Whoever thinks this is a reasonable transfer ought to be subjected to it themselves before booking it for others."

Nadelen: "After everyone boarded they said they had a 2 hour delay and if you got off the plane your flight would be cancelled. After an hour of sitting on the plane they got everyone off so a different plane could board and take off and then everyone got back on the plane and continued to wait. We left 2.5 hours late and when we arrived at the destination the plane couldn't contact the tower?!?! So we waited another 30 mins...ridiculous, rude, and rather fly southwest"

Nadelen: "The food wasn't terribly tasty or filling. Also, it was freezing - with a blanket, sweater and scarf on."

Voordelen: "(1) The flight was overbooked and boarded late. (2) The crew and flight attendants flying to NY had more baggage space than the passengers. (3) The pilot and crew were excellent and I enjoyed my overall flight."

Nadelen: "Seating was uncomfortable and narrow. We had seats at exit door in an effort to allow for more leg room but even that did not make for a completely comfortable ride. Even on a bus you have enough room to sit without elbowing your neighbor. Cannot say the same for planes these days."

Le vol sur un Boeing qui a bien vécu, le modèle avec les ecran accroché au plafond de l'avion et ou tout le monde regarde le même film,"

Voordelen: "Arrived to the airport well ahead of time and encountered lines so long that we were not able to make our flight. Only 2 attendants working and so many people had to be rebooked we didn't get another flight for 3 days. Did I mention I was traveling with a baby?"

Nadelen: "Think it is ridiculous that I had to pay so much to select a seat ahead of time, and it was just a regular seat. I can understand for extra legroom or exit row, but for a regular seat, that is ridiculous. Then there was a fee to change priority boarding, so I could ensure I was able to have my carry-on with me, instead of risk having it go underneath."

Voordelen: "All of the new release films were available for free which was fantastic and made the flight go so smoothly and quickly. Breakfast was really tasty. I liked the small snacks given with breakfast."

Voordelen: "We missed the original flight on American Airline because of security check tie-up. Fortunately American Airline helped us board Bristish Airway 3 hours later flight."
Nadelen: "British Airway flight 269 on 3/24/17 was lousy and toilets were filthy. I fell asleep and missed the meal. When I pushed the help button, nobody came for 10 minutes until I grabbed a steward passing by. Then I used the nearby toilet once, the floor was wet and the toilet papers were almost totally out. I was so disappointed by the experience that I will not recommend BA to any friends."

Nadelen: "It airfare.......I've never in my life had to deal with such an unprofessional company in my entire life! I'm honestly shocked that you use them considering your a creditable company. I was screamed and cursed at hung up on and also cancelled off my flight the morning of and then had to pay an additional $100 to get back onto the flight! When I checked online they have nothing but bad reviews. Unfortunately I will not be booking through kayak again in fear of having to deal with airfare."

Nadelen: "Delayed due to crew member not arriving. They boarded half the plane before realizing and then made those individuals de-plane and re-board again."

Nadelen: "8h de retard dû à un avion défectueux, la météo, un changement de pilote, un changement d'équipage.... On a dû attendre en tout au moins 3-4h assis dans l'avion tout en ayant peu de détails sur la situation..."

Voordelen: "This was the roughest flight I have ever been on, it Was so awful I opted for greyhound going home also being made to check my carry on bag was not cool."
Nadelen: "The constant turbulence ,having to check carry on bag"

Nadelen: "It was very delayed which I understand happens but then we arrived in San Francisco and were delayed on the runway because of the gate. I think at this point moving us to an open gate would have been nice - we had been delayed for so long - my 8 year old daughter was really having a hard time. Instead we had to sit and wait for 20 more minutes once we were on the ground. This seems avoidable to me."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. We weren't given an accurate time, then we sat on the runway for 40 minutes"

Voordelen: "Mon vole de Charlot a New York était en retard de presque 1h. Cela ma cause de rater mon vol international avec Tourkish. En plus de toute la fatigue de passe une nuit dans des conditions très difficile, j'ai payer une pénalité de près de 700 dollars USA pour un autre billet plus d'autres frais divers en nourriture et en communication. Le plus difficile pour moi est que votre personnel a New York était insensible a mes problèmes."
Nadelen: "Un terrible retard de conséquence lourde."

