Nadelen: "Delayed flight made me miss my connection and spend a night in Frankfurt. Take off time, bag didn’t come out as priority, waited over 25 minutes."

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Another two hours of waiting while one clerk worked each of the 35 people to rebook. Disaster. Tears. People delayed two full days with no hotel / food /etc. I'll never book british airways or through kayak again. Awful."

Nadelen: "During take off the toilet paper and towels in the bathroom next to me had fallen all over the floor and needed to be cleaned by a flight attendant. But instead they just locked the door which is obviously one of the few bathrooms offered for over 100+ people on an international flight!"

Voordelen: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Voordelen: "Not much paid for prority boarding but we were bussed to the flight in Faro and this made prority boarding nul and voidboarding"

Nadelen: "Four hour delay that started out as a one hour delay, then we were told it would be a two hour delay. Ended as four hours. First mechanical and then fuel spill. Since the delay was so long the hallway lights in gate area seemed pre-set to turn off; so they did turn off, leaving travelers in the waiting area in semi-darkness. On the positive, we were each given 7euro food voucher and closest food vender remained open for us. Ground crew maintained their professionalism and good humor... even when all could see jet fuel leaking out of the fuel truck lines attached to the aircraft and runway/taxi/apron staff scrambling as the fire trucks pulled up. Fuel pooled around the truck and formed a riverlet flowing about forty feet .Yikes! ...but in the end we got home safe!"

Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't great. The earphones quality was quite bad and felt really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

(A big help after a long trip and short on $!) And the best part? They dealt with U.S customs before we left Dublin so that we didn't have to deal with the long lines in Boston. So grateful!!!"
Nadelen: "My entertainment screen froze every time I tried to play a game, had to reset a few times before I gave up."

Voordelen: "The staff was pleasant and welcoming. They directed us to the aisle for our seats. The staff at the airport were also very courteous and no question was too small to answer."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the fact that the person sitting behind me kept using his knees to make my ride uncomfortable because I reclined my seat too much. Instead of talking, he was rude in action. The stewardess did tell him that I had a right to recline when he motioned to her. I think the seats shouldn't be allowed to recline so much even though it is more comfortable for a long ride. The screen is very close to one's face when the passenger in front reclines all the way. The airport didn't have any compatible charging ports for iphones from the USA. But the plane had them. That's good. It would be good if mobile check-in boarding passes were acceptable."

Nadelen: "The staff at the airport in seattle were condescending an embarassing, talked among themselves about me where I could hear them, when I had trouble with reservation"

This was a coast to coast redeye,Iwas awake the whole flight. 20 min before landing announcement was made to not get up, We were not given time to use the restroom, brush teeth, have coffee before landing. Bad form."

Nadelen: "Chicago to Venice flight was amazing. We were in premium economy, although the seats were larger it was hard to sleep in them, we all felt it needed some back support in order to sleep better. Crew was fantastic, would fly AA again internationally"

Voordelen: "I took two connecting flights on American Airlines between Los Angeles and Lisbon period on the website American claims to have charging and or electrical ports in every row. There were none on either flight. To make matters worse, when my tablet and phone batteries both died before the end of the first flight, there was no inflight entertainment, other than 1 ridiculous thing available, on either flight. American has switched to BYOD for entertainment, but forgot to provide a way to charge our own devices. Incredibly stupid."
Nadelen: "On top of that, one of the flight attendants on the Philadelphia to Lisbon run was a hella snarky guy with a bad attitude all the way through. I would be surprised if I am the first person to complain about him."

Nadelen: "Seats are uncomfortable and mine didn’t recline. No gluten free meals. Minimal inflight entertainment and they didn’t tell us to download the app until we were pulling away from gate. Cell service was bad and it didn’t download."

