C'est pour la première fois en 18 ans d'expérience que la compagnie Lufthansa (Air Dolomiti )ne accorde pas un petit menu pour un si long voyage transatlantique dans lequel j'ai payé 2300 dollars, juste une bouteille d'eau. Il s'agit du trajet de Cluj à Munich et de Munich à Cluj J'ai choisi la compagnie Lufthansa pour ces services, il n'est pas normal que ceux qui voyagent de l'autre continent ne reçoivent pas de collation en profitant de la pandémie. Quand on a payé le double du billet!!!! Merci infiniment!

Petit avion, rien ne marchait, pas de télé, pas de wifi, tout en panne. Pas de compensation, auraient pu nous offrir quelque chose pour compenser, comme un sandwich ou un boisson gratuite. Très decu6

Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

The crew was oustanding, very personal service.

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Very cramped and claustrophobic Staff spoke no English and tv choice was not In English Pilot and staff spoke no English and as a lone traveller I felt quite vulnerable as no emergency procedures or facilities were explained is bathroom emergency exit

Voordelen: "The 7 hr trip to Copenhagen was rough. The seats are too close together. My knees hit the seat in front of me even without reclining. When the seat in front of me reclined the tv screen was 6” away from my face. It was next to impossible to get out of the seat."

Voordelen: "Seats are pretty comfortably and spacious for economy class (I’m small though, so take that with a grain of salt). The lunch was pretty solid, would have preferred a hot breakfast. The vegetarian breakfast was grilled veggies with fruit and yogurt on the side, kind of a mish-mash of things."

Nadelen: "SAS is packing in 200 passengers in their Airbus 321, so no space and seat comfort like 0. Also make sure you have paid for bags, Kayak will sell you tickets that don't include bags.so double check your reservation. If you are stuck with a ticket that doesn't include bags, call SAS an add bags $35 per bag. Do this at least 24 hours before departure.SAS is the only one that can add the bags, kayak is unable to add bags after purchase."
Voordelen: "The flight attendants were pleasant. We received pillows and blankets and a bottle of water upon boarding. Dinner and a snack was served. The seats are comfortable."
Nadelen: "The snack was some kind of pickled vegetable strudel. I wish I could have had a choice of something else. I didn't like that for the whole we were only offered one complementary soft drink."

Nadelen: "We were unaware of the need to buy an infant ticket on international flights. When we checked in to our SAS flight in Newark, we were given a boarding pass for our infant without any heads up about the issue. We also got help with ordering bassinet from the gate agent, all without anything surfaced. It wasn't until we were boarding that we learned that we needed to buy a ticket and pay $400+ and nearly didn't make the flight. Can someone follow up now, as we need to make sure this issue has now been resolved for our return flight to SFO on Thursday July 6th"

Nadelen: "The crew forgot to start serving the final meal until 40 minutes before we landed which resulted in them nearly throwing food at people so that they could quickly get through the plane and sit again before descent. I was not able to choose my seat and was seated in the back of the plane. Consequently this meant that every parent on the plane with two-year-olds decided that the best place to let them stretch their little legs was back by me. I work with small children so I understand that when they reach that age all they want to do is kick and punch, but I didn't want to end my vacation by having half a dozen two-year-olds punch my leg or try to crawl under my chair as they wandered nearby. I still have bruises."

Nadelen: "Plane is out-of-date with old seats. 737 did not have entertainment. Limited options for onboard complimentary food"

Annulation sans proposition de solution

Parce que AA a mal fait son planning , pas de pilote . Il a fallu attendre un pilote puis un co pilote. On a décollé avec 1h40 de retard

