The flights were fine. They left on time. The seats were comfortable the food was OK and the bathrooms were clean. The plane was packed which is a good thing for the airline but not great for the passenger. All in all it was good

Voordelen: "The only thing I can say that I liked about this flight was that we arrived a little early."
Nadelen: "Note: This review is for Aer Lingus a partner of British Airways. 1) Service - one of our fight attendants was incredibly rude. She clearly resents her job. 2) The plane itself was very old and not well maintained. The audio jack for the in-flight entertainment was broken and I could not watch anything. My wife complained about the touch screens being faulty and her audio system was bad. Also, the carpet and seat fabric was torn. 3) The food was disgusting. I mean, really bad. 4) There was a charge for alcohol whereas British Airways was complimentary. 5) Overall, I will never fly Aer Lingus again. It was the worst flying experience in memory."

Nadelen: "They lost my luggage on my connecting flight from Dublin to London. And I didn’t receive it until I returned home a week later. No clothing for a week. I wasn’t offered any reimbursement. The flight attendants were rude. And the seats were uncomfortable."
Nadelen: "More room for passengers in economy class. It is becoming utterly unpleasant. I would like not to be forced to check-in the carry-on when the plane is full. Make more room, sell less, or don't tell me I have right too a carry-on."
Voordelen: "The flight attendents were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. I sat in the first row and when I boarded the attendant helped me find a spot for my carry on luggage."
Nadelen: "I paid for priority boarding but never had the chance to board early."
Voordelen: "Flying overnight across the U.S., and then the Atlantic, to Dublin would have been very difficult if not for the accommodations and service provided by Aer Lingus. The reception was warm and comfortable. The in-flight food and service was perfect. The environment was conducive to sleeping during this red eye flight."
Nadelen: "I have no complaints, to be honest. The flight attendants were so welcoming and accommodating to every request. They were efficient and quick to respond to my questions and requests."
Voordelen: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."
Voordelen: "Everything"
Nadelen: "Worst flight experience I've ever had and I'm 70+ years old. In Dublin we were diverted from JFK to Hartford due to "mechanical problems" and told we'd be met at the gate and provided ground transportation to JFK. Approximately 30 others going to either JFK or Boston were told the same thing and joined us on a half empty flight to Hartford. When we landed there was no representative at the gate, no ground transportation provided, and no effort to help us. A little investigation on cell phones revealed both the Boston and JFK flights left on time (and I'm guessing full). Needless to say the customers were quite upset. Some even raised their voices which caused the kid representatives of Aer Lingus to call the state troopers (really). When the troopers did nothing the Aer Lingus reps locked themselves in their office rather than deal with their customers. After 2 hours of waiting for the promised ground transportation we gave up, rented a car, and drove ourselves to our destination at our own expense. We were never provided even a free drink. Horrible. Lies upon lies upon lies. I'll never consider flying with them again"
Voordelen: "The crew was VERY friendly and attentive. They responded quickly to requests and were very pleasant. Everyone was showed attention to details and put customer comfort at the forefront. They allowed people to relocate to seats allowing for more room and comfort once everyone boarded and empty seats were identified. The snacks and meals were tasty and generous. The entertainment options offered something for everyone - great music and movie choices. I would definitely fly Aer Lingus again."

Tout s'est bien passé

On nous à fait passer la douane vite pour préparer l'embarquement mais on c'est retrouvé dans une petite salle à 200 entassés avec seulement une trentaine de places assises ... Et aucun coin fumeur.

C'est Ryanair. Que dire ?

Deux heure de retard !

Atterrissage un poil "dur", cela m'a surpris. Mais je chipote. C'est toujours agréable et un réel plaisir de voyager avec Ryanair, ou du moins devrais-je dire Malta air. À chaque voyage, aucune surprise, toujours agréable.

Bien que, personnellement, j'appréhende un peu l'atterrissage à chaque fois que je prends l'avion, tout était parfait, les pilotes ont eu une manière très fluide de "conduire" cet engin. C'était la première fois que j'étais confronté à cette "douceur née", cette fusion qu'ils avaient avec l'appareil, c'était une fois de plus, très bien. C'est bien dommage que je n'y connaisse rien dans les avions car sinon j'aurais dit qu'à un moment donné on aurait même dit une conduite plus responsable, "écologique", en plein ciel les gazs étaient moins forts et l'avion se laisser glisser, comme s'il flottait. Très très agréable !

