I left conversation at that point. On the way out of the plain she avoided to address me with even Good buy like other customers... Sad."

The tag number we were given is for a bag of someone in Nova Scotia. After a beautiful trip we lost over 12k of clothes and make up and shoes. Just a horrible way to end our honeymoon. So awful."

The online checkin was also glitchy. I tried three times before managing a complete checkin. I was never sure if I was going to have a ticket when I got to Paris for my next flight. My luggage did it make it. Not sure if that happened in Malta or Paris, though."
Voordelen: "I have used their service 4 times in the last month and it is always consistent. If there is a delay, they communicate regularly the reason for the delay and how they are managing it. This flight was on time and comfortable."

Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

Nadelen: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Nadelen: "It was a full plane ride but they didn't seem to be boarding on time? After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."
Voordelen: "The plane and crew from Pilots to Flight staff more than perfect. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Nadelen: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

One of the women at the counter was extremely rude about it (while the gentleman was very nice and helpful). There was no entertainment on the plane, but I didn't expect any, but I didn't realize how short the leg room would be... my knees literally were shoved into the seat in front of me the entire fight."

Nadelen: "Beware of extra charges for 'normal carry-on' size hand luggage as Wizz have much smaller allowance than normal budget airlines. We were charged an extra €45 each for hand luggage that is standard everywhere else. Not helped that we flew easyJet to Budapest without issue only to be stung on the return with Wizz. In fact WizzAir have 2 sizes of cabin baggage allowance and small is way too small and it felt like a trap to make money off unsuspecting passengers. They are unapologetic and perfunctory at the boarding gate - clearly they are used to unhappy punters being caught out by this! Food choice onboard not great"

A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

I was supposed to arrive in Barcelona on Saturday April 1st and did not get there until 2 the following day. Will not use this service again."

Nadelen: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

Terug naar de gate, mensen uitladen, wat een gedoe. Beenruimte is echt het kleinste dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Dan wordt er ook niet goed opgelet op handbagage en word je rugzak bijzonder onvriendelijk onder je stoel gepropt vanwege te weinig ruimte. Dat was wel m'n enige handbagage, dus waarom mag iemand die teveel mee heeft wel z'n spullen bovenin en ik niet? En waarom moet dat met bruut geweld onder mijn stoel gepropt? Bah, erg onvriendelijk."
Nadelen: "The sub Vueling is impossible to communicate with in anyway. They are totally non responsive. There is no way to get them to respond or contact them. I called Iberia and canceled the flight, and the Iberia agents I spoke with, had no to reach Vueling, although it was an Iberian flight. I did not take the flight and found another means of transportation."
Voordelen: "Comfortable seats! Friendly crew from check-in to exit. Great experience."
Nadelen: "There was no meal service or entertainment so I didn't check those boxes, didn't apply. Short trip."
Nadelen: "I had the choice on kayak to either buy a curling ticket or a British airways ticket for slightly more. I chose the British airways ticket because BA is a more reputable company and they have better baggage allowance policies. When I got to the check in I found out it was a codeshare. So, why sell me the exact same ticket for a higher price? This is dishonest."

Nadelen: "Our gate number was shown 10 minutes before the gate was supposed to close at 19.05. We were kept standing until 19.35 (when the flight was scheduled to depart) and then the door was opened, just for us to sit on the staircase waiting to be admitted into the plane for another 20 minutes. I understand delays and unforeseen events, but no rep had the courtesy of telling us why we had been kept waiting this way, on the contrary we were told to move further down the stairs so we can make more room, resulting in being crammed one next to each other. Eventually at around 8 pm we were finally allowed to get on the plane. Not a cool experience, especially when Luton is 2hrs away from London so the passengers had already spent at least 3-4 hours on the road to get to the airport."

Nadelen: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Mais le retour n’a pas eu lieu !!! … En effet, je me suis retrouvé bloqué dans un énorme bouchon, causé par l’accident d’un poids lourd qui s’est retrouvé en travers de l’autoroute, et qui m’a fait perdre près de deux heures … Et malgré avoir téléphoné à RyanAir à l’aéroport de East Midlands, pour les prévenir de cet imprévu. J’ai eu beau tout faire pour essayé de rattraper ce retard, mais le traitement de la part du personnel de la perfide Albion, a été plus que lamentable ! Car lorsque je me suis présenté au comptoir d’enregistrement, on m’a renvoyé à la fin de la file d’attente, pour finalement me refuser l’enregistrement car le vol venait d’être clôturé deux minutes auparavant … Une véritable honte ! Qui m’a obligé à relouer une voiture, pour me rendre à l’aéroport de Londres Stansted, y passer la nuit et bien sûr racheter un billet d’avion pour le lendemain, car le prochain vol pour Dinard depuis East Midlands n’avait lieu que deux jours après … En revanche, le lendemain, le vol depuis Londres a décollé avec plus d’une heure de retard, mais là bien sûr, personne n’est venu s’excuser et ce retard n’était pas non plus de leur responsabilité ! Et je vous passe les détails … Un vrai cauchemar !"

Le prix de base semblait correct, puis vinrent les surprises... 25€ pour 1 bagage, mais le pire.... si vous n'imprimez pas votre carte d'embarquement au préalable ou ne téléchargez pas l'application de la compagnie, il vous sera demandé 45€ supplémentaires au checkin!! Un scandale!! Ryanair, been there, done that, never again!"

A l'arrivée sur Charleroi, premier atterrissage raté à cause d'un soi disant brouillard. 2ème atterrissage pas top mais sans incident. Bref un vol à oublier. Le commandant de bord et l'équipage n'étaient pas très bons"

L'aéroport de Beauvais est très mal conçu. J'ai réservé un parking sur internet , qui était indiqué à 400 mètres du terminal. l'entrée est bien à 400 m mais j''étais garée tout au bout donc à 2 km 500 à pieds du terminal ! !!! Je ne reprendrai plus jamais un vol Ryanair."
