Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Voordelen: "The crew did a good job dealing with so many customers and in one instance was able to resolve a minor conflict with seat way backs."
Nadelen: "The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold."
Voordelen: "Crew was very attentive and professional."
Nadelen: ". The economy seats on the Lufthansa A350 were extremely uncomfortable and seemed excessively narrow as well has having cramped legroom. I could not get comfortable let alone sleep, and my backside felt like I had been sitting on a park bench rather than a long haul coach airline seat."
Nadelen: "Need longer transfer time in Frankfurt airport. They use buses to airplanes and that eats up time. Also, passport control line can be long. Fights to and fro gave us barely enough time and we were last ones to board"

Nadelen: "So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic."

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"
Voordelen: "The Agent at the Lufthansa baggage location services was very nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Conséquence j’ai mangé un bout de pain et une barre tendre! De plus, le personnel était plus ou moins compréhensif et accomodant."

Nadelen: "Flight was canceled one hour before departure. There was no explanation except that the crew decided not to fly from Boston to Washington DC. We waited for two hours in a line to get rebooked. We lost our tickets on another flight connecting us to our final destination. Therefore, we had to re-book that flight and incur charges. Lufthansa Considers this consequential loss not responsible for fees incurred. This service is unacceptable and will make us reconsider ever flying this airline again."
Voordelen: "Crew looked after me after a family took up a whole row including my designated seat. I need up with the back row to myself so could put my feet up & chill after a less than pleasant 5+ hours wait at Munich!"
Nadelen: "45min to 1 hour is barely enough to switch the plane in Frankfurt. Distances between gates are very significant and if you are not running there is a possibility you not going to make your connecting flight. Information how to get to the Z gates are not clear and it really takes a long time with all passport check points and security to pass through."

I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"
