On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Voordelen: "Le vol de Swiss était comme d'habitude agréable et sympa. Il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose à redire."
Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Nadelen: "J'avais réservé le vol chez ANA (joint venture) : impossible de pouvoir réserver un siège puisque le vol est opéré par Swiss. Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Voordelen: "Le surclassement en business mais surtout le check in automatique via KAYAK, les avertissements sur le retard via KAYAK trips et l’information sur porte d’embarquement et le numéro de carrousel pour récupérer son baggage sur l’app KAYAK- Merci KAYAK"

Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Especially they treat every passenger equally or all the same with given out for any extra cost e.g. food, drinks, entertainement any thing we need while we are up in the air needs. Different from the first class section service in special airfare cost. Love to fly every time when I want to visit my families around the world. Keep it up the good work LATAM Fika Maiava - Sydney"

Voordelen: "Pretty much everything other than the fact we had to return to Santiago two hours into the flight for mechanical issues. On the upside, they had a plane and crew ready to go when we returned to Santiago"
Nadelen: "The turn around resulting Ina five hour delay"

Nadelen: "Hidden baggage fees. Extra fee to check in a bag was not disclosed at the moment I purchased my ticket. This airline doesn't even provide water to passengers. It's as stingy as it gets among all other airlines I've flow and value for money is poor."

Nadelen: "Seats very small. And I’m only size 33!"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Plane shakes moves and jumps to much. Seems like LATAM is always late. They did not honor the seats which we pre purchased. Seems like the captains fly to fast and don’t know how to land"

Nadelen: "Food and drink service not given. There was no turbulence to justify this failure, and flight was over an hour long, allowing sufficient time to provide it. Poor communication of departure delay."

Nadelen: "Due to technical problem in the lavatories we have been told."

Voordelen: "Great food at Tanta restaurant in the public area."
Nadelen: "Inadequate signage - especially for passengers arriving on a domestic flight and departing on an international flight. Why are you writing to me in Dutch? How do I change to English?"

Voordelen: "Left on time the next day."
Nadelen: "Flight was canceled after I had gone through security and was waiting to board. I received an e-mail from Kayak, but no notification from LATAM. No one was at the gate; waited a long time to speak with a representative. They booked me on the next morning flight from JFK, but sent me to a hotel in Long Island - 1 1/2 by bus that was jammed and overheated. Hotel was old, not kept up and food and service bad. Bus driver could not tell me for sure what time we were going to be picked up in the morning - maybe 6:30 AM? I was told. No one at the gate gave me this information either. I was ready at 6:15 AM and the bus was full. I waited for second bus. No breakfast at the hotel. Flight to Santiago was uneventful and crew during the flight were polite."

Voordelen: "The standard domestic flight, not a lot of room but not as cramped as it could have been. Speedy from the time we boarded to disembarking."

Voordelen: "The plane was comfortable."
Nadelen: "The crew boarding the passengers did not seem to know what they were doing. I waited in line for over 30 minutes, which at 1 am in the morning was tough. I had my boarding pass reviewed by 3 different attendants. They did a cursory inspection of my backpack by opening 2 of the 15 pockets."

Voordelen: "Once I was aboard my flight in Lima LA 2514 the attendants were helpful."
Nadelen: "When I arrived to Jorge Chavez the ticket counter was down. I waited for 20 minutes and Brunella eventually gave me a boarding pass. The pass was hand written and missing information but she assured me it would be fine. When I attempted to go through security they informed me this wasn't a boarding pass and was missing information. They said I would have to go back downstairs to the desk again. have a visible disability that affects the way I walk, and typically I do not require a wheelchair. I give myself enough time to get to my destination, but thanks to Brunella I was running incredibly late. I finally arrived though my flight was then rerouted to Orlando due to weather conditions at Miami and never arrived in Miami. The pilot of this flight LA2514 decided he was done and wouldn't fly there at all. The passengers were informed they would take buses to Miami."

Nadelen: "My original flight was supposed to land at 8:55pm but I was notified that it had been changed to land closer to midnight which was a problem because my hotel closed at midnight. After talking to the customer service agent at the airport he told me the reason my flight had changed was because my original airplane was flying out of another airport and the only way to make the flight that I had booked was to take a cab ride to the other airport. What he didn't explain was that its a 45+ minute drive between the two airports and I only had about 1.5 hours to get my bag, get on the taxi, check in at the other airport, clear security AND customs. Somehow by the grace of god it all came together but it was certainly a harrowing experience, not to mention the $45 I lost in cab fares. I cannot recommend LAN/LATAM."

Voordelen: "The service onboard is really excelent. No complaints at all."
Nadelen: "The online and telephone system is the worst. They never are able to confirm your seats or preferent seats . You can not use an american credit card if you are in south america. They give you a confirmation number to pay your flight ticket in "Plaza Vea" (Peru) and when you get there they told me that at only in a few "plaza veas" you can pay your ticket. I had to spend like 100 soles (30 dollars) to pay my upgrade seat. There is more Horrible experience to tell about it . Avoid LATAM"

Nadelen: "Latam could not link with American Airlines. It was like I had two separate tickets even though they had a code share with AA. I couldn't get a boarding pass across airlines and my seat assignments were a real problem."

