Service is better and friendly natures
Notice that "this flight is often delayed" would help when booking so as not to miss the connecting flight
The price other than that the food was terrible and the staff was rough and unfriendly the comfort was poor not a pleasant experience.
Voordelen: "3 hours flight, on time."
Nadelen: "During the time of COVID, I would expect the crew to follow restrictions and procedures. Nobody from the crew paid attention if all passengers have their face masks. In fact, most of the passengers didn't have masks on their mouth and nose. Many of them didn't have them at all. Crew didn't care. If this is how LOT pays attention to our health during travel, I will definitely not fly with them anymore. 2 months earlier flying with Lufthansa and all crew was very strict about the rules and everybody on board was wearing a mask."
Voordelen: "All is excellent"
Nadelen: "Entertainment system operated intermittently. Headphone jack didn't make good contact with plug, no noise reducing headphones, mediocre food."
Voordelen: "Friendly crew, good food, lots of free drinks."
Nadelen: "Flights seem to be delayed every time we fly LOT. Flying out of Warsaw, crew did not communicate that we'd be traveling to the plane by bus, which led to very long lines and a delay in takeoff."

Nadelen: "I had to switch seats due to recliner and tv remote did not work. Also, my baggage did not arrive on my flight. I had a 14 hour layover in Warsaw which was plenty of time to transfer onto plane. This also occurred on my flight to Germany."
Voordelen: "Nothing to like in this Lufthansa flight."
Nadelen: "Boarding was delayed by 40 minutes. Flight delayed by almost an hour. And after departure crew informed us that they has some issues with catering and they will not provide with a regular service. Even tee was not available (they offerred juice, coke). They gave sandwich in a business class!"
Voordelen: "Seat is comfortable."

Nadelen: "On my former flight I have mistakenly left in the aircraft ( flight 156 to Warsaw) a light blue purse , I have sent 2 inquiries to LOT , with no response"
Voordelen: "Very comfortable seats, very friendly and polite crew"

Nadelen: "Aucun divertissement en français dans l’avion qui était pourtant neuf et dernier crie. Les films en japonais, bref à revoir."
Voordelen: "Unexpectedly our luggage was still dispatched on time to our final destination dispite the delay and short time in Warsaw airport."
Nadelen: "The absence of clear communication on the duration of the delay or its reason and this despite the fact all passengers had been boarded on time."
Voordelen: "Not much."
Nadelen: "This is about as budget as you can get. Entertainment systems didn’t work, drinks were warm. Food was mediocre. Bathroom doors didn’t work, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up while using it! Yuck! Had to shuttle EVERYWHERE between flights, before and after. Crew was not attentive, and not so friendly either. Only good note was the young lady who checked our bags in Warsaw and helped get our seats together (after the airline messed the seat assignment up in the first place). Ugh. Worst airline I’ve been on."

Nadelen: "Extremely cramped seats, late and almost didn't make connection, buses back and forth the whole way, jerky drivers."

Nadelen: "Had to ask if I get some food too, because I was asleep and as I woke up everyone had food just not I. After 10 minutes I asked for some food. Also the personal could have gotten more times around to bring water. I had window seat and didn’t wanted to disturb my neighbors so I didn’t get up to ask for liquid but other passengers I saw getting up and getting their own drinks by the personal."
Voordelen: "Agréablement surprise qu'ils aient pris le risque de retarder le vol WAW - KRK pour attendre des passagers, même si du coup nous sommes arrivés quelques minutes plus tard que prévu à destination."

