Ils nous font attendre debout pendant qu'ils sont au téléphone pour plus d'une demi heure à Dusseldorf et à Zurich, et encore dans l'avion, retardé pour décoller."

Nadelen: "There was a one hour wait to get through passport control and go to the gate beyond the security check point."

Voordelen: "We flew Miami to Zurich, then Zurich to Rome. The international leg was awesome. The intra-European flight was less impressive. We “self-boarded” which was new to us - and wasn’t explained. The seats were smaller and there was only the drop down screens for every 2-3 rows, but otherwise, for a less than 2 hr flight, it was fine."
Nadelen: "Boarding wasn’t fully explained for those of us who are not Swiss or German. I slept thru “lunch,” which apparently was a sandwich - but that’s more than many American airlines provide you on similar flights!"

Voordelen: "Nothing!! And by the way this is the last time I travel with you guys. I couldn’t travel because of my itinerary doula -Bruxelle - Zurich- Washington Dulles . I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."
Nadelen: "Nothing!! And by the way this is the last time I travel with you guys. I couldn’t travel because of my itinerary doula -Bruxelle - Zurich- Washington Dulles . Voordelen: "It was an 8.5 hour flight and we got fed 2 meals, 2 snacks and had lots of beverage breaks! We were delayed a little but it was due to an issue in France, not anything to do with the airplane, and the captain found a solution faster than he had originally said he would (with the help of the tower of course)."
Nadelen: "The legroom in economy is just as bad as you would expect."

Nadelen: "The same as the first flight, although it was a bit better, offering chocolates and a small breakfast, although they didn’t have an alternative to ham or yogurt for people who are not interested in them"

Voordelen: "I really liked the "About my flight" application on the viewing screens because it always gave me an idea of what we were flying over and how much longer we woulld be in the air. The food was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised that I could have wine with dinner or any time the attendants offered beveragess. The attendants were always professional and helpful. They all were fluent in English as well as several other languages. It was a nice touch when the attendant wore white gloves when he or she was collecting passengers' trash after meals and/or beverage service. I loved the cheese that was served at dinner. The warm croissants served at breakfast were a very nice touch."
Nadelen: "Due to turbulence, I could not get out of my seat as much on the return flight, so I did have some swelling in my feet."

Voordelen: "Swiss has the most cheerful crews I've seen, and their enthusiasm is infectious which makes it easier to tolerate being cramped in a plane for hours. Also, I love that they give you a Swiss chocolate at the en of the flight."

Nadelen: "Penalising passengers who travel on board with only a smaller bag by making them put this under their seat in front in front of them whilst others are bringing on two huge bags"

Nadelen: "I didn't get on the flight because they lost my luggage and they refuse to give me a new ticket. I was back and forth on the phone with Swiss and still no good word"

Nadelen: "HAving to walk across the Zurich airport to buy a business class upgrade was bad. I just wanted to buy the upgrade at the desk. No need to go from terminal 3 to terminal 1. total waste of 20-30 minutes. Ironic that this happens to people willing to spend $'s of dollars for convenience and comfort. should be able to purchase upgrade ASAP with a smile at check-in."

Nadelen: "1stly the lady at the check in was not nice [ i should have gotten her name -] she was rude and quite 'authoritarian' which is uncalled for- when you have paid an expensive ticket are just trying to check in. then I checked an extra bag - and could not pay where i checked in. i had to go to another counter to pay - there was a line and it took a good few extra minutes - and i still had to get thru security. if you can pay at the check in counter this would avoid this extra step. i was really not happy about it swiss air needs better efficiency and better customer service"

Nadelen: "Was asked to give up my aisle seat (D 40) seat om a 13 hour flight for a less comfortable one (F). Put on the spot to give up my seat for a couple with a 6 month old infant due to the fact that the attachable bassinet had to be in front of the D seat. Neither the parent or myself felt very good about my displacement."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were perfect and very professional. I had a toothache on both flights back and forth. And on both flights, the crew members were always keeping an eye on me. Thanks so much. And also the pilots did an amazing job on making the flight as smooth as possible, love the 777! Thank you Swiss. I'm flying again to Athens this summer, I'm going with Swiss :)"

He offered me business class but I wanted a window so I was further back. When I got on the plane I told the cabin crew I'd been offered row 3 and decided I'd rather be there and they acted like I was nuts. Not I,pressed."