Nadelen: "Les notifications. On a eu plus de 3 heures du retard et le retard était pas notifié. En plus après on a attendu à l'intérieur encore une demie heure pour décoller"

Nadelen: "L'enregistrement fait par un stagiaire inefficace au plus au point,et l'aéroport de Marrakech est une catastrophe au niveau gestion... 3h d'attente à l'arrivée pour passer le contrôle des passeports.Et 1h30 au retour...."
Nadelen: "This is the terrible airlines that we have ever experienced. It’s not organized at all. After booking the ticket, I didn’t say we have to check in 2 hours prior to not to get charged at the airport. When we stand at the encounter, everyone in line didn’t know this and had to turn around to get in the different line to pay for checking in. After that, we had to get back in a long line and the lady didn’t mentioned that she can check in our luggage’s. With that being said, we had to go back to other encounter to pay for checked in luggage. We paid almost $200 for checking in and luggage. How stupid is that? We and other customers in line all said we felt it’s the rip off. We come to Ireland for vacation and expected it would be welcome and nice. This turned us off. Never fly with this airlines again. Thumbs down!!!"
Nadelen: "Had to stand outside in rain & wind while waiting to board. Took a very long time to board. Very loud people. Excessively loud engine noise. Attendant made me open my window shade. Small seat did not recline. No seat pocket for magazine."

Nadelen: "Delayed multiple times and finally departed 2 hours late. Interrupted a full day’s worth of travel plans."
Voordelen: "There is nothing to like about an airline that appears to have low fares and then nickel & dimes you for everything, typical bait-and-switch style of doing business."
Nadelen: "First of all, this airline needs to train their staff better. The gate agent I dealt with on a flight has no business in any field where she would be required to work with people. Second, this airline needs to get their s*@t together when it comes to baggage. I was humiliated (by the creature they hired for a gate agent) when I was forced off the boarding line and then demanded to pay 200 euros (cash only and in euros only) for carry-on luggage that was under the size and weight requirements, and had already flown, without incident, on numerous flights during the same trip. I filed a complaint with Ryanair and weeks later received a very passive, useless, response from some brain-dead individual in corporate I suppose. No one at Ryanair cared about the mafioso-type treatment my family and I, including my 80-year-old mother, received. Avoid this airline at all costs (literally and figuratively)! It will not save you money, or anything else. It will only cost you more!"

Nadelen: "We were charged almost 200 euros extra because we did not check in online (which we could not do because we had been traveling for 30 hours and did not have Wi-Fi in the air) and when we went to check in the receptionist was rude about the fact that we had not checked in, so we had to go across to a different counter to pay our fee, go back to check in at the first counter, and then was told we could not be seated together, when it turned out the flight was half empty. Besides all of this, the planes are not nice, you are only allowed one carry on (no personal item) and the seats are not comfortable. I thought we would save money but check in fees and ridiculous baggage fees made this flight cost more than a nicer airline."

Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"

Nadelen: "Site internet difficile à comprendre, j’aurais payé à l’avance les frais de bagages en soute. 80 euros!!! Sur place!"

Nadelen: "Le vol a été manque en raison de l'arrivée tardive du vol RyanAir précédent, sans aucune prise en charge de la part de RyanAir, aucune information fiable ni mesure compensatoire. Mensonges de la part du personnel à l'aéroport de Bordeaux ainsi que de l'equipage."
Nadelen: "Notre pompot adorée a été violentée ainsi que notre très précieuse boule à neige pour ma petite sœur trisomique qui sera à jamais déçue m. j’ai eu faim pendant le vol, comment faire sans ma compote? Je voulais admirer Londres de l’avion: comment faire sans la boule q’ neige? Déçu"

Nadelen: "Très mal informés lors de l'enregistrement de notre bagage avec de fausses indications du personnel au sol aimable comme un gardien de prison. Séparés lors du vol nous avons voyager au milieu emplacement E alors que nous aurions pu voyager 2/2 car des emplacements étaient disponibles. Aucune traduction en français alors qu'il s'agit d'un vol pour Paris. Nous ne prendrons plus cette compagnie surtout que nous avons très bien été traités par Transavia lors de notre aller."
