That they waited from my late arrival to board priority board. Smooth flight

Lufthansa is always late... better on our way back to Munich & Amsterdam. Outbound was a painful experience. Will consider to use them in the future.

Voordelen: "Boarden verliep vlot en tijdig."
Nadelen: "De crew, onvriendelijk en bot. Geen verwelkoming, geen bedankt en tot ziens. Het eten werd op je tafeltje gegooid. Niet wat je verwacht op een Lufthansa vlucht."
Nadelen: "It’s an international flight. It is what it is!"
Nadelen: "vanwege de enorme rijen bij de veiligheidscontrole was ik te laat voor mijn vliegtuig. schandalig!"

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "Left 20 minutes late as the copilot was late, middle row seat (as I refused to pay the seat choice charge, (and it was only a one hour flight.)"
Voordelen: "We very much appreciated you the Lufthansa agent helped us after we missed our connecting flight to Toulouse due to German passport control. She was able to get us on a flight to Munich then on to Toulouse. We were able to get to Toulouse 4 hours after originally planned."
Nadelen: "Though our flight arrived in Frankfurt on time (6am) we missed our connection to Toulouse (7:20am) because of the passport check in Frankfort. There were only two agents and they were working at a snail's pace. It was incredibly frustrating and if this happens often, those flights shouldn't be advertised as connecting."

Voordelen: "The plane was nearly empty, so there was a lot of space to spread out. The entertainment options were almost limitless and the food was plentiful and tasty."
Nadelen: "Since it was an overnight flight, I planned on sleeping, however, it seemed the flight attendants were coming through all the time. While I appreciated dinner and breakfast, it really wasn't necessary for that time of day and the length of flight. I also tried to upgrade and even though the premium economy clear was almost empty, they did not accept my bid. I would have understood if the flight was full but it wasn't. I'm not sure why they wouldn't want the extra money from me?"
Voordelen: "Courteous and friendly staff - did enjoy my gluten free meal"
Nadelen: "Economy seats leave no room for relaxed arms - i had mine in front of me for 9 hours as the seat was SO small! As am I!!"

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "The ticketing when purchasing a ticket from NEW YORK is very unclear and even though we wanted a JFK ticket, the NEW YORK search showed a ticket for NEWARK NJ so my step dad ended up going to the JFK airport - An elderly man who has trouble with English and no one was willing to help him to rebook his ticket. Not only that - the Lufthansa people VOIDED his entire ticket including the second leg because the agency wasn't picking up for a rebooking so the entire ticket cost was lost - $1200 - GONE! We couldn't even get him a one way ticket so he could use the return part of the one he bought. This is an absolute customer service disaster. This man lost all his money, he saves up all year to go see his family. That's an ugly way to take advantage of people."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again."
Nadelen: "There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"
Voordelen: "The on board staff was very nice. That's pretty much the only thing that I liked."
Nadelen: "Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."
Voordelen: "As if our flight from Washington to Brussels was not delayed enough, the flight segment to Accra from Brussels was delayed for almost 2 hours"
Nadelen: "Almost everything about the trip was impacted one way or the other. Our luggage/bags were partially damaged too, but I decided not to lodge an official complaint."
Voordelen: "We didn’t have assigned seats, we tried to pick the night before. Anyway they sat us very near each other. It was a nice flight."
Voordelen: "I found that the meal served was of particularly good quality and tasty"
Nadelen: "There was a long-ish and poorly organised layover in Luanda, which involved the flight crew individually identifying the carry-on luggage on the plane so as to ensure no one who had disembarked had left anything behind. This was literally done bin by bin by a crew member shouting down the aisle, "Who's is this brown bag? Who has a grey Longchamp!!!???" This is not something I have ever seen before and it took ages. The cabin also became very hot during the layover, which cause a 40 minute delayed arrival in Kinshasa."

Nadelen: "Very narrow and very uncomfortable seats. Didn't have any free snacks or drinks. I asked about free water, the crew even didn't offer to bring it. For free water you have to go to the back of the airplane to get a small cup. Didn't have any entertainment."
Voordelen: "Airplane was clean and service was attentive. Food was good and served hot."
Nadelen: "I was not allowed to get on board even though the plane was sitting at the airport still and it was the airlines delay that I made me late."
Nadelen: "The flight was late. I was late for all my possible transport"
Nadelen: "Late departure in Brussels with confusing and inaccurate information. The food was tasteless, my kids and I hardly ate anything because of it. The in-flight entertainment options were pretty limited. Once again, the flight crew was not very friendly or service minded."

Nadelen: "The special meal that I had requested was not available. In fact the only meals on the Brussels to Washington leg were chicken/fish. No vegetarian meal was provided."
Nadelen: "The crew didn't bother to announce that we would have a delay at take off and at landing. The food?... nothing good to say. It's been years since I've eaten a meal on a passenger plane."
Nadelen: "The flight never took place due to a delayed flight from Hamburg to Marseille"
Voordelen: "The airline insisted I check my bag because it was 2lbs over the weight, but it was an empty flight. We had a transfer in Brussels where some how the tags on the bags were not there and we were without a luggage for 5 days. I feel that the Venice airport claim was horrible as they seem to misplace luggage alot and on our transfer flight they fave us the wrong carousel. The service on the plane was great. But that was it."

Nadelen: "The flight to Brussels was canceled and we had to spend the whole night at the airport until someone started to give us some attention On the way back they put me and my friends very far from each other and we had to pay even for water on the flight"

Nadelen: "I am not a fan of spicy food when flying so the snack item did not work for me. The more interesting international films were not available with English subtitles."

