Nadelen: "I am under the impression that any international flight exceeding 6+ hours are supposed to serve food. This was not the case. Food was only served to people who had ordered it. Not even a glass of water was served."

Nadelen: "The ETA of the time fluctuated dramatically, first it said that we will board at 11:40, and then it changed to 11:25 and then we did not board until 11:50, and the flight took off delayed, as well."

Voordelen: "Check-in was good, no queues. I arrived about four hours before scheduled departure time and check-in had been open already for an hour. In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Nadelen: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Nadelen: "The customer service people were the least sympathetic and least helpful people I have ever met. They did nothing to accommodate us."

Nadelen: "According to my itinerary, we were scheduled to fly from Marrakech to Casablanca on Royal Moroccan Airlines flight 402. There was no flight. My itinerary also said we were to fly out of Casablanca on American Airlines. After sitting at the gate for over 2 hrs. in Marrakech,one of the ground crew members told us our flight had been canceled, but we were never notified. The supervisor refused to give us a letter stating that they screwed up by either sending us to the wrong gate, or that the flight had been canceled so I could get my money back thru my travel insurance. She said the flight was not cancelled so it wasn't her fault. No flight left from our gate. She refused to help us book another flight. I had no smart phone to book another flight and she told me, that was too bad. I asked what should I do, she said "that is your problem not mine, I cannot help you." There were 2 others they sent to the wrong gate and 6 others who had the same problem as us. Later 2 others, on a different flight with RAM, walked up to the ticketing section and said they were sent to the wrong gate and missed their flight too. I need a letter from someone so I can retrieve my $1800 back from my travel insurance because we had to book other flights and stay an extra day in a hotel in Casablanca. I don't feel that is asking too much. We were there early to fly out and did everything they told us to do. Luckily, someone cared enough to let me use their smart phone to book another flight and hotel or this could of been a real tragedy."

Voordelen: "First meal was pretty good (chicken, red sauce, rice). Snack before landing was very sugar heavy with bad lunch meat and weak bread."
Nadelen: "Very poor customer service at Iberia check in combined with a very large airport with no info on my receipt from Kayak telling me which terminal I was in resulted in needing a full three hours to get from arriving at the airport to getting to my gate. Long line to check in and the person checking me in told me I could not check hiking pools. I asked twice because I thought I couldn't carry them on. I waited in line for the security check and they told me I couldn't carry on my pools. Went back to check in and a person managing the line told me to go to a check in desk at the end. I waited there for 15 minutes and then when he finished with the family he was helping he told me he was on break and walked away. Went back to the woman that told me to go to him, she offered no apology and told me to wait back in the check in line. I then needed help to get back in the security line because my pass wouldn't scan, then had to take a tram to get to the correct gate (this is after taking a subway and then a shuttle bus to get to the right terminal). It is very unlikely I will fly Iberia again. The night before it took almost one hour for them to get luggage off the plan on a small local flight. Boarding both to and from Madrid was also disorganized and no one at the desk ensured that only people in a given boarding group were in line. Another source of frustration is that this was booked through Finnish air (code share?) so I could not check in on line or choose my seats."

Voordelen: "The crew members always looked me in the eye and made me feel like a human being."
Nadelen: "Honestly my only complaint would be that I was not given both of my boarding passes when I first checked in in Munich and instead I had to go out and stand in a line for an hour to get my boarding pass for Las Angeles which made me just barely get to my gate on time."

Not sure if this was because we booked thru kayak or if it was the airline but this was a long flight and I would have paid(although not happily) to get to sit next to my husband. As it was, we both got center seats separated on the plane. Very inconvenient and very uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "I have an allergy to nuts and even though I called the airline nothing was noted for the flights I took each way. Although the crew was wonderful and made me aware of everything that had nuts in it. I was very happy with how concerned they were. Over all I was very happy with my flight from Madrid to Miami."

Nadelen: "Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Nadelen: "airBaltic has a terrible luggage policy for musicians. They make you pay extra if you want to bring a musical instrument on board, even a violin which fits easily into the overhead bin. It is honestly discriminatory. Will not be flying with them again."

