Le personnel de bord disparaît après le service du repas et ce, pour le restant du vol. Les rideaux séparateurs restent ouverts! Quant au confort des sièges, n’en parlons même pas! Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Nadelen: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Nadelen: "The “vegetarian” option was tuna which isn’t vegetarian and there was no vegetarian snack. With the hundreds of dietary and religious food restrictions you would think having a vegetarian option would be much more attainable.. They also didn’t make an announcement about our flight being late."

Voordelen: "Good food and crew"
Nadelen: "Plane was old and seats were super tiny. Even an average guy would be uncomfortable in it. Can’t sit in one spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore."

Voordelen: "Very nice crew. Nice meal service and drink service throughout. Great choice of entertainment."

Nadelen: "I flew out on KLM on what felt like a new plane. Amazing service, seat, temperature, entertainment and food. In stark comparison Air France’s plane was old, too hot, poor entertainment choices and system and average food which for the French was surprising!"

Nadelen: "Didn’t have the meal I ordered Got in 30 min early but no gate for us. We waited over 80min on tarmac to deplane I paid extra for an exit seat but there was no indication when I did that there would be walls for armrests and that made it very uncomfortable for me"

Voordelen: "Haven't flow with Air France for some time now and definitely noticed a lowering of standards"
Nadelen: "The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically."

Nadelen: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."

Voordelen: "The flight had a delayed of 2 hours due a system issue, but the flight was comfortable, and the airplane was clean."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the check in, the personnel there were not so friendly and had discrepancies. We were a group of 6, and 2 of us were able to drop the bag in the check in. But the others were told that needed to wait 30 mins."

Nadelen: "The flight was late, real late."

Nadelen: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Nadelen: "Not checking my carry on weight at check in then letting me walk all the way to security to then check my bag and tell me to go back to check in then the counter is closed and they tell me it's too late and that I need to get ride of my things so that my bag is under weight and barely making the flight"

Nadelen: "Faulty toilet meaning longer queues for the loo. Crew were a bit haphazard in serving food and my row was missed out for coffee after dinner."

Voordelen: "I didn’t like the crew on board .. everyone else was good, there was a flight attendant on my flight very rude, I asked if it was possible to get an additional snack, and she looked at me, she told me something that I didn’t understand , she placed an extra snack on my tray.. then she picked it up and took it away from me … that was extremely rude .. I am a 71 years old woman and I was never treated the way the attendant treated me"
Nadelen: "You need to provide a better customer service to your passengers, you need to train them and evaluate them to treat passengers with respect, if they have a job it is because we people use your airline not the other way around"

Voordelen: "Nothing, was scheduled to depart at 10AM, is 3 PM and no info whatsoever."
Nadelen: "Taking ownership of the issue by the staff at the counter."

Nadelen: "Someone stole flight attendants wallet, the plane was fairly empty but they still crammed us in the back. Had to wait for police to board plane to find out who stole wallet."

Voordelen: "Lots of entertainment choices and regular food and beverage available"
Nadelen: "Boarding took so long and only 2 spots they were allowing entry and one person was there for 10 minutes so essentially had 1 window And not the friendliest staff"

Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

Voordelen: "The crew did try to make us feel comfortable considering the air challenges"
Nadelen: "The aircraft was extremely hot and it took a extraordinary long time to resolve the issue. Dont understand why the aircraft was not checked prior to the flight so alternate plans could be made. Upon connecting the crew in the terminal and at the gate was not very accommodating. Very disappointed with American airlines and this experience"

Voordelen: "Snack service was the quickest I have seen in a while.Very smooth landing."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "AA is now trying to save money (presumably) by doing like Delta: forcing half of us to connect in Charlotte. Unfortunately, the Charlotte airport is not ready to accommodate so many people. The airport looks like it is being renovated, which is fine, but there is no tape/cones to mark off the renovated areas from the walkways. You literally walk through dirt and construction sites. I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

Nadelen: "There was no one at the ticket kiosk located by TSA and no sign that said they would be back or to go to another booth. After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Nadelen: "No outlet and waited idle for a long time before getting to get off plane also had to walk my bag back bc there was no overhead storage space in the bins which prevented me from getting off the plane sooner"

Voordelen: "We left right on time. Plane was clean and had option to charge phone"
Nadelen: "You had to pay to check a bag and you had to pay for food. Ridiculous."