Nadelen: "Swissair charges extra to reserve a standard, not premium seat in coach. The practice should be disclosed at the time the ticket is purchased, to make comparison shopping easier. Otherwise, it constitutes a hidden fee, and that's what the customer remembers."

Voordelen: "Kind flight attendants who were attentive and friendly"
Nadelen: "Seats are hard and very small. No chargers and having the remote control cut into the armrest was uncomfortable and awkward. I kept accidentally hitting the stewardess button with my elbow when I would try to use said armrest."

Voordelen: "We were fed constantly, which is nice because on a longer flight you never feel hungry. The staff was great."
Nadelen: "More space would be nice but I guess you can't ask for too much on flights these days."

Voordelen: "Courteous and friendly staff - did enjoy my gluten free meal"
Nadelen: "Economy seats leave no room for relaxed arms - i had mine in front of me for 9 hours as the seat was SO small! As am I!!"

Nadelen: "The food"

Nadelen: "Boading priority was not possible, due to the massive amount of people crowding the entrance. Very hectic and uncoordinated boarding process. I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "I paid money to select our seats on our flights and did not get those seats on any of the four flights we were on. It was a complete scam. I asked a flight attendant and she told me lufthansa does not have the option to pay for seat selection. Every other aspect was good."

Nadelen: "Nous avons été très désagréablement surprises d'apprendre que trop de billets avaient été vendus et que nos places n'étaient plus disponibles à notre arrivée à Francfort. Il me semble totalement illogique de me faire dire qu'il n'y a plus de place pour moi dans l'avion alors que j'ai le billet en main et qu'il a été payé. Comment une compagnie peut-elle accepter mon paiement alors qu'elle n'est pas en mesure de garantir le service pour lequel elle a été payée? Selon cette philosophie, il faudrait peut-être payer nos billets d'avion une fois RENDUS à destination? Beaucoup de stress inutile et une mauvaise opinion de la compagnie aérienne..."

Nadelen: "Include baggage in you prices!!!"

Nadelen: "The boarding began with delay. The boarding call eas absent or hard to hear anyway. The boarding sign was on two places simultaneously, with vision obscured by the in-building wall pillar. Most passengers were sitting in the waiting area expecting the boarding call to be announced on that obvious gate, while they started boarding on another gate around the corner. And it was not Croatia Airlines staff, but some airport personnel. Before landing, flight attendants let some passenger have luggage on the floor in front of the seat in the exit row, which does nit comply with the safety standards. Likewise, some passengers were already using cellular signal before landing, which is another lack of precaution. It us true that flight attendants cannot see whether each and every passenger obeys safety measures, but they should better pass through the aisle and check it rather than grabbing their own seat so early, eapecially when the flight was only half-booked."

Nadelen: "Being told to stand in a dark corner underneath a yellow “Departure Assistance” sign and not having anyone show up. We left after ten minutes as no “assistance” appeared to be forthcoming. Food was dry. No entertainment."

Nadelen: "Air Croatia’s lack of responsibility Lufthansa lack of communication and the complete ineptness of Lufthansa customer service. “I only have a headset so can transfer you to .... the airport where you ticket is now held” and “I do not have a duty manager and as I said I can not transfer you to the complaint system”"

Nadelen: "1 hour delay for a 45 mm flight in a small airport. No explanations."

Nadelen: "flight was delayed over an hour with no advanced notice and no explanantions."