Nadelen: "The ground personne in Iguazul were terrific. Flight got cancelled after check in. We were in waiting area. Staff remembered who we were, found us, had us hurry bavk to check-in. Got our luggage, got it retagged, and got us on another flight leaving almost immediately. We got to BA with no problems as did our luggage. Yay for your smart, resourceful, thoughtful and efficient ground crew in Iguazu. They deserve a special thanks."

Voordelen: "Absolutely everything about the flight: on time, attentive and friendly flight attendant, clean bathrooms, fast luggage return."
Nadelen: "It took 40min to drop my bags off after having done web check in. There were only 4 people in front of me. Terribly system for check in and bag drop but everything else was great so I could overlook this in the future. Just plan for it."

Voordelen: "The onboard crew was great."
Nadelen: "Computers offline in La Paz resulted in absurdly long wait to check in. In Santiago waited a ridiculous amount of time for buses to take passengers to the terminal."

Voordelen: "New plane .confort. Reliable company.good prices."
Nadelen: "Need to check size and weight of the carry on luggage at the register counter in the airport and not before boarding. Create confusion, lost of time. Boarding process is messy. Indications given to board by group number but it is not enforced and it is a real mess .food does not compare well with other companies.lunch is acceptable but snack(sandwich)and light supper are really awfull.entertainment system not a big choice of moovies"

Voordelen: "I prefer being given my own bottle of water and wine, the cup sizes are too small. Food is ok, not great."

Nadelen: "The flight from Lisa was cancelled and the 18 hour wait in Lina was horrible!!! All day at the airport!"

Nadelen: "Everything. We booked flights a half year in advance yet they forced a couple of us to upgrade to premium in order to get seats. They then separated one of the couples with premium seating without notice so some other couple could sit next to each other. Their website didn't allow us to use an electronic boarding pass. Its cumbersome and uninformative. Some of the attendants are incredibly rude."

Voordelen: "The food was great and so was sercice. I had economy seats and they were comfortable and I had plenty of leg room."
Nadelen: "Maybe more movie options but otherwise the whole flight was without fault"

Voordelen: "Flying on a Boing 787 is wonderful. The overall service from Latam is top quality; the crew was welcoming and very attentive. Food could be improved, specially offering vegetarian alternative for all of the food services. The movie selection could be improved (in variety and vintage). Music selection was very good for my taste."
Nadelen: "I was unable to choose my seats on line in advance, which created a stressful situation when at check-in we found that my wife and I were not seated together. Fortunately for the first leg of the trip (Santiago-Lima) there was an empty seat by her and I took it; and for the second leg (Lima-Los Angeles) the passenger next to her was upgraded on the last minute and left his seat for me. Latam has great service, but must let customers choose their seats or guarantee assigning adjacent seats to passengers traveling together, The process for servicing of the plane during the stop-over in Lima could be improved. I know it is hard to do minor cleaning, tidy-up, and replacement of pillows & blankets while many passengers remain on board, but at least there should be an announcement describing what the passengers are to expect during the stop-over."

Voordelen: "The plane was super clean comfortable and with good entertainment, food was good and the crew was great."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed because the plane wasn't there at time, those things happen and it's fine but they never told us what was happening. we had to wait in line for another hour, without any announcement."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Crew wouldn't let me board because a ticket from Spain to France was not sufficient evidence I would leave Europe. So I bought one from Italy to Singapore and they didn't accept that either. I lost over 1,000 dollars."

Nadelen: "Tout sauf le repas très mauvais des boîtes de conserves. C'est de la rigolade. Très déçu du repas vraiment."

Voordelen: "The crew in my area were very helpful. The young guy next to me passed on the dinner choices. The crew member came back and asked if he would like some pretzels, etc. which I thought was very nice. They were very friendly."
Nadelen: "Just a suggestion that the ear jacks for the entertainment be passed out earlier. Luckily I brought my own but my neighbors on both sides had a long wait until they were passed out."

Nadelen: "Iberia est une.compagnie mauvaise, qui ne se préoccupe pas du délai entre deux vols A éviter"

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Voordelen: "Vol a l'heure Personnel avenant"
Nadelen: "Tous les services sont payants. Le service WiFi à bord ne fonctionnait pas"

Nadelen: "The seat was very uncomfortable. There were only two beverage services, at meal times, and the water pours were maybe 4oz. After 8 hours, I was pretty thirsty."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."
Nadelen: "Un personnel naviguant plus présent, plus professionnel, sérieux et souriant? Quelques passages avec de l'eau pendant le vol entre les repas."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord à été bien Mais tout le monde qui est en bas qui est au sol était très mal"

Nadelen: "Boarding is a mess, too many special groups, and then the masses get in and it just becomes a zoo inside the plane. There are so many charges, flying these days is really not better than taking a local bus."

