Je comprends pas qu'on travaille en aéroport en plus pas nous indiquer ou même le site au-delà de 15 jours voir d'autres pays quand on y va il nous faut un visa c'est inadmissible de perdre 1000 € sans compter qu'ils ont même pas fait un geste pour au moins reprendre un vol ça ne coûte plus cher que si on prenait un voilà par. Je recommande pas la compagnie Vietnam Airlines ce sont des gros voleurs des escrocs"

Nadelen: "1. Non disponibilité du Wi-Fi à bord de l'avion 2. Avion remplie à pleine capacité et ayant accepté des voyageurs avec plus de deux (2) bagages à main à bord 3. Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Voordelen: "D’être arrivée à bon port en toute sécurité Ponctualité du vol Les agents de bord qui s’expriment en français. Même si avec difficulté pour certains, bel effort de communiquer dans la langue du passager."
Nadelen: "Il est très difficile d’entendre le pilote au micro. Par chance il n’y avait pas de message d’urgence à transmettre car nous peinions à l’entendre. Aucun service de la part de l’équipage lorsque nous pesons sur la demande d’assistance située sur notre siège. Ils ne répondent pas à l’appel autre que pour fermer, à distance, la demande de soutien. Extrêmement déplorable et dangereux si un passager a besoin d’aide ou à un malaise. Très très très décevant. Première fois où cela arrive sur un vol. La « grande variété » de divertissements sur l’application air Canada rouge.......très très difficile d’obtenir une connexion (un des passagers avec moi n’a jamais pu l’obtenir ) et finalement .....pour une « variété » et « qualité «  très discutable. Manque d’espace flagrant pour les jambes. Confort laisse à désirer."

Nadelen: "Première expérience avec air canada rouge pour l’europe... plus jamais! Les espaces/sièges sont petits, inconfortables. Les gens sont tellement inconfortables qu’ils se promènent (marchent) dans l’avion...Pour un vol de quelques heures cela va mais pas pour un vol de 10 heures ..."

Nadelen: "Le confort - 9h dans un siege en survolant l'Ocean (tu vois rien) et aucun ecran pour te dire ou t'es, aucun aucun ecran pour divertissment, tu peux louer une tablette à 10$ pour avoir les films et un peu de divertissment. Mais il y aurait aucun probleme si le prix du vol etait à 50% que le vol Lufthansa avec le confort necessaire. Comme j ai dit c'est un low cost à prix normal et je ne trouve pas normal."

Voordelen: "Not much ch, safe arrival in BCN, the captains communication."
Nadelen: "The crew felt like they were wanting to yell at people and they took power pride actions to do so. If I did not know better, I thought there was a moment when the meal service was actually being tossed...but that would require effort and exertion. Asking for ice is a no no, please do not do so."

Nadelen: "Et au retour, correspondance à Montréal(pour Québec), on est près à partir, mais y’a pas d’gaz dans l’avion...:/ résultat: 1/2h de retard...:/"

Nadelen: "Lors du vol Montreal-Miami les repas ont ete servis trop tard et il n'y avait plus rien à choisir. Il n'y a plus de télé ni de radio pour passer le temps à moins de louer ."

Voordelen: "Our flight was cancelled due to wind. 35kts, didn't seem like a lot. They also said that Vancouver airport was experiencing bad weather too, but it seems like it was ONLY Air Canada flights that got cancelled that day. The next flight they wanted to put us on was 2 days later. We missed our connecting flight which cost us $3300 to change dates on."

Nadelen: "Pas de place, pas de nourriture inclus, retards dans les vols, bagage perdu. Un cauchemar!!!!"

Nadelen: "This flight was overbooked and even though I booked in November for this Dec 30th flight I was given a seat 30 cm across from the bathroom. The crew area for meal Preparation etc was also directly behindmy seat. Needless to say, I got no sleep on this eight hour flight, had to endure disgusting smells from the bathroom and people hitting my seat every time they passed by bc this is an area where there is not usually a seat. Everyone waiting for the bathroom was in my bubble. To add salt in the wound, the TV and light for reading also did not work. This was the worst flight I've ever had and I feel Air Canada put these 2 seats there as a money grab. No one should ever have to sit there, especially when paying full price."

Nadelen: "The waiting area at the Boston airport is poor. It is very small, rundown and with limited access to refreshments. It's ok but certainly not a selling point."

Voordelen: "Le vol s’est bien deroulé dans les temps requis (un peu en avance actuellement) et il y a beaucoup de films disponible avec sous-titrage. Le personnel aurait pu etre plus sourisnt mais c’est bien"

Voordelen: "Really liked I have space for my legs."

