Nadelen: "Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Voordelen: "The planes of United Express are shabby. The service is unreliable. This was the last flight to Cedar Rapids from Chicago on the 14th. It left on time, which I regard as a miracle. That flight is chronically late or canceled. So I felt very lucky, especially after a long flight from Israel. The crew was nice however."
Nadelen: "I have already indicate that in part. The planes are shabby and the seats are fairly uncomfortable. The good thing about this particular flight is that the person at the gate who organized the boarding, changed my seat to one where there was no one else sitting next to me."

Voordelen: "The big deal for me was that I was upgraded (at no cost) to Premium Economy class. I enjoyed the extra leg room and the ability to lie back (further than in regular economy class). The free drinks were also a plus."
Nadelen: "The only thing I can remark upon is that because someone in front of you can lie back so far, it becomes difficult for the person sitting in the window seat to leave his or her seat without disturbing the person in front of him or her."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "Food was very small portion, chicken (2 little slices) with plenty of potatoes. Forgot to give me the tray with the food,didn’t apologize at all.then they told me i need to wait cause they ran out of food trays.."

Nadelen: "Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. They refused to do a spelling change on my name and forced me to purchase a second ticket. The flight was 25+ minutes late taking off due to lack of organization at passenger check-in. It really is a shame that Agean is pretty much the only option to Istanbul (IST) from Athens."

Nadelen: "My Luggage did not arrive. Since I have been in a motorcycle tour, I had expensive and valuable accessories and I also bought new things. For almost 48 hours, I have been very worried that I will need to go through an expensive law suite. The whole issue was cause because of overbooking. I was asked to be on a waiting list with my luggage. When I was boarding I specifically asked the local crew whether my luggage is on board as well and I was answered definitely "YES"."

The plan was so small that i cant get inside and i'm 1.90 m so i need to put my legs out and all the time the girls staff kick my legs and wake me up Before i get inside the plan they took my trol (small sutcate) becuse "it's to much big" (this is the regular size!!!! and when i told the girls they told me that we dont dissc lus about it!!!! Al the flight their wasnt ballans and it was terrible i felt so bad and when all the people get a paper to feel and i was sleep so no one told me that i need to do this Terrible flight of my life!!!!"

Voordelen: "Franchement avec tout le retard accumulé c’est juste complique ´s’ apprécier le professionnalisme de l’ équipage..."
Nadelen: "Notre vol Rome Nice a était décalé par 3 fois... au final nous sommes partis avec un retard de 3h30, de ce fait nous avons atterri à Nice à 1h30 du matin!!! Il a fallu prendre un taxi tant il était impossible de faire attendre un membre de notre famille au beau milieu de la nuit. Et comme dédommagement sur place on nous a donné une carte pour ce restaurer qui elle était créditée de 4,50€, une mascarade vraiment...: Très mauvais service en Résumé!!!"

Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Voilà 5 jours que je tente en vain de faire le check in de mon vol retour (celui du vol aller ayant été fait en ligne) et que je ne peux pas accéder a la moindre carte d’embarquement. J’arrive donc en avance à El Prat, pour m’entendre dire que je dois régler 55€ en CB afin de pouvoir procéder à l’enregistrement. Une honte. (Sans parler de la charmante dame au check in qui s’est permise de voler mes lunettes de soleil, cadeau d’une famille balinaise auquel je tenais énormément, sur le comptoir, après m’avoir « dérobé » lesdits 55€) Quelle honte, mais quelle honte ..."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The agent. They charged me extra for not check-in online. Very bad company"

Voordelen: "Loved priority boarding with 2 bags, very smooth. Left on time, arrived early. Comfortable enough for a 1-hour flight."
Nadelen: "Website said we must get boarding passes stamped or we wouldn’t be allowed on flight, and we wasted time waiting in line at check-in desk only to find out we didn’t need to get a stamp after all. The constant ads were annoying of course."

