Nadelen: "Awful baggage experience. Forced to check my carry-on and pay an absurd fee even tho (1) it is sized for the overhead bin, (2) the plane bins were well-sized, and (3) there were few passengers on board. Time and money wasted."

Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit disorganized in Guayaquil, and once we landed we sat on the tarmac of JFK for an hour before unloading outside and being bussed to another terminal."

Nadelen: "Vol pas très cher mais pas trop confortable et vraiment low cost sur la partie Nantes-Madrid. Horaire respecté mais confort et repas vraiment très limite surtout sur le vol principal entre Madrid et Sào Paolo. Mais on ne peut pas tout avoir..."

Voordelen: "Neat, polite and orderly. Great food!"

Voordelen: "The crew that flew us there was great"
Nadelen: "they overbooked the flights and the way they communicated it to passengers was a complete disaster. I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."

Voordelen: "Close to nothing. If i had to applaud something it would be the fact that you have an option to check in early via your mobile or laptop."
Nadelen: "LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"

Voordelen: "Didn’t have to pay for our carry on bags where we did have to pay ridiculous 38$ us for one of our carry on because it was slightly too big"
Nadelen: "Scolded by check in agent for being late, when there was well enough time to make it if plane was on time. It was actually 30 min late, so it was totally unnecessary. Forced to check our bags but they did make the transfer and picked up fast at Cusco."

Nadelen: "The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped."

Voordelen: "The crew at Juliaca was pretty rude, inefficient and dishonest. Charge me an extra $30 for a carry on, which i couldn't even take on board, according to the woman at desk who was not accommodating at all. Seats are most uncomfortable we've sat in decades. Slowww check in staff."
Nadelen: "Everything, starting with efficient and friendly enployees. To better quality planes and better amenities on board."

Nadelen: "Better Communication from LATAM. We didn't know if the flight was going to be cancelled due to the unrest in Santiago. All worked out."

Voordelen: "The flight itself was fine. The flight attendants were friendly and solicitous. The food was good on the long haul leg of my trip. The trip itself was nice."
Nadelen: "It seems LATAM changed the way they charge fees in July. The ticket for my return trip included no allowance for checked bags, and that detail wasn't obvious on my reservation information. Imagine my surprise when I check-in for an international flight and I'm told I can't check any luggage because it isn't included on my ticket. I ended up paying $210 to check two bags. Also expect to pay a bit more for decent seat assignments. My default seat assignment was at the very back of the plane, right against the rear bulkhead where seats often can't recline. So, another $60 to move elsewhere."

Nadelen: "airport in pereira held the flight for two hours, so I missed both my connections in bogota and miami. LATAM was nice to give me a hotel for 3 hours of sleep, but I arrived a day later and had to buy a new ticket"

I waited for this day for 6 months, I sold my car, just for this trip. never flying latam"
Nadelen: "customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life.. worse then any other place I've gone, they will not even try to look into your situation, they took my boarding pass and left me stuck in Houston. $1,000 put into their pocket with no service rendered. I hate my life"

Voordelen: "I had few questions about emigration in São Paulo and they helped, the food was good and all were very kind!"

Nadelen: "Plane broke. Hearded across ramp to another plane. Missed my international connection for a one day delay. I had a 3 hour connection and couldn’t get on the flight. No help from Latam!"

Nadelen: "Seats on this aircraft are terribly uncomfortable. Our three hour flight was awful. Narrow thin seat enable more passengers to be crammed in. Great for Latam’s profit but terrible for thief customers. I’d never fly on an A321 again if I could avoid i."
