"Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance."

"We paid for preferred seating for extra leg room. On 3of the 4 flights the preferred seating were regular seats with no extra leg room. It was deceitful to advertise those seats at preferred seating. I would not have wasted my money paying extra had I known what I was getting."

Delta directed me to Aeromexico to make any changes. Aeromexico refused to allow any changes. So I was forced to not take the flight and buy a new ticket for a later date."

Voordelen: "The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling. The boarding rear to front should have been in place years ago and the deplaning was about normal front to rear with distancing."

Nadelen: "The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold."

The random boarding went surprisingly well, although I'd prefer the more structured version. Until there is bread, butter and cheese, I am fine with the bland food."

Nadelen: "300+ People on a plane will "radiate" heat, so the temperature inside the cabin after 6 hours was so hot that I was perspiring profusely. I even requested it be adjusted, which it seemed to be for a few minutes but then right back up to 27°C... it is too long of a flight to be that uncomfortable with no adjustments considered. I asked other passengers if they too were "uncomfortable" ALL said yes. This would have solved also in my opinion the screaming small children that were also obviously "irritated" A cooler cabin would have induced a "sleep" environment, none of which I was able to get. Sadly, based on this alone, I will not fly SAS again, unless Business Coach class or 1st Class. I was surprised that an additional Coca-Cola was charged for when some beverages were complimentary... puzzling."

The stewardess took it and said it would be put in cargo, but now they can't find it! Two bad experiences with SAS in a row. Don't want to use them again."

Voordelen: "We got to sit in the emergency aisle so I can't complain about comfort. The staff was really friendly (although they were really rude on the way over 10 days earlier, so I guess we just got lucky with a nice crew for this one)."
Nadelen: "You only get one free non-alcoholic drink on this flight and that's really stingy for a 7+ hour a long haul. Drinks should be free on a long haul, especially non-alcoholic ones. There aren't any free small snacks like chips or peanuts. You have to pay for everything and the menu is exorbitantly over priced. It's a cheap and insulting customer strategy. They can save a few bucks in overhead on each customer this way, but they are losing money in the long run because I'll never book with them again due to their tawdry actions. I doubt I am alone."

At least I had my own to use. Plane became stifling warm mid-way. Friendly flight crew does not make up for the terrible gate experience and inflight discomfort. SAS cares about profits not passengers. Plan to take another airline on future flights to Europe."

Yet, they 1st said we would board a little late because og clearing out the previous flight. And, no one could get carry-ons above their own seats and had to go back to then come forward. The attendants should monitor better what is brought onboard. I thought they were rude. And it took almost an hr to get our luggage at the carosel."

Nadelen: "They happen from time to time,... from many unassigned seats causing long gate line where several butted to the front to random noises during the flight from passengers to 6 bathroom trip guy just weird all around. Plus the multiple gate changes by PHL which are to be expected. Just a regular PHL departure,..."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "First, passengers had to wait in the main terminal for a bus ride to a remote terminal to wait to board. The only food items offered in first class were unhealthful packaged snacks. On a flight such as this, at 8:12 am, something like a breakfast wrap would be more appropriate, especially considering the fare charged."

Nadelen: "The entertainment system didn’t work well to start, and then stopped working altogether 2 hours into a 5hr flight. The staff tried to fix it and were very apologetic, which made up for it. The seats were a little too hard for me. I was pretty sore by the end of the trip."

Nadelen: "Il est très difficile d’entendre le pilote au micro. Par chance il n’y avait pas de message d’urgence à transmettre car nous peinions à l’entendre. Aucun service de la part de l’équipage lorsque nous pesons sur la demande d’assistance située sur notre siège. Ils ne répondent pas à l’appel autre que pour fermer, à distance, la demande de soutien. Extrêmement déplorable et dangereux si un passager a besoin d’aide ou à un malaise. Très très très décevant. Première fois où cela arrive sur un vol. La « grande variété » de divertissements sur l’application air Canada rouge.......très très difficile d’obtenir une connexion (un des passagers avec moi n’a jamais pu l’obtenir ) et finalement .....pour une « variété » et « qualité «  très discutable. Manque d’espace flagrant pour les jambes. Confort laisse à désirer."

Voordelen: "Personnel agréable , air canada est super en général mais éviter ac rouge pour les plus longs vols. Nourriture et service bien."
Nadelen: "Première expérience avec air canada rouge pour l’europe... plus jamais! Les espaces/sièges sont petits, inconfortables. Les gens sont tellement inconfortables qu’ils se promènent (marchent) dans l’avion...Pour un vol de quelques heures cela va mais pas pour un vol de 10 heures ..."