Voordelen: "I like nothing about Ryanair"
Nadelen: "I read their policy about checking bags four times to make sure I understood. The check in staff was rude and treated me like I was stupid. About half the people in line to check in also had to go to another line to pay the fee to check a bag, and go back in line to check in for the flight. Boarding was a disaster. The inflight service was them asking you to buy perfume. Not worth the cheap ticket - at all!"

Voordelen: "Only option available at the time. I would not have flown Ryanair if there had been any other airline flying the route in the time slot. Actual flight was fine, but the process from booking the flight to gettin aboard was horrible."
Nadelen: "Rayanair made the transaction as difficult, uncertain and unpleasant as they could. From the moment the booking was complete, a series of email demands, warnings and impossible conditions ensured that it was never clear whether we and our baggage would get on the flight. The initial price was unreasonably low and the eventual cost was twice what was quoted but it had to be paid as a series of penalties over several days. The contract staff in Athens were clearly demoralized, embarrassed and apolgetic, but had no flexibility to resolve issues in a reasonable way."

Voordelen: "Ponctualité"
Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"

Nadelen: "Harcellement des commerciaux censés êtres des equipages navigant. Quand ce n'est pas les repas avec 5 min de lecture lourde avec son fort dont on se moque, puis la vente de parfums et autres avec liste lourde...vient le tour de cartes à gratter... insuportable , de surcroît si on veut se reposer"

Voordelen: "Pas grand chose"
Nadelen: "Le retard, le confort de l'avion, l'amabilité du personnel, les places dans l'avion"

Voordelen: "Respect des horaires"
Nadelen: "Très mal informés lors de l'enregistrement de notre bagage avec de fausses indications du personnel au sol aimable comme un gardien de prison. Séparés lors du vol nous avons voyager au milieu emplacement E alors que nous aurions pu voyager 2/2 car des emplacements étaient disponibles. Aucune traduction en français alors qu'il s'agit d'un vol pour Paris. Nous ne prendrons plus cette compagnie surtout que nous avons très bien été traités par Transavia lors de notre aller."

Voordelen: "This was our first Ryann air experience and we are very satisfied with the service. The airplane leaved at time and arrived ten minutes earlier. The ratio between what you paid and what you get is much better than the one from American airlines."

Nadelen: "I had to pay extra for baggage, I had baggage on the booking, but upon booking it was only for 8 KG, and need to purchase more, The baggage cost was almost equal to the ticket, needs to be addressed on the home page, I pick with baggage and then booked the ticket, needs to show that it is not the same baggage as other flights, comparison is wrong."

Nadelen: "Only allowed 15kgs even though we had booked for 23 on the way to Santorini. Not sure where this discrepancy occurred but had to pay for extra weight."

Voordelen: "Crew and flight attendants were highly professional. Arrived early; short boarding time. Airport was clean and easy to navigate. Good places to dine."
Nadelen: "The web site is difficult to navigate, including the determination of luggage pricing and seat assignments only available at check-in."

Nadelen: "Three hours of delay for no apparent reason."

Voordelen: "Fast flight. Nice staff onboard aircraft."
Nadelen: "The boarding process at Milos airport is a bit slow but I guess that is to be expected in the islands."

Nadelen: "I have never been treated so horribly by another human as I was by the boarding gate agent. My luggage was a roller board that was approved by the check-in counter to go aboard. Upon boarding the woman refused to let me board stating my bag was too large. I was charged 60 euros."

Nadelen: "The repeatedly delayed our flight without further information, leaving us in the dark as to what was goin going on, the reason for the delay, and when the expected new time of take off is. Disappointing service. Could have been better handled by sky express staff."

Nadelen: "Delayed and slow"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed with no notice / flight attendant rude , very bad experience"

Nadelen: "Sent the passengers but not your bags without telling us. Caused a great deal of trouble, time and anxiety as we had another international flight to catch. Would not fly them again."

Nadelen: "After years of checking in online well before a flight with other airlines an inability to do so for this sky express flight made me nervous that something was wrong or that I would be charged a fee to check in at the airport. Ultimately everything worked out once we arrived at the counter."

