"They canceled my flight yesterday from Columbus Ohio so why ur sending me this shit"

Voordelen: "The crew did a good job dealing with so many customers and in one instance was able to resolve a minor conflict with seat way backs."
Nadelen: "The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold."

Nadelen: "Boarding of all economy passengers was done on first come and stand in line, first served basis with no zone separation. This caused aisle congestion. I was randomly asked to check in my standard size carry one although many passengers with larger bags were allowed to take them with them. Overall there was a lack of planned approach."

The flight was 25+ minutes late taking off due to lack of organization at passenger check-in. It really is a shame that Agean is pretty much the only option to Istanbul (IST) from Athens."

Voordelen: "I liked the service once on board. I liked that they had a separate ‘co bus’ to assist those passengers that had a connecting flight to get there quicker. There was candies offered as soon as we boarded them drinks and a Greek breakfast. The flight attendants were efficient."
Nadelen: "The flight was 1 hour and 30 minutes late! There was confusion as to which gate to go to for the flight once it was called. They did not call passengers by sections so everyone just crowded the gate waiting to board. It was a bit chaotic and overwhelming for staff and passengers. There was no entertainment and there was no legroom and I am 5’7” so I was quite uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "Le check-in online n'était malheureusement pas disponible. Certaines difficultés rencontrées avec le site internet faisaient en sorte que la procédure pour obtenir la carte d'embarquement prenait légèrement plus de temps."

Nadelen: "Gâte operator were very slow I was going to loose my connection to Paris as it took me more than 1hour to make the check in"

Nadelen: "The replacement flight arrives at almost midnight."

Nadelen: "I arrived just before the hour an hour before departure for a 6am flight, which is in line with their 60 minute policy to find the counter closed. I spent another 25 minutes running around the airport trying to find someone to assist including a ticket agent to adjust my flight. Only to be told I couldn't get a flight out until the next day and I had to pay more for my original ticket for it. I contacted customer service and their response was a simple copy and paste of the rules which I was well aware of (apparently I should have really been there 90 mins before and not 60 according to the site). I only booked with the airline because it offered an 8 hour layover in Athens...a chance to see a bonus city. There are plenty of other airlines with more flexible and consistent policies. I have traveled the world on many airlines and have never had an early check in counter close or to have to chase down a representative to get service."

Nadelen: "I was charged for the bags. I didn't know that I was spouse to pay for the bags since the itinerary doesn't show clearly what type of ticket I have!!"

Nadelen: "I missed my connection in Dusseldorf because none of the 12passport gates worked. Two border agents tried to handle the crowd, but I arrived at the gate 1 minute after flight close. Neither the agents at the gate nor at the transfer desk were willing to help me get to Manchester. Never fly EW again."

Voordelen: "Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean."

When the landed, We were given little information on how to re-book and had to wait in several long lines. All told, 12 hour delay to Milan"

Nadelen: "Stereo type staff unnecessarily and poor customer services from two ladies while I was leaving to exit. I didn’t know I should be escorted by them at that point and they were so rude on . They couldn’t even be nice and understand that I miss my flight."

Nadelen: "Everything else. I felt the stewardess from my aisle was extremely rude. She would ask someone a question and obviously they can’t hear her because their watching a movie, so she would wave her hand in their face. Another time she was telling me “excuse me” in German while I was watching a movie. I thought she was speaking to someone else since I did not understand German and then she very rudely said “excuseee me”. The food was not filling and they charged for drinks. She also said I was only allowed one free drink of coffee. The second snack was a cake or cheese sandwhich. We were starving the entire flight we had to give in and pay for snacks on board. I’ll try to avoid eurowings from now on."

Nadelen: "My flight was delayed and because of that I lost my next flight in London , cost me money and time , having to go to another airport in a bus for 1 hour and 30 min ride to catch a new flight the same day that I had a pay. Thank you eurowings! Not"

We were "boarded" to be kept in the building like cattle, then got into a bus waiting for about 20 min. before we were driven to the aircraft that was standing about 200 m from a gate where we could have boarded walking over. Very poor organization"

Nadelen: "The entire process to get on a bus to go to flight was delayed by over 15 minutes so the ticket agent could fix one person's flight. There were over 40 people waiting to board the bus. Terrible."