Nadelen: "First, they sent an email notification that our flight had delay for 2 hours. I went to the airport to checking my baggage and I looked on the departures board but I could my flight. I asked a lady who was helping people to find the right kiosk for checking but she said I don’t have your flight on my system. Again I went to the information desk at the airport but I was told your flight checking now is closed!,,, I was like WHAT?are you kidding? I told them it’s 2 hours before my flight take off, how it’s possible? Than she called someone and I was told yiou can checking at # counter. When I found the counter; I didn’t see any sigh by Croatia Airlines. Short story, I ended up to pay 40 euro for my 20 kg baggage’."

Nadelen: "Delayed for more than 1 hour without any information"

Voordelen: "On time and courteous staff. Easy rental car drop off at Zadar. Airport easy to navigate."

Voordelen: "Although we were upgraded to Premium we will do everything possible to avoid flying with this airline"

Voordelen: "We were sitting at the wrong gate and almost missed the plane but they were looking for us and were glad we got there in time."
Nadelen: "We were unable to get anything to eat in our section of the airport in spite of being told there was better food after security checkpoint. I realize this was the fault of numerous airport employees who were ill-informed and not Croatian Airlines fault but it was a problem since we arrived two hours early ready for lunch and were unable to get anything to eat until we arrived in Dubrovnik. Voordelen: "55 minut super quick flight. Very courteous staff on the ground and flight attendants. No wait time to get luggage."

Nadelen: "Over head bins don't hold average size American suit case . Was not told that when we checked into our flight. When getting ready to board was yelled at by agent because of the size of our suitcase. Was told to stand with the other Americans. Flights are always late. They never land or take off as scheduled."

Voordelen: "The crew worked above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. Our seats were comfortable, the food was actually edible and quite delicious! I had one of my favorite flights with Lufthansa!"
Nadelen: "The crew was not able to help us put our luggage up top. Being 5'1, this was almost impossible for me to do on my own."

Nadelen: "Again we were given false info and did not go because of the wrong information this company provided."

Nadelen: "Both flights were late resulted in missing other continuos flights , lost luggage, etc.. !!!!!!"

Voordelen: "- Friendly staff - Good snacks, drinks, and food"

Nadelen: "They sent my bag to the wrong city. Once I made it to Split, they just said your bag was probably here and then told me to write my US address and that's where I can get the bag back. After dealing with them a few more times in person and on the phone, the bag finally made it back to me after 2 nights."

Voordelen: "We had to board a trolley to take us to another area to board the plane from the ground."

Nadelen: "Old uncomfortable seats"

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were nice but couldn't compensate for the other shortcomings."
Nadelen: "United assigned my a seat in row 30, which turned out to be the last row on the plane and with no online checkin, there was no reason I should have been placed there as most of the seats on the plane should have been free. I asked to switch seats at the gate - I was told flight is full and no chance. On the positive side, it was a fairly short flight."

Voordelen: "I liked the view over Trogir."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time Price was very good Easy to leave a large carry-on when boarding and pick it up when departing"
Nadelen: "Very noisy plane They changed my seat assignment while boarding I gave food and entertainment a poor rating simply because there was not a N/A choice."

Voordelen: "I like a quick and efficient boarding process."
Nadelen: "I don't like to sell foods in the airplanes."

Voordelen: "Pas de divertissement à bord Et je n'ai pas testé de repas à bord D'où mes notes moyennnes"
Nadelen: "Le confort des Boeing n'est toujours pas au niveau des Airbus."

Voordelen: "I like that I got to my destination on time."
Nadelen: "I didn't like boarding without zones, you have to stand for so long waiting because every gets in line at the same time."

Nadelen: "Très peu de place. Disent transporter une valise + un sac à main mais la valide est mise en soute"

Nadelen: "Mon vol aller Montpellier Leeds ayant été annulé le jour même (jeudi 14 septembre), je n'ai pu prendre le vol retour, évidemmment ! j'espère que je serai remboursée de mes 2 vols comme me l'a certifié un employé Ryanair lors d'un entretien téléphonique verbal. Merci de faire passer l'info !"

