Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures
Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.
Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer
J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.
Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

The flight was delayed and we had to wait in the plane after landing for 1h for the bus to come and take us to the airport
alors que 2 vols Easyjet partaient de Faro, 1 pour Paris à 9h50, 1 pour Lyon à 10h00, il y avait seulement 3 comptoirs d'enregistrement de bagages ouverts à 8h30 (annoncé du 11 au 15, mais en réalité le 11 ne faisait que renseigner mais n'enregistrait pas, et il n'y avait personne au 13!) Sachant que les portes d'embarquement fermaient à 9h20 pour Paris et à 9h30 pour Lyon. Bilan 40min de queue pour enregistrer une valise, course au contrôle en s'excusant tout le long pour passer devant les gens... galère...!
I was wrongly told I had to present a covid test, despite the fact that I'm a resident of Denmark. This then resulted in my having to rush to the other side of the airport to get a test, pay 42€, all of this within a few minutes of baggage drop closing. When I returned and asked a different staff member of I could check in despite the fact my test results aren't out yet they said yes since I do not need a test, as I had previously assumed. Staff should be briefed better on entry requirements for countries. All of this could have easily found on Google.
Voordelen: "There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God."

Nadelen: "Huge queues for security at Budapest airport that stretched to the front doors of the terminal, followed by terrible gate facilities in a warehouse structure in the middle of the runway away from the terminal building. Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."
Voordelen: "Flight took off slightly late but landed at PMI roughly on time. I had the worst seat on the aircraft according to seat guru 31D which is the last row by the back door. But being the NEO 320 the seat was extremely comfortable and for someone who doesn't sleep on flights I nearly nodded off a few times. Knee room was ok but overall the seat was very comfortable and I could have easily spent a few more hours in that seat."
Nadelen: "Only problem was that the service trolley started at the front of the plane and it took a fair amount of time before it reached the last row, and being a fairly short flight by the time we finished our drinks the seat belt lights came on for landing."

We boarded fairly quickly and once all boarded we were told the flight will be delayed for 2 hours. They gave us water and access to the cockpit as stated above. Eventually we took off after 2 hours. We waited another 2 hours for food to be served only to find they had run out of everything accept crisps sweet and drinks. Having left the hotel at 8.30 to get to the airport we very hungry and obviously not happy at this situation to say the least. Pringles and a twix didn’t quite do the trick."

When I arrived at the airport they left me to stand by. Did I ask why? They informed me that the fly was oversold. Finally, when they finished the boarding process, they confirmed, that they gave me the boarding to go to Milan. I arrived at the airport two hours in advance and the flight was delayed.

Je n ai pas pu embarquer tout simplement car le vol était retardé de plus d'une heure, ceci a eu une répercussion sur ma correspondance je me suis vu contraint d'annuler les deux vols Je vous déconseille fortement de passer par un opérateur tel que kiwi. Me proposant des solution aberrantes (jusqu'à 15h de vol au lieux de 2h) sans autres alternatives. Lorsque l'on tente de les contacter on vous demande votre numéro de réservation et en ce qui me concerne on me répondait qu'il n'existait aucun numéro de réservation avant de raccrocher. Plus jamais

Voordelen: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Nadelen: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"
Voordelen: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Nadelen: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."
Nadelen: "Very very routh unprofessionally and disrespectful check in person . I did not receive by boarding pass through the email and was charged with 35 euros to have my boarding pass printed ! The clerk raised his voice and was disrespectful to me and other customers. The flight itself was ok, nothing special but not bad either."

Nadelen: "Black group seemed to be singled out for more than one bag hand luggage but others were not. They were the only black group on the plane. Others let through with more bags 1ith no question."
Nadelen: "Don't forget to print a damn boarding pass. Cost me 100$ at the airport just for that... What a rip off. First time traveling to Europe so, I guess that's a part of the learning curve."
Voordelen: "I liked that I got to my destination in one piece."
Nadelen: "The plane was creaky, there was a ton of turbulence, the flight attendants even got nervous which was very disquieting."

Voordelen: "The plane and crew from Pilots to Flight staff more than perfect. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Nadelen: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."
Voordelen: "The ground crew in Varna were a thousand times better than Luton. Excellent flight and service...even with an hour delay."