Nadelen: "Delay almost 3h. No food, no snack at all offered for passengers waiting in the airplane for hours after boarding. After 2 hours they offered water. Woow!"

Nadelen: "Flight members were very rude, one didn't smile once. She also yelled at me when I was standing in an empty row stretching and waiting for the bathroom. She told me I was not allowed to stand up, even though I was in no one's way and we we're free to move about the cabin. Horribly rude during drink and food service as well."

Nadelen: "When I arrived at the airport in Naples it was impossible to find the check in desk. I asked at Lufthansa and was told that someone would show up at 09:50 but my flight left at 08:40. I was then told that I should be looking for Eurowings. Not a problem except that it is very unclear where their check in desk was. I stood around for 20 minutes asking anyone who would help me where the desk was. We were finally notified at 8:40 that eurowings was the last desk in the aisle."

Voordelen: "smooth flight"
Nadelen: "boarding took too long"

Nadelen: "Long walk plus bus ride to plane in windy and chilly weather with slight drizzle."

Voordelen: "We missed this flight, so there was really nothing to like. However, the lady at the Swiss help desk was extremely kind and helpful in finding us an alternate flight."
Nadelen: "When I booked the itinerary clearly stated that this would be a Swiss Air flight. We were confused when they did not give us our boarding passing for our connecting flight at our original departure desk, and were told we would receive the boarding passes at the gate in Zurich. I never received any notice about his being a Eurowings flight or instructions to check in online. Our incoming flight to Zurich was delayed at least a half hour and it took us a while to get to the gate for our connecting flight. When we arrived, the gate had just been closed and we were told we were not even on the ledger. We were told we would have needed to get our boarding passes at the Swiss Sor desk and required prior check in to be on the passenger list. We were also very confused about the fact that this was a eurowings fight even though our booking indicated Swiss. This has never happened to us before. We would have needed additional instructions for prior check in, and had we been on the passenger list perhaps the plane would have waited for us."

Nadelen: "Paid 18 pound extra for extra legroom and a snack but when asked the airhostess she said we didnt pay for one"

Voordelen: "Comfortable and enjoyable."

Voordelen: "There was a slight delay, but the flight was easy and comfortable...enjoyable!"

Voordelen: "Check in was easy, employee was pleasant."

"The flight time was changed from 14:50 to 12:00. We booked a flight with 23kg checked in baggage allowance for each passenger. At the check in counter no check in bagage appeared on the booking. After calling the airline sky express we were told that we are only allowed 15kg. We called kayak customer service but after 40 minute on the phone nothing could be done. We had to pay an extra 96€ for a service we had already paid for. Unbelievable!"

"I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though."

Nadelen: "Everything. Just a really bad flight I’m general."

Voordelen: "Never again"
Nadelen: "Everything."

Nadelen: "I had to pay extra for baggage, I had baggage on the booking, but upon booking it was only for 8 KG, and need to purchase more, The baggage cost was almost equal to the ticket, needs to be addressed on the home page, I pick with baggage and then booked the ticket, needs to show that it is not the same baggage as other flights, comparison is wrong."

Nadelen: "Only allowed 15kgs even though we had booked for 23 on the way to Santorini. Not sure where this discrepancy occurred but had to pay for extra weight."

Voordelen: "Crew and flight attendants were highly professional. Arrived early; short boarding time. Airport was clean and easy to navigate. Good places to dine."
Nadelen: "The web site is difficult to navigate, including the determination of luggage pricing and seat assignments only available at check-in."

Nadelen: "Three hours of delay for no apparent reason."

Voordelen: "Fast flight. Nice staff onboard aircraft."
Nadelen: "The boarding process at Milos airport is a bit slow but I guess that is to be expected in the islands."

Nadelen: "I have never been treated so horribly by another human as I was by the boarding gate agent. My luggage was a roller board that was approved by the check-in counter to go aboard. Upon boarding the woman refused to let me board stating my bag was too large. I was charged 60 euros."

Nadelen: "The repeatedly delayed our flight without further information, leaving us in the dark as to what was goin going on, the reason for the delay, and when the expected new time of take off is. Disappointing service. Could have been better handled by sky express staff."

Nadelen: "Delayed and slow"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed with no notice / flight attendant rude , very bad experience"

Nadelen: "Sent the passengers but not your bags without telling us. Caused a great deal of trouble, time and anxiety as we had another international flight to catch. Would not fly them again."