Voordelen: "Seats were okay. Only one hour flight comfortable. Good for the money."
Nadelen: "Walking up and down to get on/off the plane (small plane)"

Nadelen: "My flight was very full. I sat on row 10 and there was NO window at all, just a blank wall. We flew over the Grand Canyon and I was not able to see it at all because there was NO window. If you offer seats on rows with no window, it should be at a discounted fair and the airlines should explain there is NO window on that row. (This would be extremely helpful for those that experience claustrophobia.) I was very disappointed because there was NO window. One of the flight attendant that served me drinks was very agitated (she was having a very bad day) and it was apparent in her service."

Nadelen: "My headphone jack only had sound in right ear. Headset was horribly uncomfortable so even if I did have sound the headphones hurt too much to use. Should be able to use your own headphones but there was no option to because of the double jack"

Nadelen: "I paid for Business class but check in agent did not give my bags a Priority tag so my bags were last to arrive at baggage claim. Almost missed connection. Flight attendant inattentive to my section of Business class."

Voordelen: "Flight was on a bigger and more comfortable plane. FAs appeared friendly."
Nadelen: "I expected a free snack in Economy as an EXP benefit. Status was not recognized. The FA said food will be offered later when the beverage service started and that never happened."

Nadelen: "7 hours late departure for the flight to be diverted to another airport. To get home I had to drive two hours from the diverted airport to DCA where I was headed. Along the way the crew was great, but American is run by someone who does not care about customer service. I won't be flying with American anymore."

Voordelen: "Cabin crew was pleasant and personable."
Nadelen: "Flight was canceled. No preparation. Took three hours to speak to agent, by which time all flights out that day had left or were full. Terrible meal provided the night if cancelation. On flight, meals were poor. No personal in-flight entertainment and movies shown were older. All around terrible flying experience"

Nadelen: "Fix the mobile boarding pass issue, Please. Checked in 23hr ahead. Failed to display boarding pass at TSA resulted in going back to security line up and ticket counter. This, missed the 30min at the gate window. Placed on standby for 5hrs-3flights wait at DFW. Sucks!"

Nadelen: "Je n'ai pas aimé être forcé d'acheter un billet de retour au québec lorsque je ne sais pas quel date je vais revenir. On ne me laissait pas prendre l'Avion sinon. L'information dites par l'employé cest avéré fausse, car une fois au Nicaragua on ne ma pas demande un billet de sortie. Une chance que j'Ai pu le canceller à l'intérieur de 24h. Sinon jai été satisfait du service."

Nadelen: "none of the flight attendants seemed to be friendly- literally all of them were neutral or slightly rude at best. Not impressed."

Nadelen: "Je suis arrivé 13 minutes avant le decolage et lequipage na pas voulu me laisser monter dans lavion. J'ai du prendre un vol trois heures plus tard pour fort lauderdale alors que mon pere etait hospitalisé a miami. Personnel tres peu comprehensif une femme a même rit de moi lorsque j'ai dit que mon père avait eu un accident. Cependant le vol etait etait avec air canada et non united"

Voordelen: "- The plane was ultra modern and extremely comfortable (and not full). - We did a Washington-Paris in less than 6 hours. Tail winds helped, but also the timeliness of the process (boarding, baggage recuperation, etc). - Food was excellent although not a lot (the General Tso Chicken was very very nice, the icecream as dessert was good) - Great movie selection"
Nadelen: "- Breakfast was so so. - Free headphones offered are not great. - Not much, all the rest was good!"