Nadelen: "I was literally in tears by the end of my flight because my back hurt so bad in the seats. When I was boarding, I had a two hour layover and I still had to run for my flight and they were already boarding when I got there. The food was tasteless. All I could do was try and sleep and pray the flight ended quickly."
Voordelen: "Crew was vey professional. Arrival in Rome was to a gate rather than a bus, which was unusual but nice. Baggage delivery was also surprisingly quick for Rome. The Brussels Airlines lounge in Brussels airport is fantastic!"
Nadelen: "The flight departure was delayed 1 1/2 hours, meaning we arrived in Rome at nearly midnight. No complimentary drinks on board. As a Star Alliance Gold member, I chose Brussels Airlines out of loyalty. But the cheap approach to customer care means I will have to reconsider flying with you in the future."

You could tell moldings on seat were very old. one bathroom had no soap, dispenser was broken. I hope this is not your pratice to use your older planes for those traveling to Africa. I will observe this as I travel back to Brussel and on to US."
Nadelen: "* No information was provided to the passengers about an additional delay of the flight after the original 5 hour delay. * No compensation was offered for the inconvenience of a delayed baggage by 2 days. * My family is definitely not going to fly with Brussels Airlines after the experience we had."
Nadelen: "Audio didn't work, broken tray that the food and drink could fall, unresponsive crew staffs (they consistently ignored my call and even turned off the call light above my seat-they just didn't do anything)"

Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Finalement décollage vers 18:42 - le vol aurait dû partir à 16h"

Nadelen: "Vol retardé de 20 à 20:45. Pas de boisson offerte. Nécessité de manger à l’aéroport puis embarquement tjs aussi chaotique."
Nadelen: "Ik moest rennen naar de gate omdat de schermen te laat waren. Er waren meer reizigers die onvriendelijk gewezen werden op het feit dat ze “te laat” waren."

Nadelen: "Voyage en août ce qui implique des retours de vacances et donc des familles, beaucoup d'agitation au niveau des enfants et des passagers en général mais l'équipage et la compagnie ne sont pas responsables."
Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."

Voordelen: "La deco orange de l'avion et la sympathie d'une hôtesse de l'air"
Nadelen: "Trop de restriction qui ne sert à rien"
Voordelen: "L'efficacité. La ponctualité effarante (décilage à 13h15 PILE !). 30 minutes d'avance sur l'horaire d'arrivée. Confort normal. Sévérité sur la sécurité appréciable."
Nadelen: "Personnel de bord sec et peu souriant. Traité avec un peu de dédain. Nous pensons que le PNC ne doit pas forcément avoir des conditions de travail très bonnes. Manque général de fun (comme c'était avant)."
Nadelen: "Ce n'est pas fait pour ceux qui voyagent avec des valises en fait. Le prix du billet n'est vraiment pas cher mais il se rattrape avec les frais d'enregistrement des bagages. 47 € par valise et attention si finalement à l'entrée de l'avion ils décident que votre valise est trop grosse...le prix monte à 60€. Et une sacoche compte pour un bagage... n'importe quoi. Plus jamais EasyJet."
Voordelen: "Le prix, l embarquement rapide"
Nadelen: "L impolitesse effarante de certains membres de l équipage (sur l aller, comme sur le retour). Une employée a terriblement mal parlé à une Dame, juste avqnt d embarquer, faisant une scène relativement humiliante pour cette Dame qui est restée sacrément polie. Une honte. Cela concerne un membre d Easy jet, je tiens évidemment à souligner que les employés sont généralement polis."
Nadelen: "Le bagage cabine n’a pas été enregistré alors qu’à l’aller oui. On n’a pas pu éditer les cartes d’embarquements car un bug sur Ryanair bref c’était vraiment médiocre"

Voordelen: "The only good thing was it was a direct flight."
Nadelen: "Short version: Avoid Ryanair like you would avoid Herpes. I paid for baggage but got charged again. Desk agent was rude. There was no information provided about what gate or where the gate was. I paid for fast track security and didn't get it. It only got worse from there. Never ever fly Ryanair!"

Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"

Nadelen: "Nous trouvons injuste de prendre 20€ par personne (nous sommes 2 personnes = 40€) de ne pas avoir imprimé nos "boarding cards". Nous sommes 2 retraités qui n'avons pas de smart phone et ce n'était pas possible pour nous d'avoir accès à notre messagerie. On n'avait pas un ordinateur avec nous. Pour prendre 40€ simplement pour ça, ce n'est pas bien juste. Au moins, il faut prévenir en GRANDES LETTRES que si on n'imprime pas les boarding cards, on doit payer lourd pour cela."

Nadelen: "Arnaque à l’achat du billet,vous réservez un vol allez et retour pour 3 jours hors saison pour 120€ et à l’arrivée cela vous coûte 250€ avec tous les suppléments dont priority bagage à main. Du n’importe quoi mettez un prix fixe que les clients sachent ou ils vont avec leur budget ?!"
Nadelen: "Le fait de mettre les bagages en soute alors qu’il y avait pleins de places en cabines + les ventes en cours de l’avion + le niveau d’aide du personnel Rayan air"

Nadelen: "Vol retardé mais informé par Ryanair une fois arrivé à destination. Embarquement long, puis il a fallu attendre dehors et enfin plus d'une heure dans l'avion suite à une grève en France. Peu d'infos de la part de l'équipage et aucun geste de la part de Ryanair pour les désagréments. Et bien sûr, le manque de confort dans l'avion."

Nadelen: "Crew at the door was rude. They stopped us and tried to charge us 50€ for one of our luggage because of the size, when other passengers with the same size of luggage were passing just fine. Terrible service. The aircraft had no leg room and was hot inside. We will never book a flight with this airline again."
Nadelen: "For your fault i lost my Next flight to Valencia and nobody of your personal helped me to resolve my problem, when you are the responsables that i lost my flight."