Nadelen: "EVERYTHING!! Packed like sardines with ZERO distancing for a four hour flight. Flight attendants were horrible and did nothing to mandate mask wearing. Literally watched a guy sleep nearly the entire flight with his mask off and the FA walked by him multiple times without saying anything. Will never fly with American after their abysmal attempt to keep us safe. I did not feel safe for a second on that horrendous flight. Definitely getting a COVID test and I will know where I got it from if I test positive. Also the seats are uncomfortable and it was a very bumpy flight (I understand that part cannot be avoided). I don’t understand how you cancel flights and bump people to other flights only for them to be SUPER packed. I thought at the rate of cases rising airlines should be doing a better job at taking safety precautions. Not American. Why do they think it’s a safe idea at this time to have my wife and I packed in with a total stranger for four hours? No social distancing whatsoever! Overall I cannot say a single good thing about this flight. Worst in my entire life"
Nadelen: "The flight was 2 hours delayed because there was a mechanical issue on the plane. We sat and waited on the plane for 1 hour while the Maintenance crew tried fixing the problem. After sitting there for one hour, they told us the problem wasn’t fixed and we have to change aircrafts. The other aircraft was all the way in terminal D (we were in terminal A) and the boarding process took a long time. Overall it was an awful flight and experience with American Airlines. I missed my mother’s birthday party because of the 2 hour delay."
Voordelen: "The crew were wonderful and understanding and good sports."
Nadelen: "There were problems as soon as the plane got to the gate. After the passengers got off the plane, the man at the counter came on the P.A and said it’ll be a few minutes, they’re catering the plane now from the back to the front. The flight crew still needed to get on a preform safety checks. He apologized again. Then it was 8:40, time to take off and we’re still waiting to even board. The man at the counter said again, thank you for your patience and relayed the same message, only this time the flight attendants were walking away from the gate. Around 9 some lady higher up told the man to announce that the flight crew had timed out and stand by crew was on the way to the gate, said sorry again. A little later the man says sorry, there’s a gate change. You’re going to K6 now. When we get to the new gate it’s almost 9:30pm and while we were all gathered at the gate, the flight crew that supposedly “timed out” showed up and proceeded to get on the plane. Passengers started getting mad and saying we were lied to and to just tell us the truth. Chicago PD started showing up. We finally got on the plane but it would be another 30 minutes before we moved because of issues getting our bags off the original plane. We ended up being almost 2 hours delayed."

Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"

On a separate note, this was a bundled itinerary and the Thrifty Car shuttle was so infrequent and slow to the terminal I nearly missed my flight... I am not sure if I would bundle my travel plans again..,,also Thrifty car rental was short on cars in Liz Angeles on arrival"

Nadelen: "Delayed takeoff by 1 hour waiting for a crew to fly in. Upon crew arrival, new crew member states that there are standby crew available and he's not sure why they didn't call on them. Then we continued to wait for 3 more passengers who were delayed and now had a chance to board our flight. Once landed, gate was occupied by yet another flight running late so we waited for 15 minutes to get to the gate."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."
Nadelen: "Ils ont perdu ma valise. Malgré la qualité du vol le service c’est pas la j’avais des choses très importantes à l’intérieur... merci air Canada..."
Nadelen: "Vol annulé à la dernière minute. Service à la clientèle incapable de nous aider à trouver un autre vol et montrer de l’empathie."
Voordelen: "D’être arrivée à bon port en toute sécurité Ponctualité du vol Les agents de bord qui s’expriment en français. Même si avec difficulté pour certains, bel effort de communiquer dans la langue du passager."
Nadelen: "Il est très difficile d’entendre le pilote au micro. Par chance il n’y avait pas de message d’urgence à transmettre car nous peinions à l’entendre. Aucun service de la part de l’équipage lorsque nous pesons sur la demande d’assistance située sur notre siège. Ils ne répondent pas à l’appel autre que pour fermer, à distance, la demande de soutien. Extrêmement déplorable et dangereux si un passager a besoin d’aide ou à un malaise. Très très très décevant. Première fois où cela arrive sur un vol. La « grande variété » de divertissements sur l’application air Canada rouge.......très très difficile d’obtenir une connexion (un des passagers avec moi n’a jamais pu l’obtenir ) et finalement .....pour une « variété » et « qualité «  très discutable. Manque d’espace flagrant pour les jambes. Confort laisse à désirer."

Mais il y aurait aucun probleme si le prix du vol etait à 50% que le vol Lufthansa avec le confort necessaire. Comme j ai dit c'est un low cost à prix normal et je ne trouve pas normal."

Nadelen: "Being stuck in Boston and Ottawa for 2 extra days and adding around $1200 on to our trip in hotels alone (I was travelling with 4 kids on a school trip and my wife). Additionally, we didn’t find out the flights were cancelled until we arrived at the airport. Apparently, they had been cancelled 2 hours before but there was no notification. Air Canada offered no help whatsoever and the guy at the “service” desk in Boston literally said there was nothing he could do to help. Not even find a new flight. Spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to re-book, plus re-booking hotel along the way."

Nadelen: "They took me off my flight because my previous flight arrived to Toronto late and I manage to get to the gate 10 minutes before the departure. Even though it was late because of Air Canada’s fault, the airline did not bother to accommodate me and made me to wait for next flight for 4 hours, without any compensation."
Voordelen: "Not much"
Nadelen: "We are people, just be kind. Asking to be treated in a friendly respectful manner seems to be impossible for Air Canada! I thought Canada was known to be friendly and polite, if that’s true, Air Canada should change its name! They are experts at treating people unnecessarily badly. It’s shocking to witness and harsh and rude shouldnt be descriptors of any company’s customer service agents, especially one who represents a country!!"