Nadelen: "After years of checking in online well before a flight with other airlines an inability to do so for this sky express flight made me nervous that something was wrong or that I would be charged a fee to check in at the airport. Ultimately everything worked out once we arrived at the counter."

Voordelen: "Delayed 90 min and missed our connection"

Voordelen: "Quick boarding"
Nadelen: "It was terribly hot - everyone on the flight was fanning themselves with the emergency instructions and looking miserable. The individual air didn't work either. Felt like I was going to passout."

Nadelen: "20 min delay Crew doesn’t smile"

Voordelen: "The cabin crew was professional and helpful"
Nadelen: "If buying through Kayak, it isn't clear that SkyExpress has severe weight restrictions on luggage. You are allowed a small carry-on, but at the discounted fare, any checked baggage over 8kg is charged at 8 Euros per kg (around $4.25 per lb), which can add up to a large surcharge quickly."

Voordelen: "Everything"
Nadelen: "Great flight, great people"

Nadelen: "Long wait and crowded Santorini airport"

Nadelen: "Paying $600 for the next leg of our flight because of airline delay."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "My name was listed twice on the iten. Didn’t bord."

Voordelen: "Once on plane rest was quick"
Nadelen: "Airport"

Voordelen: "Fast check-in at counter, no line. Was invited to Sky Express lounge prior to boarding. Small plane meant a quick boarding with no issues."
Nadelen: "Flight was 20 min late."

Voordelen: "No pros. Will never travel with them again."
Nadelen: "The flight was an hour late and there was NO air conditioning on the flight. It was 87 degrees on the flight and we spent almost 2 hours in that heat on the plane between the actual flight time and just sitting on the runway for an hour. Nothing was done to accommodate for the heat. I’m 5 months pregnant and felt unsafe. Everyone on the flight was suffering. It was inhumane conditions. I will NEVER fly with this company again."

Voordelen: "I mean the flight gets you to and from..."
Nadelen: "Sky charges for every KG over 15kilos unless you have a special ticket. This option is not listed on kayak and the suggest you book thru sky. Problem is NOBODY BOOKS VIA SKY AND THEIR WEBSITE IS GARBAGE. YOU CANT EVEN CHECK IN ONLINE. The result is many rude, dismissive folks charging an extra 100 euros for something you will have no control over."

Voordelen: "Thankfully no extra fee for baggage, although what constitutes as carry on for another airline, they require you to check."
Nadelen: "We were very delayed on the way leaving Mykonos and there wasn’t a single notification, update or apology. The plane had no air, was extremely hot and muggy, almost unbearable. On the other end, luggage delivery extremely delayed. Completely incompetent airline and staff. Never again."

Nadelen: "20 minute delay with nobody at the gate and no communication about why we were leaving late"

Voordelen: "Good service"
Nadelen: "I realize we’ve all heard the required announcements a hundred times but, if you are going to bother saying it, please speak more slowly and clearly."

Nadelen: "Very late and hot. Unorganized."

Voordelen: "Short flight"
Nadelen: "The tickets I purchased through Kayak stated we were allotted 23 kilo/bag, the standard for most airlines. We flew Sky Express to Santorini with no issues. It wasn’t until we were boarding to go back to Athens when the attendants for Sky Express told us the limit per bag was only 15 kilo, not 23. I spoke with someone in their management office at the Santorini airport and apparently they have different levels of tickets you can purchase, the highest allows the most amount of baggage weight. I explained to them that we had no issues flying into Santorini and showed them my e-ticket from Kayak that clearly showed 23 kilo/bag limit and they would not honor that. We wound up having to pay over $80 in baggage fees because we were lied to by Kayak. Thank you Kayak."

Voordelen: "Easy checkin, no issues"

Nadelen: "Skyexpress is extremely disorganized and the flight was very old. The flight is very small and in a poor condition. The baggage policy is very unreasonable and I had to pay extra even though my kayak confirmation says 23 kg per passenger clearly! I showed the representative and they said to deal with it from the "vendor" I used to book! Very disappointed with sky express!"