Voordelen: "Seats rotate during recline. Washrooms are nice and big. Window shades are electronic. Dims the cabin but you can still see out. Very comfortable. Very stable in the air, like a 747. Great entertainment package. Free wine."
Nadelen: "Pretty much the worst food I’ve had and I’ve travelled a lot, all over the world. You would think on a flight to Paris that the food would be excellent?!!"

Voordelen: "Vol Bucarest-Montreal. L'equipage mega gentil. On est arrivé avec 30min plus tot que prevu"
Nadelen: "Le confort - 9h dans un siege en survolant l'Ocean (tu vois rien) et aucun ecran pour te dire ou t'es, aucun aucun ecran pour divertissment, tu peux louer une tablette à 10$ pour avoir les films et un peu de divertissment. Mais il y aurait aucun probleme si le prix du vol etait à 50% que le vol Lufthansa avec le confort necessaire. Comme j ai dit c'est un low cost à prix normal et je ne trouve pas normal."

Nadelen: "L’avion arrivant de Montréal pour m’embarquer à Québec à dû rebrousset chemin pour « bris mécanique ». Conséquence? On me dis que je perd mes correspondances et ne pourrai être à Berlin que 24h plus tard que prévu. J’ai réussi à « trouver un vol » avec une apps sur mon Iphone. Et apprendre l’existence de ce vol à la préposé."

Voordelen: "The flight wasn’t full, so I sat in my own row,?which offered spare leg room (I’m 6’2”). Time to fix the leg room issue on Rouge flights — it’s 2018."
Nadelen: "Crew seemed uninterested in general. On phones in back while people struggling to find luggage space. Coffee cups and plastic utensils, etc, stored in overhead bins so people at the back had to search for carry-on space elsewhere, again, without assistance from on board crew. Offered service only once and many were sleeping so didn’t get anything. The overall check-in process could be easier, as the app doesn’t always work as it should."

Nadelen: "Le personnel était mal aimable. Pas de sourire, pas de formules de politesse. J'adore air Canada mais l'équipage que j'ai eu pour ce vol ne reflétait pas du tout un esprit de service. Et ma valise n'a pas suivi jusqu'à Paris ! J'ai du annuler une partie de mes vacances!"

Voordelen: "Food was good. Flight staff was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Nadelen: "En cas de retard nous le communiquer. Nous sommes dans l'embarras à savoir si nous pourrons être en temps pour le relais pour le prochain vol. Pour une personne âgée c'est stressant. Merci"

Nadelen: "They should be more thorough in the economy clad cabins to make sure that passengers have their bags put away way before we leave the gate. Flight crew hardly walked through the aisles in economy and were attending to th other cabins more."

Voordelen: "As we approached Raleigh ~3:15am, over 4.5 hours late, the pilot apologized for the delay, which was thoughtful of him. And we arrived in one piece, so that was good too."
Nadelen: "While waiting for the flight, I whined on FB about our probable delay, and a friend responded with "I'm guessing that you're crammed at the end of that terminal hallway with about 10 other gates of people with no airplanes, no information, and 2 AC employees." Spot on. Apparently such delays, understaffed gates, and failures to communicate with passengers are par for the course. Friend even predicted the free bagels AC would eventually offer at the restaurant that closed 3 hours before our flight finally left. He didn't predict the multiple announcements about assorted other flights not having functional restrooms so please pee before boarding."

Nadelen: "Nalgré avis donné à l'agent de bord de l'état d'ébriété de 2 passagers, ces derniers ont reçu 7 vodka tonic. L'agence connaissait car clients réguliers. Ils avaient de la difficultés à descendre de l'avion. Déplorable."

Nadelen: "Going through 6 stages of security!!!! I understand to be safe, but good grief! I bought a bottle of liquor in the duty free at the Budapest airport thinking doing it this way I would not get harassed. Wrong!!! They freaked out and held us up even longer! We almost missed our last flight because of all the security steps we had to go through!!! And so did many other people. It's a ridiculous system, it should all be done at once with only having to stay in the long line ONCE! And to scan our own passports and waiting to see our name on some board to be able to leave that particular room just to be met with even longer lines afterwards is insane. I am not a tech savvy person, as I am sure a lot of others are not either, and I got barely any help to show me how the heck to do all of that! Unacceptable!! And to top everything off, an item was stolen out of my daughter's suitcase somewhere along the way!! Replacing it cost me about $40!!!"

Nadelen: "I had to delay my whole trip one day as the fight was late by 5 hours. I had made specific plans to reach delhi on April 21. Since I am a physician, it wasn't easy to arrange coverage so I could make it to delhi for a particular event. And this delay in flight was a major disappointment and made all the effort futile."

Nadelen: "My Original flight was cancelled 3 hours prior to departure. Had to wait long lines at Air Canada customer service. Due to slowness of process, was not able to take other departing flights to other close airports. Had to stay the night at hotel."
