Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Nadelen: "My complaints go to something not directly linked to the flight crew. 1. When boarding, I like to see when passengers are called in groups relating to distant seats in the plane such that they do not step over each other during luggage placement. That is more comfortable than let the crowd enter randomly. 2. I notice people enter the cabin with 2, even 3 pieces of luggage. Even though each one has proper dimensions, they overload the overhead compartments and it is hard for everybody to place his/her belongings in a suitable way. 3. The rows in the airplane seems to have gotten closer ti each other. It is not the airlines fault, except perhaps when choosing whose airplanes to buy...but again, there are only two major contenders in that segment. For overseas flights, it is pretty uncomfy. 4. Lastly, unboarding the plane could also be performed (enforced by the crew) to be in a more civil fashion rather than haveing5 a stampedo - again calling separate grouos of rows in the name of fairness, or simply vacating it row by row from the front to back."

When I boarded the overhead luggage was full could not find space to secure my bags. The flight attendant was very rude did not assist me and made me wait. Other people traveling without luggage pushed me to pass by. I was told not very nice things. The flight was overbooked and overall horible experience."

Voordelen: "Fast, organized boarding, on time departure. Crew was courteous. Good food for airline food. I have only had positive experiences with this airline."

Nadelen: "Well, it was all messed up by kayak and priceline. I clearly stated in your search engine I want flight with checked baggage, for which you gave me results. What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Nadelen: "That flight was delayed for three hours! Causing me not to be able to make connecting flight. No help in Vienna."

Nadelen: "First there were problems with the plane... then it got delayed... I missed my connecting flight... now it’s 2 am I have a wedding to get to in 4 hrs and I finally just arrived ."

Nadelen: "We were almost three hours late on arrival. Being at VIE airport after midnight with no buses going home is no fun."

Voordelen: "Crew was very friendly. In-flight food service on such a short flight with choice of a sweet or salty snack was much appreciated."
Nadelen: "Seat backs were rock solid without use of a personal pillow."

Nadelen: "I remember a time when these flights had entertainment on them..."

Nadelen: "Entertainment options are limited. Austrian flight attendants were quite grumpy on this flight."

Nadelen: "When our plane arrived late, many on board had missed connections. We received no help/guidance at gate, other than to be told to go up one floor. One floor up we had to go thru security to reach customer service. 100 people lined up for customer service from 3 Austrian airline reps. After 2 hours of standing, there were still 27 people ahead of me. The woman behind me gave me the local phone number for Austrian airlines and I was able to get on a flight to US leaving in 30 minutes. I managed to make it, and would not have had I waited another hour in line. Why no surge of staff to help? All 3 help numbers on my Lufthansa e-mail receipt could not help. Horrible experience."

Nadelen: "Designs of Business Class seatings need some improvement. It seemed there was waste of useful space. Therefore, the area for Business Class seating was big but there were not enough space for everything."

Nadelen: "they left all the lights on in the plane - difficult to sleep at night. Never had this happen before. Another lady from N.J., originally from SLovakia and going to Kosice for a visit complained about the same thing. SHe was worn out and so am I."

Nadelen: "We booked Austrian Airlines to Kosice for 6 to play a concert for 3,000 on Thursday night. 4 of our group arrived from ZRH; 2 from LHR. LHR-VIE was late; we ran and arrived in time catch VIE-KSC before it left, but Austrian Air would not allow us to board, despite that the other part of our travel party was already on the plane and alerted both gate staff and on-board staff we were coming and wee had to play a show that night with Arch Enemy. We had to wait 10 hours in VIE & given €12 for food. AA cited "rotational issues". Shockingly, Austrian Air delayed the 2nd flight by another hour "to wait for someone". We had to cancel the show. Really angry"

Voordelen: "I was pleased by the comfort of the seats, the staff on board and the flight itself. The flight actually did not seem at all like 9 hours. And it arrived exactly on time."
Nadelen: "The crew at the airport before boarding was a little impolite. As people were getting ready to board and waiting in the line, they were told to go back to customer service to register passports and get new boarding passes, without prior announcement. That could have been avoided if they informed us."

Voordelen: "Everything was fine - short flight"

Nadelen: "Austrian Air has really slipped in its food-product.. Lufthansa put out snacks (cookies etc; even small sandwiches to 'help yourself from' going from Atlanta to Frankfort which was nice). But not the case with Austrian The serving of it was fine. Restroom options are less than adequate too."

Nadelen: "Not a lot of legroom and they should have provided an additional snack during the flight. Did not like that in order to select a seat prior to the check in period I had to pay for the selection."

Voordelen: "It was pleasant all around"

Nadelen: "One flight was cancelled resulting in a 6 hour wait, the second flight was 2 hours late. Meat meals ran out quick resulting in a vegetarian only option for a lot of passengers"

Nadelen: "My luggage was lost again It is the second time in a row that happens"

Voordelen: "The boarding and exiting of the aircraft was smooth and organized. I really do prefer that passengers be strictly monitored when boarding the plane according to their seats. It really does make sense to board the plane from the rear forward. I realize airlines feel like they have to make their business class passengers feel special, but it really doesn't make sense for passengers to be climbing over one another."
Nadelen: "I left my entertainment at home in a mad rush to depart which is very unusual for me. As a result, I had to rely on Austrian Airlines' copyright licenses, and they were less than satisfactory. Fortunately, I'm flying back with Lufthansa, so I hope there will be more variety there. The lavatory at the back of the plane was filthy by the end of the flight. I don't understand why the flight attendants feel to good to clean the lavatories for their passengers. We are stuck on a flying can for 9-10 hours and deserve to have clean lavatories during that time. At one point, I was thirty and approached the back of the plane. When I entered the rear galley, the ladies looked at me like I was intruding. If self-service is not available for passengers, then flight attendants should be prepared to serve their customers."