Nadelen: "super small plane... had to climb a very narrow staircase into the plane... overhead bins couldn't accommodate much of anything... we weren't warned this in advance. one rude steward (Miks) July 21 Flt. BT444, 18:30-19:50... he just stood there watching me struggle up the outside staircase into the plane with my suitcase... scolded me for bringing suitcase on board, argued with me, etc. (I've traveled the world and this suitcase is always brought on board)... he was not service-oriented or helpful. thankfully, other staff did help... but he left a bad taste in my mouth for this airline."

Nadelen: "They charged me 35 dollars to check in and the reason I did not check in was because their other flight was running late and was not sure I will make to that flight. It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline."

Nadelen: "The plane we were supposed to be on from Riga to Helisinki had mechanical problems so they switched our plane. We had an hour delay do to that. Then when we got to Helsinki our luggage never made it."

Nadelen: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Nadelen: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

Nadelen: "We were told upon check in that there was a charge to check in. I have never heard of such rubbish in 43 years of air travel. We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!"

Nadelen: "Charging 30 Euros to check in at the airport is lunacy."

Nadelen: "the customer service rep stopped only me, the only black man travelling from riga to russia and was scrutinizing my passport for some long agonizing minutes. My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."

Voordelen: "Quick boarding once the plane finally arrived. Planes are new."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed approximately 45 minutes as a result of late arrival of aircraft - surprising since it was a morning flight.. I am 6ft2, leg room is VERY tight. I slept most of the flight so cannot speak to food or entertainment. Watch out for the fees! 5 euro per leg for a seat assignment 60 euro to check bags."

Voordelen: "Booked on kayak and wasn't clear at all about check in or tickets, I looked many times. No way of checking in or getting boarding passes had to pay an arm and a leg at the gate. Also had to pay to check my bag on a half full flight. Have never had to check same bag with Ryanair on over 10 flights now. Will never use this airline again."

Nadelen: "I tried to check in on my phone and the app did not allow me. The only way was buying lunch in order to move on with the check in process. I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."

Nadelen: "Mediocre crew Pricing policy makes you feel like a fool. Ex : if you book not directly from their website, you won't receive a email asking to check online and will end up paying a 30e fee at the counter."

Nadelen: "A free cup of tea or coffee would have been nice on a flight almost 2 hours long"

Nadelen: "After barely making too tight a connection, all food and beverage needed Euros or European credit card. My Visa wouldn't work. Finally after I broke down (blood sugar way too high) the stewardess gave me a glass of water. Never will I use the money grubbing airline again"

Nadelen: "The flight from Zurich to Riga and especially the landing was terrible. I travel a lot and this was among the worst flights I have had. I felt as if the pilot was not in control of the plane."

Voordelen: "I liked absolutely nothing!"
Nadelen: "I didn't like anything about AirBaltic and will never fly with them again!!! If you can avoid them, do yourself the favor and do so. They forced me to check in my bag at the gate claiming that my luggage was too large to be a carry-on, even though I have traveled the world with the same carry-on and the person at the check in counter did not mention anything about the size of my carry-on when I checked in for this flight. This seemed like a stupid pathetic scheme to get more money from their customers. The in flight experience proceeded to be even more pathetic: they don't even serve you water, you have to purchase even such "luxury". What kind of airline doesn't even offer free water to their customers??? It is simply called a human courtesy! This was by far the most pathetic airline business I have ever come across."

Voordelen: "We had several problems catching our connecting flight in Moscow and would have been grounded if the exceptional ticketing agents hadn't worked so hard to make sure we could make our flight. Definitely a positive experience with airBaltic."

Nadelen: "Fees for everything. The lines moved slowly and I never actually heard from an attendant."

Nadelen: "Had to pay for all snacks/drinks. No in flight entertainment or wifi. Long wait on plane, left 35 min late. Had to check in at airport. Charged me an extra 30 euros."

Nadelen: "There were many seats available on this flight as well as a luggage space, and at the time of departure flight attendant still insisted for me to keep my second bag under the seat. She was stubborn and unreasonable. It was one of those flights that don't depart directly from the gate, you have to take a bus to get to the plane. And we arrived 20 min late. Other than that, it was ok"

Nadelen: "It is not normal, then in website Kayak you see one price for baltic air, and you booked, but after when you need checked in I paid more extra +80 euro for seats, for baggage, and you not check in online , you will pay extra +10euro more in airport ! Its nonsense ! You need to stop this craziness , I saw many peoples in check in time in airport confusing about this , and they were running as stupid to pay all his extra !"

