Ok y a su un retard de 25 minutes. À bord, le service était en français, mais la correspondance est uniquement en anglais. C’est à déplorer. Aucun repas, aucune collation servie. La sélection de films est excellente. Pour le reste, tout était très bien. Jacques Lépinay

Nadelen: "Le confort. Le divertissement."
Nadelen: "Free wifi for business class customers. $6,000 ticket then asked to pay 10/hr for wifi is insulting!"
Nadelen: "The flight and crew were very good. An hour late taking off with not explanation. Frustrating on an hour flight."

Voordelen: "The flight itself was fine and the crew was excellent. The boarding process was efficient."
Nadelen: "My center seat, which was assigned, put me in an extremely uncomfortable position physically for the entire 14 hour flight. My two seatmates extended physically into my space, and minimal legroom meant by knees were pressed against the seat in front. I was not happy at the lack of seat choice."

Nadelen: "L'agent de bord ne parlait pas français et il faisait très froid dans l'avion"
Voordelen: "On time; efficient; great aircraft."
Nadelen: "A child threw up in flight behind my wife and the crew let the parents clean it up. I thought the crew should have been more proactive."
Nadelen: "La distance entre les douanes est impitoyable! Ne perdez pas une SECONDE car vous risquez de manquer votre vol!! J’avaIs une correspondance et mon premier vol a été retardé. Un peu plus et je manquais la correspondance!!!"
Voordelen: "Qualité des équipements. Gentillesse du personnel."
Nadelen: "L’avion arrivant de Montréal pour m’embarquer à Québec à dû rebrousset chemin pour « bris mécanique ». Conséquence? On me dis que je perd mes correspondances et ne pourrai être à Berlin que 24h plus tard que prévu. J’ai réussi à « trouver un vol » avec une apps sur mon Iphone. Et apprendre l’existence de ce vol à la préposé."
Voordelen: "à l'heure"
Nadelen: "Les appareils utilisés pour Québec Montréal et vice verso, sont bruyants au maximum. Ils sonnent la tôle."
Voordelen: "Well located at LGA (NYC) with it own section of gate doors that is just Air Canada. Multiple flights leaving where EXTREMELY delayed, the staff put on their thinking caps, they started putting people on standby so most customers leave on an earlier flight! I was located in an extra room chair (free) due to this adjustment of delayed flights and was a great experience."
Nadelen: "It’s the usual BS that you get at airports....TSA is always insane but honestly it was better than I thought l."
Voordelen: "La synchronisation des vols n’étaient pas stressant"
Nadelen: "I want to seriously complain about Air Canada and Kayak booking systems. I reserved the tickets to Shanghai but there were no place reminding me that I need Canadian VISA to connect flights between two Canadian cities. I am a Chinese citizen who is working at USA and not allowed to change flights in Canada based on the newest government rules. However, in both booking systems, there is no reminders. In my opinion, either Kayak or Air Canada can add a simple checkbox to let the potential guest choose his or her nationality status, then this kind of trouble can be mitigated. We talked and called Air Canada people but no buying. They kept saying this is our responsibility. We bought United Airline tickets at the last minutes and cost us about $2,400 because we cannot wait to get back China to prepare our wedding ceremony and US Visa interview. We are very very disappointed with Air Canada and will keep complaining about this issue. As a service supplier, how cannot you think on behalf of a customer? The air company definitely knows more about government rules than a customer. We did have mistakes of not researching government rules. However, the biggest mistake was we trusted Air Canada and Kayak who we thought had taken care of those kind of issues for us. Thanks."
Voordelen: "The young competent Air Canada staff at the gate and her supervisor were kind enough to give me the last seat for the 11:45 am flight to Toronto on Dec 18th, 2017. After more than 24 hours stranded in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport due to power outage on Dec 17th, 2017, I was so relieved as I sat on my seat, when an air hostess asked if I would like a seat in business class. She said they randomly upgrade passengers to business class when seats are available. So it all ended well, I got home to Toronto safely in (business) class. Thank you Air Canada !"
Nadelen: "There were no Air Canada personnel to help us, inside the international terminal during the power outage at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport on Dec 17th 2017. It would have really helped, even if only one personnel showed up at the gate to provide support and some reassurance."
Nadelen: "Amenity kit in Premium economy sub par. Ear buds inadequate. Need noise cancelling headphones for the entire plane. On line "best price guarantee" is hogwash and completely untrue when tested."
Nadelen: "Small seating"

Nadelen: "Almost two hours delay each way."
Voordelen: "Boarding, service, entertainment we're all good."
Nadelen: "Early morning flights from Toronto to Boston are a bit bumpy usually. Pilots do their best to maneuver around those."
Nadelen: "Délais de deux heures sans vraiment connaître la vrais raison"
Voordelen: "Excellent flight attendants."
Nadelen: "I wish the plane had WiFi."
Voordelen: "Food was good. Flight staff was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Voordelen: "Assez confortable et les écrans étaient fonctionnels..bel atterrissage"
Nadelen: "Air clim a fait défaut au départ mais pas trop incommodant"
Voordelen: "the pilot did a great job. the crew was nice."
Nadelen: "It was interesting to me that the plane used for a 4 hour flight (this one) was smaller than a plane used for a 1hr flight. I was uncomfortable the entire time. this was a redeye flight, departing at midnight. the cabin lights stayed on for the first hour making it impossible to dose off. we were given a 'snack' of a disgusting chicken wrap slathered in mayo. it was inedible. oh, and accompanied by a large kitkat bar. I mean. Who came up with this combo? there were no screens, no in flight entertainment unless you wanted to run down your phone battery or rent an ipad for $10. I was truly disappointed."
Nadelen: "Nalgré avis donné à l'agent de bord de l'état d'ébriété de 2 passagers, ces derniers ont reçu 7 vodka tonic. L'agence connaissait car clients réguliers. Ils avaient de la difficultés à descendre de l'avion. Déplorable."
Voordelen: "I was able to fall asleep, because I was dead tired. It was like every other flight on a tiny plane; no better, no worse."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed, and the Toronto Airport terminal for Pittsburgh was awful."
Voordelen: "Personnel gentil"

Nadelen: "Nice flight. A bit of delay, otherwise everything was fine as always :)"

Nadelen: "a long 5 hr flight, they just give you a drink!!!!(they cant afford even a little bite?) Even at the time of the drink they bypass my line and we had to ask and she said sorry!! We did,nt get the usual boarding notification by e-mail 24hrs before??"

Nadelen: "L'odeur des toilettes, pas longtemps mais assez."
Nadelen: "Les agents de bord sur le vol d'allé n'étaient pas très sympathique, peu de sourire et air bête lorsque je posais une question . De plus, 50$ pour avoir une valise s'est trop !!"
Voordelen: "My flight from Orlando to Montreal was comfortable and convenient. Boarding went smoothly."
Nadelen: "The overhead bins were surprisingly small so take that into consideration when packing your carry on. Staff was tolerable but not particularly polite or welcoming."
Voordelen: "Arrived early at check in counter and was offered to catch an earlier flight"
Nadelen: "Was not able to use a toddler booster for my daughter"
