Le personnel de bord disparaît après le service du repas et ce, pour le restant du vol. Les rideaux séparateurs restent ouverts! Quant au confort des sièges, n’en parlons même pas! Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Customer Service seemed uninterested and unable to provide service both on phone and at gate. I’m a frequent United flyer & today’s Delta service experience made me more loyal to UA."

Nadelen: "Three hour delay due to wiring issues, cramped seating that made it impossible to get even the most basic of maps, and our flight attendant was upset that we didn't notify them that we were vegans in advance. We didn't know that they had vegan options, and weren't upset about not eating the in-flight meals. She was much more upset about it than we were and it made me uncomfortable refusing the food that I knew I couldn't eat. Other passengers even asked us if we had eaten anything. It was almost embarrassing."

Voordelen: "The crew was great! I was much more comfortable this trans-Atlantic flight coming home than when I flew over beginning my trip. The hot towels are always a special treat and the wide selection of free beverages. Thank you Lufthansa!"
Nadelen: "It was not noted that I had a gluten allergy even though I had requested special meals online. I had to ask the flight attendants during the first meal to bring me that option. After that, all was great! My personal entertainment screen was not working properly for about an hour in to my flight."

It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

They apparently changed our flight plan to try to make up time, and flew faster; but the conclusion was we were supposed to arrive at 18:25 and didn't arrive until well after 19:00. Refund"

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "This flight from Athens was delayed which caused us concerned for our connecting flight in Frankfurt to Los Angeles. We told the crew and they were not very empathetic about our concern. It would have been great to have announced overhead or even to us personally all the gates to those of us who were getting connecting flights. We were just told to check the board outside once we landed. Lufthansa could have provided excellent service to my family if they had helped us with our connecting flight gate information to navigate the airport terminal we had never been in before. We literally ran to get our connecting flight which was upstairs once we identified the gate # by ourselves."

Nadelen: "We flew economy so didn’t expect much, but these seats were VERY narrow. I usually will tuck my legs up on the seat to sleep. No way, this seat was simply hip width. No room to shift from side to side."

Nadelen: "Economy seats leave no room for relaxed arms - i had mine in front of me for 9 hours as the seat was SO small! As am I!!"

Nadelen: "Just the air conditions was too cold I asked the attendant if can warm my place a little, but she told me the other passenger are warm, she doesn't take care about me, NOT COOL!!"

Nadelen: "Very limited food options. I get it is not first class but not everyone likes only chicken or fish"

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "The flight was about 45 minutes delayed but it was okay with me since I had connection flight and I had a long connecting time."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "I opted to pay an additional $398 for seats just behind the bulkhead - that is, no seats directly in front of me - so that I could have extra legroom. The legroom was fine, as expected, but passengers were allowed to use that space as a corridor, keeping my wife and me awake all night. We were constantly being expected to move our legs as people passed by. I want my $398 back!"

Nadelen: "They charge you $125 for a dog in cabin (JetBlue and Southwest near $100, Frontier $75). There is NO benefit, even with this extra amount of money. I was assigned to enter the aircraft in Group 8... I suggest AA the benefit to enter (at least) in Group 5 for people with PAID in cabin dogs."

Nadelen: "Nieuwe regels waarbij je je koffertje onder je stoel moet plaatsen of extra moet betalen om hem in de ruimte boven je hoofd te mogen plaatsen. Er is wel 5x gevraagd of ik wel zeker wist dat die van mij onder mijn stoel paste!!"

Voordelen: "The inflight entertainment. They had a touch screen with a great selection of movies, music, and TV shows to kill the time with."

Nadelen: "Didn't like getting herded onto a shuttle bus where most people had to stand packed in like sardines, only to idle for 15 minutes and drive in a circle back to the gate because there was something wrong with the plane. Then the ambiguous delay that lasted three hours."

Nadelen: "Baggage took 40+ mins unacceptable"

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Voordelen: "Flight attendant actually seemed to enjoy job even had genuine smile. Made that the most enjoyable flight I’ve had in awhile"

Voordelen: "Despite numerous delays, we made it to Philadelphia. We were alerted to the delays in a timely manner. We were also treated to a snack cart and cupcakes to celebrate the first day of direct flights."
Nadelen: "A long delay. Patience is everything and the staff and crew were very friendly."

Voordelen: "An airplane is an airplane. Yes, they can be uncomfortable, but the cabin crew will really make or break a long flight. The crew on this flight was fantastic."
Nadelen: "Delaaayyyyyed due to a broken latch on the main cabin door. Scary."

Nadelen: "3 to 4 hour early flight should have chargers on the plane."