Voordelen: "Basically the same budget airline, BUT unlike a previous Germanwings experience, on time, no boarding issues, great crew. This was connecting flight with Air Canada. This time around seating was in the roomier front section which was infinitely better than the "cheap seats" near the back."
Nadelen: "Food is rubbish. Why bother. Just give us water and have done with it!"

Voordelen: "Food was good. Flight staff was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Nadelen: "No power outlets in coach. On a 10 hour flight you would hope the airline could afford to let people charge their phones. Food was ok but not great."

Nadelen: "I was late for this flight due to the delay from Baltimore to Toronto. I got a new flight with no problem, BUT the change messed up my travel plans because the arrival time to Athens was now later than before. We were additionally DELAYED 3 hours in Toronto."

Nadelen: "The staff are barely polite and do not really care about the passengers. No smiles, Not friendly or welcoming. We trwveled in US last month.. What a difference in attitude. The food was awful, bordering in inedible. (example salad was cold canned corn with shreds of cabbage and no dressing.) Breqkfast was a piece of bread with choice of orange or tomato juice. No tea or coffee. They lost one of our bags, no apology and another company handled the search and return. No reason given to leave it behind. baggage and carry on rules are complex and complicated, and you never know when they will decide to enforce them and penalize you. If you can get there any other way don't go Air Canada."

Nadelen: "The flight was not with Lufthansa, that was deception. UA the worst airline as far as I experienced it, delays, poor customer relationships and so on. I have to pay for luggage."

Nadelen: "My legs are short and the seat seemed a little higher than other plans. I couldn't rest my feet flat on the floor for 6 1/2 hours. This was very uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "We booked our flights round trip on united.com, but when we arrived at the airport for our return flight from Budapest to D.C., we were told we were on standby and might not be given seats (despite paying full price for the fare months ago). Brussels Airlines, the codeshare partner, blamed United. United blamed Brussels airlines. We are the flight, but my wife and I were seated separately. When I noticed several seats empty after the plane had finished boarding and asked the head flight attendant if my wife and I might not together, she refused, saying they weren't going to give us a free upgrade. When we went to drop off our bags for the next leg of the flight, from Brussels to Dulles, the bag check counters we're severely understaffed and we waited almost an hour just to drop off two suitcases. This made us nearly miss our flight and required us to sprint through the airport and beg to cut the security line. After boarding, my entertainment screen stopped working, though they did manage to fix it a couple of hours into the flight. Needless to say, this was less then a stellar experience."

Nadelen: "I was unable to pre-order a kosher meal through the web site. Customer service could barely write in legible English and in essence told me to take a hike. Flight was bumpy both ways for quite a while. What's the point of giving me a boarding pass in Tel Aviv if I need to go to the United transfer counter in Brussels and go through the process again, including a TSA (friendly) interrogation?"

Voordelen: "We were upgraded to business class. Everything was excellent! Seats were extremely comfortable. Flight attendants took great care of us!"

Nadelen: "Even though I have an account with United, and confirmed that I was a vegetarian both online, and on the flight heading to Europe, my meal wasn't entered. It worked out really well because I was sitting close to the front and they had pasta dishes available, but this is not the first time that United and its partners have "lost" or "mishandled" my vegetarian registration. The flight attendant even remarked that sadly, she hears this 'complaint' constantly. The food was good, but there's no reason that my meal request can't stay in the system."

Voordelen: "Best united flight I've been on in a very long time!"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Professional, courteous flight crew. Uneventful flight. When flying at 37000 feet over an ocean, uneventful is a very good thing! :) Deboarding on arrival was quick and efficient."
Nadelen: "My headphone jack in the seat was broken but they offered to relocate me to a seat that worked. I stayed put and used the United app on my phone."

Nadelen: "Sit in the last row and wait for the food"

Voordelen: "lots of good movie choices"
Nadelen: "touch screens didn't always work easily"

Voordelen: "Flight and experience were great."
Nadelen: "I would expect when I book a Luftansa flight to fly in a Luftansa jet. This flight was carried by United and I did not know that until I arrived at the airport."

Voordelen: "Food in the airplane and the quickness of the arrival."
Nadelen: "They left us at the gate waiting for a long time without an assigned seat. They didn't announce boarding time, we were waiting for so long and the crew saw us sitting down and didn't call us. The flight almost left us. The lady at the airport was extremely rude, I asked her her name and she refused to give it to us. The delay was absurd."