Nadelen: "I’ve had 4 flights, none of which departed on time Not even a glass of water offered: IBERIA doesn’t have the prices of WizzAir or Ryanair, but what they offer onboard is pretty much the same as those airlines"

Voordelen: "We arrived on time!"
Nadelen: "Checking in and dropping off luggage was a nightmare... There was no one at the check in desks indicated on the screens or the check in terminals. Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

Voordelen: "Excellent flight, timely"

Nadelen: "Poor boarding process"

Voordelen: "Not a goddamn thing."
Nadelen: "The boarding was a cattle care, atrociously organized, took forever. They were asking the better part of ten dollars for headphones. No way to get a drink, as with the trip over, the chairback screens didn't work, and they never notified me by e-mail that you had to order food in advance. Not even a glass of water available on a 7 hour flight, that's actually a health hazard, should be illegal. No coffee or tea. The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

Nadelen: "Food could have been better in board"

Voordelen: "J’ai voyagé avec un chien en soute. On m’a tenu informé que mon chien était bien à bord lors du changement d’avion."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"

Voordelen: "Very nice crew members!"
Nadelen: "The food was So So. We had to take a bus to the plane out in the middle of the taxi area. Sat on the bus for several minutes be fore they would let us board."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Nadelen: "Tiny food. Late one hour."

Voordelen: "The airplane was clean"
Nadelen: "I don’t like when airlines make you pay even for water......"

Nadelen: "The whole experience of missing my connecting flight due to Iberia's delay. When we deplaned they gave us Express Connection envelopes and told us to run to our gate - 21 minutes away, a passport and a security checkpoint along the way... this is after a red eye... facing an 11 hour delay before my next flight and a voucher to McDonald's - really????"

Voordelen: "I liked my flight to Mallorca with BA"
Nadelen: "I didn’t like trip from Mallorca to SFO via Iberia."

Voordelen: "Personnel de bord excellent, cabine très agréable pour un vol au même prix que Ryanair ! Merci à Iberia d'être sur cette ligne. Vol excellent."

Voordelen: "Équipe que je plains d'ailleurs."
Nadelen: "Rien à manger ou à boire. Place très limitée pour les jambes. C'était mieux avec Ryanair"

Voordelen: "Boarding process was smooth."
Nadelen: "-Uncomfortable seats. -Old plane-- broken baggage door produced delay of over an hour. Zero accommodations were made for us to make our connecting flight at London Heathrow, scheduled for 2 hours from the anticipated arrival time. We barely made it to the gate in time after going through security, etc."

Nadelen: "Few movies. Not good food options"

Voordelen: "Almost nothing!"
Nadelen: "Seats small and uncomfortable. My seat did not recline for 8 1/2-9 hours (middle seat-even after told it was a good seat). My sons entertainment screen did not work for the last 3 1/2 hours. The stewardess’ didn’t even respond to the call light and after myself and sister walked back there, nothing was done. Stewardess’ sat and talked in the back and never walked around. When the finally brought drinks, never even asked why the light was on. They also were extremely unfriendly because our incoming flight from Malaga was late . All 4 pieces of luggage missed the flight and in NYC we had to ask for robes to sleep in and tooth brushes. we felt horrible flying the next day. Three pieces of luggage came 2 days later that we had to go back to airport to get. The fourth was delivered one week later with only 3 wheels!"

Voordelen: "Fast efficient boarding."
Nadelen: "No frills flight. You have to pay for snacks and drinks."

Voordelen: "You get a good selection of in flight entertainment."
Nadelen: "Food was very bad and during the entire 10 hour flight all I received to drink was a half a can of soda and a small glass of orange juice. Seats are very uncomfortable. After the first half of the flight the bathrooms were really dirty and messy."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Second time they lose my luggage. After 9 hours in the airport they were not able to put my luggage in the right place."

Voordelen: "Easy boarding On time Very organized"

Voordelen: "Very bad organization Changed seats for everybody and no priority to board"

Voordelen: "Embarquement efficace"
Nadelen: "Même pas de bouchon d’oreille ni de masque pour dormir sur un vol de 23 heures... Nourriture insipide"

Voordelen: "Vol correct et à l’heure"
Nadelen: "Même pas des cacahuètes gratuites sur la compagnie nationale. Service minimum : ne vaut pas mieux qu’une low cost."

Voordelen: "Entertainment selection was good."
Nadelen: "Flight was significantly delayed. During this time, there was no air conditioning and it was extremely warm in the plane. Crew provided no guidance on connections at any point during flight."

Nadelen: "On time, food is ok."

Nadelen: "Tray table had mold growing on it. And Iberia airlines operated flight masked as British airways"

Nadelen: "Consignes de sécurités non respectées par le personnel naviguant Porte cockpit ouverte en vol par une seule personne. Contrôle ceintures et sièges sommaire. Site web fonctionne mal lors de la résa des sièges"