Nadelen: "Long in general because of change in Ryga."

Nadelen: "No complimentary coffee or tea was offered during the flight even though the weather outside that morning was minus 20 degrees Celsius and the temperature in the aircraft's cabin upon bording and 10 minutes after the takeoff reflected the outside temperature. The weight limit for a checked in bag is only 20kg, which is several kg lower than most of other airlines."

Nadelen: "4 hour delay"

Voordelen: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."
Nadelen: "Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Voordelen: "This was a standard flight.... there was nothing special about it...."

Voordelen: "Seems they dont care others customers who do not speak Spanish...!!!!"
Nadelen: "Poor serrvices and attitutes towards other race/ Asian American"

Nadelen: "Awful. Didn’t make it. Vueling was terrible at fixing the problem. Stranding is in Barcelona airport"

Nadelen: "Recieved notifications of flight delays. Left for lounge 1 hour after expected take off and 1.5 hours before new departure. Returned 45 min later to see the plane had already left"

Nadelen: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Nadelen: "Airport advertised the flight was leaving at 12:10, but our pass said 12:00. We took the advice of the AIRPORT and missed our flight. In addition to missing our flight we had to exit the airport to re-enter and BUY NEW TICKETS for another flight. Would never recommend Vueling or Barcelona Airport to anyone."

Nadelen: "Flat out the worst flying experience I've ever had. The bag checkin processes was a nightmare; I showed up super early to the airport, with more than enough time to check my bag and board without issue. The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

Nadelen: "The leg room is much too tight. The tall female flight attendant did not seem friendly at all.I watched her and she seemed annoyed at the older Muslim travelers. Her entire demeanor was sour and she did not smile."

Nadelen: "The crew were very rude, there was no more overheard space in the cabin so two people in our party had to check their luggage, the washrooms at the rear of the plane were out of order and the they were out of three quarters of the food on the menu - effectively nothing to order!"

Voordelen: "We vlogen terug op tijd."
Nadelen: "Op heenvlucht waren we al aan het taxiën toen ze erachter kwamen dat er 2 passagiers meer dan stoelen in het vliegtuig waren. Prutsers dus. Terug naar de gate, mensen uitladen, wat een gedoe. Beenruimte is echt het kleinste dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Dan wordt er ook niet goed opgelet op handbagage en word je rugzak bijzonder onvriendelijk onder je stoel gepropt vanwege te weinig ruimte. Dat was wel m'n enige handbagage, dus waarom mag iemand die teveel mee heeft wel z'n spullen bovenin en ik niet? En waarom moet dat met bruut geweld onder mijn stoel gepropt? Bah, erg onvriendelijk."

Voordelen: "We had to buy sth to eat or drink. It is better to serve 2-3 kind of hot drinks for free."

Voordelen: "AIR EUROPE IS A GOOD AVIATION COMPANY, I DON'T HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN"

Voordelen: "I had a flight booked and confirmed for 3/27/18 and upon arrival in Casablanca when I wanted to check into my flight I was told that there was no flight until 24 hours lasted. No help was provided and the customer representative was very rude and dismissive. I have a performance in Sierra Leone that I have missed and a lot of money spent."

Nadelen: "I cant even begin to describe this airline. They have no customer service and they make no provisions for their customers. They oversold the flight and when you are 1 min late, they give away your seat ,even though they is a 2 hr delay. There was a cockroach on the plane, and the sad thing is that they had cockroach spay on the plane. This should not be. New tickets had to be bought my my other family, although their flight was delayed. I am definitely reporting them to the better business bureau. They should not be in business at all. Never again"

Nadelen: "The attitude of the flight staff toward the passengers could be best described as somewhere between prison warden transporting felons and grade school teacher who hates children leading a field trip. To begin with, our flight closed down boarding over an hour before the take off time. When I asked why the flight boarded so early, a flight attendant snapped at me that it was not early. Okay then. Our flight was two hours delayed (so we sat there for three hours) and during that time I asked for a glass of water and was yelled at to sit back down. I attempted to use the bathroom and was yelled at to sit back down. Other passengers became desperately thirsty and antsy, and they were also yelled at by the staff. I was anticipating another full day of traveling after my flight so I attempted to sleep as soon as the lights went off. I was woken up at midnight because the woman, who I assume had never flown on an airplane before, sitting behind me wanted me to lift my seat up while she ate her dinner. Everyone else on the flight was eating with the seat in front of them reclined, but of course I was woken up, yelled at by the staff, and had my seat forcibly returned to the upright position. When breakfast came around, I was deep in sleep, and the flight attendant snapped my seat up (waking me up) without even asking. I was the only person on the flight who had their seat snapped to the upright position for breakfast this way. They also demanded the pillows and blankets be returned over an hour before landing time. It was service so outrageously bad that the entire experience felt surreal, and I had to keep checking with my friend that the events I was experiencing were actually happening."