Voordelen: "I think the crew were ok. But I didn't need them for anything. I guess I'm happy they were not rude or miserable themselves. They seemed upbeat which was the only positive thing about this whole trip. Plus I think the pilot stepped on it, cause I think travel time was less than what was planned (I might be missing taxiing time though, so not sure)."
Nadelen: "Well, I can't say I wasn't entirely expecting this. There was over an hour and half delay. Nothing announced. We were in the dark. The plane didn't arrive on time, nothing announced. Boarding was delayed, nothing announced. When boarding was complete, there was an indefinite delay that was only announced quite a bit later. Anyway, the whole experience, including naming Charleroi airport as "South Brussels" is not something I intend to repeat."

Voordelen: "Évidemment le prix et la facilité d'utilisation du site. Sinon c'est un peu comme prendre le train, il faut se débrouiller tout seul. A condition de respecter les règles de la compagnie et de ne pas être trop difficile sur le service et le confort, cela peut aller."
Nadelen: "Le moindre supplément se paie au prix fort, même l'enregistrement sur le site si vous voulez être placé à côté de votre compagnon de voyage. L'embarquement fait un peu penser à la transhumance du bétail... Il ne faut surtout pas perdre de temps ! Si on voyage avec un bagage cabine et que l'on fait son propre check in sur Internet, cela facilite beaucoup les choses."

Voordelen: "Nothing. I will never fly them again."
Nadelen: "They nickel and dime you for everything. Bags, seating, boarding passes. I was given no warning that we had to print boarding passes beforehand. The lines were very long at airport with only 2 people working desk. Flight's don't take off on time and seats are very small."

Nadelen: "The flight did not fly out of the airport I selected thru kayak. I missed my flight because I was unable to make it to the correct airport in time. I will NEVER use Kayak again."

Voordelen: "Prix attractif , hôtesse agréable"
Nadelen: "Très gros retard au décollage, trop de ventes à bord."

Voordelen: "De façon objective malheureusement rien."
Nadelen: "Nous avons l'habitude de voyager (plus d'une 100aine de vols à notre actif) en court et long courrier et c'est la première fois qu'on assiste à une telle scène de chaos. Un accident a rendu la piste impraticable pendant 2h. L'accident est imprévisible mais sa gestion une honte. Malgré cela on nous a fait embarquer après 15minutes passées au pic du soleil à 38•C, afin que nous soyons au frais et assis dans l'avion. Après 30min le commandant de bord nous a indiqué quon serait mieux dans le hall de l'aéroport. Nous sommes donc descendu pour se retrouver parquer, et j'insiste sur le terme, dans un hall où les passagers des 6 vols suivants prenaient déjà toute la place. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés englouti sous une masse de passagers sans savoir si nous devions attendre ou se réorganiser. Nous avons passé 1h30 à attendre debout dans un hall où la climatisation ne pouvait plus refroidir au vue du nombre de passagers. Passagers collés les uns aux autres tellement il n'y avait plus de place. Dans ces passagers : des enfants en bas âge, des personnes âgées, des femmes enceintes. 1h30 à 38•C sans Air puisque toutes les portes fermées. Le calvaire a continué dans l'avion où le personnel de la compagnie Ryanair ne s'est pas excusé et ne nous a jamais proposé un seul verre d'eau durant ces deux heures de retard. Ils ont préféré proposer des bouteilles de 50cl à 5euros. Aucune facilité pour personne, aucune aide, aucun service. Une prise en charge médiocre malgré des passagers on ne peut plus patients. PS : et pour couronner le tout, un décollage et un atterrissage des moins qualitatifs que nous avons pu vivre."

Nadelen: "Flight was late. Made me check in my carry on while there was load of space in the plane Ryansir boarding staff were their usual horrendous self. Obnoxious and seemingly happy to harass travellers for few cms of lugage"

Nadelen: "It would be nice to know in advance if the airport accepts mobile boarding ticket."

Voordelen: "Pas de retard et c'est gratuit. Pour un vol d'1h30 je ne demande rien de plus."
Nadelen: "Supplément pour un bagage : on le sait, c'est pas nouveau Tout se paye : on le sait ce n'est pas nouveau Les gens qui ralent dans les commentaires sans savoir quelle compagnie ils utilisent n'ont qu'à s'en prendre à eux-mêmes. Le low-cost a un prix !!"