Voordelen: "Delayed 90 min and missed our connection"

Nadelen: "It was terribly hot - everyone on the flight was fanning themselves with the emergency instructions and looking miserable. The individual air didn't work either. Felt like I was going to passout."

Nadelen: "20 min delay Crew doesn’t smile"

Nadelen: "If buying through Kayak, it isn't clear that SkyExpress has severe weight restrictions on luggage. You are allowed a small carry-on, but at the discounted fare, any checked baggage over 8kg is charged at 8 Euros per kg (around $4.25 per lb), which can add up to a large surcharge quickly."

Voordelen: "Everything"

Nadelen: "My name was listed twice on the iten. Didn’t bord."

Voordelen: "Fast check-in at counter, no line. Was invited to Sky Express lounge prior to boarding. Small plane meant a quick boarding with no issues."
Nadelen: "Flight was 20 min late."

Voordelen: "No pros. Will never travel with them again."
Nadelen: "The flight was an hour late and there was NO air conditioning on the flight. It was 87 degrees on the flight and we spent almost 2 hours in that heat on the plane between the actual flight time and just sitting on the runway for an hour. Nothing was done to accommodate for the heat. I’m 5 months pregnant and felt unsafe. Everyone on the flight was suffering. It was inhumane conditions. I will NEVER fly with this company again."

Voordelen: "I mean the flight gets you to and from..."
Nadelen: "Sky charges for every KG over 15kilos unless you have a special ticket. This option is not listed on kayak and the suggest you book thru sky. Problem is NOBODY BOOKS VIA SKY AND THEIR WEBSITE IS GARBAGE. YOU CANT EVEN CHECK IN ONLINE. The result is many rude, dismissive folks charging an extra 100 euros for something you will have no control over."

Voordelen: "Thankfully no extra fee for baggage, although what constitutes as carry on for another airline, they require you to check."
Nadelen: "We were very delayed on the way leaving Mykonos and there wasn’t a single notification, update or apology. The plane had no air, was extremely hot and muggy, almost unbearable. On the other end, luggage delivery extremely delayed. Completely incompetent airline and staff. Never again."

Nadelen: "20 minute delay with nobody at the gate and no communication about why we were leaving late"

Voordelen: "Good service"
Nadelen: "I realize we’ve all heard the required announcements a hundred times but, if you are going to bother saying it, please speak more slowly and clearly."

Nadelen: "Very late and hot. Unorganized."

Voordelen: "Short flight"
Nadelen: "The tickets I purchased through Kayak stated we were allotted 23 kilo/bag, the standard for most airlines. We flew Sky Express to Santorini with no issues. It wasn’t until we were boarding to go back to Athens when the attendants for Sky Express told us the limit per bag was only 15 kilo, not 23. I spoke with someone in their management office at the Santorini airport and apparently they have different levels of tickets you can purchase, the highest allows the most amount of baggage weight. I explained to them that we had no issues flying into Santorini and showed them my e-ticket from Kayak that clearly showed 23 kilo/bag limit and they would not honor that. We wound up having to pay over $80 in baggage fees because we were lied to by Kayak. Thank you Kayak."

Voordelen: "Easy checkin, no issues"

Nadelen: "Skyexpress is extremely disorganized and the flight was very old. The flight is very small and in a poor condition. The baggage policy is very unreasonable and I had to pay extra even though my kayak confirmation says 23 kg per passenger clearly! I showed the representative and they said to deal with it from the "vendor" I used to book! Very disappointed with sky express!"

Voordelen: "Nice crew"
Nadelen: "Ridiculous wait to get a boarding pass--standing and standing in line before they opened the desk. Santorini airport a nightmare. Old plane.... the letters of the airline's name were peeling off the plane. Flight was fine"

Nadelen: "Flight Delayed"

Nadelen: "Trip cancelled due to high winds. I was forced to keep my luggage on the plane for an hour after the cancellation then another hour to get out of baggage claim. Don't take those small planes, fly Aegean or Olympic who have bigger planes and the best pilots."