Voordelen: "The crew on the flights was great over all but everyone else that we encountered seemed confused, rude, and/or uninterested in helping anyone."
Nadelen: "Multiple times on the trip we were told one thing only to be told the complete opposite by someone else a short time later. No two teams seemed to have any clue what the other was doing and there seemed to be no overarching strategy or systems in place company wide. We have flown with a baby many times on my airlines and this time was by far the worst- they do not seem like a family friendly airline at all."

Nadelen: "The way I was treated upon my landing in Toronto. When I missed my flight I had to stay at the airport from 10:30pm until 9:30am and there was nothing offered. No place to sleep or any compensation for food. I spoke with others that had food vouchers and others got toiletries. I'm not impressed."
Voordelen: "Food was good. Flight staff was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."
Voordelen: "The flight was as good as it could be for a red eye."
Nadelen: "Had a long layover and then the fight was delayed. The food court at the airport is a mess no order and unorganized. The central bar was ok though."
Voordelen: "The crew was friendly. Boarded on time."

Nadelen: "The flight was 1.5 hours late in departing. Fortunately we just made our connecting flight in time."
Nadelen: "Fact that when my flt was delayed it was too late notice and then when it got cancelled no communication. Poor customer service. ."
Nadelen: "Plane was too small with extra small overhead bin. Entertainment system was also mediocre which keep shutting down and have to again select your movie and forward it :("
Voordelen: "Seat were comfortable (however the struggle is when you have someone with long legs behind you...)"
Nadelen: "Entertainment was using the app, they could have had a sign at the gate so those of us that didn't have it could have download it before boarding."
Voordelen: "Wasn't too late. Plane seemed clean."
Nadelen: "Seated beside a young child with behavioral problems. Father mostly slept. Child stood on seat and jumped up and down, crawled under seats, threw ipad on my foot repeatedly, spilled his drink all over himself and his seat, screamed whenever his seat belt had to go on or his table top couldn't be down. At one point, the dad lost his temper, swore at the child, and covered him with a blanket in a big screaming match before doing up his seat belt--I was afraid he had smothered him but it had the effect of calming him down. No attendant even tried to intervene apart from asking "can I see your kid's boarding pass?" People should have to disclose when they are travelling with a child with severe behavioural problems and attendants should rescue anyone forced to sit beside one or at least make the parent care for the child. Also, a minimum of crackers or pretzels would be nice with drink on 5-hour flight. The entertainment system wasn't operating correctly and kept having to be reset by crew or reset itself. And, after first class etc. board, why don't they board the people at the back of the plane first, not the ones at the front? It took forever because people in front zones hadn't settled into their seats before people from the back zones tried to board."

Trop de monde, ma valise de cabine a été mise en soute!

Avons acheté 3 vols avec United. 2 des ces vols étaient exploités par air Canada. En conséquence, aucune communication entre les 2 compagnies. Avons passé près de 2h au comptoir service pour qu'ils réussissent à imprimer nos billets, malgré qu'ils ont été acheter plusieurs mois plus tôt. L'employé du service a clientèle united de l'aéroport de Newark terminal A n'a rien fait pour nous aider et a offert un service médiocre (mauvaise attitude etc).

Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "Started with waiting in the terminal, only way to get anything to eat is through United self checkout. Bought a veggie burger paid for it then told at the pick up counter they don’t have any. Need to track down a manager to get a refund. He says he issues me a refund but it never came through. Then on the flight WiFi isn’t working, no entertainment on a cross country flight of 6 hours. Not a word mentioned, no credit offered. Was offered credit by delta for the same issue on a flight half the length of time. Super uncomfortable seats. Also no current to charge devices. My friend moved up to a different seat that was empty to try to get power for her phone and told she needs to pay 160$ to sit in that seat even though the plane is half empty. Just really poor experience overall.."

They had changed the gate without making an announcement. We had to get ourselves to the new gate with barely time to spare. They never turned the seatbelt light off for the trip so we could not use the restroom"
Voordelen: "I felt spoiled with all the service and the ice cream was a special treat. I had never gotten ice cream on an oversea trip. Thanks."
Nadelen: "I wished that some of the children would have left the window blinds down so we could sleep."

Nadelen: "Tea - disgusting brown liquid! What about a tea bag, or I gladly would take just a cup of hot water to brew my own. Sandwiches: turkey with cheese or cheese. I am allergic to milk (common allergy), you put milk products everywhere. Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"
