Nadelen: "Well my flight got delayed four separate times. I was stuck in LAX for 3 hours. So much that booked another flight with another airline for the following morning. I had to book a hotel nearby LAX just so I could somewhere to sleep for the night. My luggage made it to Chicago safely, but I didn’t at least not with American Airlines. It took them an hour to tell us that they reassigned the pilot to another flight, not only that when it was delayed the first initial time (40 minute delay) about ten minutes before we were supposed to board they tell us that the flight attendant crew is going to take 30 minutes to get to the gate. Not only but those poor airline service staff were completely unaware of all these changes! They had to find out from the passengers what was going on. Honestly I will never fly with American Airlines ever again!!!"

Nadelen: "Cramped. Older plane missing USB plugs. Entertainment requires an app. Bathroom door still has ashtray. Should have been cheaper for what I got which was a regular ticket for a 5'8" 160lb person."

Nadelen: "Too many delays that made me miss the original time I was to catch my connecting flight. Missed my appointment in Spain as a result..."

Nadelen: "Nieuwe regels waarbij je je koffertje onder je stoel moet plaatsen of extra moet betalen om hem in de ruimte boven je hoofd te mogen plaatsen. Er is wel 5x gevraagd of ik wel zeker wist dat die van mij onder mijn stoel paste!!"

Nadelen: "my entertainment system headset plug was broken and didn't work - a problem for such a long flight!"
Nadelen: "Fourteen separate delay communications. Second time in three weeks had this happen. Figure out the problem and give us an estimate when you know something. Don’t just constantly add a half hour."

Nadelen: "Considering this was a domestic internal flight the crew member doing the pa’s did not speak English well enough for me to understand their content. Other crew members were clearly past retirement age that I seriously doubted their ability to assist anyone in an emergency. In fact it would be highly likely they would be a hinderence and I would have to assist them."

Nadelen: "Boarding is chaotic. They don't check the group number when passengers board."
Voordelen: "Great food, menu choice, flatbed, entertainment. Fast track security"
Nadelen: "Why do AA have to take away the noise cancelling headphones an hour before landing and disturb a sleeping passenger. Collect them when passengers have disembarked. A full fare biz class fare passenger is NOT going to take thee used headphones"

Nadelen: "They boarded the plane for the ‘on-time departure’ scam, then proceeded to do maintenance for 30 minutes, then when you think your on your way we wait another 15 minutes for takeoff. We spent more time sitting still than we did in motion. Horrible."
Nadelen: "51/2 hour delay!! Should have brought in another plane."
Voordelen: "Leg room between seats"
Nadelen: "Temperature in the aircraft was extremely cold and when I asked the stewardess for a blanket one asked the other if there was a spare blanket and very bluntly answered no. Only toilet in economy class was cloughed up and was not functional therefore a very disgraceful situation, they sent me to the other toilet in 1st class area and there I notice several blankets on empty seats after I was told there weren’t any spare blankets."
Nadelen: "The plane was older and seat room was pretty bad. Under the seats was more open though."
Voordelen: "Oh the crew was very pretty. They spent more time on themselves their hair their make up and on their phones than they did the entire first class. Check our flights and miles. We fly AA ALOT for ourselves and other. WCB4350 Shipman. We don’t complain ever. But when you spend what we do and only just get your first drink with your dinner in the air is utterly ridiculous. Never got a clean up or a second drink. Had to interrupt the glam squad from their phones and make up bringing them our dirty glasses and trash asking for a second drink. Not impressed with this crew at all! Normally AA IS TOP KNOTCH. So it sets the standard that we’ve been accustomed to however complete and total letdown on this flight"

Nadelen: "unfortunately just one exit , so took forever to exit the plane but otherwise great."

Voordelen: "The crew was awesome. Everyone was helpful and friendly and genuinely wanted you to have a safe flight."
Nadelen: "The plane didn't have a plug to charge your phone or independent dedicated screens you could pick your entertainment to watch. Everyone had to watch the same thing. I suggest downloading your favorite Netflix shows to your phone or tablet for entertainment. The food was just ok also."
Voordelen: "Only about 20 people on board did not have follow up connection flights. My flight going to Rome was also delayed by a half an hour. TBH I don't recall being on a AA flight that ever left on schedule."

Nadelen: "This was a long non-stop flight from Miami to Denver. Over 4 hours. So I took the plunge and bought first class. I always fly first class on any flight over 2 hours. However, I was disappointed. The food was so-so and insufficient. The drinks were also not enough. The video displays were small and poorly located for the movie. The seats seemed uncomfortable. All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."
Nadelen: "They had the wrong flight times which made my connection impossible so they had to book a later flight for my wife and I, Did not get the seats we paid for and initially did not have us even sitting together until we insisted."
Voordelen: "From boarding to landing evething was perfect. Flight was not overcrowded, so I could lay and sleep comfortable in economy. Crew ok"
Voordelen: "That I arrived safely"
Nadelen: "I did not like the departure delay from 6:05 to about 9:50. Why did have to wait so long for a pilot to come, and then further wait for a flight attendant to arrive"