Voordelen: "Short time for boarding"
Nadelen: "I had to pay extra charge due to lack of communication between the KAYAK and the S.A Then the KAYAK blamed me for paying this money even though I emailed them telling what happens exactly. I don't recommend using KAYAK for booking flights again"

Voordelen: "Flight attendant was nice. Flight time was short."
Nadelen: "Flight was an hour delayed, I almost missed my ferry connection"

Voordelen: "It was a very fast fight"
Nadelen: "No air conditioning on a very hot day"

Nadelen: "The airline closed the gates 30 minutes prior to boarding and wouldn't let us get in the plane. We missed our flight and had to find another way there. No refunds or credit"

Nadelen: "I purchased 3 tickets through Hahn Air for a special trip for my daughters. I rechecked reservations before to make sure had everything in place, since I named my daughter Santorini afte the island. The day of the flight, we spent 2 hours waiting in line for this flight. The service was exceptionally slow and they kept letting other passengers who were on another flight ahead of us. When I got to the check-out counter we were told that our flight didn't exist and it was like we were ghosts in the system. Even after showing proof of our e-ticket confirmation, it didn't matter. We had to repurchase new tickets at high prices and wait the whole day at the airport to get to Santorini. My friends who were traveling with us had to go on without us and the expensive hotel I purchased for the trip was a waste. We didn't get off the island until 8 and arrived late in Santorini. The whole experience was a disaster."

Nadelen: "They charged us 6 euro per kilo for every kilo over the bad weight limit, but our ticket only allowed for a very small bag which we didn't know until we were at the ticket counter and it was too late. No one tried to help us or have any sort of customer service so we ended up paying a lot of money so that we didn't make other passengers wait on us to transfer weight."

Voordelen: "Flight attendants on the plane"
Nadelen: "The check in agent was one of the meanest people I have ever met."

Nadelen: "The ticket explicitely says luggage allowance is 23kg(50 lb). When we arrived to check-in the airline refused to honor it and said allowance is only 15kg. They made everyone pay €3 per each kg "overweight""

Nadelen: "I did not board my return flight to Athens with Sky Express because the flight never showed up. I had to pay out of pocket for another flight with a different airline to get back to Athens. While I was waiting to hear any updates regarding the flight status, the company provided minimal details about the status of our flight and spoke in a condescending manner to concerned passengers that had flight connections in Athens. I was told my flight would be reimbursed but I have no confidence in this company's management to expect reimbursement. I will warn other customers that this airline can cause great grievances and inconveniences. The company's service was atrocious and frankly unbelievable. If one pays for a plane ticket, one should be provided adequate service in a timely manner. I'm forgiving about delays but the plane never came."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Booked the flight with Hahn Air two months in advance to make sure everything went smoothly as it was a special trip for my 12 year old son and I. When we got to the check in counter we were told our reservation could not be found!! Even after I spent over $400USD for our tickets to Santorini. Thankfully, Olympic air had a flight later in the day and we were able to salvage our vacation. I had to spend a lot more money for the new tickets probably because it was last minute. Do not use Hahn Air systems to book your flight-you'll be left in the lurch with added stress and possibly a spoiled vacation."

Voordelen: "Sole cabin crew was very nice, polite. Seats were relatively comfortable with just enough legroom for a tall person. No food, no entertainment so left as 1-star (not because it was bad, just that it wasn't there for a 50-minute flight)."
Nadelen: "Unavoidable delay in flight due to air traffic in Santorini was full, so delayed by an hour."

Nadelen: "If you arrive in Athens on an international flight and are heading to Santorini, you must collect your bags, proceed through customs and then journey to a different area of the airport for domestic check-in. . Hahn's service was exceptionally slow, with only one window. if possible pay for your bags online. I wasn't able to find the option to do so. Airport fee to check 2 average size bags was 70 euro and required us to wait in another line just to make the payment. We gave ourselves 2.5 hours between flights and barely made the boarding for Santorini. Flight is approx 35 minutes. Service was good and seats were comfortable."