Nadelen: "I chose Luthansa because I was traveling with a bike and they are usually good about not overcharging however after booking the flight, United took over the flight and they have very unfriendly bike policies (200 each way). Usually I will not fly United because of these policies, I think I am done flying any Star Alliance companies."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "This was a mess as the attendants didn't not have my transfer ticket It took them for ever till the last minute when was called by the Microphone"

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht van Honolulu naar LA in moderne Boeing 737-900 van alle gemakken voorzien."

Voordelen: "the service and aircraft were excellent"

Voordelen: "In flight entertainment was great with lots of variety (good for an 8 hour fight)."
Nadelen: "There were always lines for the toilets. Limited leg room. Food was meh."

Nadelen: "One of the flight attendants was patronizing."

Nadelen: "Wanted some snacks in between the meals."

Voordelen: "Flight wasn't that long. Experience was okay. Flight was full. Attendants did their job. Some were more polite and helpful than others."
Nadelen: "No request was made for the outbound flight which I want to comment about. At Dulles Airport, I checked in at the Brussels Airline counter, only to be told that since I was on a flight operated by United, then I had to go to the United Airlines counter to check in. At UA, I was handed a boarding pass which advised that my seat will be assigned at the gate. I saw on the monitor where the available seats were-1 window, the remainder middle row. I got the feeling that since I bought a ticket which cost less than what the other United Airlines customers paid for, then I was being relegated to seats that the other travelers didn't desire."

Voordelen: "On time"
Nadelen: "Ran out of food choices and plane was dirty , entertainment center locked up and could not use it"

Voordelen: "Air Europa sucks. Avoid if you can. Not worth the savings."

Voordelen: "Great crwe and Nice seat"
Nadelen: "There was not enough include meals and drinks"

Nadelen: "Include the baggage fee in the price of the ticket"

Voordelen: "Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges."
Nadelen: "Food was okay. Small portions"

Nadelen: "The seats was no to comfortable for the price . They charge for the luggage and any company for traveling internationally does for almost one luggage"

Nadelen: "I missed the flight so I don’t have any feedback."

Voordelen: "Crew and service ok"
Nadelen: "Timing 3 hour delay"

Voordelen: "The flight crew were very friendly. Food included was very good. I like that they provided blanket and pillow for our overnight flight"
Nadelen: "The boarding process was delayed and we did not receive update announcements while waiting. There is little leg room!! My knees were up against the seat in front of us"

Voordelen: "One time"
Nadelen: "I had to pay $150 extra per flight to check one bag. This was not clear from the booking site. The food was terrible."

Voordelen: "Delayed arrival of the aircraft in Lisbon , subsequently hour plus departure delay ,onward connections and baggage lost."

Nadelen: "The company offers onboard entertainment but we have to pay extra for the headphones, ridiculous ! Just add $3 to the flight tickets but don't charge us money for stupid made in China headphones for God's sake ! Next time British Airways or Air France for me no more Air Europa. Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

Voordelen: "I was able to back to home"
Nadelen: "The plane doesn't have a entertainement system for each one, instead it was a tiny screen on teh top of some seats. Food is average"

Nadelen: "After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation."

Voordelen: "Bran new Boeing 787"

Nadelen: "Delayed, both ways"

Voordelen: "I think that good service of a plane should not be paid to watch movies and very uncomfortable watching movie on the phone screen. The WIFI is very expensive and the food looks like hospital"
Nadelen: "I wish all of the above to improve"

Voordelen: "Fast, convenient flight from Boston to Madrid. Good value for price. He"
Nadelen: "Had paid extra for confirmed seats, which we were told at check-in were not available. Told that the plane was full and to keep boaipasscfor refund."

Voordelen: "Very friendly."
Nadelen: "Everything was perfect. Can't complain everything was good."

Nadelen: "Ran out of toilet paper"

Nadelen: "Every flight was at least an hour delayed. We were insanely late for our connection flight due to a totally unnecessary delay at the first airport. We then SPRINTED across the whole Madrid airport and then when we arrived to second plane was TWO HOURS delayed. The staff always seemed to be working, but was completely inefficient in getting anything done. It took them 20 minutes to respond to our notice (we pressed the air attendant button on our seats) and then told us we couldn't get snacks because they were giving out pizzas, which took another hour. Every single part of our flight was delayed and inefficient... with no reason ever being given. It was pretty miserable overall and I will likely never use Air Europa ever again."