Nadelen: "I have to pay for baggage in the airport becase it wasn't included. And while i was ordering tickets through kayak i cant choose option it wasn't offered"
Nadelen: "Entertainment system decades out of date. Worked poorly. Cabin crew kept their curtain closed, as if they didn't want to interact with passengers. Food was extremely mediocre, thank goodness I brought nuts. Drink glasses very small."
Voordelen: "Great cabin crew, everything on time, love 787 Dreamliner on long flights. Good food"
Nadelen: "Slow and hectic boarding in Warsaw"
Nadelen: "Extra 3 hours delay over the 9 hrs wait in Larnaca Airport. After 12 hrs transient, no accommodation (food or drink) at all on LAC - WAW trip. It is awful"
Voordelen: "The gates were close."
Nadelen: "They loaded us on the bus, then parked us in front of the plane for what seemed like 10 minutes. May have been more/less, but standing there in that stuffy bus made it feel worse than it was. Departure flight was delayed, so my 50 minute layover may have contributed to my bag not being transferred, and lost."
Nadelen: "This plane is never on time. Count at least 45 min delay. I avoid this airline. Take their tickets only if they are significantly cheaper than the competitors."
Voordelen: "Friendly service"
Nadelen: "Was not aware that choosing a seat in the front row would mean I will be next to all the babies on the plane."
Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."
Voordelen: "The crew was nice and courteous. Many amenities to pass the time. Getting off the plane was quick and painless. Food was reasonable."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed an hour, which is fine, but no information was given to why and we started boarding at the updated takeoff time. The process of getting zones lined up and on the plane was a mess. They didn't communicate clearly about zones so every passenger got up and in line, lines weren't directed well, and people kept getting chastized for not knowing what was going on. Once we boarded the plane, we sat for an hour with no reasoning why we waited. When you already have a 9 hour flight, less time stuck in your seat is best. It was hard to understand the pilot when he spoke in English to know why we had delays and any updates while on the plane."
Nadelen: "Rude crew, small airplane, zero comfort"

Nadelen: "We orderd the two tickets with 1 luggage for each person. When we got to the airport they told us that the luggage is not included and we had to pay additional 91 dollar per each luggage. They just tricked us."
Voordelen: "Crew were really helpful and it was great as we travelled with infant."
Nadelen: "Nothing really to complain. Perhaps the only negative thing is that the plane was a little small."
Voordelen: "Nothing did our. Just another flight."
Nadelen: "The seat was very worn down and hard."

Le retard… du vol d 1heure
Deux voyages en deux mois, et chaque fois 2 heure de retard!
Foi bom, só gostaria de solicitar que vissem a situação dos assentos, não são muito confortáveis.
Petits avions, du moins, moins grand que le plupart que l'on peut voir. Chose qui ne me déplait pas. Je préfère même, à vrai dire. Je reprendrai sans hésiter, les yeux fermés cette compagnie.
It was late… the seat was so worn out I could feel the seat frame.

Nadelen: "Onboarding was like for animalls. After we pass throug the gates, were sticked into the tunnel for 15-20 min in hot air..."
Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."
Nadelen: "It's Ryanair. We know that they won't change."

Nadelen: "Flight to Amsterdam no mention of requiring the passport stamp on the flight ticket was mentioned. On the way back to Dublin the crew member that checked me in informed me of this requirement and I thought she was potentially going to send me back to get it at customs. My husband who had a different crew member check him him, made no mention of the requirement."

Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"

Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"

Nadelen: "We bought our tickets online, and even had the Ryan Air mobile app, yet still SOL. When we arrive at departure airport no mobile bording pass option (for our tickets), no kiosk for printing. Ling line to pay 50 quid for tucket printing, lol."
Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"
Nadelen: "No reveling seat, no water available and no jet way."
Nadelen: "Excessive time to pass security, opening every bags, we were 30 passengers not able to board because Ryan Air agent didn’t wait and closed the door right in front of us when we arrived at the gate."
Voordelen: "Respect des horaires"
Nadelen: "Très mal informés lors de l'enregistrement de notre bagage avec de fausses indications du personnel au sol aimable comme un gardien de prison. Séparés lors du vol nous avons voyager au milieu emplacement E alors que nous aurions pu voyager 2/2 car des emplacements étaient disponibles. Aucune traduction en français alors qu'il s'agit d'un vol pour Paris. Nous ne prendrons plus cette compagnie surtout que nous avons très bien été traités par Transavia lors de notre aller."
Nadelen: "Le personnel ne sourit pas ! L'atterrissage était tellement atroce que des gens ont commencé à faire leur dernière prière. Enfin, un retard de 15min non justifié"