Nadelen: "Carte d'embarquement remise par Brussels Airlines à Marseille non valable à l'embarquement! Nouveau gros coup de stress dont je me serais bien passée. Visiblement, il y a des gros problèmes informatiques enrtre Air Canada et Brussels Airlines"

Nadelen: "My legs are short and the seat seemed a little higher than other plans. I couldn't rest my feet flat on the floor for 6 1/2 hours. This was very uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "Beyond one or two friendly crew members, not much."
Nadelen: "We booked our flights round trip on united.com, but when we arrived at the airport for our return flight from Budapest to D.C., we were told we were on standby and might not be given seats (despite paying full price for the fare months ago). Brussels Airlines, the codeshare partner, blamed United. United blamed Brussels airlines. We are the flight, but my wife and I were seated separately. When I noticed several seats empty after the plane had finished boarding and asked the head flight attendant if my wife and I might not together, she refused, saying they weren't going to give us a free upgrade. When we went to drop off our bags for the next leg of the flight, from Brussels to Dulles, the bag check counters we're severely understaffed and we waited almost an hour just to drop off two suitcases. This made us nearly miss our flight and required us to sprint through the airport and beg to cut the security line. After boarding, my entertainment screen stopped working, though they did manage to fix it a couple of hours into the flight. Needless to say, this was less then a stellar experience."

Nadelen: "I was unable to pre-order a kosher meal through the web site. Customer service could barely write in legible English and in essence told me to take a hike. Flight was bumpy both ways for quite a while. What's the point of giving me a boarding pass in Tel Aviv if I need to go to the United transfer counter in Brussels and go through the process again, including a TSA (friendly) interrogation?"

Voordelen: "Friendly crew, decent food, good entertainment options to make the flight feel shorter."

Nadelen: "United Airlines portion of the flight from Brussels to IAD. My wife and I were seated in separate parts of the plane each in middle seats at the end of the boarding process when there was no longer any overhead room to store our belongings. Uncaring, unaccommodating crew, waiting area with not enough seats, and cramped seating on the plane with no possibility of sleep during an arduous seven hour flight."

Voordelen: "Excellent service and a safe flight."

Voordelen: "Smooth and seamless travel, great seats and punctual departure and arrival."

Nadelen: "Tout le monde a eu trop froid Quant au repas servi, un paquet de 30g de biscuits apéritif c est inadmissible, nous n avions pas diner ."

Nadelen: "On nous facture 200$ pour des bagages qui n arrivent pas à destination, et que personne ne localise au même endroit, on nois a laissé sans solution pour les affaires que nous avons du remplacer à nos frais. De plus, une fois livrée, on ne nous previens pas ( dépose à l hôtel sans signature) je n ai pas pu faire constater qu on m a abimé mon vélo pendant le trajet"

Voordelen: "We were upgraded to business class. Everything was excellent! Seats were extremely comfortable. Flight attendants took great care of us!"

Nadelen: "poor food no special care for kids as by other companies no entertainment system available"

Nadelen: "Even though I have an account with United, and confirmed that I was a vegetarian both online, and on the flight heading to Europe, my meal wasn't entered. It worked out really well because I was sitting close to the front and they had pasta dishes available, but this is not the first time that United and its partners have "lost" or "mishandled" my vegetarian registration. The flight attendant even remarked that sadly, she hears this 'complaint' constantly. The food was good, but there's no reason that my meal request can't stay in the system."

Voordelen: "Professional, courteous flight crew. Uneventful flight. When flying at 37000 feet over an ocean, uneventful is a very good thing! :) Deboarding on arrival was quick and efficient."
Nadelen: "My headphone jack in the seat was broken but they offered to relocate me to a seat that worked. I stayed put and used the United app on my phone."

Inadmissible ! En plus, état de propreté des sièges laisse beaucoup à désirer. Finalement: nourriture payante + divertissement payant !"

Nadelen: "I chose Luthansa because I was traveling with a bike and they are usually good about not overcharging however after booking the flight, United took over the flight and they have very unfriendly bike policies (200 each way). Usually I will not fly United because of these policies, I think I am done flying any Star Alliance companies."

Nadelen: "Starting at Brussels airport I was questioned as if I was a threat. The lady wore an UA uniform. She asked me questions like these: where do you live when you come to Belgium? What do you do when you are in Belgium? Why do you come to belgium often? Then we were 2 blacks in the last line and we were all selected for "random" check during which the agent touched all parts of my body!!!!! Last, after I ate the food served on board, I went to the bathroom twice, I took I modicum before!!!!"