Nadelen: "Une heure et demie de retard ! Les sieges sont inconfortables."

Voordelen: "I liked the new interior of the plane - lot more room, easier to move between seats, easier to place luggage"
Nadelen: "The crew did everything necessary, but they did not smile, their communication was not spontaneous and a bit "robot" like. This was in in contrast to the crew on our first flight to Brussels - the crew there was cheerful and fun to travel with."

Nadelen: "The crew is not welcoming, cramped seat, long line and force to check in my bag and paid 50euros."

Nadelen: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Nadelen: "Typical indifference at Lisbon where we were sent to the gate at expected time but there was no plane - it left 40 mins late. So we left an area with seating, toilets etc and stood for 90 mins waiting to board. They KNEW there was no plane - we saw it arrive AFTER our supposed takeoff time. They'll blame the airport info but it must be sorted. Everywhere, every time we come last. No more flying for us."

Nadelen: "Nous n'avons pu utiliser le site pour "CHECK IN" et avons du payer un surplus de 50 euros par personne (nous étions 5). Pourtant, nous avions bien notre réservation et la facture mais nous avons du payé. Une honte..."

Voordelen: "Nous étions deux, tout c'est très bien déroulé nous sommes passés par internet, vu le prix des billets : 30€ aller retour Bordeaux Édimbourg, par personne de samedi à mardi ( alors oui le retour tôt le matin mais on est matinal) . Deux sac à dos type randonnée en petit format considéré comme bagage à main et un en valise au dimension exigée donc pas de supplément en soute. Deux heures d'avion où nous n'avons pas consommé donc pas de supplément. Départ à l'heure, arrivée 10min à l'avance à l'aller et au retour. Du coup nickel pour ce mode de voyage."
Nadelen: "C'est pas que j'ai pas aimé et je ne me permettrai pas de râler vu le prix, mais je préfèrerais informer les gens pour ceux qui ne savent pas que c'est une compagnie low cost, effectivement les sièges sont pas très confortables, il n'y a pas vraiment de place, on sent pas mal les vibrations de l'avion c'est pas rassurant ect. Ceci dit on est bien vivante :)"

Voordelen: "Nothing ❗"
Nadelen: "Impossible to get a hold of I tried email Webb and telephone in each case I had to wait long time and most the time it would disconnect I was never able to talk to a human being I had other business that I had to attend to where I am and had to cancel my trip to Brussels I will try never to fly Ryanair again there reputation precedes them. Every other airline allows you to change within 24 hours, In the over Million miles I've travel. Please help!! Thank You, Robert"

Nadelen: "Se présenter à l'embarquement et devoir payer 45€ supplémentaires par personne, sans aucune raison particulière ; à mon sens et jusque là "low cost" n'était pas synonyme d'arnaque au consommateur .. visiblement j'avais tort. Il n'est jamais précisé que l'enregistrement est obligatoire, facultatif, peut-être, mais obligatoire ? Du vol et de l'abus purement et simplement. J'ose éspérer que vous saurez profiter de tout l'argent que vous m'avez extorqué par des pratiques moyennement commerciale, car c'était bel et bien la dernière fois que je venais vous solliciter !"

Voordelen: "Sa été un très bon voyage l'équipage agréable tout c'est bien passée dans l'ensemble"
Nadelen: "Il y'a un petit bémol part rapport au bagage ils n'y pas assez de kilos 10 kg et un peu limite fallait au minimum 20 kg ou si non c'est très bien"

Nadelen: "The plane smelled a bit musty and of urine- almost like that of an old folks home. The crew wasn't that pleasant either. Glad it was a short flight."

Nadelen: "There was no food... literally felt like a store on wheels. They just went up and down aisle to sell their wares."

I chose Ryanair because they had the cheapest flight from Milan to Brussels but I will never fly Ryanair again because in fact their ticket prices after all the fees, were over 100 euro more than other companies and the process of checking in I did not like."