Voordelen: "Fairly comfortable seats. Also, staff let me sit wherever since I was among the last to board, so I ended up with an empty seat next to me which was nice. Also, during meal service, the flight attendant essentially chided the woman in front of me for having her seat fully reclined so that she was more or less in my lap (she was maybe 5'4 and I'm 6'0). After that, the flight was much more comfortable for me. Entertainment options were good. Food was okay. Dreamliner is nice."
Nadelen: "Connecting to this flight was sheer chaos. Security was COMPLETELY UNPREPARED for our incoming flight from Marrakech and for the scrum of us who had to sort of force our way through the "line" (if it can be called that) in order to make the flight to NYC."

Nadelen: "I was going onward to Bangui and you left my luggage in Casablanca on purpose. 4 days later still no luggage. This is unacceptable."

Nadelen: "I wasn't given the chance to choose a special meal or my seat nor was I able to check in online for my return leg on the round-trip ticket. I am allergic to meat and all they had was chicken and beef so I barely had any food to eat on a 7 hour flight. The flight attendants were rude."

Nadelen: "La répartition des enfants dans l'avion : tous parqués au fond. L'enregistrement au comptoir qui change les places initialement enregistrées en ligne sans prévenir (bebe qui se retrouve côté hublot, impossible de bouger pendant le trajet). Enregistrement qui sépare les familles et de permet de placer un enfant de 4,5 ans seul à 10 rangées de sa mère et 12 de son père. L'embarquement en bus surchauffé et bondé (d'enfants et de bébés notamment) sans aération qui s'arrête 20 Minutes sur le tarmac sans plus d'info ni excuses ensuite."

Voordelen: "Tout! Divertissement, nourriturre, service. On nous a remis couverture, oreille et cache yeux en plus!"

Voordelen: "Je ne prendrai plus jamais cette comoagnie. J'ai réservé une chaise roulante pour na mere qui a du mal a se deplacer et se reposer a l'horet à Casa iks ne lui ont jamais offert ses services. Ce fut une tres mauvaise expérience que je ne Areprendrai plus jamais.Je prefere payer un oeubplys cher avec AIR FRANCE et je serai satisfaite. Mon prenom est AICHA"

Voordelen: "Everyone was nice, helpful and it was easy to change dates without the big expense other airlines charge!"

Nadelen: "I was told in Casablanca by the check in staff that my checked bags would go all the way to my final destination of Washington, DC, but they were offloaded to a NYC carousel during my first stop to the US. I wasn't told this was going to happen. The lady at Air Maroc said someone told us as we walked off the plane, but I was told it was said intermittently. So I missed it. I was lucky someone told me that it happened. Also the woman from Air Maroc that I rechecked my bags to was so apathetic to what happened. I said I was lodging a complaint - she was smirking and didn't care. It was pretty off putting. All I said was I suggest the announcement is made before you get off the airplane - like when the captain or flight staff announces the gates to connections. It was pretty disappointing."

Voordelen: "The worst airport procedures ever ... No customer service No nothing Very bad .. And i will never recommend this airport or this airlines to any of my friends... i miss a flight coz of check in employee lie .. Can't believe that they can simply lie to a passenger.. We should be available in the airport at least 5 hours before the flight time ... My friend and a lot of passengers miss the flight coz of the passport control procedures and less staff"

Voordelen: "The airline needs to sink money into keeping their fleet up as the plane was old, dirty, and tired looking. They also need to send their flight attendants into some sort of training so they can appear to care. Many areas of the plain filthy and the bathrooms had no paper. Many earphone jacks did not work so you spent 8 hours staring into space or walking the aisle. The crew did not seem to interested in helping the passengers."
