Didn't enforce passengers to wear medical grade masks nor that they even properly wear their masks throughout the flight. So it was lots of people of unknown vaccination status all around me without masks on the whole flight.
Nadelen: "No good planning for cabin baggages, caused ~2 hour delay, sitting inside the craft."
Nadelen: "i tried to cancel. as you can see i booked other tickets from IST to DXB but could not get a refund for these tickets"

Voordelen: "The crew doesn’t smile! The economy seats are narrow, with the same ticket price I can fly with a plane with infotainment"
Nadelen: "Though it was a one hour flight At least you could offer passengers water or coffee plus a smile would do make us feel relaxed."
Voordelen: "The flight was very uncomfortable and dirty"
Voordelen: "There’s a decent amount of room for a budget carrier. No nickel and dime charges like some similar carriers."
Nadelen: "Seats don’t lean back and felt tight width wise. Lots of busses involved."
Voordelen: "Nice and fast plane ride."
Voordelen: "Good price basic amenities but all in all a great deal"

Nadelen: "Pegasus Airlines service is so poor. We've waited for hours to check in. Your website did not clearly declare that the ticket did not have a luggage allowance. I have paid in total 70 Euros to check in my luggage. Innaddition to that Pegasus Airlines lost my luggage. Overall a terrible journey"
Voordelen: "The flight was on time."
Nadelen: "Gate was in a new addition to the SAW AIRPORT. Far from cafes and shops. After deboarding from the plane, it was a bit unclear whether to board a bus or walk into the International Terminal. Perhaps more frequent flyers are familiar with this routine, but signage would assist new passengers."
Voordelen: "The tickets were relatively inexpensive."
Nadelen: "However, for comparably-priced flights within the United States, we would have been given a snack and two beverage services on a four hour flight. This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken."
Nadelen: "Landing was very rocky"

Nadelen: "The boarding pass , they opened my baggage like 3 times and start making chaos in it and ruin many things inside it , plus it always delayed in time"

Nadelen: "Oh wow there’s a long list: -flight was late -no food or drinks were offered -seats were dirty -plane was dirty -staff spoke very limited English -every single food we ordered was “sold out” -credit. At cpayments we’re not accepted -toilets were not clean I could continue but the above suffices."
Voordelen: "I like to travel always travel with KAKA"
Nadelen: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Voordelen: "Not worse than any other low cost airline. Check-in went smooth, planes are new and cabin personal was friendly."

Nadelen: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"

Nadelen: "Plane was hot, ground staff were rude, airport outside of Istanbul is one of the worst I've ever seen."
Voordelen: "We did an error in booking the return date, & found no point of contact to change the date"

Nadelen: "Bad customer support, unwillingness to correct an error in the first name appearing on one of the tickets. This forced us to cancel all 5 tickets and purchase tickets for a different airline at 4 times the cost."
Voordelen: "I couldn't register in advance my second suitcase as their online system was not working. 10kg became 110.-CHF. All infos are in Turkish, it should be easier to change language from the main page. Water on board 2 and Coffee 3 euros. At the end, the price ended as expensive as a direct flight and good service from any airline."
Voordelen: "Reasonable for the price paid"
Nadelen: "It is impossible to get an invoice. I have sent emails to all available addresses but I've get nothing till today."
Nadelen: "This experience was absolutely horrible for my wife and myself both. We understood that being among the more "budget friendly" airlines, we would have to sacrifice some comfort. But this airline is beyond atrocious to say the least. There is no terminal exit, but rather we had to walk down steps from the plane, walk in the rain to a stand-up bus, and ride it to the airport. How on earth are you supposed to make close connecting flights with those conditions? We barely made it only because they let us skip the line for security. Save yourself the misery; dig deeper in your pocket for a better airline."

Nadelen: "Late departure and late arrival. Huge queues at Gatwick immigration. Too hot throughout the flight - the crew didn't bother adjusting the temperature it was left to the assemblers to complain No in flight entertainment whatsoever Had to pay for a coffee."
Nadelen: "Terrible landing for last 15-20 min, pilot never spoke to reassure passengers whether or not it was okay."
Nadelen: "the air conditioner didnt work in the plane and they took very high rate for extra bag of 180 Euro!"
Voordelen: "Was first to check-in and received exit-row seat with its extra leg-room."
Nadelen: "Exit row seats do not recline .. so could not lie-back on this overnight flight."
Nadelen: "No information flight delay until you find yourself."
Nadelen: "Totally useless. Dirty plane, lousy service. Was ready to pay for refreshments as I had to take this low cost airline for time reasons. When trying to pay with a credit card the stewardess was telling me it was a debit card (as if I didn't know what my cards are) - after a while it appeared she mixed online and offline cards for credit and debit cards, yet she was increasingly arrogant while trying to convince me my card is a debit one. So I tried to pay cash with 100 EUR bill and she told me she was going to return the change in Turkish lira! The male steward was just standing next to the trolley without saying a word, looking afraid of his aggressive lady colleague. That's what I call customer service! The particular flight was PC861 Kuwait - Istanbul on June 17."
Nadelen: "The crew conducting the extra security to Tel Aviv did not announce that everyone had to go through the extra security check. People just haphazardly asked or found out from someone else that they had to comply. The checked some passports and tickets prior to the flight to help in boarding but it was a mess. At one point they held the buses because they lost a passenger associated with a ticket and were yelling inside the bus looking for her. Never experienced such disorganization."