No kiosks for self service, no identification of which line to wait in for what, lines spilling over into common area with >100 people and their luggage waiting. Nadelen: "AC was aware of flight delay due to computer system failure which caused missed flight connections for passengers and yet there was only one customer service rep at the counter in the Toronto Pearson airport to provide directions to stranded and confused passengers when AC1621 landed at 12:30pm on March 13 from Fort Lauderdale. After waiting in line at customer service for more than an hour, I was told I was booked for 9am flight the next day. I was with 2 kids, no options were explained about an overnight stay. The rep put me on standby and said they were flights every hour and told me to wait for next flight. Again no further explanations about standby, I was going from one gate to the next for 3 hours and I wasn't called. When I asked the agent, she asked me to wait. Finally a fellow passenger told me to check with agent at the next gate. That agent found out the cs rep put my family on standby but put a Nonexisting flight #202. So I was never called. I didn't pay money to get this kind of poor service. All I wanted was the basics, get me home without confusion. What a shame Air Canada! Our national pride is on the line. It should be named Air Nada cause no cs whatsoever. Bad management is to blame. Train your staff and hire qualified people to handle tech dept. We have no control over weather but tech backup is worth investing to prevent tech system issues."

Nadelen: "Pas de place, pas de nourriture inclus, retards dans les vols, bagage perdu. Un cauchemar!!!!"

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly & nice. The flight went pretty smooth. I thought movie choices were good. There was a good mix of newer movies & older classics."
Nadelen: "Food was disappointing even for a plane food. Not very tasty. Airlines should switch to using compostable cups & silverware. Each flight uses so many plastic cups! I hope they get recycled but it’d be better to go an extra step & switch to compostable cups & silver to reduce the waste."

Nadelen: "Pas de cuillère pour manger ma soupe et la bière était chaude"

Nadelen: "Le vol est à moitié plein. Donc beaucoup de bancs vide. Je voyageais avec un chiot qu'on me demande de mettre au plancher par habitude. En temps normal, on a pas le choix puisque les bancs sont occupés, alors le plus sécuritaire pour tout le monde, c'est que bagages ( et chiot) se retrouve au sol sous le banc avant. Mais dans ce cas s'y, je pouvait ceinturer complètement la cage du chiot. Ne laissant aucun possibilité à celle-ci de se déplacer dans l'environnement s'il advenait des turbulences ou une perte de contrôle de l'appareil. Donc cala est une simple loi de physique. C'est plus sécuritaire pour tout les autres passagers que la cage soit retenue par la ceinture. Au lieu de cela, le personnel dit que c'est au cas où le compartiment ouvre et que des bagages à main tombe sur le chien (alors qu'en est-il pour nous? Devrais-je me coucher au sol?) où il m'explique que cela est plus sécuritaire pour le chiot puisque la ceinture pourrait se refermer sur la cage s'il y a des turbulences. Ce qui est ridicule, une ceinture ne se referme pas tout seule. Peut-être que le chien va bouger dans la cage mais au moin, la cage ne pourra pas bouger. Ce qui n'est pas le cas au sol. Alors plutôt de d'essayer de me convaincre que cela est plus sécuritaire pour le chiot d'être au sol, il vaudrait peut-être mieux leur expliquer les lois de la physique. Que l'équipage comprennent que tout ce qu'on peut immobiliser dans l'habitacle d'un véhicule de transport (avion,auto, train,...) c'est plus sécuritaire pour tout le monde. Que cela soit un chiot ou un bagage ne fait aucune différence. Faire preuve d'un peu de discernement et de réflexion peu s'avérer plus profitable et sécuritaire pour tous."

Nadelen: "The crew were nice but lazy. Whenever someone called them through the chair system they just ignore the call. After a few time I tried to call them I just went to their area to ask things."

Voordelen: "Food was good. Flight staff was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Nadelen: "I did not make this flight. Instead was re-routed and spent 12 hours overnight in the Vancouver airport before getting to fly to Portland, without my luggage that was left behind in Toronto."

Voordelen: "The young kids really enjoyed the multi-player video games that were offered on the plane. The windows were really cool too! The amount of light/color coming from the windows were adjustable with the press of a button. It was the first flight for the younger kids, and they loved it!"

Voordelen: "It was okay, but I feel no one really cares anymore it is just a Job....... on my flight from Canada to Florida on Feb 8 th it was a horrible experience. We were almost 4 hours late due to no crew or pilots. This is my last time flying with Air Canada. Way to much stress for people who have so much stress in there everyday lives. This should be a no stress way to fly. Just sayin"