Voordelen: "Nice crew"
Nadelen: "Ridiculous wait to get a boarding pass--standing and standing in line before they opened the desk. Santorini airport a nightmare. Old plane.... the letters of the airline's name were peeling off the plane. Flight was fine"

Nadelen: "Flight Delayed"

Nadelen: "Trip cancelled due to high winds. I was forced to keep my luggage on the plane for an hour after the cancellation then another hour to get out of baggage claim. Don't take those small planes, fly Aegean or Olympic who have bigger planes and the best pilots."

Voordelen: "Short time for boarding"
Nadelen: "I had to pay extra charge due to lack of communication between the KAYAK and the S.A Then the KAYAK blamed me for paying this money even though I emailed them telling what happens exactly. I don't recommend using KAYAK for booking flights again"

Voordelen: "Flight attendant was nice. Flight time was short."
Nadelen: "Flight was an hour delayed, I almost missed my ferry connection"

Voordelen: "It was a very fast fight"
Nadelen: "No air conditioning on a very hot day"

Nadelen: "The airline closed the gates 30 minutes prior to boarding and wouldn't let us get in the plane. We missed our flight and had to find another way there. No refunds or credit"

Nadelen: "I purchased 3 tickets through Hahn Air for a special trip for my daughters. I rechecked reservations before to make sure had everything in place, since I named my daughter Santorini afte the island. The day of the flight, we spent 2 hours waiting in line for this flight. The service was exceptionally slow and they kept letting other passengers who were on another flight ahead of us. When I got to the check-out counter we were told that our flight didn't exist and it was like we were ghosts in the system. Even after showing proof of our e-ticket confirmation, it didn't matter. We had to repurchase new tickets at high prices and wait the whole day at the airport to get to Santorini. My friends who were traveling with us had to go on without us and the expensive hotel I purchased for the trip was a waste. We didn't get off the island until 8 and arrived late in Santorini. The whole experience was a disaster."

Nadelen: "They charged us 6 euro per kilo for every kilo over the bad weight limit, but our ticket only allowed for a very small bag which we didn't know until we were at the ticket counter and it was too late. No one tried to help us or have any sort of customer service so we ended up paying a lot of money so that we didn't make other passengers wait on us to transfer weight."

Voordelen: "Flight attendants on the plane"
Nadelen: "The check in agent was one of the meanest people I have ever met."

Nadelen: "The ticket explicitely says luggage allowance is 23kg(50 lb). When we arrived to check-in the airline refused to honor it and said allowance is only 15kg. They made everyone pay €3 per each kg "overweight""

Nadelen: "I did not board my return flight to Athens with Sky Express because the flight never showed up. I had to pay out of pocket for another flight with a different airline to get back to Athens. While I was waiting to hear any updates regarding the flight status, the company provided minimal details about the status of our flight and spoke in a condescending manner to concerned passengers that had flight connections in Athens. I was told my flight would be reimbursed but I have no confidence in this company's management to expect reimbursement. I will warn other customers that this airline can cause great grievances and inconveniences. The company's service was atrocious and frankly unbelievable. If one pays for a plane ticket, one should be provided adequate service in a timely manner. I'm forgiving about delays but the plane never came."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Booked the flight with Hahn Air two months in advance to make sure everything went smoothly as it was a special trip for my 12 year old son and I. When we got to the check in counter we were told our reservation could not be found!! Even after I spent over $400USD for our tickets to Santorini. Thankfully, Olympic air had a flight later in the day and we were able to salvage our vacation. I had to spend a lot more money for the new tickets probably because it was last minute. Do not use Hahn Air systems to book your flight-you'll be left in the lurch with added stress and possibly a spoiled vacation."

Voordelen: "Sole cabin crew was very nice, polite. Seats were relatively comfortable with just enough legroom for a tall person. No food, no entertainment so left as 1-star (not because it was bad, just that it wasn't there for a 50-minute flight)."
Nadelen: "Unavoidable delay in flight due to air traffic in Santorini was full, so delayed by an hour."

Nadelen: "If you arrive in Athens on an international flight and are heading to Santorini, you must collect your bags, proceed through customs and then journey to a different area of the airport for domestic check-in. . Hahn's service was exceptionally slow, with only one window. if possible pay for your bags online. I wasn't able to find the option to do so. Airport fee to check 2 average size bags was 70 euro and required us to wait in another line just to make the payment. We gave ourselves 2.5 hours between flights and barely made the boarding for Santorini. Flight is approx 35 minutes. Service was good and seats were comfortable."
