Nadelen: "The flight was 20 minutes late boarding us, and the plane took off over an hour later than expected. The boarding gate was so close to the other two next to it, that were also boarding at the same time, it was impossible to hear what was being said and know what was going on. the crew also lost my luggage on the flight from Madrid to Valencia and I have still not received it"
Nadelen: "No tv for an 8 hour, overnight flight."
Voordelen: "The flight attendants were very nice to my family, and they went through extra effort to take care of us. I would be happy to fly this airline again."
Nadelen: "My wife’s bag was damaged during handling, but I am not sure that is the fault of Air Europa, perhaps the airport personnel in Miami or Madrid."

Nadelen: "Compre mis pasajes con derecho a 2 maletas de 23 kg cada una y llegamos al mostrador y nos dijieron que no teníamos derecho a maletas, por lo cual tuvimos que pagar 173$ por maleta, es correcto ?"
Nadelen: "I was charged $150 for my luggage because I booked it through kayak rather than through the airline’s website. I’m very upset about this because my friends who also booked it woth third party sites got the luggage checked in for free."
Nadelen: "My fare did not include a checked bag. I find it hard to believe that anyone would take an intercontinental flight without checking a bag. The fee to check a bag at the airport is $150. This sounds like something a shady company would pull off. Was very disappointed, not what I expected from Air Europa"
Voordelen: "Overall was good. Seats, tv. The captains were perfect and the landings awesome. Thank you for that."
Nadelen: "Some of the crew lacks interpersonal relations and after some time they stoped their rounds. The flight office said there are 3 meals and we have been served barely 2. One hot meal and one piece of brad after. They gave others snacks but didnt offered to all the same."
Nadelen: "No wheel chair in Madrid as REQUESTED"
Nadelen: "My business SEAT was exactly the same as economy and was nastly narrow that i barely Fit in. How can they charge more than double the fare without even courtains and sane lousy tight baby-seats. It was shameful and i felt fooled and scammed!!"
Nadelen: "The company offers onboard entertainment but we have to pay extra for the headphones, ridiculous ! Just add $3 to the flight tickets but don't charge us money for stupid made in China headphones for God's sake ! Next time British Airways or Air France for me no more Air Europa. Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

Voordelen: "Friendly staff. Good proportion of quality-price for the airfare. Pleasant ride on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, with features like the electronic dimmers on the windows."
Nadelen: "One hour into flight, the entertainment system shut down. The flight attendants tried their best to revive it, and managed to do so after 3 or 4 hours. All passengers applauded."
Voordelen: "It was a cheap flight but I didn't feel like I was cattle."

Nadelen: "The breakfast ...not so good (but good that you provide it.) The whitebreard sandwich could be much better...I don't even know what was in it. The muffin was not interesting but it tasted ok. apple is,better. it was just sugar. Maybe a bigger yoguart plain with real berries. a sandwich ham and cheese on a croissant then I eat at least the croissant! then you don't need a muffin."

Nadelen: "Meals not very healthy. Hardly and fruit or vegetables."
Nadelen: "When I booked my flight it was not at all clear that I had to pay for checked luggage, therefore I had to pay extra when I arrived at the airport. Please make it clear from the very beginning that checked luggage is not included. Easy Jet does a great job of this, giving you the option to pay for a checked bag when buying your ticket. With Air Europa, I had no idea at all."
Voordelen: "On time flights and excellent crew."
Nadelen: "Seats are uncomfortable . For transoceanic travel Air Europa can improve seat cushion and air temperature."
Voordelen: "Smooth process and quick check in."
Voordelen: "I'm six feet tall with long legs and I was actually comfortable for the flight. It was nice for a change."
Nadelen: "It was a connecting flight for a lot of people but the crew didn't say where to go for connections. I know that's not really their job, but many people (ourselves included) were running through the airport to first find then travel to our connections. A simple "go right for connections" could have sufficed because in a very un-airport-like move, there were no signs about connections, just gates, and our boarding pass for the connection said Gate ABC--which meant it was either Gate A (60 options), Gate B (60 options), or Gate C (60 options) and Gate A was slightly left and the other two were about a 30 minute run/walk. We had 45 minutes between flights, which we thought was reasonable, but we spent 15 of them trying to figure out where to go and asking airport employees who said follow the gate number and when we showed them Gate ABC, became confused because there was no gate number."
Nadelen: "I needed special assistance as I am on crutches. They made me wait forever on the plane when we landed and then insisted I just try to walk down the stairs, I almost tripped trying before they finally called for the assistance truck to get me off the plane. I was very uncomfortable by their lack of willingness to help."
Nadelen: "They closed the boarding doors early and I ran thru the entire airport to get there and they wouldn't let me on because my flight was delayed. THE WORST"
Voordelen: "In miami and in Madrid The flight Was delayed . The rest was excellent . I didn't have any problems with my luggage not charges at all that's why I am not very upset with the delay problems the crew was superb !! I will flight again with AirEurope !"
