Also, the screen was terrible quality and I could not see no matter how I adjust the screen angle or the light."
Voordelen: "The crew did a great job of handling our 2-hour delay in starting from Zurich - we were kept updated on what was happening, the aircraft was at a comfortable temperature (not too hot, not too cold), and we were given water during the wait. Also, during the flight, the crew kept coming through with more water, which was VERY NICE! Plus, the moist towels prior to landing. It makes a big difference in comfort levels for such a long flight."
Nadelen: "The on-board entertainment system was old and very clumsy to handle (with the embedded control in the arm rest). Also, it crashed on me two times and had to be re-booted, which was frustrating and took a long time every time it happened."

Nadelen: "On my return journey I was told at check in that there were delays that would mean missing my onward journey from Zurich. I was then rerouted through Istanbul with the promise that I would be well compensated for my troubles. I was told that I would receive a certain amount for every hour I was delayed from my original arrival at end destination. Well I arrived 8 or more hours after I had originally expected (and the reason I booked with Swiss Air was because of the timing and the apparent luxury of the flight). Once I got back home and tried to pursue this amazing compensation I received some of the worst customer service ever and received 0 compensation for the experience. Very disappointed and will never fly swiss airlines again."
Voordelen: "upgraded to First Class with Voucher. Service was immaculate, very friendly and professional. First Class, at least on this flight was a bit aged, the seat is quite comfortable but you could see that it is actually already old."
Nadelen: "Entertainment system with old low-res monitors and outdated system. Didn't work for a while and had to be restarted several times. Needs urgent renewal."

Nadelen: "My entertainment system would not turn off, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I asked a flight attendant for help and she said she would reset it. However, the reset did not work and she never came back to verify whether or not it had solved the situation. I finally gave up and put a blanket over the screen. Furthermore, the meal service was very slow. It seemed as if most of the staff was very young and likely inexperienced. Perhaps it would be better to mix younger, less experienced staff with more seasoned staff. I flew three other Swiss flights during my European vacation and the service was much faster. Incidentally, most of the staff on these other flights were older and probably more experienced."

Latam charges almost $2 even for a cup of “coffee” that is really just hot water, powdered Nescafé and powdered milk! It hardly seems worth the effort and really slows down service."

Arrived next day in LA and missed shuttle. Both legs very poor service on and off airplane, added security for having to enter Peru complicated and delayed things further. LAN used to be the best to SA, LATAM is the worst, never again."

Nadelen: "We were traveling with 2 children. Seats assigned: rows 15, 18, 32, and 38. Nobody in the crew (from the desk to the plane) was able to solve the problem. We solved it swapping seats with other passengers. We were 4 with 3 carry-on bags. The person who was in charge was very rude. They don't allow us to carry any of them in the cabin and 1 arrived broken. I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

Nadelen: "Arrived 50 min before flight, but it was closed and was forced to pay a change fee and arrive 2 days later to Easter Island. There was still plenty of time for me to make that flight, but LATAM's policy of closing flights 1 hr before flight time really screwed me."

Nadelen: "Latam could not link with American Airlines. It was like I had two separate tickets even though they had a code share with AA. I couldn't get a boarding pass across airlines and my seat assignments were a real problem."
Voordelen: "This was the last leg of a very long trip. It went great and the whole trip went as planned. Highly recommend LATAm and American."

Its cumbersome and uninformative. Some of the attendants are incredibly rude."

Nadelen: "We get it about the masks! Between the airport and the airline we hear it 100 times. Taking it down to 50 would be nice."
Voordelen: "They were ensuring everyone wore the requirements of masks on the flight or you didn't fly."
Nadelen: "There was no social distancing on the flight due to it being full. We had to switch out planes which caused an hour delay. No food and no one came for trash which I just left my empty cup on the seat. No flight attendants came through during the duration of the flight. The Wifi didn't work but I didn't need that for once."

Nadelen: "We spent 45 minutes on the ground in miami waiting for rake off in a hot airplane with no real air. Babies were crying because of the heat and everyone was sweating and complaining."
Voordelen: "All else is fine."
Nadelen: "The entire flight. Bumbing, disabled seating was not provided as promised, neither was off boarding to baggage area."
Voordelen: "Boarding process was very good"
Nadelen: "Uncomfortable seat, it recline only 10% Also, there was not have any personal screen to watch a movie"
Voordelen: "The onboard entertainment has definitely improved. Nice to see how organize is the boarding process when compare to other local airlines."
Nadelen: "I was seating in the front of the plane were the seating should be better. The seat reclined minimum. Also, had the had luck to travel next to an amazing mother who was traveling with two small kinds and a dog. Brave woman but nasty flight for me. Need to improve the meals on the international flights. Too mediocre."
Nadelen: "Their customer service was no help and didn't know why. So o scrambled to buy a last minute ticket home from the Netherlands."
Voordelen: "Boarding was on time and we departed on time and arrived on schedule-fllight was very comfortable"
Nadelen: "Snacks were ok but main meal could have been better- suggest u go back to box meal such as a sandwich and piece of fruit."
Voordelen: "Everything was good from boarding to communication from the crew till we got off...I've heard a lot of bad things about American but I had a good experience :)"
Nadelen: "Well it wasn't a big deal since it wasn't a long flight but I wish they had gave a bagel or something for breakfast but it wasn't a big deal they gave pretzels and a beverage..."
Voordelen: "The smoothness of the ride"
Nadelen: "Boarding was rushed then we sat on plane for an hour before take off. Then movies i wanted to watch wouldnt work and crew was annoyed and not helpful. Food was ok... mashed potatoes would have been better as rice with chicken."
Nadelen: "It was cancelled"
Nadelen: "First, the original 90 minute layover became 8 hours with the old buy this scheduled ticket and 3 weeks later we will switch it to 7 hours. After a 8 hour red-eye, it was brutal. BA was an hour late taking off from London to Warsaw. The onboard experience was charge for everything. No sodas, water, nuts, etc. Oh and boarding, cmon. The gold, silver and special people go first. I think that was 5 people. The other 150 plus, you are on your own, go. You have your typical isle 5 person holding up the entire loading procedure, trying to get their oversized bag in the overhead, versus loading from the back. Wow."
Nadelen: "Seat broken tray table broken reading light did not work 15 total hours in the air and 7 of them the movie system did not work Paid for upgraded seat and did not get one - got moved to a standard seat."
Nadelen: "arrived at SFO. walked up to kiosk. Entered info. $25 x 2 for first bag! paid. went up to check-in agent. She agreed it was a mistake but could not issue refund. "refund.aa.com" did not work. very frustrating way to begin long trip. even though it was a four hour flight, AA used an older plane; roll-aboards only fit sideways, not wheels in or out, , in storage above seats, so space ran out quickly. flight crew grumbled about plane as well. not very reassuring way to fly."
Nadelen: "Had to book a flight to Providence and then rent a car to drive to Boston since there were no other available flights to Boston today."
Voordelen: "The flight attendants were courteous and the ride was very smooth, I felt at home."
Nadelen: "We received no snacks coming back home to Jamaica but we give thanks for you guys informing us."
Voordelen: "The actual flight was fine."
Nadelen: "The gate staff was so rude."
Voordelen: "Snacks were good. Staff was nice and accommodating."
Nadelen: "Plane was old and uncomfortable. Part of the paneling in the wall wasn't lined up and looked like it was cracked and loose. Dear pocket back was falling off and my tray table was cracked and leaned towards one direction."
Nadelen: "6 hour delay"
