planes on the JFK-CDG route. It is the only airline that does not provide individual screens, the seats barely recline and the air quality on board on board lives a lot to be desired as the plane odor is just not good."

Voordelen: "customer service was attentive smart yet caring."

Nadelen: "Smooth flight Arrived early."

Voordelen: "I thought the cabin crew were very helpful and friendly and professional."
Nadelen: "The seeds were too close together N20. You almost couldn't eat your food or all the laptop because you're so crowded."

Voordelen: "Once we got on the flight it was all good!"
Nadelen: "We had the worst experience getting to our flight this airport is so badly managed it is laughable."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Flight was moved to LA. I paid more for this ticket so I did not have to fly out of LA. We were driven in uncomfortable shuttle vans. Check in and security were caiotic. Once I landed I found out no information was available to my sister who was picking me up!"

Voordelen: "For the first time ever I had a flight on British Airways where I did not feel like I wanted to choke somebody at the end of the flight - so I was pleasantly surprised at this particular BA flight."
Nadelen: "BA gates in NYC are abysmal - the entire terminal is... Why are the restaurants advertising being open to some specific time (well prior to the departure of this flight) yet then have staff holler at you that they are closed when you try to go in well before that time. It would have been very nice to have been able to sit down and have some dinner prior to the flight, but the rudeness of both of the two restaurants and their staff was worthy of the notoriety of NYC attitudes (which I don't generally see in mainstream NYC society)."

Voordelen: "Very friendly crew; easy boarding; lunch was tasty; pleasant trip overall."

Voordelen: "The crew was amazing. It was a long flight and they kept bringing us drinks and snacks for 10+ hours."

Voordelen: "The plane left an hour late .... but ... in the middle of a snow storm which in normal situations would have lead to the cancellation of the flight. So ... something which normally would be a major negative view is now actually a positive comment."

Voordelen: "We were booked in business class for no additional charge."
Nadelen: "The movies shown were black and white old films."

Voordelen: "On time service, very simple and fast boarding, nice crew, nobody complicated with luggage"

Voordelen: "The service is great , I enjoyed the food as well. Attendants were very friendly."
Nadelen: "When flying from US to Erupoe there should be a private tv screen directly in front of every passenger. On this flight the tv is in the middle of the isle on the ceiling. That's terrible ! When you are on a 8 + hour flight. People want their own screen with their own options. Been on many flights to and from Eruope , this was the only flight that was set up like this. Change it"

Voordelen: "It was a new plane."
Nadelen: "Flight was operated by IBERIA. I had to seat separately from my husband as IBERIA charges $45 for selecting the seat."

Nadelen: "There was a terrible smell; food and drinks were served two hours after the flight started, it was dirty, cold and cramped. The whole experience was traumatising!"