Nadelen: "There weren't a single blanket on the whole flight"

Voordelen: "The service was fine, although I suggest that Austrian Airlines will consult with someone who joj is to train the staff to be more efficient."
Nadelen: "The food was bad."

Nadelen: "Sarted 90 minutes late because there was no crew available for this flight. In the cabin we later learned that they had to keep their legal rest times. The issue I have, why was there no information as soon as this issue became clear ... lets say the evening before the flight?Why make everyone arrive at 5am at an airport if you know 12 hours earlier there will be a 90 minute delay?"

Nadelen: "Notre vol Rome Nice a était décalé par 3 fois... au final nous sommes partis avec un retard de 3h30, de ce fait nous avons atterri à Nice à 1h30 du matin!!! Il a fallu prendre un taxi tant il était impossible de faire attendre un membre de notre famille au beau milieu de la nuit. Et comme dédommagement sur place on nous a donné une carte pour ce restaurer qui elle était créditée de 4,50€, une mascarade vraiment...: Très mauvais service en Résumé!!!"

Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."

After booking the ticket, I didn’t say we have to check in 2 hours prior to not to get charged at the airport. When we stand at the encounter, everyone in line didn’t know this and had to turn around to get in the different line to pay for checking in. After that, we had to get back in a long line and the lady didn’t mentioned that she can check in our luggage’s. With that being said, we had to go back to other encounter to pay for checked in luggage. We paid almost $200 for checking in and luggage. How stupid is that? We and other customers in line all said we felt it’s the rip off. We come to Ireland for vacation and expected it would be welcome and nice. This turned us off. Never fly with this airlines again. Thumbs down!!!"

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Voordelen: "The lines to check in do not wrap around like most airlines- we stood on a line for over an hour and weren’t even near the front. Then they announced anyone on our flight needed to go to s different line to check in as we were nearing boarding time. In the rush we lost a jacket and no one from Ryan Air. Could care less. Not one smiling face! Awful!!!"
Nadelen: "Have one line for check in and then passengers can check in in order- quite fair! There was someone with a problem at the front of our line and we were dtuck there for over an hour!"

Voordelen: "Flight on-time, friendly to baby. Did not have food and no entertainment."
Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"

Nadelen: "Le retard d une heure pour embarquer ainsi que les nombreuses personnes avec des bagages cabine hors norme alors que moi j'ai payé un supplément à la réservation pour un bagage plus de 20kils! !!"

Nadelen: "Attente retard au décollage mais rattrapé en vol Confort spartiate"

Voordelen: "L’équipage était agréable, possibilité de changer de siège, arrivée rapide à Madrid."
Nadelen: "Embarquement « prioritaire » catastrophique dans un aéroport qui frise le hangar de bétail ! Dernier vol du soir = vol retardé. Les nouveaux sièges sont bien moins confortables que les précédents, totalement pensé pour être extrement fins et légers afin de dépenser le moins de kérosène possible"

Nadelen: "Even with priority boarding, kept standing as long time in a freezing tunnel."

Voordelen: "Ryanair is fair for customers , prices are cheap enough , I've seen some people saying that we have to pay for everything but what did you expect for that price?"
Nadelen: "The food is terrible but we know that..."

Voordelen: "Respect des horaires"
Nadelen: "Très mal informés lors de l'enregistrement de notre bagage avec de fausses indications du personnel au sol aimable comme un gardien de prison. Séparés lors du vol nous avons voyager au milieu emplacement E alors que nous aurions pu voyager 2/2 car des emplacements étaient disponibles. Aucune traduction en français alors qu'il s'agit d'un vol pour Paris. Nous ne prendrons plus cette compagnie surtout que nous avons très bien été traités par Transavia lors de notre aller."

Nadelen: "totally unacceptable non-existent help on live chat. Ryanair made a mess of my booking but not only they did not rectify, they accepted no responsibility."

Nadelen: "Seats WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND TINY"

Voordelen: "Rien."
Nadelen: "Retard de 2h30 au départ. J ai raté un rendez-vous important! Peu d espace dans l avion entre voisins de côte et de devant."

Voordelen: "Pour un vol Low Cost, cela s'est bien passé, embarquement un peu long mais nous sommes arrivés avec 10 min d'avance et pas de gros problème lors du voyage."

Voordelen: "L'équipage était très sympathique"

Nadelen: "ponctualité, placement aléatoire (volontaire ?) obliger de payer un supplément pour être assis avec ses proches, pas ou peu de communication en français."

Voordelen: "A very cheap flight; we had randomly allocated seats away from each other but as there were few passengers this was not a problem. There was almost a row of seats per passenger so I can't see the benefit of paying to sit together!"

Nadelen: "They canceled our flight and we have not received a refund plus the 250 euros per person owed to us."
