I was put on standby for some reason, even though I had paid months ago and arrived more than two hours before the flight. Also, I have NEVER had to pay for cocktails on an international flight; a greedy way to get more money!!! Things like that piss me off!

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Nadelen: "Arctic char looked like it really was salmon. Need better selection of contemporary movies. When The Third Man is the most attractive alternative it's not so great. Would like to have seen the attendants more pro-active in asking about beverages and passing out snacks, fruit, etc. Saw just the water, orange juice and apple juice trays being carried around."
Nadelen: "Too short a connection between flights. Missed connection. No priority for those with connecting flights. No customer service to ensure passengers know which gates to go through and if passenger has chance of making flight. No recognition of time it takes to get through customs and security to make connecting flight. Actually any semblance of customer service was lacking for passengers to make connecting flights."
Nadelen: "The touchscreen was so buggy and unresponsive that I opted to sleep instead of trying to find something to watch on it."

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Voordelen: "We very much appreciated you the Lufthansa agent helped us after we missed our connecting flight to Toulouse due to German passport control. She was able to get us on a flight to Munich then on to Toulouse. We were able to get to Toulouse 4 hours after originally planned."
Nadelen: "Though our flight arrived in Frankfurt on time (6am) we missed our connection to Toulouse (7:20am) because of the passport check in Frankfort. There were only two agents and they were working at a snail's pace. It was incredibly frustrating and if this happens often, those flights shouldn't be advertised as connecting."

Nadelen: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."
Voordelen: "The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable."
Nadelen: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

30-45 minutes late departure- no crew!

Parce que AA a mal fait son planning , pas de pilote . Il a fallu attendre un pilote puis un co pilote. On a décollé avec 1h40 de retard

Nadelen: "Gate attendant was fairly rude (could be a result of holiday travel stress) - several travelers didn’t speak English fluently, and she would snap at them or roll her eyes they weren’t comprehending instructions. Boarded extremely early (almost an hour) but sat on tarmac for some time - eventually took off about 20 minutes late. Not airlines fault and likely result of holiday backlog Retrieving baggage from plane was biggest issue - use a carry on to but was required to valet bag as opposed to storing overhead. Baggage unloading was late (again, holiday backlog) but no personnel were available to inform passengers of delay, and bags were not in initial cart. Resulted a delay of offloading by roughly 20 minutes. Was ultimately found in the second wave of luggage, and witnessed baggage handlers tossing luggage carelessly onto cart floor. Nothing was damaged but was annoyed at lack of communication and overall disorganization."

The seats lacked cushion. My legs became numb 20 minutes into the flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced."

Nadelen: "Boarding the way there, they did not honor my AA Advantage card to board earlier because my boarding pass did not say so. Even after seeing it said so in the computer system, they refused to honor it. So this time, I gave up and boarded with the last group. No prior warning was given that this plane would not allow for carry on luggage in overhead bins. Further were no charging ports on board, no free WiFi, no adjustable headrests, and the seats did not recline. There were no kosher cookies."

Nadelen: "I take this flight quite a lot. These comments are for this flight (MIA/MSP) - but not necessarily only for this exact flight that I took on 10/1. To be clear - the crew says "this is not AA", it is Republic Airlines". Well, they must think of themselves very poorly. Their food in first class is always changing - oh, I meant only the names for the same exact meal change. "Grilled Chicken with Couscous", "Grilled Chicken with Risotto", etc.. - all cold meals as they do not have an oven/microwave? on the plane. They are charging first class international prices for economy domestic service. For this amount of money, they should have better meals and a more modern airplane. The first class is always freezing (even in summer) while the rear cabin where the crew stays when not working, is hot. Nadelen: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

Nadelen: "Upon landing, we made it through customs. Each step of the way when our tickets were scanned, we we told our flight had already departed... Even though we had a 4 hour layover. Even the boards showed the 8:55 pmflight had already departed.... At 5pm. Finally made it to customer service and they gave us the gate number and confirmed the flight didn't leave until 8:55. Then the flight got delayed 20 minutes. No problem, but after boarding we sat in the cramped and poorly cushioned seats for 45 minutes before takeoff because the plane needed servicing. Air jets would not turn off and my husband, who had a window seat, was freezing due to cold air constantly blowing around his feet. When we got off the plane he could barely feel his feet."

Nadelen: "AC was aware of flight delay due to computer system failure which caused missed flight connections for passengers and yet there was only one customer service rep at the counter in the Toronto Pearson airport to provide directions to stranded and confused passengers when AC1621 landed at 12:30pm on March 13 from Fort Lauderdale. After waiting in line at customer service for more than an hour, I was told I was booked for 9am flight the next day. I was with 2 kids, no options were explained about an overnight stay. The rep put me on standby and said they were flights every hour and told me to wait for next flight. Again no further explanations about standby, I was going from one gate to the next for 3 hours and I wasn't called. When I asked the agent, she asked me to wait. Finally a fellow passenger told me to check with agent at the next gate. That agent found out the cs rep put my family on standby but put a Nonexisting flight #202. So I was never called. I didn't pay money to get this kind of poor service. All I wanted was the basics, get me home without confusion. What a shame Air Canada! Our national pride is on the line. It should be named Air Nada cause no cs whatsoever. Bad management is to blame. Train your staff and hire qualified people to handle tech dept. We have no control over weather but tech backup is worth investing to prevent tech system issues."

Nadelen: "I wasn’t able to check in online and therefore wasn’t able to update with my dietary requirements which meant I couldn’t really eat anything that was given. I was told at the airport that it needs to be submitted 24 hrs before the flight and there was nothing they could do. Really unfair and not on."

Food was excellent, entertainment system was well stocked, flight attendants were friendly and high energy. Even got to use lounge and fast-track security lane at Heathrow."

Nadelen: "They made me sky check my small second roller bag. Not a problem for me as I had a three hour layover in Copenhagen. But others had tight connections and got the same treatment. There was lots of available overhead room in the 'business class' area. The seats suck. They are not business class. Exactly the same as economy just at the front of the aircraft."

Avons acheté 3 vols avec United. 2 des ces vols étaient exploités par air Canada. En conséquence, aucune communication entre les 2 compagnies. Avons passé près de 2h au comptoir service pour qu'ils réussissent à imprimer nos billets, malgré qu'ils ont été acheter plusieurs mois plus tôt. L'employé du service a clientèle united de l'aéroport de Newark terminal A n'a rien fait pour nous aider et a offert un service médiocre (mauvaise attitude etc).