Voordelen: "The tvs on this flight worked, and they gave you water when you asked for it."
Nadelen: "Our flight from Barcelona on Air Europa took off late (because they shuttle you out in groups of 40 to the tarmac to board the plane). We arrived in Madrid and about 37 Boston bound passengers had to make a mad dash through the airport from terminal E to terminal A... a 22 minute dash. When we landed there was already "final boarding" listed. ( It would have been nice if the told us they would/could hold the plane). afyer our sweaty group arrived, we were stuck on the tarmac an additional 55 minutes because of traffic."

Voordelen: "The crew was pleasant."
Nadelen: "When I flew from Boston to Madrid, both TV sets in my row were broken, no signal at all. On my return flight from Madrid to Boston, I paid extra for a window seat in the front of the plane. I was in seat 16c, there was no window and again the TV was broken!! The flight crew found me an isle seat near the rear of the plane where the TV worked."

Voordelen: "It was a cheap flight but I didn't feel like I was cattle."
Nadelen: "The boarding was inefficient. There weren't any zones called or anything."

Voordelen: "The prive was ok"
Nadelen: "Late, disorganized boarding, group pf adolesccentes traveling behind me were very rowdy and on an early morning flight they have to be asked by the flight personnel to be respectful to the other passengers"

Voordelen: "Crew was pleasant"
Nadelen: "everything is for sale, i guess. No offering of beverages, not even a cracker. Not even for sale. No announcement for what is available. Again, indifferent to the customers."

Nadelen: "We did not receive any beverage drinks during flight. Only the first 10 or 15 rows received this service. :("

Nadelen: "No outlets!"

Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."

Voordelen: "The plane and technology were top notch"
Nadelen: "Food was not worthy for a food bank."

Voordelen: "The flight was ok. The bording gate was very far."
Nadelen: "The whole flight there were commercials in the personal tvs. Without beening able to stop them."

Voordelen: "The entertainment on board was very good and the flight leaves on time."
Nadelen: "The boarding process was a mess. The counter and the inflight personal was very unhelpful, even rought. I didn't like AirEuropa experience"

Voordelen: "The movies were good."
Nadelen: "The breakfast was horrible. Just bread and yogurt while firat class got sausages. The flight to madrid was 3 hours late that those with kayovers were scared of missing flights. Inefficient and unprofessional."

Nadelen: "My flight was changed twice after I purchased it and it was delay over two hours. When it finally was time to"board" we found ourselves getting into a packed bus where we needed to stand to get to the actual plain. They never anouced it as such, elder people that night were struggling without previous notice. Very unprofessional and insensitive airline. Never again."

Voordelen: "Crew service was excellent. Food was good."
Nadelen: "No priority for families with children when boarding in Madrid. The strollers had no priority at San Juan airport. We waited a long time before they came out."

Voordelen: "Smooth process and quick check in."

Voordelen: "Muy buena"
Nadelen: "Muchas veces las azafatas eran hostil y/o muy serias"

Voordelen: "On time!"
Nadelen: "The food is not good. Little space between seats."

Voordelen: "Comfortable seats. Was able to nap easily"
Nadelen: "They never handed out free water (that I can recall). They seemed more concerned with offering paid foods and drinks."

Voordelen: "Super friendly and accommodating."

Voordelen: "Our flight was ontime"
Nadelen: "Minimal leg space, only a couple of televisions, uncomfortable flight overseas"

Voordelen: "Food was better than I remembered from my last trip with AirEuropa in 2010."
Nadelen: "Not related to the airline, but customs arriving in Miami was a horribly lengthy process. I guest that's the norm now a days."

Voordelen: "Flight was safe, priced well, included checked baggage, and they didn't nickel and dime you (although if you wanted anything to drink, you would be charged for it). They let you choose seats too without charging extra."
Nadelen: "To board at Frankfurt, we had to first wait in a room until about 5 minutes before scheduled takeoff time, then everyone loaded into a bus to drive out to the plane on the tarmac, then finally we started to taxi to take off. There didn't appear to be any reason for our delay, other than the fact that the boarding process is as long as it could possibly be (wait in a room, take a bus, then finally walk onto the plane). Not much legroom at all, my knees were pretty much touching the seat in front of me (I'm 6 feet tall). Bags took awhile to get out to baggage claim, and were pretty wet from the rain outside."

Voordelen: "The crew was very nice and attentive"
Nadelen: "The coach seats are too small and restrictive. The flight almost 11 hours!!! I see that as before the trip was in a direct line on the map, not accounting for more than 8 plus hours, not the route is in a curve and much longer. So many hours in those seats is a torture!!!!"

Nadelen: "I didn't enjoy flying with this company!"
