Nadelen: "The online safety show didn’t work. They started it several times, then did it in Edson. The overhead reading lights flashed on and off periodically making me a bit concerned about the electricals. Our main piece of luggage was sent on a different flight. It took us over an hour to locate that had happened. We waited at the distribution point. We got one Piecebut not the other. After all we’re taken from the belt we went in search and found it."

Nadelen: "Rude, rude people working at the desks. Saw many people have problems with them, and then they were rude to me as well."

Nadelen: "No legroom at all & PA announcements were twice the volume of other media on entertainment system."

Nadelen: "Worst flights in history. It took three days to get from Italy to the US. Do not use kayak!"

Nadelen: "Nieuwe regels waarbij je je koffertje onder je stoel moet plaatsen of extra moet betalen om hem in de ruimte boven je hoofd te mogen plaatsen. Er is wel 5x gevraagd of ik wel zeker wist dat die van mij onder mijn stoel paste!!"

Nadelen: "We were not told our passports needed to have an expiration past six months of travel even though we got back before the expiration. We entered our passport info including our expiration dates and we’re given no warning. We even had our boarding passes prior to showing up at the airport. We will not use Kayak in the future and will book direct through the airline moving forward."

Voordelen: "I really liked crew, fast boarding"
Nadelen: "Old airplane, very noisy , no tv screans on seats, boring movies on tv and horrible ear sets, could not hear anything. very dissapointed experience."

Voordelen: "Considering BA cancelled our flight to Milan because our Delta flight to JFK was late....we had to buy 2 more round trip tickets. No one from Kayak or BA helped us.. we were out anithet $1100. ..worst experience ever will never use Kayak again. The right thing to do is for Kayak to refund our original.tickets....since we had no control over our delayed flight but I am sure that will not happen."

Nadelen: "Getting baggage took an hour"

Nadelen: "American is always delayed, every single flight."

Nadelen: "We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."

Nadelen: "American has the smallest seat space out of any airline I have been on and it is heinous."

Voordelen: "We received an upgrade for our seats, during the flight the staff were very attentive to us. The flight was quiet and calm."

Nadelen: "No food or entertainment offered at all - for a 5-1/2 hour flight. Seats uncomfortable. I don't like how it feels like you're nickle and diming us - charging for every little thing, including what seat you sit in."

Nadelen: "Airline throughout mentioned connecting flight passengers are okay as the flight will land almost at the scheduled arrival time but once onboard bluntly announced that we don't have further information. This is cheating"

Nadelen: "Having my 5am oneway flight cancelled 3 hrs before flight time resulting in rebooking with layover and tripple the time it would have taken to get to my destination"

Voordelen: "Only 30 minutes or so to ORD from GRB Paid with AA points at 7,500 miles each way for a weekend in Chicago"

Voordelen: "After boarding and a 20 min wait seated we were told we had to leave the plane because of the broken something . It was fixed and we were off about two hours late. Fresno is a beautiful easy airport."

Nadelen: "Could not get voarding pass although an AA plane the ticket as tgey called it was co partner with LATAM, so American would not talk to me and LATAM could not help either. Eventhough I was talking directly in the LATAM lounge with a representative. Ridiculous could not obtain a seat assignment until I arrived in Bogota, there I found out that the flight was overbooked and ended up having the last of a center seat."

Voordelen: "I didn’t like a thing! I cancel that flight a month ago, you said your were going to pay me back but I haven’t receive my fund. I have been back in America for month. Everyday I call nobody pick the phone or I’ll be on hold for hours until I hangup"
Nadelen: "What you can do better answer the phone and give me my money back."

Nadelen: "One lady with a bob just hated her life working with a bad attitude, definitely made me uncomfortable"

Nadelen: "The flight was not with Lufthansa, that was deception. UA the worst airline as far as I experienced it, delays, poor customer relationships and so on. I have to pay for luggage."

Nadelen: "We left late because they were waiting for people from another flight that got canceled to transfer to our flight, and even with the delay, one of my bags got lost. I was the third person to check in for the flight, so I'm not sure how that happened."

Nadelen: "The video on both movies and tv selections froze every few minutes making it virtually impossible to watch a program. Frustrating on an 8 hour flight."

Nadelen: "ended up 4x thru the metal detector 4x : 1x in Dublin, 1x in Brussels & 2x in Chicago: terminal 1 & 2!"

Nadelen: "Es united, no se puede esperar mucho de ellos. El snack para 5 horas son unos pretzels y el entretenimiento lo cobran. Lo único bueno es que aun con un aviso en la pantalla pude ver el final del partido de Champions, por el resto,.... compañía a evitar."

Nadelen: "Tea - disgusting brown liquid! What about a tea bag, or I gladly would take just a cup of hot water to brew my own. Sandwiches: turkey with cheese or cheese. I am allergic to milk (common allergy), you put milk products everywhere. Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"

Nadelen: "no electricity outlets"

Nadelen: "The plane was very old. No outlet to plug electronics. Small screens for video"

Voordelen: "Good food, entertainment options, communication from pilot"
Nadelen: "none of the flight attendants seemed to be friendly- literally all of them were neutral or slightly rude at best. Not impressed."

Voordelen: "indulged by the service and plenty of food"

Voordelen: "This flight was a good value."
Nadelen: "My legs are short and the seat seemed a little higher than other plans. I couldn't rest my feet flat on the floor for 6 1/2 hours. This was very uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "Beyond one or two friendly crew members, not much."
Nadelen: "We booked our flights round trip on united.com, but when we arrived at the airport for our return flight from Budapest to D.C., we were told we were on standby and might not be given seats (despite paying full price for the fare months ago). Brussels Airlines, the codeshare partner, blamed United. United blamed Brussels airlines. We are the flight, but my wife and I were seated separately. When I noticed several seats empty after the plane had finished boarding and asked the head flight attendant if my wife and I might not together, she refused, saying they weren't going to give us a free upgrade. When we went to drop off our bags for the next leg of the flight, from Brussels to Dulles, the bag check counters we're severely understaffed and we waited almost an hour just to drop off two suitcases. This made us nearly miss our flight and required us to sprint through the airport and beg to cut the security line. After boarding, my entertainment screen stopped working, though they did manage to fix it a couple of hours into the flight. Needless to say, this was less then a stellar experience."

Voordelen: "The flight was smooth. Boarding was a bit nerve wracking as a neighboring bin was not closed completely until just before take off."
Nadelen: "The bathrooms were poorly maintained. There was no toilet paper and there was tons of paper on the floor. I was anxious that a piece of TP was going to be stuck to my shoes when I returned to my seat. The flight crew did clean it up. I'm not a frequent flier, but was taken by surprise that I didn't need to check in before getting to the airport. I was amazed that the airlines take it upon themselves to assign seats. I think that's a poor decision as a mom and her 2 small kids were scattered about the plane. Fortunately, people were willing to shuffle around to allow the mom to sit with her kids."

Voordelen: "Crew. Entertainment. Food. Leg room was a bit longer than usual."
Nadelen: "I was unable to pre-order a kosher meal through the web site. Customer service could barely write in legible English and in essence told me to take a hike. Flight was bumpy both ways for quite a while. What's the point of giving me a boarding pass in Tel Aviv if I need to go to the United transfer counter in Brussels and go through the process again, including a TSA (friendly) interrogation?"

Voordelen: "Friendly crew, decent food, good entertainment options to make the flight feel shorter."

Nadelen: "United Airlines portion of the flight from Brussels to IAD. My wife and I were seated in separate parts of the plane each in middle seats at the end of the boarding process when there was no longer any overhead room to store our belongings. Uncaring, unaccommodating crew, waiting area with not enough seats, and cramped seating on the plane with no possibility of sleep during an arduous seven hour flight."

Voordelen: "Excellent service and a safe flight."

Voordelen: "Smooth and seamless travel, great seats and punctual departure and arrival."

Nadelen: "Kayak dropped the ball with the last leg connection.. or somebody did..."

Voordelen: "We were upgraded to business class. Everything was excellent! Seats were extremely comfortable. Flight attendants took great care of us!"

Nadelen: "Even though I have an account with United, and confirmed that I was a vegetarian both online, and on the flight heading to Europe, my meal wasn't entered. It worked out really well because I was sitting close to the front and they had pasta dishes available, but this is not the first time that United and its partners have "lost" or "mishandled" my vegetarian registration. The flight attendant even remarked that sadly, she hears this 'complaint' constantly. The food was good, but there's no reason that my meal request can't stay in the system."

Nadelen: "Delayed of 5 hours without much information. Huge line to passport control By United which i have never seen before."

Voordelen: "Professional, courteous flight crew. Uneventful flight. When flying at 37000 feet over an ocean, uneventful is a very good thing! :) Deboarding on arrival was quick and efficient."
Nadelen: "My headphone jack in the seat was broken but they offered to relocate me to a seat that worked. I stayed put and used the United app on my phone."

Nadelen: "Sit in the last row and wait for the food"

Voordelen: "lots of good movie choices"
Nadelen: "touch screens didn't always work easily"

Voordelen: "Flight and experience were great."
Nadelen: "I would expect when I book a Luftansa flight to fly in a Luftansa jet. This flight was carried by United and I did not know that until I arrived at the airport."

Nadelen: "I chose Luthansa because I was traveling with a bike and they are usually good about not overcharging however after booking the flight, United took over the flight and they have very unfriendly bike policies (200 each way). Usually I will not fly United because of these policies, I think I am done flying any Star Alliance companies."

Voordelen: "Flight was as expected. Nothing outstanding, except for the low cabin temperature."
Nadelen: "It was very cold on the plane and the crew was able or willing to do anything about it. All else was good."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "This was a mess as the attendants didn't not have my transfer ticket It took them for ever till the last minute when was called by the Microphone"

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht van Honolulu naar LA in moderne Boeing 737-900 van alle gemakken voorzien."
